Abstract

BUMDes have benefits and develop the potential of the tourism sector. The development of tourism in Ketapang Village began with the establishment of BUMDes. This research aims to analyze the development policy of Califour in Ketapang Village, Sidoarjo Regency. The research method applied is descriptive type with a qualitative approach. This research focuses on determining the level of success in the BUMDes implementation process in the policy of supporting the village economy through Califour Ketapang tourism. The results of this research use the concept of Van Meter and Van Horn theory (in Agustino, 2014: 139) which consists of 6 (six) indicators, namely. First, the size and objectives of the policy can be concluded if the implementation of the Ketapang BUMDes policy is appropriate because the policy can be realized well. Second, the resources of BUMDes Ketapang in implementing the BUMDes Policy are said to be inappropriate because the process of implementing the BUMDes Policy in Ketapang, the Human Resources they have are not yet competent. Third, Communication between Organizations that the communication that BUMDes Ketapang has with parties related to the process of implementing the BUMDes Ketapang Policy in the development of Tourism Villages is said to be appropriate. Fourth, Environmental, Economic, Social and Political Conditions. The process of implementing BUMDes Policy in developing Tourism Villages through Agrotourism development does not experience any obstacles because the Social, Economic and Political Environmental conditions are supportive.

Abstract

This study uses a descriptive qualitative analytical methodology to investigate healthcare services facilitated by the E-Jantung Android application at Kramat Jati Regional General Hospital. The study findings indicate positive advancements in terms of responsiveness and accountability. Responsiveness is evident in users favourable responses to the application and the assistance provided by hospital staff to those in need. Additionally, the hospital has implemented support mechanisms such as a complaint box, demonstrating a commitment to accountability principles that involve community participation in service development. Nevertheless, this research underscores the significance of application refinement, with particular attention to user feedback, particularly from the elderly population. Furthermore, addressing technical issues through updates is of utmost urgency to ensure the optimal functioning of technology-based healthcare services. Finally, a more extensive awareness campaign is imperative, especially for the elderly demographic, who may be less familiar with the E-Heart application.

Abstract

This research investigates the factors that contribute to deviations in the implementation of government construction projects through a case study approach in West Sumatra Province. This research is based on the primary secondary data, namely the West Sumatra Provincial Inspectorate Auditor Performance Audit Report from 2017 to 2021, totaling 15 (fifteen) Audit Reports (LHP). The findings of the inspection results are grouped into 3 (three) types of deviations based on the objectives of implementing a construction project, namely Cost, Quality, and Time. The results of the analysis show four dominant factors causing deviation. The first cause is contractor negligence, with a percentage of 16.13%, which highlights the problem of work implementation that is not by the contract. The second cause was negligence of the supervision consultant, with a rate of 11.29%. This included a lack of adequate supervision and producing reports that needed to reflect the actual conditions on the ground. Furthermore, the last two causes are the negligence of the Activity Technical Implementation Officer (PPTK) and the Commitment Making Officer (PPK), each with a rate of 29.03%. These two factors include problems in activity management and administration, as well as approval and payment processes that must be by the contract. Overall, the data indicates that administrative and managerial issues were the most dominant cause of deviations, at 58.06%.

Abstract

Kaum is one of three forms of kinship groups in Minangkabau society. Kaum is a collection of several paruik, and suku is a collection of several kaum and nagari consists of at least four suku. The existence of paruik, kaum and suku in the lives of nagari people is still felt to this day. The existence of this group is still felt in Nagari Pasia Laweh, including in development activities. This research will look further at the existence of groups in development in Nagari Pasia Laweh, Palupuah District, Agam Regency. The research method used is qualitative with descriptive analysis. Data collection techniques use interviews and documentation. The results of the research show that the people of Nagari Pasia Laweh still live in groups called tribes. People are the most important element in development in Nagari Pasia Laweh, and every stage of development is carried out by people. sahino samalu motto makes all people want to be actively involved in development activities, in order to advance the nagari and meet the needs of the people.

Abstract

The efforts of the Lampung provincial government through the Social Service to break the chain of poverty are by increasing the educational level of children from KPM (Beneficiary Families) PKH, namely through various social programs and driven by the innovation of the Let's Go to College (GAK) Movement which is currently running. (GAK) is complementary social assistance as well as a complement to PKH social assistance to families and/or individuals who are poor, underprivileged, and/or vulnerable to social risks in the form of services in the education sector through a series of systematic activities. (GAK General Guidelines). This research aims to analyze and describe the implementation of GAK through PKH and the aspects that influence it. The research uses a descriptive qualitative approach, where researchers go directly to the field to obtain accurate data. The sources and types of data used are primary data and secondary data. Data collection techniques include interviews, observation, documentation and literature/library studies. Data analysis was carried out by means of data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. GAK provides results and impacts in accordance with its goal, namely increasing the level of KPM PKH children in Lampung province.

Abstract

Lamongan Regency, East Java, has many historical sites, especially those dating from the reign of King Airlangga, even allegedly the center of the king's government. One of the historical relics is the Pataan Temple Site located in Pataan Village, Sambeng District. The existence of historical sites demands the attention of the relevant local governments in preserving cultural heritage through various programs and policies that have an impact on the site itself as well as the economic potential that can grow. This research is a type of field research with qualitative methods. This article aims to see the extent of the effectiveness of policies issued by the Lamongan Regency Government in the preservation of the cultural heritage of the Pataan Site. This study used effectiveness theory with five indicators according to Richard Matland. Primary data sources are obtained from interviews, observations, and documentation using data triangulation techniques. The results of the study found that although the Lamongan Regency Government has tried to issue several policies and programs related to the preservation of the Pataan Site, it has not been effective because it encountered several obstacles. Here, the local government needs to revamp its policies so that this site remains sustainable and has a positive impact on local communities.

Abstract

Komisi Pemberantasan Korupsi (KPK) is an Indonesian government institution that is independent, impartial and not subject to any authority. This organization was formed to strengthen efforts to eradicate corruption. The aim of this research is to determine the level of tolerance of the polemic of the national insight test applied at the Corruption Eradication Committee through legal perspective analysis. This research will only outline the legal position on the problem studied. Therefore, this research is categorized as doctrinal research. Data collection uses the literature review method. The results of this research have several analyzes which produce the conclusion that TWK in independent institutions such as the KPK is very restrictive and also too artificial. Apart from analyzing the legal perspective, the polemic that occurred at the KPK institution can be analyzed from other perspectives.

Abstract

This research is closely related to the problem and is the direction of the answer from the hypothesis or a temporary description of the assumptions. Based on the formulation of the problem that has been stated, the goal to be achieved in this study is to analyze the implementation of the Regional Movement for Lifting Out-of-School Youth Program in Banyuwangi Regency. The Regional Movement Program to Raise School Dropout Youths is part of the Banyuwangi Regency Government's efforts to provide education to the community, especially school children who come from poor communities. The Regional Movement for Lifting Out-of-School Youth is an ideally good program, but it requires accuracy in implementing, utilizing and utilizing it by the community. If this can be done, then the results can have a positive impact on the development of Banyuwangi district in the future. Therefore, on this occasion the researchers conducted research with the title "Policy Implementation of the Regional Movement Program for Lifting Out-of-School Youth at the Banyuwangi District Education Office. The research method used in this research This research uses a qualitative approach (naturalistic research) which places more emphasis on aspects of understanding in depth on a problem. So that this method uses observation, interview, and documentation data collection techniques which will later be tested for validity. The data analysis used is an interactive data analysis method, where this data analysis will later include data collection, data condensation, data presentation, and drawing conclusions.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and describe the collaboration of pentahelix actors in Arek Suroboyo Siap Kerjo-based recruitment. The research method uses a qualitative descriptive approach. In collecting data, collection techniques are carried out through observation (observation), interviews, and documentation as secondary sources. The results showed that the collaboration was quite good. In terms of actor selection, it has fulfilled the aspects of the pentahelix element, which consists of academics, business, government, community and media. In terms of roles, each actor has carried out his role well to support the success of the Arek Suroboyo Siap Kerjo program. In terms of communication and coordination, it shows results that have not been maximized, because communication and coordination are conditional and have not involved pentahelix actors as a whole. However, when referring to the target of labor placement, it has given good results. This can be seen from the target of labor placement exceeding 50% of the number of job seekers registered on the Arek Suroboyo Siap Kerjo application.

Abstract

This study aims to describe and examine the Supervision of Building Permits (IMB) for Buildings in Medan City. This research uses a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. Data collection was carried out using structured observation, documentation, literature study, and in-depth interviews through purposive and snowball sampling. The results of the study show that the supervision of the Building Permit (IMB) in Medan City has not run optimally. This can be seen from the many buildings that are standing but do not have permits, this can be seen from the results of the building recapitulation that has been written by the Medan City Settlement and Spatial Planning Housing Office in 2021 as many as 448 buildings but 335 of them do not have a valid IMB. This is due to the assumption that people think that managing an IMB is not important and there are still people who do not accept that the building is demolished due to the assumption that people who build a building in an alley feel that it is not necessary to have a Building Permit (IMB) and will not be supervised. In addition, employees who carry out supervision are not adequate, this is due to the lack of Human Resources (HR) owned by the Department of Housing for the Settlement and Spatial Planning of Medan City so that additional human resources are needed so that supervision can be carried out thoroughly in all areas that have been determined.
