Abstract

The diversity of learners in the School of Inclusion becomes a challenge in the education’s world. Where, special needs learners will find themselves unlike the majority of people around them. This affects the individual's self-view which has an impact on self esteem, thus disturbing psychological well-being. For this reason, this study aims to find out in depth how self esteem of learners and the acceptance of people around students with special needs in the School. This research uses qualitative approaches with descriptive methods through field studies that examine various aspects through primary data sources, namely observations and interviews. Meanwhile, secondary data sources are obtained through documentation. The data obtained is analyzed through collection, condensation, presentation, and conclusions according to Miles, Huberman, and Saldana until the data obtained is credible. For the validity of this research data uses source and techniques triangulations. This research is expected to be an enhancer of the insights of every party involved in the implementation of inclusion education in order to respond as appropriate, so that self esteem develops well. The results of the study with students of class V SD Negeri 20 Mataram as a research setting showed self esteem of learners in the implementation of higher inclusion education. In addition, special needs learners are well received by those around them when they are in school.

Abstract

The problem raised in this research is the influence of the story telling method on the speaking ability of the fourth grade students of Jonggat Group III in the 2020/2021 school year. The aim is to determine the effect of the story telling method on the speaking ability of the Jonggat Cluster III students for the 2020/2021 academic year. The results of this study are expected to be useful theoretically and practically. The concept used in this study is the nature of the story telling method and speaking skills. This type of research is descriptive quantitative research, the data sampling technique is purposive sampling technique (samples aim to take several samples from several populations). Data collection techniques using oral tests. Hypothesis testing was carried out using the T test with the help of SPSS version 23. The results showed the value of the lowest value of the experimental pretest was 20 while the highest was 80 and the lowest value was for the control class 40 and the highest was 85, then for the experimental posttest value, the lowest value was 75 and the highest value was 80. , for the posttest control class the lowest score is 68 and the highest score is 96. This shows that there is an effect of the story telling method on the speaking ability of the fourth grade students of Jonggat Group III in the 2020/2021 school year.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the relationship between parental guidance and teacher guidance in learning with the learning outcomes of fourth-grade students at SDN 15 Ampenan. The problem in this study is that the learning outcomes of fourth-grade students at SDN 15 Ampenan are still below the minimum criteria of mastery learning (KKM). This research is quantitative research with a correlational analysis technique. The subjects of this study were 44 fourth-grade students at SDN 15 Ampenan. Data collection techniques in this study using questionnaires and documentation.The hyphothesis test used product-moment correlation and multiple correlations. Based on the results of the study, it showed that (1) there is no relationship between parental guidance and the fourth-grade student learning outcomes of SDN 15 Ampenan. It is evidenced from the results of the product-moment correlation analysis that the value of r count = 0.180 is lower than r table = 0.297 at a significance level of 5%. (2) there is no relationship between teacher guidance and student learning outcomes for class IV SDN 15 Ampenan. It is evidenced from the results of the product-moment correlation analysis that the value of r count = 0.148 is lower than r table = 0.297 at a significance level of 5%. (3) there is no relationship between parental guidance and teacher guidance in learning with fourth-grade student learning outcomes at SDN 15 Ampenan. It is evidence from the results of multiple correlation analysis obtained by the value of F change = 0.513 > 0.05, it can be concluded that the variables of parental guidance and teacher guidance simultaneously have no relationship with the learning outcomes of fourth-grade students at SDN 15 Ampenan.

Abstract

The research aims to get an overview of: 1) the benefits of clinical supervision in helping practitioners carry out field experience practices (PPL II); 2) the essence of the application of clinical supervision in solving teaching problems; 3) the contribution of the application of clinical supervision in developing the professional abilities of prospective teacher students. This research was conducted at SD Inpres Kakaskasen 3 Tomohon using a qualitative approach. Data is collected using interview, observation and documentation techniques. The results showed that the application of clinical supervision effectively: 1) can help practioner to improve the quality of teaching in elementary schools; 2) the answer to overcome various problems in the learning process; 3) can help practitioners to develop their professional abilities. The conclusions are that: 1) the application of clinical supervision helps improve the teaching quality; 2) clinical supervision is the answer in overcoming problems in the learning process; 3) through clinical supervision, practitioner are able to develop their professional abilities. As suggestions: 1) the mentoring process from the supervising lecturers, principals and tutors must focus on the needs of practicioner; 2) the mentoring process must be more helpful that the motivation and creativity of students/practitioners can develop properly.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the application of the point system in solving students who violated the rules at SD Al Ma'soem Bandung. The approach used is a qualitative approach with a descriptive method. The results of this study indicate that the four levels which include notification, reprimand, warning and punishment in the application of the point system at SD Al Ma'soem Bandung apply in different forms. At the announcement stage, socialization during MOS (Student Orientation Period), distribution of point system circulars, pictures and publication of regulations in each class. There are direct warnings and indirect warnings at the warning stage. There are verbal and written warnings during the warning phase. In the punishment stage, the school stops activities, home visits and returns to parents. The implementation of this policy has a different impact on each student who violates the rules, but based on observations and interviews with informants (students), this policy provides a deterrent effect for students not to violate them again.

Abstract

This type of research is Classroom Action Research (PTK), the research subject is the 3rd grade students of Al Umar Ngargosoka Islamic Elementary School, totaling 23 students in the 2020/2021 academic year. The object of this research is the students' communication skills and critical thinking on theme 6 sub-theme 2 using the PBL model at Al Umar Ngargosoka Islamic Elementary School. The assessment instruments used were observation sheets, questionnaire sheets, and interview guides for communication and critical thinking. The data analysis technique used in this research is quantitative analysis and descriptive analysis in the form of descriptive words from each table presented. The results of this study indicate: (1) The use of the Problem Based Learning (PBL) model can improve the communication skills of the 3rd grade students, (2) the use of the Problem Based Learning model can improve students' critical thinking from the average score of the initial conditions, (3) an increase Communication skills and students' critical thinking through Problem Based Learning which is carried out by steps a) Orienting the problem, b) organizing students to learn, c) guide the investigation individually or in groups, d) develop and present the work, e) analyzing and evaluating the problem-solving process.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the school library management at SDN 3 Sikur which includes aspects of 1) planning 2) organizing 3) implementation 4) supervision in the library and 5) service. This research is a qualitative research using a case study approach. Sampling using purposive sampling technique. The research subjects were principals, librarians, teachers and students. The place of research is the library of SDN 3 Sikur, East Lombok Regency. Data collection methods are interviews, observation, and documentation. Data were analyzed using the Interactive Model Miles and Huberman with the stages of data reduction, presentation and conclusion. The validity of the research data is a credibility test by triangulation of techniques and sources. The results showed that library management at SDN 3 Sikur includes: 1) Library planning at SDN 3 Sikur consists of students, costs, personnel, and infrastructure. Library planning is supported by existing resources and adjusted to the needs of students determined through a joint meeting with all parties at SDN 3 Sikur. 2) Library organization at SDN 3 Sikur is good; 3) The implementation of library management at SDN 3 Sikur went well; 4) Supervision carried out by the principal is quite good; and 5) The services provided by SDN 3 Sikur use a reference circulation service using a mixed service system (open and closed).

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk, (1) mengetahui hubungan kebiasaan belajar dengan hasil belajar IPA, (2) mengetahui hubungan motivasi berprestasi dengan hasil belajar IPA, dan (3) mengetahui hubungan kebiasaan belajar dan motivasi berprestasi secara bersama-sama dengan hasil belajar IPA pada peserta didik kelas V SDN Gugus V Kecamatan Cakranegara Tahun Pelajaran 2020/2021. Jenis penelitian ini merupakan penelitian korelasional. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh peserta didik kelas V SDN Gugus V Kecamatan Cakranegara yang berjumlah 214 peserta didik dan sampel penelitian berjumlah 139 peserta didik. Data kebiasaan belajar dan motivasi berprestasi peserta didik dikumpulkan dengan instrumen berbentuk kuesioner. Data yang dikumpulkan dianalisis menggunakan analisis deskriptif. Hasil penelitian ini menemukan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang signifikan kebiasaan belajar dengan hasil belajar IPA  dengan   kategori   rendah  yang ditunjukkan melalui perolehan nilai rhitung > rtabel atau nilai koefisien sebesar 0,253 > 0,167 pada taraf signifikansi 5% serta persamaan garis regresi Y = 71,174 + 0,160 X1 dengan presentase hubungan sebesar 6,4%, terdapat hubungan yang signifkan motivasi berprestasi dengan hasil belajar IPA dengan kategori rendah yang ditunjukkan melalui perolehan nilai rhitung > rtabel atau nilai koefisien sebesar 0,303 > 0,167 pada taraf signifikansi 5% serta persamaan garis regesi Y = 67,257 + 0,214 X2 dengan presentase hubungan sebesar 9,2%. Dan terdapat hubungan yang signifikan kebiasaan belajar dan motivasi berprestasi secara bersama-sama dengan hasil belajar IPA dengan kategori rendah yang ditunjukkan melalui perolehan nilai rhitung > rtabel atau nilai koefisien sebesar 0,341 > 0,167 pada taraf signifikansi 5% serta persamaan regresi Y = 61,840 + 0,106 X1 + 0,173 X2 dengan persentase hubungan sebesar 11,6%.

Abstract

The problems revealed in this study are 1) How are the forms of Social Characters contained in the Text of the Story in the Thematic Book of Grade V SD/MI The Healthy Theme is Important, and 2) How is the suitability of the Social Character in the Thematic Book for Grade V SD/MI Healthy Theme It is important with the demands of the curriculum. The purpose of this study was to find out the forms of Social Characters in Story Texts in the Thematic Book of Healthy Themes and the suitability of Social Characters in Story Texts in Class V Thematic Books. Healthy themes were important to the demands of the curriculum. This type of research is descriptive qualitative. The population in this study were all story texts contained in the Thematic Book of Class V SD/MI The Healthy Is Important Theme. The sample used was 5 story texts contained in the thematic book for class V SD/MI The Healthy Is Important. Data collection techniques using documentary studies. Based on the results of the discussion, it is known that, 1) In the text of the story contained in the thematic book for grade 5 SD/MI, the Healthy Theme is Important contains social characters: Honest, Sportive, Tolerance, Discipline, Independent, Responsibility, Appreciating achievement, Caring about cleanliness, Caring for health , Friendly / communicative, 2) The social characters contained in the story text in the Thematic book Class V The Healthy Theme is Important shows that it is in accordance with the demands of the curriculum.

Abstract

Online learning is an innovation in education so that learning objectives can still be achieved. However the teacher found it a little difficult because previously learning was done face-to-face (conventional). The application that is commonly used during online learning at the 33rd Mataram State Elementary School is the WhatsApp group platform. The purpose of this study was to identify the difficulties of fifth grade teachers during the use of WhatsApp groups, the effectiveness of WhatsApp groups during online learning, and the solutions of fifth grade teachers regarding difficulties during online learning. This research uses descriptive qualitative method. The data sources consist of fifth grade teachers A and fifth B with a sample selection technique in the form of purposive sampling. The data collection technique consists of observation, interviews, and documentation as well as data analysis using the Miles and Huberman model. The results showed that teacher difficulties consisted of unpreparedness with online learning, lack of student learning facilities, the WhatsApp application was the only one used, uneven distribution of quotas, obstruction distribution of learning resources, lack of apperception in learning, and lack of clarity in delivering learning materials. The use of WhatsApp groups is considered quite effective and the solution consists of teachers having to continue learning and participating in various trainings, providing quotas independently, group learning and maintaining good communication with student parents, distributing learning resources by online, material explanation with limited time and using varied media, suitability of the learning process with systematic lesson plans, and how to find out student understanding.
