Abstract

Inclusive education in Indonesia faces challenges in ensuring accessibility, efficient education management and effective communication, especially for students with special needs. SLBN 25 Sintang developed the Integrated Information Application (INTERTANG) as a technology-based solution to overcome these challenges, but its implementation has not been fully optimised. This research identifies knowledge gaps related to the effectiveness of the INTERTANG application in supporting inclusive education services through information access, data management and communication. The methodology used is a literature review with a qualitative descriptive approach, which examines literature sources related to inclusive education, information technology and education management. The results showed that INTERTANG significantly improved information access through a transparent and easily accessible data-driven platform, improved education management through efficient data management features and enhanced communication between students, parents and teachers. In addition, the app contributes to improving the quality of education services and becomes a strategic tool in supporting an inclusive curriculum. The implication of this research is that INTERTANG can be a model to be implemented in other schools and strengthen technology-based inclusive education management. This research recommends further development in educator training and expansion of the app's implementation in a broader context to improve the quality of inclusive education in Indonesia. This research contributes to the development of a technology-based inclusive education model that can be applied in Indonesian schools, as well as providing directions for improving the effectiveness of technology app implementation in the context of special needs education

Abstract

Persepsi masyarakat terhadap Islam dipengaruhi oleh berbagai factor, diantaranya adalah tokoh yang menggerakkan, budaya, keluasan pengetahuan, dan lain-lain. Karenanya membahas tentang bagaimana pergeseran persepsi masyarakat di Indonesia dan masyarakat dunia terhadap Islam moderat menjadi penting untuk diteliti. Penelitian ini termasuk ke dalam pendekatan penelitian kualitatif deskriptif dengan jenis penelitian kepustakaan. Menggunakan sumber data sekunder, yaitu sumber data yang berkenaan dengan persepsi masyarakat dan Islam moderat. Data sekunder dianalisis content secara sistematis sesuai dengan sub-sub judul bahasan. Temuan penelitian diketahui bahwa Islam moderat dihargai dalam pandangan masyarakat maju karena dianggap menghargai hak-hak manusia, menghargai kehidupan dalam kemajemukan, bertoletansi, dan menghargai hak-hak lainnya. Orientalis Barat pada awalnya berpandangan sinis terhadap Islam, setelah melewati beberapa fase termasuk keraguan terhadap Islam namun membuka diri untuk melakukan kajian ilmiah, pada akhirnya berpandangan positif terhadap Islam moderat. Di Indonesia, Islam moderat menjadi sebuah kekuatan dalam kehidupan yang harmoni dan didukung oleh semua pihak secara personal dan lembaga atau organisasi besar yang ada di Indonesia. Meskipun masih terdapat sebagian kecil yang berpendapat miring tentang Islam moderat di Indonesia, namun nilai-nilai Islam moderat tetap di kedepankan semua pihak dalam implementasi kehidupan bermasyarakat berbangsa dan bernegara.

Abstract

This article discusses the historical development of health law, focusing on the evolution and dynamics of health regulation. The study in this research uses the literautr research method. The purpose of this study is to provide insight into the current legal challenges and future directions of Health regulation. The results found that the historical development of health law was influenced by various socio-political factors and significant medical advances. Key milestones such as 19th century sanitary regulation and public health policy in the 1918 influenza pandemic show how health law has evolved. Important figures such as health activists and legal academics were instrumental in shaping influential legal frameworks, such as the Public Health Act and bioethics. The impact of these legal reforms on public health varies depending on the responsiveness and adaptivity of the regulations to current global health challenges, such as health data privacy and access to medicines. By understanding the historical evolution of health law, it can be concluded that an adaptive legal framework is necessary to achieve optimal public health outcomes in the future.

Abstract

The contestation of religious ideology in identity politics in Indonesia has become a significant social phenomenon, affecting the dynamics of politics and inter-religious relations in this pluralistic country. This article aims to analyze the role of religious ideology in identity politics and its impact on social life in Indonesia. This study uses a qualitative approach with literature analysis and case studies, such as the 2017 Jakarta gubernatorial election, to illustrate how religion is politicized to gain political support. The results show that religious-based identity politics is increasingly dominant in the public sphere, exacerbating social polarization among religious communities, and increasing discrimination against religious minority groups. Social media plays a significant role in accelerating the spread of religious ideology, while the state, through the Pancasila policy, seeks to maintain social harmony amidst differences. This article concludes that although the contestation of religious ideology can exacerbate social tensions, inter-religious dialogue and increasing social tolerance can be the key to reducing these negative impacts and maintaining unity in diversity in Indonesia.

Abstract

The modern economic era requires Islamic banking to create financial products that are competitive, transparent, and in accordance with sharia principles, including the implementation of mudharabah contracts. The transformation of mudharabah contracts from classical to contemporary forms reflects the efforts of Islamic banking to meet market demands while maintaining sharia values. This study aims to identify the characteristics of mudharabah contract transformation in Indonesian Islamic banking, analyze the obstacles faced, and explore strategies that can be implemented to improve its effectiveness. The research method uses a descriptive qualitative approach with a literature study through document analysis and secondary data related to mudharabah practices in Indonesia. The results show that the transformation of the mudharabah contract includes technical adjustments such as the application of revenue sharing, the introduction of collateral, and limiting the freedom of mudharib through mudharabah muqayyadah. However, the implementation of this contract still faces challenges in the form of moral hazard risk, non-uniform regulations, and public resistance to the principle of profit sharing. Theoretically, this research contributes to the literature of Islamic economics, especially in the development of an adaptive Islamic contract model that is consistent with maqashid sharia. Practically, this study offers guidance for Islamic banks in designing mudharabah-based products, education for the public to improve their understanding of the principle of profit sharing, and recommendations for regulators in strengthening regulations. This study concludes that the success of mudharabah contracts requires strengthening regulations, product innovation, and more intensive public education, so as to increase the competitiveness of Islamic banking in Indonesia.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengeksplorasi konsep jiwa (nafs) dalam pemikiran Islam melalui pendekatan kajian kritis multidisipliner yang mendalam. Fokus utama penelitian adalah menganalisis kompleksitas pemahaman jiwa dari berbagai perspektif filosofis, teologis, psikologis, dan spiritual dalam tradisi intelektual Islam. Melalui metode penelitian kepustakaan (library research) yang komprehensif, studi ini membedah konstruksi epistemologis dan ontologis jiwa dengan merujuk pada sumber-sumber klasik dan kontemporer. Kajian mendalam dilakukan terhadap pemikiran para filosof, teolog, sufi, dan pemikir muslim terkemuka seperti Al-Ghazali, Ibn Sina, Ibn Arabi, dan pemikir modern lainnya. Penelitian mengungkap dinamika konseptual jiwa yang meliputi dimensi spiritual, psikologis, dan metafisik, serta transformasinya dalam berbagai aliran pemikiran Islam. Analisis kritis difokuskan pada tipologi jiwa, tahapan perkembangannya, mekanisme spiritual, dan hubungannya dengan kesadaran manusia. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa konsep jiwa dalam Islam merupakan konstruksi kompleks yang melampaui pemahaman materialistis, mencakup interaksi dinamis antara dimensi rasional, emosional, dan spiritual. Studi ini menghadirkan kerangka integratif yang mensinergikan pendekatan filosofis, teologis, dan psikologis dalam memahami hakikat jiwa manusia. Signifikansi penelitian terletak pada kontribusinya dalam memperluas wawasan akademis tentang konsepsi jiwa dalam pemikiran Islam, serta menawarkan perspektif komprehensif yang dapat menjembatani dialog antara tradisi intelektual keislaman dan diskursus kontemporer dalam studi jiwa dan kesadaran manusia.

Abstract

This Research aim to analyze and critcisis masyru' from the perspective of Salafiyah Wahabiyah. The purpose of this study is to analyse the concept of tawassul Salafiyah Wahabiyah, criticise their istinbat method on tawassul ghairu masyru', and reconstruct this type of tawassul. This research is a qualitative library research. This research uses the ushul normative approach. The results of the research are as follows: First, the concept of tawassul from the perspective of Salafiyah Wahabiyah is divided into two, namely tawassul masyru' (permissible) and tawassul ghairu masyru' (not permissible) whose law is haram. Secondly, Salafiyah Wahabiyah is in the error of istinbath on tawassul ghairu masyru'. Third, the reconstruction process has straightened out the error of Salafiyah Wahabiyah's istinbat by placing tawassul ghairu masyru' in the realm of fiqh and turning it into tawassul masyru', whose law is permissible, even musth}ab to the great Prophet Muhammad Saw. Based on the results of the research, the religious thought of Salafiyah Wahabiyah on the problem of tawassul ghairu masyru' cannot be used as a reference for Muslims.

Abstract

Yusuf Al-Qardhawi's thoughts have high relevance in dealing with the problems of modern life, especially in the context of the Qur'an as a guide for society and individuals, democracy, Islamic faith, bank interest, Islamic economics, and consumption. However, in-depth studies related to his thoughts are still not systematically integrated in the academic literature, so research is needed to fill this knowledge gap. This research uses descriptive qualitative method to deeply analyze various works and thoughts of Yusuf Al-Qardhawi based on primary and secondary sources. The results showed that Yusuf Al-Qardhawi emphasized the importance of the Qur'an as a comprehensive guide for the life of the people, with a sharia-based approach that rejects bank interest and encourages a just Islamic economic system. In his view on democracy, he integrates Islamic values to support justice and public participation. In addition, his thoughts on consumption emphasize a simple and ethical lifestyle as part of sharia. The implication of this research is to provide an academic and practical foundation in the development of contemporary Islamic studies as well as the preparation of regulations that are relevant to the needs of modern society.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of content marketing on TikTok Shop media on Gen Z's buying decisions. Content marketing is one of the effective marketing strategies in the digital era, especially on social media platforms such as TikTok. In this study, the content marketing indicators used include Relevance, Accuracy, Value, Easy to Understand, Easy to Find, consistency. Meanwhile, purchasing decisions are measured based on indicators of product selection, brand selection, choice of distributor, purchase time, purchase amount, and payment method. The research method used is quantitative with a survey approach. Data was obtained through a questionnaire distributed to 100 Gen Z respondents who actively use TikTok Shop. The data analysis technique used is simple linear regression to see the relationship between content marketing variables and purchasing decisions. The results showed that content marketing on TikTok Shop has a significant effect on Gen Z's buying decision. Factors such as content relevance, trust in influencers, and message consistency are important elements that drive buying decisions.

Abstract

Ndoro Habib in Banyuwangi Regency is a religious figure who attracts attention because of his role as a religious elite who has the authority to form congregations and influence social change. One manifestation of this role is the existence of a taklim assembly led directly by Ndoro Habib. However, since the beginning of 2017, Ndoro Habib's involvement in the political arena has become very massive, as seen from his efforts to reproduce religious discourse that affects the electoral political awareness of his followers, groups and families. This study aims to analyze the dynamics of changes in Ndoro Habib's behavior from the focus of da'wah to political activities. The research uses a qualitative method with a historical ethnographic approach, involving data from 1940 to 2023 collected through interviews and field observations. The results showed three main findings. First, Ndoro Habib's behavioral changes were influenced by the surrounding social conditions. Second, these changes are also driven by power relations that shape adaptation strategies. Third, Ndoro Habib's political involvement is part of an effort to maintain his existence in building religious authority among his followers. This research provides new insights into the interaction between religion and politics, especially in the context of the role of religious elites in the Banyuwangi region.
