Abstract

Abstract: The aim of this research is to determine the influence of celebrity endorsements and online customer reviews on purchasing decisions with consumer trust as an intervening variable (case study of Shopee marketplace users in Langsa City). This research is a quantitative research that uses primary data with a population of Shopee users in Langsa City. The sampling technique used non-probability sampling with a purposive sampling method, the number of respondents was 100 respondents. The data was processed using SPSS for Windows 25, the analysis methods used were the classical assumption test, Sobel test, path analysis and hypothesis testing. Research results: 1) celebrity endorsements influence purchasing decisions, 2) online customer reviews influence purchasing decisions, 3) celebrity endorsements influence trust 4) online customer reviews influence trust, 5) consumer trust cannot mediate celebrity endorsements on purchasing decisions 6) consumer trust can mediate online customer reviews on purchasing decisions, 7) consumer trust influences purchasing decisions Keywords : Celebrity Endorsement, Online Customer Review, Purchase Decision,Trust

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze lifestyle, product variants and services affect buyer decisions at Lucha Coffee Medan Johor. This type of research is quantitative. The population in this study were 390 people who made purchases at Lucha Coffe Medan Johor which were taken from data in April 2024. In this study, the sample was taken using the Slovin formula, and using random sampling techniques. So, the total number of respondents in this study was rounded up to 80 consumers who made purchases at Lucha Coffee Medan Johor. The research instrument used a questionnaire with a Likert Scale data measurement scale. The data analysis technique uses validity, reliability and classical assumption tests. The data analysis method uses multiple linear regression with the help of the SPSS program. The results of this study indicate that partially lifestyle has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions at Lucha Coffee Medan Johor. Product variants have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions at Lucha Coffe Medan Johor. Service has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions at Lucha Coffee Medan Johor. In addition, lifestyle, product variants and service simultaneously (simultaneously) affect the purchasing decision variable at Lucha Coffe Medan Johor with a value of Fcount (58.744) > Ftabel (2.72), and a significance value of 0.000 <0.05.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the profitability of BUMDes in 2016-2022. This study uses a quantitative descriptive analysis method using primary and secondary data sources with library research and field research data collection techniques, Return on Assets (ROA) and Return on Equity (ROE) data analysis techniques. The results of the study show that financial performance seen from the profitability of BUMDes for 7 years is categorized as good, because the average Return on Equity (ROE) has met the industry standard of 40%. Although Return on Assets (ROA) is not good, because the average calculation is still far below the industry standard Return on Assets (ROA) of 30%, the high Return on Equity (ROE) results can cover these shortcomings.

Abstract

The purpose of the study was to determine the quality of relational coordination of the one-stop integrated service team in Maybrat Regency and analyse the relationship between the quality of relational coordination performance and the quality of team elements which include: longevity, clarity of team boundaries, mutual trust, appreciation or recognition. The research was conducted at the Office of Investment and One-Stop Integrated Services (Case Study in Maybrat Regency, Southwest Papua Province). The population of this study is all individuals (individuals) whose characteristics are involved in the sense of participating and interacting directly with other participants in the licensing service work process in the one-stop integrated service team using the census method. Data collection techniques through census techniques (N = 30), with interview methods guided by Likert interval scale structured questionnaire instruments, as well as observation support and document review using SPSS Ver.-23 software program. The analysis results show that the team's current relational coordination performance index is good (weighted mean score 3.66, IKR = 73.2). Relational coordination performance is highly correlated with team elements (r = 855 Sig. 0.001). Team element variables together can explain relational coordination performance by 77 per cent. Two team elements, viz: longevity and mutual trust have significant contributions respectively with t-count = 5.89 at Sig level 0.001 and t-count = 2.585 at Sig level. 0,02. While the other two team elements: clarity of team boundaries and reward or recognition have a positive correlation, but do not have a significant contribution to relational coordination performance. The implications of this research suggest that in order to improve relational coordination performance, it is necessary to periodically carry out team performance evaluations which are followed up by holding socialisation or training for team members at the same time, financial and non-financial rewards are given to team members according to their respective performance. It is also suggested that in the employee rotation policy, the stability of team members needs to be considered.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of marketing mix and social media on purchasingdecisions for frozen food products in Makassar City. This research uses the TechnologyAcceptance Model (TAM) and Stimulus-Organism-Response ( SOR ) frameworks, to analyzehow the Marketing Mix and Social Media play a role in Purchasing Decisions in the context ofpurchasing frozen food. The research sample involved 206 consumers who had purchasedfrozen food products, where data was collected through a survey using a questionnaireinstrument. The data analysis technique was carried out using the Partial Least Square -Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) approach through WarpPLS version 8.0 software,to identify the significant influence of each variable on purchasing decisions. The resultsshowed that Marketing Mix and social media had a significant effect in influencing purchasingdecisions. This research shows the importance of using social media by combining themarketing mix to increase trust and brand images, and expand market share. This strategyallows frozen food companies and similar businesses to be more effective in influencingconsumer purchasing decisions in the digital age.

Abstract

This study aims to explore the factors that influence user attitudes towardscashless technology in Indonesia. The increasing adoption of cashless payment systemsis essential to understand the elements that shape positive user attitudes. This studyuses a quantitative approach, analyzing the influence of Perceived Usefulness,Perceived Ease of Use, Trust in Technology, and Perceived Risk on cashless userattitudes. The respondents in this study were 385 from generation Z. Data werecollected by providing a series of structured questions through a survey involvingrespondents who use cashless technology, and multiple linear regression analysis totest the proposed hypothesis. The results of the study indicate that perceived benefitsand ease of use have a significant positive impact on user attitudes, while the level oftrust and risk perception also have an effect, but with different complexities. Thesefindings provide insights for technology developers and stakeholders to design moreeffective strategies in increasing the adoption of cashless technology in society. Thisresearch is expected to contribute to the development of a more inclusive and efficientpayment ecosystem.

Abstract

This research aims to measure the implementation of environmentally friendly human resource management. The role of environmentally friendly human resource management in sustainable performance which includes environmentally friendly lighting which currently does not use physical documents in this process, work management and completion in the process has minimized the use of paper because in the current era digitalization is used. , as well as in the training process in research. The research method used is this research uses qualitative descriptive research. This research design was carried out by collecting secondary data to review several journals and publications related to the objectives of this research. The research results show the success of an organization in implementing environmentally friendly human resource management based on Riveuw literature which can be implemented with a Green Recruitment and Selection program, apart from that there is Green Training and Development as well as a Green Performance Management program and finally the Green Reward and Compensation program..

Abstract

This research aims to determine the impact of Work Motivation, Organizational Culture, and Work Productivity on the performance of employees at UPTD PJU in Parepare City. This is a quantitative study with the subjects being the employees at the UPTD PJU office in Parepare City. The sampling in this study uses the census sampling technique, where all members of the population are used as samples, involving a total of 96 employees as research samples. Data collection was conducted using a questionnaire, which was then analyzed using path analysis. The results of this study indicate that in the first path or sub-structural model, Work Motivation, Organizational Culture, and Productivity have a significant effect on Performance both simultaneously and partially. The results of the second path or sub-structural model also show that Work Motivation, Organizational Culture, and Productivity have a significant effect on Work Performance both simultaneously and partially.

Abstract

This research aims to identify the potential for green economic development in Pangkajene and Islands Regency. The research method uses qualitative analysis. This research design was carried out by collecting primary and secondary data, data collection methods collected through various data sources in Pangkajene and Kepuluan Districts and in-depth interviews with several informants from the local community and stakeholders. Based on research results, Pangkajene and Islands Regency has significant green economic potential including marine tourism (ecotourism, beach and island tourism), sustainable fisheries (fish, shrimp, lobster), and organic farming (vegetables, fruit, medicinal plants) . Green economic development can improve community welfare and preserve the environment, such as increasing community income, creating employment opportunities, developing local industry, increasing contribution to district GDP, and reducing dependence on traditional sectors. Effective policies and strategies are needed to develop a green economy by developing green infrastructure, increasing public awareness, developing environmentally friendly technology, developing cooperation with related institutions, and developing green economic policies.
