Abstract

The research entitled "Identity and self-disclosure of a fandom (phenomenological study of the identity and self-disclosure of male fandoms who love Korean Boyband in Karawang)" has an identification problem that seeks to find meaning in Korean Boyband for a man. fandoms who love Korean boybands, looking for motives to become a fandom of Korean boyband lovers, as well as finding out how to experience communication to become a male fandom of Korean boyband lovers. This is interesting because around the researcher, there are already many male fandoms who like Korean boybands, where not many know the reasons they like Korean boybands so that researchers want to examine the construction of the meaning of male fandoms who love Korean boybands. This study uses a qualitative method and a phenomenological approach, because in this study the researcher examines a phenomenon with the aim of finding the meaning of male fandom who loves Korean boybands. The research is going well, the researcher must examine it in depth so that the informant will provide true information. Abstract

The P2M Division is a division of the National Narcotics Agency that is tasked with prevention and community empowerment, which functions to expand information related to the dangers of using drugs, preventing the use of narcotics and how to deal with them if they have fallen into narcotics. The type of research used is descriptive qualitative by applying data collection methods through in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation. Technical data analysis includes data collection, presentation, data reduction, and drawing conclusions. The purpose of this study is to find out the communication strategy of the prevention and community empowerment division of the National Narcotics Agency of Nganjuk Regency in building anti-drug family resilience. The results obtained from this study are that the implementation of the communication strategy of the P2M division of the BNN in Nganjuk Regency to conduct counseling in building anti-drug family resilience is to apply the 5-step communication strategy model proposed by Hafied Cangara.

Abstract

Organizational culture in the education system in Indonesia needs to be realized. It is intended that the next generation of the nation, especially students, grow into a generation that is smart and has the character of a leader's soul who is ready to face the challenges of life in the future. The problems above require schools to develop a school culture, such as: a culture of discipline, a sense of responsibility, honesty, sincerity, learning ethos, the habit of solving problems rationally and so on. Related to school policy means dealing with the use of resources to the results obtained. Effectiveness is the utilization of resources, funds, facilities and infrastructure in a certain amount that is consciously determined beforehand to produce a number of goods of a certain quality on time. Organizational Strategy and Organizational Culture have a complementary and reciprocal relationship in the organization's efforts to achieve its goals. Organizational culture greatly influences the organization's strategy formulation process, from strategy formulation to strategy implementation. The research method that the author takes is a literature review or literature study; which contains theories relevant to research problems. Literature review or literature study is an activity that is required in research, especially academic research whose main purpose is to develop theoretical aspects as well as aspects of practical benefits. So that by using this research method the author can easily solve the problem to be studied. The data collection method in this study was taken from data sources, which were taken from the literature of national journals. Abstract

This study has an identification problem that seeks to find out the meaning of Liverpool FC for a Bigreds, as well as looking for a motive for a Bigreds who is in Bogor. The phenomenon of a fan supporting his team has been around researchers, especially Liverpool FC. But not many know how a Bigreds defines Liverpool FC club for themselves, and what their motives are to become a Bigreds. This study uses a qualitative method and a phenomenological approach, because in this study the researcher examines a phenomenon with the aim of finding out the meaning and motives of a Bigreds. This research is going well, researchers must examine in depth so that the informants provide true information. The theory used in this research is Alfred Schutz's phenomenological theory. The results of this study are Bigreds interpret Liverpool FC as their self-concept and their love for their proud club. Abstract

Every husband and wife wants a harmonious, happy, and prosperous atmosphere in their family. As the most important organization in the community group to be responsible for the occurrence of social welfare and human sustainability. A quality and harmonious family is a family in which there is tranquility, love, peace, compassion, and the ability to work together. Qur'anic communication is one way to build family harmony as stated in the Qur'an. Without this it is difficult to build a harmonious family because of misunderstandings and conflicts. This journal examines how the role of qur'anic communication on family harmony according to housewives in RW 05 Pisangan Timur Jakarta using qualitative methods by conducting interviews and field observations. The result is that there is a role of qur'anic communication on family harmony which can be proven by the data obtained. Mother applies some qur'anic communication values ​​such as qawlan sadida, qawlan baligha and qawlan maysura and has an impact on increasing family harmony. Therefore, this journal tries to contribute ideas to inspire housewives to apply the value of qur'anic communication to increase harmony in the family. Abstract

This study itself aims to understand whether the practice of perceived ease of use and e-trust built by the Kitabisa application has a significant influence on the realization of digital donation decisions in Generation Z in Indonesia. This study uses quantitative research methods in the process focusing on empirical data collected with a research approach because it uses descriptive and verification methods. The sampling technique used in this study is a purposive sampling technique using a google form in the process of collecting the required data. The data analysis technique used is path analysis technique with the help of Microsoft Excel and SPSS. The results of the hypothesis both from the simultaneous test or test that the perception of use and e-trust have a positive and significant effect on the decision to donate digital with a simultaneous effect of 64.5% and 35.5% are influenced by things that are not examined. Abstract

Tik Tok is an application that provides unique and interesting special effects that users of this application can easily use to create cool short videos that can attract the attention of many people who see it. The Tik Tok application is a Chinese social network and music video platform that was launched in September 2016. This application is a short video creation application with music support that is very popular with many people, including adults and minors. This Tik Tok application can also make its users known or famous. The existence of adolescents is important in socializing. The existence of teenagers is also a symbol that teenagers can get along and choose connections with other people. Existing for a teenager is a pleasure in itself. Because its existence is often connoted with pleasant things. For example, having lots of friends and connections, being an important person and some of the pleasures of being with other teenagers like being able to express themselves freely and doing things that are trending for other teenagers. This is what makes the lifestyle of teenagers in general change. They try to always exist so that sometimes they are too exaggerated and wrong in their search for existence. This research uses a qualitative research type with a phenomenological approach, and the location of the research is at Syulthan Thaha Saifuddin State Islamic University Jambi, and the data collection method uses observation, interviews, and documentation, data sources are taken from local officials, and interviews with users of the Tiktok application. Abstract

The existence of TikTok social media has created a new phenomenon among youth. An influencer is also known as someone who has the ability to influence other people in making decisions to buy a product. TikTok influencers are people who are famous for having a fairly high popularity, namely by having a large number of followers, which is tens to hundreds of thousands. Someone is said to be an influencer because of the large number of followers or fans on TikTok and this can also be seen from the interesting video content that is liked by other TikTok users. Influencers use TikTok to build their personal brand according to their skills and interests. Based on gender, influencers are divided into several types, namely travel influencers, fashion influencers, food influencers, lifestyle/socialite influencers, comedy influencers, and beauty influencers. TikTok @andinishidqin05 has around 56.4K followers and 1.8 million likes (as of July 14, 2022). The author sees Andini Shidqin Maza has something interesting as an influencer. It can be seen from his who has 56.4 thousand followers and can form good personal branding on TikTok so that he can attract the attention of several big brands in Indonesia to use his services as endorsers. Abstract

Coffee or coffee is a rich activity of individuals, from young to old, from student to employee. Nowadays coffee or coffee activities have developed a sense of meaning in the cultural context. The type of research used is qualitative descriptive by applying methods of data collection through in-depth interviews, observations, and documentation. Data analysis techniques include data collection, presentation, data reduction, and deduction drawing. The purpose of this study is to understand and understand the perceptions of the coffee culture by the people of the town of santri jombang. The result of this study is that the senior citizens of the jombang are aware of the cultural coffee culture of ancient times, where the coffee culture undergoes development and has a wide range of meaning for each individual, from the coffee culture to the need of each individual as a social being, as a means of entertainment, and so on. While the coffee culture has undergone social development and changes, it is essentially the same goal for each individual to interact with another person to shed all feelings experienced, even though the meaning of coffee is to drink coffee, not all of them buy coffee, can even be non-coffee. Abstract

Tik Tok is one of the popular social media among teenagers, children and even adults because Tik Tok has many interesting features so that Tik Tok users take advantage of the Tik Tok application as a means of spreading Islamic da'wah. One of the elements of success in preaching is the media as a tool, one of which is the tik tok application. There is an interest in teenagers towards the @Basyasman tik tok account to listen to the contents of the da'wah message. This study aims to determine the relationship between listening behavior to @Basyasman's tik tok account and moral behavior to parents among teenagers in Padurenan Village Rw 5. This study uses a quantitative approach with data collection techniques using questionnaires. The population of 150 teenagers in Padurenan Village Rw 5, the sample calculation used the slovin formula and the results were 60 teenagers. The data analysis technique used correlation test. The results of this study are Ha is accepted because the correlation significance value is 0.00 < 0.05 and the R value is 0.456 > 0.05 so it can be said that there is a good relationship meaning that the more moral behavior towards parents in Padurenan Village Rw 5, the better. The limitation in the study lies in the number of teenagers who not only listen to @Basyasman's da'wah, but can do this by listening to online/offline. The results of this study are used as input for adolescents to improve morals to their parents in order to produce good behavior.
