Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the School Literacy Movement Program on reading interest and Indonesian language learning outcomes in fifth grade students of SDN 9 Mataram. The type of research used in this research is correlational research that uses the ex post facto method. The population of this study was the fifth grade students of SDN 9 Mataram, totaling 35 students. In determining the sample, it is done by using the Saturated Sample Technique. This technique is used because, all the population will be used as a sample. Data on the school literacy movement program and reading interest were collected using a questionnaire and Indonesian language learning outcomes using the even semester report cards for the 2020/2021 academic year. Data were analyzed using simple correlation analysis and simple regression analysis assisted by SPSS version 21.0 for windows. The results of this study indicate that: first, there is a significant influence between the school literacy movement program on the reading interest of the fifth grade students of SDN 9 Mataram. Second, there is a significant influence between the school literacy movement program on the Indonesian language learning outcomes of fifth grade students at SDN 9 Mataram. Abstract

This study aims to find out if there is a relationship between the skills of asking teachers and the motivation of learning students of class V SDN 1 dasan New School Year 2021/2022. This research is quantitative research with correlational methods. The population in the study is students of class V SDN 1 Dasan Baru numbering 61 students. The sample used in this study was quota sampling so researchers used 30 students as research samples. The data collection technique in this study used questionnaires. The data is analyzed with the help of SPSS version 16. The description of the teacher's asking skills level and student learning motivation was analyzed using descriptive analysis, and for the hypothesis test the study was analyzed using the Perason Product Moment formula with the help of SPSS version 16. Rhitung value of 0.669 then large rtabel 0.361 in the level of significance of 5% which means there is a significant and positive relationship between the teacher's questioning skills and the motivation of learning students grade V. Based on the interpretation guidelines on the coefficient of Sugiyono (2018: 257) the rhitung value of 0.669 is at intervals 0.60-0779 shows a strong relationship.

Abstract

In the 2013 curriculum, there is a paradigm of establishing the language aspect that is the basis of the subject matter, namely text (text-based learning) which has also been adapted to the signs of the 2013 curriculum for the development of four language skills, namely listening, speaking, reading and writing skills. Compared to other skills, writing skills tend to be harder to master. This study focused on the rules of language in the text of the description of class IV students. The rules of language in the description text itself are not taught clearly by the teacher because the teacher only adheres to the existing syllabus. This then causes there are still many students who write the description text has not been following the rules of language. The study aims to identify the use of language rules in the text of the description of the work of students of grade IV SDN 1 Sandik school year 2020/2021. This type of research is qualitative descriptive. The data collection technique used is purposive sampling with documentation methods. Data analysis using miles and huberman models. The results stated that students have not been able to write the text of the description following the rules of language. This study can be concluded that overall the percentage of use of the language rules in the description text is 28.7% and falls into the category of less.

Abstract

This research aims to find out how the relationship between the personality of teachers to the interest in learning mathematics class V SDN 26 Cakranegara Kec. Sandubaya Mataram City. This study consists of two variables, namely the teacher's personality variable and the learning interest variable. This type of research is quantitative correlational. Correlation quantitative research is research that aims to find out the relationship (relationship) between variables. The sample in this study was 70 students of class V of SDN 26 Cakranegara, and two teachers of VA and VB classes. Data collection for this study used questionnaires distributed to respondents. The study was conducted for 6 days from August 3-9, 2021.  The results of the data analysis showed that the competence of the teacher's personality (X), making a significant contribution to the learning interest (Y) indicated by a correlation coefficient value of 0.99.While for this significant test showed that the rhitung obtained was greater than rtabel (0.99>0.235), at a significant level of 5%. it is obtained that the calculated r obtained is greater than the rtabel (0.99>0.235), at a significant level of 5%. Based on the results of the determination analysis showed that the teacher competency variable (X) contributed 98.1% to learning interest (Y). In this case Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. From these results, there is a significant relationship between the competence of the teacher's personality and the interest in learning mathematics of class V students of SDN 26 Cakranegara Kec. Sandubaya Mataram City.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the VCT (Value Clarification Technique) learning model on PPKn learning outcomes for fourth grade students of SD Inpres Lewintana. This type of research is a quantitative research type of experiment with a Quasi-Experimental type of Nonequivalent control group design. The population in this study were all fifth grade students of SD Inpres Lewintana, while the samples were grade IVb students of SD Inpres Lewintana as the experimental class and grade IVa students of SD Inpres Lewintana as the control class. The results of the normality and homogeneity tests carried out obtained data stating that the data were normally distributed and had homogeneous variants so that hypothesis testing could be carried out. The results of the t test obtained the value of sig. 2 tailed of 0.019, which is less than 0.05, which means Ha is accepted, indicating that there is an influence of the VCT (Value Clarification Technique) learning model on the learning outcomes of fourth grade PPKn students at SD Inpres Lewintana for the 2021/2022 academic year.

Abstract

Education is very important in supporting the knowledge and potential of students, therefore having a positive self-concept makes students more optimistic. Therefore, this study aims to review the strategy of counseling guidance services for elementary school students in developing self-concept during the covid-19 pandemic. This research method is a literature review where the researcher collects various previous sources. The data analysis technique used content analysis. The theoretical basis in this study explains the self-concept, the role and components of comprehensive guidance and counseling services, as well as the strategy of guidance and counseling services in developing self-concept in elementary school children. The strategy includes four components, namely, basic services, responsive services, individual planning, system support. The role of parents and teachers is important in developing self-concept. In addition, the online counseling system (cyber counseling) can develop self-concept in students through application media.

Abstract

Abstrak: This study aims to determine the forms of difficulties faced by students in solving math problems in the form of stories in the fourth grade of the 44 Ampenan State Elementary School. The subjects of this study were the fourth grade elementary school students as many as 20 students. This research uses descriptive research method. Data collection techniques using tests and interviews. Students are given a test in the form of a math problem in the form of a fraction meter story. Before being used, the questions and interview sheets were first tested for validity. After obtaining research data, researchers analyzed the research data using Miles and Huberman model data analysis techniques. Based on the results of the study, obtained 3 types of difficulties faced by students in solving math problems in the form of stories. The forms of difficulty are (1) the difficulty of students in determining the steps for solving story problems, (2) the difficulty of students in converting information into mathematical sentences, and (3) difficulties in determining arithmetic operations. The difficulty of students in determining the steps for solving story problems obtains the highest percentage, which is 32.5%, the difficulty of students in converting information into mathematical sentences is 26% and the last is the difficulty in determining arithmetic operations as much as 24.5%. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the Make A Match learning model on students' learning interest in the fourth grade content of SDN 26 Cakranegara. This type of research is a quasi-experimental type of nonequivalent control group design. The sampling technique used is census or total sampling. The total number of samples is 82 students. The data collection method used was in the form of observation and student learning interest questionnaires, questionnaires were used for student learning interest data that had previously been tested for validity and reliability in the form of pretest and posttest. Then analyzed using normality test, homogeneity test, hypothesis test and further test with effect size test. Based on the interest in learning data analyzed using the t-test (t-test) obtained tcount of 2,957 while ttable of 1,990 at a confidence level of 5% (0.05), so it can be concluded that (Ha) is accepted and (H0) is rejected. The follow-up test in this study used the Cohen's d effect size formula with the results of 0.781 > 0.6 which means that the effect of the make a match learning model on learning interest is included in the large category based on the effect size classification.

Abstract

Abstrak: This study aims to determine the steps of making media and to determine the feasibility of scrapbook media based on the cultural context of the Sasak tribe in social studies learning for grade IV students at SDN 1 Sakra Selatan. The type of research used in this research is research and development (R&D) with the design steps of the ADDEI model developed by Endang Mulyatiningsih 2019. Data collection methods in this study used multiple choice tests, questionnaires, and documentation. The result of this study is that scrapbook media is suitable for use as a learning medium. The result of this research is that scrapbook media is suitable to be used as a learning medium. Based on the results of the validation of media experts obtained 95% and the results of the validation results by material experts 90%. After the validation test was carried out by the media and material experts, the researcher carried out the application using a multiple choice test. It could be seen that the result of the average pretest score in the experimental class was 5,333.3%, which was greater than the average value for the pretest in the control class, which was 5,167%. Meanwhile, the average score on the post-test test in the experimental class was 8,333.3%, which was greater than the average score for the post-test in the control class, which was 8,333.3%. it can be concluded that the scrapbook media is very valid and the student's response is very good so that the media is very suitable to be used as a learning medium. Abstract

This study aims to determine the difficulties of students in writing poetry texts. This research is a content analysis research with a qualitative approach through three stages, namely data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The subject of this research is a poetry document written by students of class IVB at SDN 1 Dasan Baru. The result of this research is the finding of students' difficulties in writing poetry texts. These difficulties include the difficulty of determining diction in the management of inappropriate words, the difficulty of typography in unattractive typographical arrangements, the difficulty of determining figurative language in the strength of expression, the difficulty of determining rhyme in determining the placement of sounds and their repetition, the difficulty of determining the tone in a poetic atmosphere want to convey.
