Abstract

The majority of Balinese are Hindu with the Khayangan Tiga concept driven by the Pakraman village customary institution. During the pandemic, the ceremony was limited by referring to the appeal from the regional and central government to tolerate not to gather more than 25 people. This phenomenon then becomes the basis for raising the issue of problems in this paper related to the form of increased synergy carried out by Hindu religious instructors with Prajuru, and what are the factors for increasing the synergy of prajuru and extension personnel. The form of this increase is through Dharma Wecana and Dharma Tula through the internet network, along with Dharma Wecana videos on YouTube. The factors for increasing synergy are the attitude of the community in the application of religious teachings and the increase in the potential of the extension agents, one of which is by increasing the extension officers from an academic and non-academic perspective. Keyword: synergy, extension workers, and Prajuru Adat

Abstract

Every human being in his activities and interactions is always required to build relationships between one another. Relationships formed between humans are a combination of different individuals, ethnicities, cultures, religions. This condition requires self-adjustment skills to create a common perception in relationships that are built between humans. Humans in their existence are manifestations of beings who are required to always fulfill their needs, and this need is a competitive world reality demand. To realize that existence, humans try to initiate social reality so that they do not fall short of inability in the form of communication. In its application, human life is always faced with various phenomena of plurality in the form of skin color, ethnic plurality, religious plurality, and plurality of languages. With plurality it is often the trigger for conflict. To bridge the gap, various types of accommodation are needed that can bring these differences together so that there is understanding and recognition of the existence of a culture with adequate human relations and public relations capabilities. The better and more effective the pattern of managing this relationship, the better it will be in mediating the cross-cultural relations that occur so as to produce a shared value that is built. Keywords: Human Relation, Public Relation, Cross Culture, Communication Value

Abstract

Bali is famous as an island that has many unique traditions. The unique tradition found on the island of Bali is generally an ancestral heritage. This tradition contains values that want to be inherited and cannot be changed. The values in the tradition can be a guide in behaving for the supportive community. One of the unique traditions found in Bali is the tradition of the subak nyepi in Giri Emas Village by way of a collective agreement or arrangement in local village customs and traditions with no meaning or traditional ceremony or ritual ceremony. In accordance with the observations made by the authors, the community in Giri Emas Village in the implementation of the Bhuta Yad ceremony had little difference with the people in other regions. Differences of opinion will be the study of the author, but the understanding of the community is more of a priority.Keyword : Subak Nyepi Tradition, Oath Behind Ceremony

Observing the current development in society, the people preferably use uncomplicated technique that is crematorium as means of contestation. Society contestation through ceremony without preserving tradition, culture, art and customary ritual preservation, precisely provides a convenience for the existence of crematorium. Without we realize the desire and the purpose of society to show our life pattern through certain ceremonies tend to lead to consumptive society even hedonic, where with the existence of crematorium does not reduce the significance of the rituals, traditions, customs, cultures, and arts. Keywords: Contestation, Ngaben, Tourism
