Tulisan Ilmiah Pariwisata (TULIP) is a Journal published by Tourism Department of Universitas Muhammadiyah Gorontalo Tulisan Ilmiah Pariwisata (TULIP), with E-ISSN 2720-9873 (Online) is a Peer-reviewed journal published twice in June and December by Tourism Department, Universitas Muhammadiyah Gorontalo. Tulip aims to disseminate and provide information to the parties concerned in the study of Tourism. Tulisan Ilmiah Pariwisata (TULIP) is a scientific journal in the field of tourism studies. The manuscript can be a research paper, review articles, as well as conceptual, technical, and methodological papers on all aspects, includes research findings, experimental design, analysis, and recent application in tour and travel studies. The scope of these areas includes tourism planning, geography, tourism management, destination, traveling, environment, economics, gastronomic, heritage, and culture. Abstract

Perception is an impression that is obtained by individuals or groups through the five senses and then organized, interpreted and evaluated so as to obtain meaning. Service quality is the ability of a company to provide services that have a direct impact on customer satisfaction in accordance with their wants and needs. A tourist village is a rural area that offers an overall atmosphere that reflects the authenticity of the countryside both from socio-economic life, socio-culture, customs, daily life, has a typical village architecture and spatial structure, or economic activities that are unique and interesting and have the potential to the development of various tourism components, such as attractions, accommodation, food-beverages and other tourism needs. This study aims to determine the Perceptions of Domestic Tourists on Service Quality.This research aims to determine the Perception of Domestic Tourists toward Service Quality. This research used a quantitative descriptive approach. The sample was taken technically with a total sample of 85 respondents. Data collection using observation sheets and questionnaires. Data analysis using the Likert scale on the tourist perception validity test of <0.05=0.05 and Cronbach’s alpha result of 0.708 on service quality and hypothesis test with a value of 0.000 using the multivariate regression method. So, there is an influence on tourist perceptions of the quality of service.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui partisipasi masyarakat terhadap pengembangan daya tarik wisata. Penelitian ini menggunakan Teknik analisis data dengan cara mereduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Dengan berpatokan pada komponen pariwisata yang menggunakan what to see, what to do, what to buy dan what to arrived. Penelitian ini sudah menjawab hasil rumusan masalah yang sudah di dapati dari hasil observasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa partisipasi masyarakat terhadap pengembangan daya tarik wisata danau limboto desa pentadio barat kabupaten gorontalo sudah berjalan dengan baik. Tak hanya masyarakat namun peran dari pemerintah desa dalam bekerjasama untuk mengembangkan danau limboto sudah sangat berpengaruh kepada masyarakat. Abstract

Gorontalo merupakan salah satu provinsi yang ada di Indonesia tidak kalah dengan provinsi lainnya dimana Gorontalo memiliki daya Tarik wisata yang patut diperkenalkan baik kepada wisatawan domestik maupun wisatawan dan kekayaan yang dimiliki oleh Gorontalo yaitu Embung Dumati yang berlokasi di Desa Dumati Kecamatan Telaga Biru Kabupaten Gorontalo. Pengelola wisata Embung Dumati sudah berupaya melakukan strategi pengembangan dengan menambahkan berbagai fasilitas di Embung Dumati, namun seiring berjalannya waktu pengembangan yang belum optimal ini membuat daya tarik wisata Embung Dumati sudah tidak ramai pengunjung lagi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengembangan daya Tarik wisata Embung Dumati di Kabupaten Gorontalo. Adapun metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Teknik analisis SWOT. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian bahwa secara umum pengembangan daya Tarik wisata Embung Dumati bahwa dalam pengelolaanya masih kurang baik dan masih minimnya sarana prasarana, sehingga dapat ditentukan bahwa daya tarik wisata Embung Dumati ini terdapat pada kuadran III, yaitu strategi W-O, strategi yang meminimalisir kelemahan dan memanfaatkan peluang yang ada.

Abstract

Penelitian ini Bertujuan untuk mengetahui apa kendala yang ada di Bantayo Poboide serta bagaimana Perkembangan Banthayo Poboide. Metode analisis yang digunakan yaitu metode deskriptif kualitatif serta SWOT dan pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil dari penelitian ini yaitu Banthayo Poboide banyak terdapat kendala yang ada, akan tetapi masih ada beberapa hal yang dapat dikembangkan untuk mengurangi kendala tersebut yaitu dengan meminimalisir kelemahan dengan memanfaatkan peluang yaitu sesuai dengan hasil dari penelitian yaitu mendapatkan strategi WO dalam penelitian ini.

Abstract

The world is currently faced with the problem of the spread of the Covid-19 virus. The outbreak that appeared in Wuhan, China, was first reported to WHO on December 31, 2019. The cases and victims of Covid-19 spread across various countries indicate that Covid-19 has become a global problem, and has had an impact on international activities, such as the economy and the economy. various other activities. The global COVID-19 pandemic has created new problems for nation-states, especially regarding how the state's efforts to prevent and stop the spread of this virus from spreading further. Social vaccines such as social distancing and lockdown policies are also carried out by countries in response to this emergency situation. The rapid growth of the tourism industry in Indonesia is a fairly complex challenge in providing a sense of comfort and safety for tourists. This study aims to determine the factors that influence tourist interest in traveling. In this study, the data collected was tested using Partial Least Square (PLS) on 90 respondents. The sample of this study used purposive sampling. The results obtained are that statistical data analysis shows that health protocols positively and significantly affect visiting interest. The t statistic is 3.470 > t table 1.96. In addition, p-values of 0.001 <0.05 were obtained, indicating that health protocols affect the interest of visiting tourists to Bali. The results of statistical data analysis showed that psychology affected the interest in visiting in a positive and significant way. The t statistic is 3.016 > t table 1.96. In addition, p values of 0.003 < 0.05 were obtained. So that it shows that psychology has an effect on the interest of visiting tourists to Bali.

Abstract

EWOM given by other consumers in a sharing review platform or community can influence consumers' purchase intentions. TripAdvisor as an online review site that provides access for its customers to write a review. On the TripAdvisor site, people who want to share their experiences are required to become regular users and have their TripAdvisor account first and it is known that 65% of respondents see hotel reviews before making a booking. Thus, high ratings and good reviews from customers can create profits for hoteliers as EWOM can help hotels attract new customers. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of EWOM on room purchase intention in Badung Regency and the role of Tripadvisor website brand image in mediating the relationship between EWOM and room purchase intention. This research method uses a quantitative approach and Partial Least Square Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) analysis. The population determined in this study is the Indonesian population with a sample of 180 respondents in accordance with the provisions of the sample calculation. The equation models analyzed are the outer model, the inner model and hypothesis testing. Based on the results of calculations using PLS-SEM software, the results show that there is no significant effect between the effect of EWOM on room purchase intentions, there is a significant effect of brand image on EWOM, the brand image of the Tripadvisor site has an effect on room purchase intention and there is a significant influence on brand image the Tripadvisor website as a media to mediate the influence of EWOM on room purchase intentions in Badung Regency. The implication of the results of this study shows that hotels around Badung Regency must maintain professionalism in improving the quality of services and facilities provided to tourists so that they can increase the value of reviews on the Tripadvisor site.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana Peran Stakeholder dalam Pengembangan Daya Tarik Wisata Embung Dumati di Kabupaten Gorontalo dan bagaimana meningkatkan Peran Stakeholder dalam Pengembangan Daya Tarik Wisata Embung Dumati. Daya Tarik Wisata Embung Dumati merupakan salah satu daya tarik wisata yang ada di Kabupaten Gorontalo. Dimana Daya Tarik Wisata Embung Dumati diresmikan pada awal tahun 2019, terletak di Desa Dumati Kecamatan Telaga biru Kabupaten Gorontalo. Daya Tarik wisata ini dikelola oleh badan usaha milik desa (Bumdes). Jenis peneltian yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah jenis penelitian kualitatif. Teknik Pengumpulan data yang digunakan peneliti adalah wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah reduksi data, penyajian data dan penerikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa Peran Stakeholder dalam hal pemerintah dan masyarakat dalam pengembangan daya tarik wisata Embung Dumati belum maksimal, sehingga daya tarik wisata ini mengalami stagnasi. Serta belum mangantongi izin dari pihak Balai Wilayah Sungai (BWS II) untuk pengembangan Embung Dumati dijadikan sebagai daya tarik wisata. Sehingga menjadi kendala utama yang menghambat dalam proses pengembangan daya tarik tersebut.

Abstract

The Covid 19 pandemic that has occurred from 2020 until now has greatly affected every business. The world of Bali tourism is very impacted by the occurrence of this pandemic. The hotel business sector that is still operating carries out strategies that can save and make business operations run well. Kanjeng Hospitality Management, as a company engaged in the hospitality sector, has implemented an efficiency strategy by using training and daily workers to support the company's operations during the pandemic. This study was conducted to analyze the strategy using the SWOT method (strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, threats). The results of data collection show that the strategy of using training and daily workers is effective in saving the salary budget up to 50% of the normal budget. Training and daily workers also have good productivity because they are able to complete work well. Although it does not have a significant impact in improving the performance of permanent employees, this strategy is an aggressive strategy, because it has great strengths and opportunities so that it can be maximized to bring about increased business operations.

Abstract

Tanjung silar sebagai wisata pantai berada di Kecamatan Nuangan. Pantai Tanjung silar memiliki keindahan alam seperti pantai yang indah dengan air lautnya yang begitu jernih dan gradasi warna yang sempurna, membuat pantai ini sengat nyaman untuk bermain air atau berendam. Selain itu lingkungan sekitar masih alami, keindahan bawah lautnya pun begitu menakjubkanPenelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui strategi pengembangan di daya tarik. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Deskriptif Kualitatif. Sampel diambil dengan tehnik observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi kepada 1 narasumber 2 informan. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis SWOT ( Streangth, Weakness, Opportunity, Threats).  Hasil penelitian Strategi pengembangan daya tarik wisata pantai tanjung silar berada pada kuadran I, yaitu strategi S-O Strategi ini guna memanfaatkan semua kekuatan untuk merebut peluang sebesar-besarnya. Strategi SO yang dapat di implementasikan mengenai daya tarik wisata. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan strategi pengembangan daya tarik wisata pantai tanjung silar adalah menggunakan analisis SWOT.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Potensi Pantai Kurenai Sebagai Wisata Bahari di Kabupaten Bone Bolango. Penelitian yang digunakan adalah Metode analisis deskriptif kualitatif dengan melakukan pendekatan 3A (Atraksi, Aksebilitas, dan Amenitas). Data di kumpul melalui observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa Pantai Kurenai memiliki potensi daya tarik wisata untuk dikembangkan menjadi wisata bahari. Pantai Kurenai ini memiliki kekayaan biota laut yang melimpah, sehingga wisatawan dapat melakukan berbagai aktivitas di Pantai Kurenai ini dengan atraksi berupa memancing, berenang, snorkeling dan diving. Peneliti merekomendasikan beberapa atraksi Water Sport seperti Paraselling, Wake Board, Banana Boat dan Jetski yang akan menjadi potensi wisata bahari untuk sebagai sumber pendapatan ekonomi bagi masyarakat maupun pemerintah.
