Abstract

The research objective was to determine the concept of a negative and positive active decision according to the law on government administration. This type of research is normative legal research, that normative legal research is research that includes research on legal principles, research on legal systematics, research on legal synchronization, legal history research, and comparative legal research. This research uses several approaches, namely legislation. -law (statute approach), Concept Approach (conceptual approach). The result of the research is that a Fiktip Decision is a decision that actually does not exist (non-being) but is considered to be there (being). Decisions that exist (being) at the level of positive law in Indonesia follow as stated in Article 1 number 9 of Law Number 51 of 2009 concerning the Second Amendment to Law Number 5 of 1986 concerning State Administrative Courts, Article 7 and Article 87 of Law Number 30 of 2014 Concerning Government Administration and Positive Functions in Law Number 30 of 2014 concerning Government Administration is not only related to Decisions, but also related to Actions, so there needs to be a change in labeling of Positive Fictional Decisions be a Positive Fictional Decision and / or Action so that it can represent the two elements contained in it

Abstract

Pondok Pesantren Darul Musabbihin Desa Bhakti Suci Kecamatan Sungai Raya Kabupaten Kubu Raya, belum tersentuh akan air bersih atau standar air layak untuk dikonsumsi. Ini semua dikarenakan belum meratanya pengadaan infrastruktur, karena terbatasnya anggaran pemerintah dan biaya yayasan sehingga menjadi faktor penghambat dari tersedianya air bersih bagi warga ponpes. Untuk mengatasi permasalah tersebut maka dilakukan kegiatan pengabdian pada masyarakat dengan tujuan yaitu meningkatkan pengetahuan tentang standar kualitas air bersih, memperbaiki kualitas air bersih dan keterampilan pengolahan air layak konsumsi serta kesehatan dan kesejahteraan. Adapun metode yang akan dilakukan yaitu kegiatan mencari sumber air dalam tanah, pembuatan sumur bor dan pengolahan air layak konsumsi, yang nantinya akan dipasang dan dioperasikan dipompe dengan bentuk kegiatan pelatihan dan praktek lapangan (workshop). Adapun hasilnya warga diPonpes mengetahui standar air sesuai Peraturan Menteri Kesehatan Nomor 416/MENKES/PER/IX/1990, mengerti cara membuat sumur bor, penyediaan air dan penjernih air layak konsumsi dan kesehatan dan kesejahteraan warga diPonpes miningkat.

Abstract

Human Resource Empowerment provides a welfare life for the village community has the ability to change and improve the socio-economic life of its people. This Community Service activities are one part of Tri Dharma institution that must be implemented by the academic community, especially Lecturers and Students. The goal is the development of SME management of Pare Chips for Family Welfare Programme in Wangunharja Village as partners to get their additional income in improving the economy of their families by making processed Pare Chips made from bitter melon create people interested and want to try. The quality of Human Resources is based on coaching/training, we hold training in making Pare Chips for the development of SMEs in improving knowledge, skills, insights and opportunities for Partners as a solution to fill free time and utilize the existing time. The method uses counselling, discussion, Q&A, the practice of processing bitter melon chips and teaches how to package the product as eye catching Pare Chips. Bitter melon is one type of vegetable with a distinctive green colour and bitter taste, typical bitter taste in bitter melon then most people do not like it a lot, with it processed into Pare Chips that are not bitter is expected to be a healthy snack for the family. The result is that the fostered partners are able to create a variety of flavoured bitterness chips independently and will become a new sources of income for households as well as being its flagship product.

Abstract

This community service aims to provide insightful knowledge to SDIT Insantama Lampung teachers about the use of Kahoot to improve teacher competence so as to help support the teaching and learning process. This service is carried out by providing training to SDIT Insantama Lampung teachers in using the Kahoot application for teachers in the teaching and learning process in the era of the covid 19 pandemic. In the era of the Covid-19 Pandemic, the implementation of service is still carried out by our team of lecturers. This activity is completed in three stages of activity, namely preparation, implementation, reporting. Preparation is carried out by conducting a preliminary survey to find out what the teachers need in classroom teaching activities. Implementation of the training, using the lecture method, namely the presentation technique, followed by direct practice assisted by the team, accompanied by questions and answers and exercises carried out by the training participants. This activity was carried out through zoom media which was due to avoid the spread of the virus and this activity was attended by approximately 20 teachers. At the reporting stage, it was made after the completion of this service activity. Based on the results of the activities that have been carried out, it can be seen that the teachers are very enthusiastic, especially when making teaching media and making exam questions

Abstract

Pandemi Covid-19 telah memberikan dampak negatif bagi perekonomian dunia secara umum, termasuk UKM di Indonesia. Lebih dari 88% usaha mikro, kecil dan menengah (UMKM) mengalami penurunan margin keuntungan selama masa pandemi hingga Agustus 2020. Pelaku UMKM harus memiliki strategi untuk tetap bertahan di tengah dan pasca pandemi Covid-19. Kajian ini mencoba membahas berbagai langkah yang bisa dilakukan UMKM untuk bangkit dan aktif kembali dari krisis di masa pandemi Covid-19. Dalam hal ini, peningkatan kualitas produk dan perluasan pasar menjadi hal yang penting untuk dilakukan. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan mengambil kasus UKM yang bergerak di bidang industri kain tenun lurik tradisional. Hasil yang diperoleh menunjukkan bahwa UKM dapat menambahkan 3 varian motif baru yang memiliki hak cipta. Perluasan pasar online juga berdampak positif dengan meningkatkan omzet sebesar 20%. Dampak positif ini diperkirakan akan terus meningkat ketika pandemi Covid-19 berakhir dan kemampuan ekonomi masyarakat kembali meningkat

Abstract

Mitra IbM yaitu Jamaah Yasin “Gangsal” berada di RW 2 Kelurahan Mangunsuman Kecamatan Siman Kabupaten Ponorogo Propinsi Jawa Timur. Permasalahan Mitra IbM bermula dengan semakin banyaknya anggota masyarakat yang terkonfirmasi virus corona, kontak erat dengan orang yang terkonfirmasi virus corona. Sebagian masyarakat masih menganggap kondisi itu sebagai suatu hal yang biasa, belum sepenuhnya mengetahui tentang virus corona, bagaimana pencegahan penyebarannya, serta apa yang dilakukan jika kontak dengan orang yang terkonfirmasi covid-19. Metode pengabdian dengan Focus Group Discusion tentang peran jama’ah yasin dalam pencegahan penyebaran covid-19 dan pelatihan perilaku pencegahan penularan covid-19. Pelaksanaan program pengabdian ini di rumah ibu Mujiati pada Sabtu, 20 Juli 2021 pukul 19.00 WIB sd selesai. Kegiatan pertama dilakukan pendidikan kesehatan tentang covid-19, dilanjutkan pelatihan cara mencegah penularan covid-19 dengan cuci tangan dan memakai masker yang benar serta menjaga jarak minimal 1 meter saat berdekatan dengan orang lain. Evaluasi hasil pelaksanaan program pengabdian ini anggota jam’ah yasin bisa menjelaskan tentang covid-19 dan dapat mendemosntrasikan cara mencegah penularan covid-19

Abstract

Desa Sumberejo, Kecamatan Banyuputih Merupakan salah satu kecamatan di Kabupaten Situbondo yang kebanyakan para lansianya mengeluhkan nyeri pada persendian dan kaki serta rasa berat di tengkuk mereka. Secara medis hal ini merupakan salah satu gejala tingginya kadar kolesterol dan asam urat di dalam darah. Namun, kebanyakan dari mereka tidak mengetahui hal tersebut karena mereka jarang dan enggan memeriksakan darah mereka ke fasilitas kesehatan, sehingga dengan Posyandu Lansia yang Fakultas Ilmu Kesehatan rintis mempunyai harapan mampu mengurangi keluhan dari para Lansia terkait kesehatan. Tujuan dari kegiatan ini adalah untuk melakukan Posyandu Lansia dengan pemeriksaan kadar kolesterol dan asam urat secara gratis, serta memberikan edukasi tentang pentingnya menjaga kesehatan dari berbagai penyakit yang bisa ditimbulkannya. Dari kegiatan yang telah dilakukan maka diperoleh hasil bahwa dari 60 orang peserta sebanyak 35% dari lansia laki-laki dan 30% dari Lansia perempuan dan hasil pemeriksaan di temukan kolesterol tinggi 15 orang, asam urat tinggi 20 orang dan kategori normal sebanyak 25 orang jadi dari total lansia yang hadir antara lansia yang dalam keadaan normal tidak terdeteksi penyakit apapun lebih banyak yang terdeteksi penyakit yaitu sebanyak 35 orang dan yang tidak terdeteksi penyakit apapun yaitu pasien normal sebanyak 25 orang.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini ditujukan kepada mahasiswa Universitas Brawijaya, khususnya mahasiswa yang belajar ilmu bidang bisnis dan ekonomi. Tuntutan penelitian mahasiswa dengan jenjang Sarjana (S1) yang berbasis uji analisis jalur (path analysis) dan penggunaan ekstraksi data dengan metode first order dan second order yang berbasis pada data yang bersifat formatif dan data yang bersifat reflektif, telah memotivasi kegiatan ini. Kegiatan pelatihan ini dilaksanakan dengan menggunakan media Zoom di karenakan pandemi Covid-19, dan kegiatan ini diharapkan mahasiswa dapat mengembangkan minat penelitiannya di dalam pengembangan ilmu bidang bisnis dan ekonomi, di tengah pandemi Covid-19.

Abstract

KUBE “Sejahtera Mandiri” which is located in PB. Blang Pasee, Kec. Langsa Kota - Langsa City, is a productive economic group engaged in micro-enterprises to meet the needs of customers around Langsa City. In their daily life, the members have various businesses, such as selling side dishes, candied fruits, mobile phone credit business, making cakes and others, all of which they do to help the family's economy. In October 2010 an idea emerged to create a joint venture as a form of business diversification by utilizing coconut water waste as a raw material to produce nata de coco products. The problems faced are related to the production process, namely the place and production facilities that are considered unhygienic so that it can reduce consumer confidence and relate to the preparation of good KUBE business financial reports. The Community Partnership Program activity team will provide assistance which includes activities to increase knowledge about good and correct Production Processes, as well as business management assistance, especially regarding bookkeeping, so that they can find out the costs, income and benefits of KUBE Sejahtera Mandiri PB. Blang Pasee Langsa City. From the results of the activity, partners gave a positive response, were enthusiastic and were cooperative in participating in all activities. Partners gain insight and skills after participating in this series of training and mentoring activities.

Abstract

Community Service Partners in this activity are Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) which are engaged in the business of producing and buying and selling snacks in Firdaus Village. This study aims to find out how the strategy for improving MSMEs is THE ROLE OF PACKAGING IN IMPROVING DIGITAL MARKETING OF MICRO SMALL MEDIUM ENTERPRISES (MSMEs) IN FIRDAUS VILLAGE. MSMEs in Firdaus Village have very minimal and conventional marketing and packaging that is unattractive. For this reason, MSMEs need to be given training on the importance of using digital marketing and attractive packaging so that their marketing system can be better so that they can expand the scope of their business targets and can support better sales activities. In addition, MSMEs are also given assistance in creating business accounts on digital media, namely digital media such as creating Facebook accounts, Shoppe and others, along with how to optimally manage these digital media. The outputs produced from this service are Social Media and Instagram accounts, scientific articles published in national journals, and activity reports. The method used is to provide training in the form of lectures and provide tutorials on creating an account on digital media and how to manage the digital media. From the results obtained in this activity, it is suggested that the use of this digital marketing strategy can be followed up with regular guidance so that it can be effective and optimal in supporting marketing activities and increasing MSMEs business sales.
