Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of work culture on the quality of employee services at the Buton Regency Regional Hospital. The problem contained in this study is the phenomenon that occurs at the Buton Regency Hospital that officers do not serve patients well, including favoritism in services, especially patients who are known to be handled quickly, the unfriendly attitude shown by the officers. The method uses the correlational method, which is to be able to see the magnitude of the influence of free variables on the bound variables. The free variable is organizational culture, while the bound variable is the quality of public services. The techniques used are survey and interview techniques, survey techniques by distributing questionnaires to 30 employees of Buton district hospital. Meanwhile, the interview was addressed to the Director of the Buton Regency Regional General Hospital and the Informant comparing 1 patient, and 1 patient family to compare the data on the quality of public services from the District Hospital as a servant and the Patient and his family as recipients of Public services in this case served. The results showed that based on the results of the analysis obtained thitung (4,602) > ttabel (1,71) maka H0 rejected. This means that work culture has a real effect on the variable quality of service. So far, research related to work culture has only focused on government or village institutions, and measured by employee performance, even if it is at the hospital, it only focuses on measuring performance, not the quality of public services. Meanwhile, excellence in this study of work culture is measured by the quality of public services.

Abstract

Permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh mitra adalah (1) Kurangnya pengetahuan tentang pentingnya politik kewarganegaraan bagi generasi milenial kota Merauke, (2) Generasi Milenial belum seutuhnya memahami pentingnya partisipasi politik yang berdampak pada kemajuan system politik dan demokrasi di tingkat lokal (3) Generasi milenial belum memahami secara kompeherensif pentingnya pengetahuan, sikap, norma, nilai dan perilaku partisipasi dalam kehidupan politik (4) Generasi Milenial belum efektif dalam memahami pentingnya partisipasi dan kesadaran politik demi kemajuan kehidupan politik. Dari hasil penelusuran melalui observasi dan proses diskusi dengan mitra pada akhirnya melahirkan sebuah solusi yang akan ditawarkan untuk menyelesaikan permasalahan yang dihadapi mitra yaitu melalui sosialisasi, penyuluhan, dan transmisi pengetahuan politik dalam peningkatan partisipasi dan kesadaran politik bagi generasi milenial. Target yang akan dicapai setelah program PKM adalah (1) Peningkatan pengetahuan generasi milenial dalam peningkatan partisipasi dan kesadaran politik (2) Peningkatnya kesadaran dan pengetahuan politik generasi milenial (3) Munculnya sikap, nilai, norma dan perilaku generasi milenial yang sadar akan kehidupan politik. Pelaksanaan program PKM diaplikasikan dengan kegiatan non fisik meliputi sosialisasi sebagai media transfer informasi pengetahuan dan teknologi sehingga terjadi peningkatan kualitas dan efektifitas dalam peningkatan politik kewarganegaraan dalam peningkatan partisipasi dan kesadaran politik generasi milenial.

Abstract

The problem of this research revolves around, the Influence of Implementation of Service Policies and Quality on Community Trust in Making Electronic KTP at Bombana Regency Population and Civil Registration Office. This study uses a quantitative approach with a description method. Data collected through questionnaires, processed with computers through Excel and SPSS programs, with regression equation formulas, then interpreted analyzed and described in accordance with the research objectives by using a sample of all employees in the district population and civil registration departement of Bombana. From the results of the regression linearity research and data alasysis obtainedfrom the tree hypoteses it turns out that the linear regression population, because the F count is signifikan at alpha =0,05. And the results of the study indicate that all three proposed workyng hypotesis are entirely accepted, this is data by obtaining positive regression coefficients, so that the implementation of the policy of making electronic ID Cards of service quality both separately and in integrated manner affects the trust of the public.To increase public trust better si that it will result in achieving the terget of making electronic ID Cards at the maximum population and civil registration departement of bombana regency, policy implementation and service quality is needed because if the policy implementation is effective and the service quality is good, public trust will tend to increase,conversely if the implementationof policies and service quality is lacking and ineffective then public trust will tend to decrease

Abstract

Pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk membantu membangun karakter positif dan kepemimpinan masyarakat melalui program pemberdayaan di Merauke. Metode pengabdian yang dilakukan adalah dengan memberikan pelatihan dan bimbingan kepada masyarakat dalam rangka meningkatkan keterampilan, pengetahuan, sikap, dan perilaku yang positif. Pelatihan dan bimbingan dilakukan melalui pendekatan partisipatif yang melibatkan masyarakat secara aktif. Hasil dari pengabdian ini menunjukkan bahwa program pemberdayaan masyarakat dapat membantu membangun karakter positif dan kepemimpinan masyarakat di Merauke. Masyarakat yang telah mengikuti program ini menunjukkan peningkatan keterampilan, pengetahuan, sikap, dan perilaku yang positif dalam memimpin dan berinteraksi dengan lingkungan sekitar. Diharapkan bahwa pengabdian ini dapat memberikan manfaat yang nyata bagi masyarakat di Merauke dan juga dapat memberikan inspirasi bagi pengembangan program pemberdayaan masyarakat di daerah lain. Kesimpulannya, pengabdian ini membuktikan bahwa program pemberdayaan masyarakat merupakan salah satu strategi yang efektif untuk membantu membangun karakter positif dan kepemimpinan masyarakat di Merauke

Abstract

The strategy of Community Empowerment in Utilization of Village Fund In District Kabaena Bombana Regency. This study aims to: 1) Describe and analyze the community empowerment strategy in utilizing the Village Fund and 2) Describe and analyze the aspects that influence the strategy of empowering the community in the utilization of the Village Fund in District Kabaena Bombana Regency. The Method used in this study using the descriptive qualitative analysis model. To answer the purpose of research involving informants amounted to 11 people consisting of elements of Community Empowerment And Village District Bombana, elements of government District Kabaena, elements of Village Government in Kabaena Subdistrict, and elements of society involved in village fund management in District Kabaena. Determination of Informants in this study using a purposive technique, with the criteria that the selected informant is involved as a member in the Utilization of Village Funds in Kabaena Subdistrict. Conclusion of research: 1) Community empowerment in the utilization of village funds implemented through the planning of program and activity, implementation of an activity that is directly in touch with community requirements, supervision activity of program and activity by giving reports when finding deviations, and empowered in the maintenance of development result related to fulfillment community both physical development in the form of village facilities and infrastructure, social development in the form of training and economic activities of the community supporting the improvement of the village and community progress; 2) Supporting factors for the implementation of community empowerment strategy in the potential and development of the village that is the economic potential of the village, in the form of plantation products, the potential of natural resources in the form of C class mines and the industrial business of the developing community. Regulation or related policy that becomes the legal basis for the development of empowerment strategy either from central government or regional regulation, the social condition of society in the form of education, population and economic condition of society in the form of livelihood, and kind of business that grows in the village, and natural cooperation culture, which is capital in developing community empowerment in the utilization of village funds.

Abstract

This research aims to find out the quality of the rehabilitation section services at the Palu City National Narcotics Agency Office. The type of research used is qualitative research. The determination of informants was carried out purposively. The types of data used are primary and interactive data from Miles and Huberman, namely data collection, data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The theory used is the theory of Parasuraman, Zeithaml and Berry in Pasolong (2007). The results of the research show that the quality of services of the Rehabilitation Section at the Palu City National Narcotics Agency Office cannot be said to be effective so that the output produced is not optimal and in accordance with the quality of public services. Despite the many obstacles and problems that occur when providing services to the community regarding the provision of services in the rehabilitation section at the Palu City National Narcotics Agency Office. There is a need to increase the provision of services to the community, especially in terms of rehabilitation services to people who abuse drugs, both in terms of mentoring and providing moral support to victims of drug abuse. Thus, the researchers draw the conclusion that the quality of the rehabilitation section services at the Palu City National Narcotics Agency Office is not optimal.

Abstract

Palm oil plantations in Merauke Regency play a significant role in Indonesia's economic development, but they also bring substantial social and environmental impacts. This study aims to examine the socio-economic and environmental dynamics in the area, focusing on the distribution of economic benefits, land conflicts, and ecosystem degradation. The research methodology includes field surveys, in-depth interviews with local communities and plantation workers, and analysis of secondary data from various official sources. The results show that the expansion of palm oil plantations in Merauke provides uneven economic benefits, causes land conflicts between indigenous communities and companies, and leads to significant deforestation and environmental pollution. This study highlights the need for adopting more sustainable plantation practices, protecting indigenous land rights, and diversifying the local economy to achieve more inclusive and sustainable development

Abstract

This research examines the role of youth in supporting e-government in the era of digital-based government 5.0, highlighting how the younger generation can be the main agent in the digital transformation of government. In this context, youth not only act as users of technology, but also as developers of innovations that support the efficiency, transparency, and responsiveness of public services. Secondary data collected through document searches of literature, journal articles, government reports, and other official documents form the basis of this research analysis. The descriptive-analytical qualitative method is used to describe and criticise various aspects of the role of youth in e-government. Case studies such as "LAPOR!" and "Qlue," as well as hackathon initiatives, show how youth directly contribute to the development of digital solutions. In addition, their participation in e-participation platforms such as "Musrenbang Online" shows active engagement in technology-based decision-making processes. Youth also play a role in digital literacy campaigns, helping less tech-savvy communities to utilise e-government services. Involvement in advocacy and research further underlines the potential of youth as a source of innovative ideas and solutions. The results of this study confirm that the contribution of youth in supporting e-government is significant and covers various aspects, from technology development, participation in policy processes, to education and advocacy. Thus, youth are the main key in accelerating the digital transformation of government, ensuring that technology can be maximally utilised to improve the quality of public services and meet the needs of society in the digital era 5.0. Abstract

This study aims to understand employee performance and factors that influence organisational work effectiveness at the Food Security Office of Boven Digoel Regency. Using a qualitative approach, data was collected through in-depth interviews with key and additional informants. The results showed that there is a decline in the quality and quantity of employee performance, such as high absenteeism, lack of discipline, and vacant positions in the organisational structure. Factors affecting employee performance include technological understanding, work motivation, and work environment factors. From the perspective of organisational effectiveness, employee performance has a significant impact. A decline in individual performance can hinder the achievement of overall organisational goals. This research contributes to theoretical understanding in public administration and provides practical insights for practitioners in managing employee performance and improving organisational effectiveness in the field. The recommended improvement measures include developing technological understanding, increasing work motivation, and improving the work environment.
