Abstract

Lokasi BUMDes Desa Duwet yang cukup dengan Taman Nasional Bromo Tengger Semeru (TNBTS) mengakibatkan desa ini memiliki kontur tanah berbukit, dengan ketinggian 700-1500 meter diatas laut, membuat suasana di desa cukup sejuk. Namun, daerah lereng menyimpan potensi bencana alam yang cukup besar, seperti bencana longsor. Ditambah lagi karena masuk sangat dekat dengan pegunungan semeru yang beberapa bulan lalu sempat erupsi dan banyak menimbulkan kerugian, baik secara moril maupun materiil. salah satu kerugian yang dialami oleh warga yang terdampak bencana biasanya adalah kehilangan dokumen pribadi dan keluarga yang penting seperti ijazah, akte lahir, KTP, dan surat surat berharga lainnya. Untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut, diperlukan perubahan bentuk arsip dari arsip biasa ke arsip digital dan ini biasa disebut digitalisasi arsip. Digitalisasi arsip dapat menjadi sebuah langkah preventif dalam menyelamatkan arsip. Namun pada prosesnya, digitalisasi arsip ini tidaklah mudah, perlu adanya sosialisasi dan pelatihan bagi warga sehingga bisa memprose arsip pribadi menjadi arsip digital.

Abstract

Pariwisata yang sempat tertidur akhir-akhir ini mulai bangkit. Para pekerja pariwisata khususnya pemandu wisata mulai merasakan dampak dari kedatangan wisatawan yang berkunjung termasuk di destinasi wisata Nepal Van Java, Magelang. Kesiapan dari pelaku pariwisata menjadi fokus utama dalam menunjang pelaksanaan kegiatan kepariwisataan. Masyarakat desa Sukomulyo yang berlokasi cukup dekat dengan destinasi wisata Nepal Van Java sekaligus di kawasan destinasi pariwisata super prioritas Borobudur diharapkan dapat menjadi pelaku pariwisata yang mendapatkan manfaat. Pelatihan yang di berikan berupa pelatihan komunikasi dengan wisatawan, pelayanan prima, dan kepemanduan baik teori maupun praktek lapangan langsung di destinasi wisata Nepal Van Java. Tujuan dari pelatihan adalah untuk mengembangkan kualitas layanan kepemanduan dari insan pariwisata desa Sukomulyo. Metode pelaksanaan yang di gunakan adalah pelatihan teori dan praktik lapangan. Hasil dari pelatihan ini menunjukkan adanya pengembangan layanan kepemanduan pada wisatawan dengan dibuatnya paket wisata desa wisata dan standar layanan kepemanduan di destinasi wisata.

Abstract

Saat ini menyediakan produk yang tepat bagi pelanggan sangat penting untuk menjaga kelangsungan bisnis. Namun demikian masih banyak yang belum memahami bagaimana menyediakan tawaran yang tepat untuk pelanggan. Fokus dari kegiatan ini adalah memberikan pemahaman tentang pentingnya menyediakan tawaran yang tepat untuk pelanggan, yang akan menjamin peningkatan omzet perusahaan khususnya di masa pandemic covid – 19. , kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PKM) ini dilaksanakan dengan Kerjasama dengan PT Mahasuri Utama, Pulogadung Jakarta. Diawali dengan perumusan masalah, dilanjutkan dengan perumusan materi dan penentuan bentuk kegiatan. PKM ini dilaksanakan pada tanggal 24 November 2021 dengan menggunakan platform online, karena berlangsung di tengah Pandemi Covid-19 dan pemberlakuan Peraturan Pembatasan Kegiatan Masyarakat (PPKM) Mikro di DKI Jakarta. Materi yang disampaikan meliputi model perilaku konsumen, karateristik yang mempengaruhi perilaku konsumen, perilaku keputusan pembelian dan proses keputusan pembelian dan proses keputusan pembeli untuk produk baru. Setelah mengikuti kegiatan ini, peserta merasakan manfaat yang besar dan mengusulkan adanya kegiatan sejenis dengan topik yang berbeda. Topik yang diusulkan adalah pemasaran digital dan identifikasi peluang bisnis di masa pandemi

Abstract

This class action research skill is very suitable to be developed in this new normal era because there are so many classroom problems that occur during online and hybrid learning. This community service program aims to help teachers improve the skills of preparing classroom action research proposals. The implementation method used in this PKM consists of interactive discussions, and practices. The results of this community service program include: improving the skills of teachers in compiling class action research proposals, scientific journal publications, mass media publications, draft class action research proposals, and IPR posters.

Abstract

According to Ahmad D Marimba Education is a conscious guidance carried out by the education, both in physical and spiritual development to become better. So, this education can make things better. Based on observation data, in East Surabaya Village, the local population has no or lack of understanding of healthy lifestyles, especially in applying them in daily life. Based on interview data, it is true that residents in this village do not understand and have not implemented a healthy lifestyle properly starting from maintaining cleanliness and implementing health protocols. Because, if healthy lifestyle during this pandemic not implemented well, it can open up space for the spread of the covid-19 virus and lack of socialization related to healthy lifestyle in this village. According to Azhar Arsyad. Poster is a two-dimensional visual media that contains images and short written messages that aim to convey special things and able to influence people who see it. The activity which was held in East Surabaya Village was attended by 34 families. Result shows that the local community can understand what a Healthy Lifestyle is and how to apply it during the current pandemic.

Abstract

Peningkatan kualitas sumber daya manusia merupakan program yang sangat membantu untuk meningkatkan daya tarik wisatawan di Dusun Krapyak Wetan. Di dusun ini mempunyai wisata yang menarik yaitu wisata alam dan kesenian. Masyarakat belum menyadari bahwa potensi yang ada merupakan ladang untuk perkembangan ekonomi masyarakat sekitar. Salah satu bagian terpenting dalam meningkatkan daya tarik wisatawan yang belum tersentuh yaitu peningkatan kualitas sumber daya manusia. Berdasarkan hasil observasi, masyarakat masih sangat bergantung dengan pergerakan pemerintah desa setempat. Upaya yang dilakukan oleh Pemerintah setempat masih sebatas peningkatan obyek wisata yang belum diiringi dengan peningkatan sumber daya manusia. Mengingat perkembangan pariwisata yang begitu pesat di berbagai tempat dengan mendatangkan tidak hanya wisatawan domestik tetapi juga mancanegara. Seiring dengan persaingan di bidang pariwisata dan merealisasikan Dusun Krapyak Wetan sebagai tempat tujuan wisatawan Mancanegara diperlukan pembelajaran Bahasa asing khususnya Bahasa inggris sebagai Bahasa pengantarnya. Dari permasalahan tersebut, diperlukan adanya kegiaatan pengabdian masyarakat dalam peningkatan kualitas sumber daya manusia melalui pembelajaran Bahasa internasional. Metode yang dilakukan yaitu memberikan pelatihan dua kali dalam seminggu selama empat bulan. Secara jangka pendek, masayarakat dusun khususnya para pemuda-pemudi tertarik dan mampu mengaplikasikan ilmu tidak hanya di lingkungan sekitar namun juga di sekolah. Secara jangka Panjang, masayarakat sudah menguasai Bahasa internasional sebelum para wisatawan mancanegara berdatangan menikmati wisata lokal yang ada disana

Abstract

Learning requires students' readiness to take lessons in class when studying individually or in groups. Learning concentration is a form of student readiness in participating in the learning process. To increase the concentration of learning needs to be done acupressure therapy. Acupressure is useful for smoothing blocked blood flow, by pressing certain points it is believed to improve concentration, focus and memory. Apart from implementing acupressure to document the health status of students, socialization of student health records was carried out in schools. The purpose of the community service is to socialize acupressure therapy to increase learning concentration and socialize the Health status form to school-age children. The method is carried out using online methods or online materials in the form of simulations in conducting acupressure therapy and socialization related to student health documentation in target schools in the service of high school students. The results of the implementation of student community service were attended by 20 students and students understood acupressure techniques to increase learning concentration and documentation of health status in schools.

Abstract

At the beginning of March 2020, the world is now being hit by the Covid-19 virus which makes the learning process of education an instant crisis. When educators, educational institutions, and anyone who has concerns in the field of education must address the problem of plurality in this country that is learning democracy. The world of education is facing the current globalization that has seeped into every life of our society. Educational Institutions in these regions are required to be able to respond to the enactment of the kemndikbud ristek nadiem Makarim policy on independent learning and about central and regional financial considerations so that the development of regional culture, Local education, and the management of our educational institutions remain good and also for the role of the government, the national education system, policies towards the world of education, procurement of school textbooks, and other points are able to overcome education problems in this crisis. Those are the points of concern that prompted the author to write an article on how to effectively develop professional teachers in times of crisis in the 21st century.

Abstract

In general, there is a wide gap in the quality of education between education in our country and the quality of education in developed countries, although in some individual achievements at the international level, Indonesian children are able to excel. The wide gap in the quality of education in Indonesia is reflected, among other things, from the results of a study on reading ability for elementary school (SD) conducted by the International Educational Achievement (IEA) organization which conducted a research called Trend in International Mathematics and Sciences Study (TIMSS) in in 1999 which indicated that elementary school students in Indonesia were in 38th place out of 39 countries studied. Meanwhile, for junior high school (SMP) level, the study for mathematics ability of junior high school students in Indonesia was only 39 out of 42 countries studied, and natural science (IPA) skills only ranked 40 out of 42 countries studied. In 2003, the same research was conducted. To catch up with education, the government launched a superior school policy. This policy is expected to be able to improve the quality of education, especially schools. This policy is stated in the Strategic Plan of the Ministry of National Education 2010-2014, namely by doing: 1. Development of local excellence-based schools in each district/city. 2. Construction of quality schools commensurate with international education management in each province/district/city. Before the policy of superior schools proclaimed by the government was set, actually schools that could be categorized as superior schools had been scattered in this country, unfortunately most of them were scattered in big cities. Until 2020, the survey results prove that the State of Indonesia is in 10th place from the bottom with other countries in terms of literacy and science. This article uses library research methods from books and journals, aiming to find out how effective HR quality is in 21st century education unit management.

Abstract

The problem of water scarcity, especially during dry season often occurs in Indonesia. Urban activities such as irrigation for gardening are usually carried out in a wasteful manner. In addition, other problems such as household waste, especially plastic bottles, also need to be a concern. The purpose of this community service was to introduce a water saving irrigation namely drip irrigation sytem to to residents of the Villa Bougenville Indah housing estate, Antirogo sub-district, Sumbersari District, Jember Regency, East Java Province of Indonesia. A simple homemade drip irrigation device made from materials such as plastic bottles and infusion hoses was introduced to them through extension activities (direct home visits). This activity was positively responded by the residents. Some residents have succeeded in making and using drip irrigation in their homes. It is hoped that citizens' awareness and concern for the importance of saving air and maintaining environmental cleanliness can continue to increase.
