Abstract

The objects in this study were employees who worked at the Regional Inspectorate and DPMD of Kerinci Regency. The type of research used in this research is quantitative research, the data collection method is through questionnaires.The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis with the help of the SmartPLS 3.0 program.The sampling technique in this study used a saturated sample by analyzing 95 respondents. Based on the results of the analysis, it can be concluded that personality has a significant effect on work involvement. Leadership style has a significant effect on work involvement. Organizational culture has a significant effect on work involvement. Personality has a significant effect on employee performance. Leadership style has a significant effect on employee performance. Organizational culture has no significant effect on employee performance. Work involvement has no significant effect on employee performance. Work involvement does not mediate the relationship between personality and employee performance. Work involvement does not mediate the relationship between leadership style and employee performance. Work involvement does not mediate the relationship between organizational culture and employee performance.

Abstract

This study examines the effect of tuition fees and promotions on the number of students at Dharmas Indonesia University (UNDHARI) through trust as an intervening variable. The research method used by researchers is a quantitative method using causality structural equations with the conception of the path analysis model research used to analyze patterns of relationships between variables to know the direct and indirect effects of independent (exogenous) variables on the dependent (endogenous) variable. Methods of data collection through surveys and distributing questionnaires, with a sample of 100 respondents. This study uses analytical toolsStructural Equation Modeling (SEM) using the program Partial Least Square (PLS). The research results found that, Tuition Fee a significant effect on trust. Promotion has no significant effect on trust. Tuition Fee significant effect on the number of students. The promotion has no significant effect on the number of students. Trust has a significant effect on the number of students. Trust mediates influence tuition Fee to the number of students. Trust mediates the effect of promotion on student enrollment.

Abstract

This study examines the influence of product quality and price perception influence purchasing decisions, with satisfaction as a moderating variable at PT. Pariaman Iced Tea. Methods of data collection through surveys and distributing questionnaires, with a sample of 100 respondents. The analytical method used is SEM analysis using smartpls. The research results based on hypothesis testing showed a significant influence of product quality on purchasing decisions. There is a significant influence of price perceptions on purchasing decisions. There is no significant effect of product quality on purchasing decisions which is moderated by satisfaction. There is no significant effect of perceived price on purchasing decisions which is moderated by satisfaction.

Abstract

The small industry is currently one of the crucial sectors in advancing the national economy, especially the Kerinci batik business. This study was conducted to discover the influence of the independent variables, namely product quality, price and digital marketing on interest in buying Batik Products. This study's population were Kerinci batik consumers located in Sungai Penuh City. Accidental sampling criteria determine the sample by distributing questionnaires to 50 consumers of Batik Kerinci, especially those in the Sungai Penuh City area. Data analysis consisted of descriptive, classical assumption, and multiple regression tests. Hypothesis testing consists of F test and t test. The study results show that only the product quality and price variables significantly and positively affect purchase intention. In contrast, the digital marketing variables have an effect. However, they are not significant; simultaneously, the product quality, price and digital marketing variables positively and significantly affect purchase intention.

Abstract

The aim of the study was to determine the influence of work motivation and work discipline on the performance of teaching staff at SMA Negeri 1 South Siberut , Mentawai Regency. Data collection methods are Field Research and Library Research. Types and sources of data are primary data and secondary data. The population of this study were all teaching staff at State Senior High School 1 Siberut Selatan, Mentawai Regency, both with PNS status and a sample of 37 people. The analytical method uses multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study are: (1) Work motivation partially has a significant effect on the performance of civil servant educators at SMA Negeri 1 Siberut Selatan, Mentawai Regency. (2) Work discipline partially has a significant effect on the performance of civil servant educators at SMA Negeri 1 Siberut Selatan, Mentawai Regency. (3) Work motivation and work discipline have a significant effect on the performance of civil servant educators at SMA Negeri 1 Siberut Selatan, Mentawai Regency.

Abstract

This study aims to prove and analyze the effect of organizational commitment and job satisfaction on employee performance through motivation as an intervening variable. In this study, several employees of the Jambi Provincial Education Office were selected as samples using a purposive sampling method. The data analysis technique used in this research is path analysis or Structural Equation Model (SEM) which is processed using Smart PLS. Based on the results of hypothesis testing, it was found that organizational commitment and job satisfaction had a positive and significant effect on the work motivation of Jambi Province Education Office employees. At the hypothesis testing stage it was also found that organizational commitment, job satisfaction and motivation had a positive and significant effect on the performance of Jambi Province Education Office employees. Besides that, in testing the indirect effect, it can be proven that motivation is able to mediate the relationship between organizational commitment and job satisfaction with the performance of Jambi Provincial Education Office employees.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of satisfaction and work motivation on work commitment of two-star hotel employees in Bukittinggi with compensation as the intervening variable. The sample selection technique used purposive sampling and a total of 137 samples were obtained. The data analysis technique uses Structural Equition Modeling (SEM) with Partial Least Square (PLS). Based on the results of the analysis it is known that job satisfaction has no significant effect on employee compensation at two-star hotels in Bukittinggi City. Work motivation has a significant effect on employee compensation at two-star hotels in the City of Bukittinggi. Job satisfaction has a significant effect on employee commitment to a two-star hotel in the city of Bukittinggi. Work motivation has a significant effect on employee commitment to a two-star hotel in the city of Bukittinggi. Compensation has no significant effect on employee work commitment at a two-star hotel in Bukittinggi. Job satisfaction has no significant effect on work commitment through employee compensation at two-star hotels in the city of Bukittinggi. Work motivation has no significant effect on work commitment through employee compensation at a two-star hotel in the city of Bukittinggi.

Abstract

After conducting a simple study of 41 property and real estate companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in Indonesia for five years (2016-020), the results of the description of the analysis of the effect of company size on financial performance and inflation on stock prices by dividend policy as an intervening variable, the data processing application used is SPSS.25 Based on research it is known that: (1) The variable company size and finacial performance partially has no positive and significant effect on dividend policy (2) The inflation variable partially has a positive and significant effect on dividend policy (3) The variable company size and financial performance partially has no positive and significant effect on stock prices (4) The inflation variable partially has a positive and significant effect on stock prices (5) The dividend policy variable partially has no positive and insignificant effect on stock prices (6) The dividend policy variable is unable to mediate the relationship between company size and share prices (7) The dividend policy variable is able to mediate the relationship between financial performance and share prices (8) The dividend policy variable is unable to mediate the relationship between inflation and share prices.

Abstract

The level of taxpayer compliance that is still not optimal can be seen from the recent few years ofalow state tax revenues. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect ofaimplementing e-filing, e-billing andae- registration administrative systems on individua taxpayer compliance with internet understanding as a moderating variable. The research data were obtained from questionnaires (primary data) which were distributed to individual taxpayers at the Padang Satu Pratama Tax Service Office. Sampling using simple random sampling technique as many as 100 respondents. The data is processed using SPSS 23. The results of this study state that the application ofaE-filing, E-billing and the E-registration Administration System have an effect on Taxpayer Compliance. Understanding the Internet is able to moderate the effect ofaimplementing E-filing, E-billing and the E-registration Administration System on Taxpayer Compliance.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the extent of the influence of Leverage, Good Corporate Governance and Company Growth on Earnings Management with Company Size as an Intervening Variable. This research uses quantitative methods. With a research data population of 210 manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange per year, using purposive sampling techniques a sample of 290 companies was obtained during the 2017-2021 period. Data were analyzed using SPSS version 25. The results of the analysis show that: (1) Leverage partially influences company size. (2) Good Corporate Governance partially influences company size. (3) Partial company growth has no effect on company size. (4) Leverage partially influences Earnings Management. (5) Good Corporate Governance partially influences Earnings Management. (6) Company growth does not partially affect Earnings Management. (7) Company size partially has no effect on Earnings Management. (8) There is no direct influence between Leverage on Earnings Management through Company Size as an intervening variable. (9) There is a direct influence between Good Corporate Governance on Earnings Management through Company Size as an intervening variable. (10) There is no direct influence between Company Growth on Earnings Management through Company Size as an intervening variable.
