Abstract

Self Efficacy is the belief and confidence possessed by mothers in their ability to breastfeed their babies. Exclusive breastfeeding from 2017 tends to show the highest increase in achievement over the past 5 years. However, this achievement has not been able to reach the national target. Related to that, there is something that is unfortunate, namely the low understanding of mothers, families, and communities regarding the importance of breast milk for babies. This study aims to determine the relationship between breastfeeding self-efficacy and motivation for providing exclusive breastfeeding in primigravida pregnant women. This type of research uses analytical research with a cross-sectional method with a quantitative approach. The sampling technique is a purposive sampling technique. The instrument used is a questionnaire, then the data is analyzed univariately and bivariately with the Spearman test. The research location is the Baqa Health Center and Trauma Center with a total sample of 43 respondents. Statistical analysis using Spearman's rho with a value of p = 0.000 then p <a that the value of Asymp.Sig (2-Sided) <0.05 (0.000 <0.05) then Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. Primigravida pregnant women with high self-efficacy will be more motivated to provide exclusive breastfeeding. High self-efficacy reflects the mother's confidence in her ability to breastfeed, which in turn increases their desire and commitment to provide exclusive breastfeeding. There is a relationship between breastfeeding self-efficacy and motivation for providing exclusive breastfeeding in primigravida pregnant women. Assessment of self-efficacy and motivation of pregnant women can be done to determine the level of mother's confidence in providing exclusive breastfeeding.

Abstract

Improving the quality of teaching in higher education is a strategic agenda in supporting the readiness of graduates to face the demands of a dynamic world of work. The “Teaching Practitioner” program initiated by the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research, and Technology aims to enrich the learning process through the involvement of professional practitioners as lecturers in higher education. This study aims to evaluate the perceptions of students of the Faculty of Education, Makassar State University towards the quality of teaching by practitioner lecturers involved in the program. Using a quantitative approach with a descriptive design, data were collected through a closed questionnaire based on a semantic scale distributed to 376 students, with descriptive statistical analysis to describe perceptions in five main dimensions: mastery of material, attitude and professionalism, communication skills, teaching skills, and ability to motivate students. The results showed that students gave very good to good ratings on all dimensions evaluated, reflecting the success of practitioner lecturers' teaching in meeting academic expectations and students' learning needs. These findings emphasize the relevance of integrating professional practitioners into the academic environment and the importance of strengthening the pedagogical and communication competencies of non-academic teachers. The contribution of this research is not only to provide empirical data that supports the effectiveness of the “Teaching Practitioner” program but also to offer theoretical and practical insights for policy makers, program managers, and educators in designing teaching strategies that are more responsive to the development of higher education and the needs of the world of work.

Abstract

This study aims to develop teaching modules within the Merdeka Curriculum that integrate the character values of patriotism with local wisdom in Merauke. In the rapid globalization era, it is crucial to strengthen students' love for their country through education relevant to their cultural context. The developed teaching modules incorporate local wisdom values such as mutual cooperation (gotong royong), diversity, and respect for nature to instill a sense of nationalism and a strong cultural identity. The research methodology includes needs analysis, module design, trials, and evaluation. The results show that the developed teaching modules effectively enhance students' understanding of patriotism and appreciation for local culture. The implementation of these modules is expected to be an initial step toward supporting holistic and contextual character education in South Papua, as well as a model that can be adapted in other regions with different local wisdom.

Abstract

This legal research user normative method, with statutory and case approach. The result of this study show that royalty is one of the economic benefits written in Law Number 28 of 2014 concerning Copyright. In the case of concert event, there are two deferent opinions about which legal subject must pay the royalty to the songwriter, through the Collective Management Organization (Lembaga Manajemen Kolektif). Based on Commercial Court Decision No. 92/Pdt.Sus-HKI/Hak Cipta/2024/PN Niaga Jkt.Pst., the payment of royalty is clearly the responsibility of the concert organizer and must be manage through the Collective Management Organization. However, this decision gives compensation directly to the creator and ignores the obligation of the Collective Management Organization. It also put the permorming artist as the defendant which may cause double royalty payment and formal error (error in persona). Judge must consider material justice, legal certanity, and carefulness when making decision, so it will not harm the ecosystem of music industry. The system of royalty payment in concert needs clearer rule and better implementation in court to avoid formal mistake and doube collection. Legal certainty for creators will better if there is more public outreach and also digital record of royalties that can help judge in deciding cae. With this, balance between copyright protection and sustainability of the music industry in Indonesia can be achieved.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the factors influencing the development of Electronic Medical Records (EMR) at RSUD Kota Yogyakarta in 2024 using SWOT and PESTEL analytical approaches. Secondary data were collected from hospital documents and relevant government regulations. The SWOT analysis identifies internal and external factors such as strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats, while the PESTEL analysis examines political, economic, social, technological, environmental, and legal influences on EMR implementation. The findings indicate that the hospital holds considerable potential due to strong managerial support and adequate infrastructure, though challenges remain in terms of limited human resource competencies and data security risks. The integration of both analyses provides strategic recommendations to support the optimization of EMR implementation and enhance the quality of healthcare services.

The research uses a descriptive method with a qualitative approach with the population in this study being all employees of the Tebo Regency Population and Civil Registry Service and the community of IKD users with samples determined using the techniquepuroposive sampling and incidental sampling. For the data source of this study, it comes from primary data and secondary data by applying data analysis techniques according to Miles and Huberman which start from the stages: data collection, reduction, presentation, ending with drawing conclusions. The results of the study indicate that the effectiveness of the IKD program in facilitating and accelerating population administration in Tebo Regency has not been effective. This is because the objectives set in the rules are not running properly. From several indicators of program effectiveness, it can be seen that from the indicators of program target accuracy and program socialization, it has not been fully implemented in accordance with the achievement of objectives. It is recommended to the Tebo Regency Population and Civil Registry Office, to be committed and consistent in implementing the rules, implementing more massive socialization, and giving sanctions to certain actors in making the IKD program a success, this is so that the community can immediately use the IKD application to support the smoothness and ease of population administration.
