The research method was validated through construct validity and reliability test, and for hypotheses test Structural Equation Model (SEM) analysis was used. The result of this research indicates that service quality significantly influences toward brand trust. Service quality doesn’t influence toward customer loyalty. Then, brand trust also doesn’t influence toward customer loyalty. After the processes conducted in this research, it can be concluded that only service quality give positive influence to brand trust in Starbuck. Abstract

Children aged 1 to 3 years are the most critical period because 80% of brain growth occurs at that age or known as the Golden age (Nursalam, 2005). Based on the stages of growth and development of toddler-age children, it is necessary to get supervision from parents because in carrying out their activities children do not pay attention to the dangers that exist around them (Nursalam, 2005). According to dinkes Kepri (2014), the prevalence of injury events in toddler-aged children is injury (8.9%), drowning accidents (20.6%), bone fractures (2.6%), burns (5.3%), foreign body entry (9.7%), unexpected injuries (8.7%), and poisoning (10.26%). Toddler injuries can be prevented, one of which is with good supervision from parents (Arvin, 2000). This study aims to provide an overview of first aid behavior in toddler children who fall in the work area of the rafted health center. The total sample of this study was 30 people. The sampling technique uses a non-probability technique, namely a saturated sample or often called total sampling, where all members of the population are used as samples. In this study, it was known that respondents had alevel of good behavior (80%). This is influenced by several factors, namely education, sources of information, and experience. The results of this study are expected to add insight, contribute to science, especially those related to the problem of first aid in fallen toddler children and contribute thoughts for parents regarding first aid in fallen toddler children.

The purpose of this study is to determine the risk factors for PEB in pregnant women in the Riau Islands region in 2019. This type of research uses descriptive research methods with an approach that includes nursing assessment, diagnosis, intervention, implementation and evaluation of nursing. This research was carried out in the Riau Islands area. The subjects of the study were 30 pregnant women who lived in Berakit village and Pengudang village. From the results of the study, it was found that there was a relationship between age (p-value = 0.01), last education (p-value = 0.01), and a history of hypertension (p-value 0.000) with the incidence of preeclampsia. Meanwhile, in the factors of employment status (p-value = 0.361), parity (p-value = 0.414) and gestational age (p-value = 0.381) there was no significant relationship with the incidence of preeclampsia

Abstract

Berakit Village is one of the island areas in Teluk Sebong District, Bintan Regency, Riau Islands Province. Land cover on Berakit Island is mostly made up of mangroves (Directory of Small Islands of Indonesia, 2012). The high interaction of the village community with the sea has a high risk of drowning or near drowning. especially to the community and visitors who are traveling in the village. The purpose of this study was to describe the knowledge of first aid for drowning victims in the archipelago. This study used a descriptive method, The sample size in this study was 30 people. Based on the results of our observations through a questionnaire related to the description of knowledge about first aid for drowning victims in the Berakit Village community that the level of knowledge of the community was sufficient with a total of 19 people. This is due to several factors, one of which is the level of education. This is in accordance with the statement put forward by Nursalam (2011), that a person's knowledge can be influenced by the level of education and exposure to information. The higher a person's education, the easier it will be to receive information. It can be concluded that the majority of community knowledge in Berakit Village was sufficient, this is because the people in Berakit Village have received information about first aid for drowning victims
