Abstract

After the COVID-19 pandemic which paralyzed many MSMEs so that they could not carry out business activities, many MSMEs were temporarily closed and even went bankrupt. One of the MSMEs in Bandung Regency, Woow Embroidery, is one of the MSMEs experiencing the impact of the COVID 19 pandemic. After the post-pandemic release of social restrictions, Woow Embroidery MSMEs have started to run their business again. The problem faced is that there are still many MSMEs that have not made financial records and business management in order to be able to calculate the cost of production, because the price of raw materials continues to rise. From the results of the analysis of the situation, the servant proposes to Woow Embroidery MSME partners to provide training and simple financial administration assistance that aims to provide knowledge to partners about financial management. The method used is to provide simple financial administration training, namely partners are given manual recording exercises in the cash book. Furthermore, assistance to partners to find out the implementation of financial administration training results manually and using Microsoft excel. In the implementation stage, partners are invited to take part in financial administration training with resource persons who master accounting and financial management. Partners are given theoretical and practical knowledge as well as the benefits of routine financial records to find out the company's financial condition and partners are directly given exercises by recording in the manual cash book that has been provided. After 2 (two) weeks of mentoring, namely visiting partners and checking the results of financial administration training and the obstacles faced by partners in recording manual financial administration and copying in the excel program. From the results of the training and mentoring activities, partners get financial knowledge as well as the condition of their business financial management.   Keywords: Training, Mentoring, Financial Administration, MSME

Abstract

Social media has such a big impact on social life. Web-based media that can turn communication into interactive dialogue and support social interaction. Social media is generally used to share and participate. Some of the most popular social media sites today include Youtube, Facebook, Instagram, What'sapp and others. Apart from being popular among young people, social media is also popular among millennial mothers. The popularity and ease of access to social media has had various impacts, for example when many social media users are always updating information about various kinds of confidential information that does not deserve to be shared with the public but this appears every day. The information distributed also varies, there are users who spread information related to hoax news, important information and hate speech. It can be exploited by certain persons for personal gain. There will be certain individuals who spread issues of conflict, hostility and disappointment towards the government because they are seen as not paying attention to their people. There are also those who distribute videos depicting how bad the government is so that the message is swallowed whole. Meanwhile, the general public will immediately absorb the information presented on social media without finding out the truth. Therefore, the role of social media in managing issues and being safe in social media is really needed as a guide and measure for us to be smart in social media (smartphone people). So that the information contained on social media can make people think positively and take recommended actions to maintain their health. This service research aims to increase the selectivity of the community in receiving information in the era of the rapid flow of information. In the Community Service Research that has been carried out, in essence not all information on social media is in accordance with the facts, so users need to filter it before sharing. As a smart user and who also acts as citizen journalism, he should provide information that is positive, useful, does not contain suggestions, does not trigger conflict and can build unity and unity. Whether or not the use of social media is appropriate depends on its users, whether they can be smart or not. Being a savvy social media user can make social media safety possible.

Abstract

As an educational institution, the age of SD Muhammadiyah Jonggol is relatively young and has just entered its sixth year. For this reason, a lot of internal coaching is needed to improve the quality of Human Resources (HR), especially teachers. From the conversation with the Principal of SD Muhammadiyah Jonggol, Imran Fauzan Noor, S.Pd.I, information was obtained that teacher character building is an urgent need. It is necessary to conduct character building for the teachers of SD Muhammadiyah Jonggol. The method used in this Community Service (PkM) activity is the extension method. Activities are carried out face to face. Technical counseling is carried out by delivering the material and then holding several exercises. The result of the activity is an increase in the level of participants' understanding of the material. This is evidenced by several practice cases and answers to the questionnaire

Abstract

  Abstract: Community service is an effort to improve the quality of human resources. including broadening horizons, knowledge, and in order to improve skills carried out by academics as proof of dharma filial piety and implementation of forms of caring to play an active role in improving the quality of human resources and increasing welfare. Postgraduate Postgraduate Public Policy and Administration Masters Program at Pasundan University carries out Optimization of Spatial Planning through Socialization of Legislation in Majalengka Regency. Participantsin the Socialization of Policies and Legislation in the Spatial Planning Sector in Majalengka Regency are all stakeholderssuch as: government agencies, institutions, community leaders, and entrepreneurs. The socialization activities yielded results, namely the socialization of a number of regulations and policies related to spatial planning, business permits, space utilization and so on. Socialization of Spatial Planning Policies and Legislation in Majalengka Regency was carried out well as a whole by the Regional Government. Of course, in this case it is necessary to coordinate between related agencies so that problems regarding spatial planning and investment activities can be synchronized. The socialization provided to all stakeholders can increase knowledge about spatial planning, foster community understanding and responsibility in implementing spatial planning and more importantly all stakeholders can participate in carrying out development in accordance with spatial planning objectives. After carrying out this socialization, all relevant stakeholders can understand the implementation of risk based business licenses in relation to the Spatial Planning policy in Majalengka Regency.

Abstract

Since UKK is conducted by LSP, LSP is under the auspices of the National Professional Certification Agency (BNSP), meaning that the certificate issued by LSP is a national standard certificate. conducted by IDUKA. From the information we received from the head of the TKJ expertise program at SMKN 1 Bengkulu city, the average student pass for UKK from 2018 – 2022 is 45%, meaning that very many students fail. To overcome this problem the school has made various efforts, one of the efforts made is to bring guest teachers to the school where this activity is in the form of a workshop. The aim of this workshop is to improve hard skills as well as mental provision, tips and tricks when facing exams. The method used first is Needs Analysis At this stage an analysis of what is needed, both physical and non-physical needs, so that nothing is forgotten during the implementation of activities, or this stage can also be called concept maturation, Instrument Preparation (materials and practical tools) This stage is the holding of preparation and making of any material that will be delivered, and preparing what tools are needed to support practical activities, Implementation of Activities Activities take place in the TKJ Expertise Program Labor room, activities last for 2 days. As previously stated, the method of activity is the lecture, discussion, and practice method. Students listen to the theoretical material delivered, after the theoretical material is delivered then enter the practical session, where in this practice session at the same time discussions are held if there are things that are asked by students related to the practical activities carried out. Then to measure the ability of each student a simulation exam is held at the end of the session, the evaluation stage is held to evaluate the entire series of activities, the results of this evaluation will become material for future follow-up plans. The hope for class XII students majoring in TKJ can improve their hard skills and be able to do UKK well.
