Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of workload on the performance of employees of PT.Angkasa Pura I Sultan Hasanuddin International Airport Makassar Accident Relief and Fire Fighting Unit. The research method used is quantitative descriptive research. So the number of samples in this study was 77 people. Data collection techniques include observation, questionnaires, communication or direct interviews with employees of the Aviation Accident Relief and Fire Brigade/PKP-PK units who can provide information related to the problems to be discussed. The research results show that workload has a significant effect on employee performance at PT. Angkasa Pura 1 Sultan Hasanuddin International Airport Makassar Aviation Accident Relief and Fire Fighting Unit/PKP-PK..

Abstract

This research is a quantitative descriptive study that aims to analyze the effect of social needs, work culture on job satisfaction at PT Aneka Jasa Sorowako in Makassar. This study uses primary data obtained by distributing questionnaires to 36 respondents. To analyze the data, the authors used multiple linear regression analysis tools. Based on the results of calculations using the SPSS program, it was found that the t value was 4.281 for the social needs variable. Meanwhile, the work culture variable found a t value of 5.545 with a significance value of 0.001 for each variable. This shows that social needs and work culture have a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the Influence of Leadership Style and Environment on Employee Performance at PT. Angkasa Pura I, Sultan Hasanuddin International Airport Branch, Makassar, Operational Division. The research method used is quantitative research which aims to describe and analyze the influence of leadership style and work environment on employee performance at PT Angkasa Pura Makassar. The population of this study is all employees working at the PT Angkasa Pura Makassar office in the Operational Division, totaling 80 people. The sample in this study was 80 people. In this study, primary data collection. Based on the results of the research conducted, conclusions can be drawn regarding the influence of leadership style and work environment on employee performance, it can be concluded that leadership style and work environment have a significant effect on employee performance at PT. Angkasa Pura I, Sultan Hasanuddin International Airport Branch, Makassar, Operational Division.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis terkait Pengaruh Penempatan Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan PT. Angkasa Pura I Bandar Udara Internsional Sultan Hasanuddin Makassar Unit Pertolongan Kecelakaan Penerbangan Dan Pemadam Kebakaran . Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah keseluruhan karyawan yang berjumlah 77 orang. Berdasarkan kriteria tersebut di atas maka jumlah sampel yang digunakan yakni sebanyak 70 orang. Penelitian ini menggunakan tiga cara dalam mengumpulkan data yang diperlukan yakni observasi langsung, wawancara dan pembagian kuesioner. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang dilakukan terkait judul pengaruh penempatan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan maka dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa penempatan kerja berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Angkasa Pura 1 Bandar Udara Internasional Sultan Hasanuddin Makassar Unit Pertolongan Kecelakaan Penerbangan dan Pemadam Kebakaran/PKP-PK. Kata kunci : Penempatan Kerja, Kinerja Karywan

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of service management and work environment on employee performance in the Makassar City Government District Office. The research sample consisted of 125 employees in 15 sub-districts who were selected using the purposive sampling technique. Quantitative data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using Smart PLS, while qualitative data was obtained through in-depth interviews with key informants and analyzed thematically using NVivo.The results show that service management has a positive and significant influence on employee performance, with indicators of clarity of procedures and training as the main contributors. The work environment also has a significant and more dominant influence, highlighting the importance of physical facilities, harmonious working relationships, and managerial support in improving employee performance. These two variables have been proven to contribute synergistically to increasing work effectiveness in the public sector. This research makes an academic contribution by supporting literature on the importance of service management and the work environment in improving employee performance. Practically, this study recommends local governments to strengthen the managerial system and create a conducive work environment to improve the quality of public services. The results of this research are expected to be a strategic reference for human resource management policies in the government sector.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of digital literacy and capacity building on the success of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Makassar City. In facing the challenges of the digital era, digital literacy and capacity building are important factors that determine the sustainability and competitiveness of MSMEs. This study uses a quantitative approach with a survey of 125 MSME actors selected by proportional stratified random sampling. The data were analyzed using the Partial Least Squares (PLS) method to test the relationship between independent and dependent variables. The results of the study show that digital literacy has a positive and significant influence on the success of MSMEs. Digital literacy helps MSMEs improve operational efficiency, expand markets, and create innovations in business processes. In addition, capacity building shows a more dominant influence on the success of MSMEs. Capacity building includes improving managerial skills, resource management, and product innovation, which strengthens the internal capabilities of MSMEs to cope with changes in the business environment. The findings of this study confirm that digital literacy and capacity building complement each other in supporting the success of MSMEs. Digital literacy allows access to technology and market opportunities, while capacity building ensures the internal ability of MSMEs to manage and utilize technology effectively. The combination of these two factors provides a strong foundation for the sustainability of MSMEs in the midst of increasingly complex business dynamics.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the quality of services provided through the implementation of the Management Information System (SIM) at PT. PLN (Persero) SoppengRegency. The focus of the research is to evaluate how the implementation of SIM affects operational efficiency, user satisfaction, and the quality of services provided by PT. PLN (Persero) Soppeng Regency to customers. The methods used in this study are surveys and interviews with users and related stakeholders. The results of the study show that the implementation of a good Management Information System (SIM) can increase responsiveness, accuracy, and transparency in services. However, there are some challenges in user training and system integration that still need to be addressed to achieve more optimal results.

Abstract

Indonesia's media and entertainment industry has experienced significant growth; however, PT. MNC Sky Vision Tbk faced challenges due to declining subscribers from 2019 to 2023. This led to a decrease in revenue and an increase in net losses. This study evaluates the company's financial performance using financial ratio analysis, horizontal and vertical analysis, and cash flow analysis based on financial statements and annual reports. The findings indicate a downward trend in financial performance, driven by declining sales without a proportional reduction in the cost of revenue, with fixed asset depreciation being the largest expense. Most financial ratios show deterioration and reduced cash inflows from operating activities have heightened the company’s liquidity risk. To address these issues, the company should focus on increasing sales, improving accounts receivable collection, and optimizing fixed asset management to enhance financial stability and ensure long-term business sustainability.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the role of clinic atmosphere, price perceptions and service quality in increasing Meutia Beauty Center customer loyalty. In this study, 100 respondents were used as samples. The data analysis methods used include multiple linear regression, t test, F test and coefficient of determination test (Adjusted R2). The research results show that the clinic atmosphere variable has a significant effect in increasing Meutia Beauty Center customer loyalty, the price perception variable has a significant effect in increasing Meutia Beauty Center customer loyalty, and the service quality variable has a significant effect in increasing Meutia Beauty Center customer loyalty. The F test revealed that simultaneously the clinic atmosphere, price perception and service quality had a significant effect in increasing Meutia Beauty Center customer loyalty, apart from that the coefficient of determination (Adjusted R2) obtained was 0.591 or 59.1% of customer loyalty could be explained by these factors, while the remaining 40.9% was influenced by other variables not examined in this research.

Abstract

This study conducts a literature review to examine strategies for human resource development (HRD) within the Regional Market Company (PD Pasar) of Medan City, drawing upon theoretical frameworks and previous research findings. In the context of managing traditional markets, HRD is a critical component in enhancing service efficiency, employee professionalism, and organizational competitiveness. The review identifies several strategic approaches, including continuous training, technology-driven competency development, performance management, and the cultivation of a collaborative work culture. The analysis highlights that effective HRD requires strong internal policy support, visionary leadership, and adequate resource allocation. It concludes that sustainable HRD in PD Pasar Medan should focus on strengthening individual and organizational capabilities through systematic and adaptive strategies aligned with a dynamic external environment.
