Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of Online Learning, emotional intelligence, intellectual intelligence, sosial intelligence partially and simultaneously on student performance. The type of data used in this study is quantative data with data techniques using a questionnaire. The population in this study is management students of Riau Kepulauan University. The sampling using the Slovin formula and getting a sample of 60 students. The results of this study indicate that: 1. Online learning affects student performance, 2. Emotional intelligence affects student performance, 3. Intellectual intelligence does not affect student performance, 4. Social intelligence affects student performance. as evidenced by the value of fcount 30.447 > ftabel 2.05 and a significance value of 0.000 <0.05.

Abstract

Rudat dance used to perform in traditional Sasak culture called Begawe, roah-thankful ceremonial culture based on primitif way. This nowadays left by millenial and Zillenial. Then pursued to state the problem that how to utilization of the Rudat Dance for the Mandalika Moto GP Event. This research find that Rudat can be perform to be useful Dance for this International event. This research finding indicated two types of Rudat can be used to be shown in tourism persfective. Therefore Rudat can be developed to be one of the target traditional culture to utilized by all stakeholders those who envolved to promote rudat as one of attractive for tourism event.

Abstract

Indonesia is a granary for palm oil, the largest producer of crude palm oil (CPO) in the world is still faced with the problem of oil scarcity, soaring cooking oil prices. The Role and Functions of the Ministry of Trade of the Republic of Indonesia in Overcoming the High and Scarcity of Cooking Oil in Indonesia. Data analysis was carried out using an analysis based on the Role and Functions of the Ministry of Trade of the Republic of Indonesia in Tackling the High and Scarcity of Cooking Oil in Indonesia. The purpose of this study is to examine and analyze the role and function of the Ministry of Trade of the Republic of Indonesia in Tackling the High and Scarcity of Cooking Oil in Indonesia. Abstract

This problem is the cultivation of children's religious and moral values ​​has not developed properly. In connection with this problem, the aim is to determine the role of the role-playing method in instilling religious and moral values ​​in children based on cartoon/animated films during the COVID-19 pandemic aged 5-6 years. The approach in this research is qualitative and the type of research is descriptive. The subjects were 24 children consisting of 11 boys and 13 girls. Data was collected by means of observation, interviews, and documentation. Data management is done by using percentage technique. Based on the results of the study showed that the first week of the average recapitulation results on aspects of good behavior, reading prayers and honesty, the category developed very well (****) 2.8% of children, the category developed as expected (***) 7% of children, the category began to develop (**) 19% of children, and underdeveloped category (*) 70.8% of children. Furthermore, after the fourth week using the role playing method and its media, namely cartoon/animated films from the recapitulation on aspects of good behavior, reading prayers, and honesty, the average category developed very well (****) 19.4% of children, the category developed according to expectations (***) 65.3% of children, the category began to develop (**) 11.1% of children, and the undeveloped category (*) 4.2% of children. It can be concluded that there is a role for the role-playing method to inculcate religious and moral values ​​in children based on cartoon/animated films.

Abstract

Company secrets are very essential; especially to prevent unfair business competition, from other business actors who own companies that produce similar goods or services, especially if it is related to the globalization of trade. So the legal protection of trade secrets will give birth to a form of honest business competition among business people and become a very valuable commodity because it has a high economic value; Employees who reveal or leak company secrets (Corporate Secrets which should be kept secret except for the interests of the state, either through print media (newspapers, magazines, bulletins), or online (TV, Instagram, YouTube, Snapchat (WhatsApp, SMS), Tik-Tok, Facebook and Twitter)) whose contents contain insults and/or defamation, shall be subject to criminal penalties based on Article 27 paragraph (3) in conjunction with Article 42 of Law No.19 of 2016 concerning Amendments to Law No.11 of 2008 concerning Information and Electronic Transactions are subject to a maximum imprisonment of 6 (six) years and/or a maximum fine of Rp. 1,000,000,000.00,- (one billion rupiah).

Abstract

Efforts to foster interest in entrepreneurship among students is one form of the success of various universities in an effort to help the government suppress the movement The high number of the workforce is one of the reasons the government continues to make entrepreneurship programs for the community, especially among students. This is certainly a motivation for students to be able to find their potential in creating and innovating in reading business opportunities, so that when graduates are busy looking for work they can create competitive jobs. In this study, the method used is a case study method. This study uses descriptive analysis by conducting direct interviews. Programs that can be carried out to foster student entrepreneurship interest in facing the era of the industrial revolution 4.0 in the PGMI study program include achieving learning outcomes in the curriculum related to entrepreneurship, participating in the Student Creativity Program (PKM) and industrial visits, students participating in every activity related to development. knowledge about entrepreneurship such as attending the National Entrepreneurship Seminar, participants in the Entrepreneurship Public Lecture and participating in various entrepreneurship trainings.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze work stress, time budget pressure, locus of control and auditor personality type on auditor dysfunctional behavior and its consequences on the quality of audit results. The theories used in this research are Theory of Attitudinal Change. The independent variables of this research are work stress, time budget pressure, locus of control and personality type. The dependent variable is the quality of the audit results. Also, the mediating variable is auditor dysfunctional behavior. This research was conducted at a registered public accounting firm in Bali using a questionnaire distributed to auditors who at least become team leaders in audit assignments. The data analysis technique used is the Partial Least Square (PLS) approach. The results showed that audit time budget pressure and locus of control had a positive effect on work stress. Furthermore, work stress, audit time budget pressure and locus of control have a positive effect on audit quality reduction behavior. The results also show that work stress, time budget pressure, external locus of control and personality type have a positive effect on auditor dysfunctional behavior. Furthermore, the dysfunctional behavior of auditors has a negative effect on the quality of audit results.

Abstract

The rules regarding criminal sanctions for hoarders (cooking oil) of Cooking Oil in Indonesia have been regulated in Article 107 of Law (UU) Number 7 of 2014 concerning Trade and Presidential Regulation Number 71 of 2015 concerning Stipulation and Storage of Basic Necessities and Goods. This data analysis was carried out using an analysis based on the Criminal Hoarding of Cooking Oil in Indonesia. The purpose of this research is to be able to examine and analyze the Criminal Hoarding of Cooking Oil in Indonesia. As for the benefits of this research academically, this research is useful related to the crime of hoarding cooking oil in Indonesia, while theoretically, this research can enrich the literature in terms of studying the crime of hoarding cooking oil in Indonesia.

Abstract

Law enforcement by the police in the crime of money laundering originating from online gambling is associated withLaw Number 8 of 2010 concerning Prevention and Eradication of the Crime of Money Laundering is an online gambling law enforcement that has been carried out by the VC Sat Subunit. The Criminal Police Criminal Investigation Unit still uses the instrument of Article 303 of the Criminal Code rather than Article 27 paragraph (2) Jo. Article 45 of the ITE Law. The threat of imprisonment under Article 303 of the Criminal Code is 10 years, heavier than Article 27 (2) Jo.
