Abstract

This study aims to describe maqashid al-Syariah in terms of the philosophical aspects of maqashid al-Syariah, the relevance of maqashid al-Syariah with contemporary ijtihad. This research uses descriptive qualitative. Data were collected through interviews, observation, and documentation. This study uses data analysis techniques, which consist of stages of data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of the research on the relevance of maqashid al-Shariah with contemporary ijtihad show the philosophy of maqashid al-Syariah. Contemporary ijtihad also tries to see significant changes in Islamic law from time to time, namely changes from the family aspect, women's aspect, and worship aspect. In an effort to develop Islamic legal thought, especially in providing understanding and clarity on various contemporary legal issues, mujtahids need to know the purpose of Islamic law. In addition, the purpose of the law needs to be known in order to identify whether a legal provision can still be applied to a particular case or because of changes in social structure, the law can no longer be maintained. Thus, knowledge of Maqāṣid al-Shari'ah is the key to the success of the mujtahid in his ijtihad.

Abstract

Ibn Qayyim invites and calls on Muslims to ijtihad and leave taklid, Ibn Qayyim al-Jauziyah is a scholar who is very persistent in fighting blind taklid and calling for freedom of thought, but still clinging to the main points of Islamic teachings and the creed of the Salaf. In Ibn Qayyim's view, ijtihad must develop in accordance with the development of situations and conditions in various places and times. Therefore he put forward a rule: Fi taghayyir al-fatawa wa ikhtilafiha bi hasbi taghayyir al-azminah wa al-amkinah wa al-ahwal wa al-niyat wa al-'awa'id. According to him, an important factor in formulating legal provisions or legal stipulations must be related to five things, namely al-azminah (the situation of the times), al-amkinah (the situation of the place), al-ahwal (the circumstances), al-niyat (the cause of desires), and al-awa'id (customs). All of this affects the development of law, so that Islamic law can truly be lived as a law that is rahmatan lil 'alamin, able to answer the challenges of changing social dynamics of society. Thus Islamic law remains suitable for all times and places.

Abstract

Mechanical earthmoving is all work related to digging, breaking, loosening, loading, hauling, and compacting soil or rock (overburden) using mechanical devices. Based on the results of research in April 2022 it was concluded that mechanical availability and physical availability did not meet the target plan, where the mechanical availability value in April was 74% and the physical availability value in April was 79%. While the value to be achieved at PT XYZ on mechanical availability is 83% and physical availability is 90%. One of the efforts for MA and PA to achieve the target plan is to map actual conditions and then make a work plan.

Abstract

PT XYZ is a private company managed by foreign company was engaged in coal mining sector located in Muara Enim, South Sumatera. This company conducts open mining system or surface mining. The overburden volume production calculation applied by PT XYZ used software that is Minescape 5.7. Software. The objectives of this research was creating a front design of overburden from west to cast with elevation of #10 to 0 and the calculation of cut and fill volume of overburden planning and the joint result used Minescape 57. Software, comparing the amount of cut and fills volume and determining the factors causing the difference of the overburden volume calculation using Minescape 5.7. Software. The method used was material stockpiling method and disposal stability became the author's basis to recommend a disposal in pit which can accommodate safe product to be implemented in the field. Based on the calculation results using Minescape 5.7. Software in May, the obtained overburden volume was 587.36 BCM. From the analysis results related to the Minescape 5.7. Software calculation comparison between the progress and the joint of the cut was 428.62 and the fill was 20.48.

Abstract

Water is basic necessity in our daily life. But in fact, the water sources used by surrounding communities in Kenten Laut residence’s wells are still murky and still do not meet the standard specifications for drinking water. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of using activated carbon from rubber shells and optimal coagulation from kepok banana peels in improving the water quality of residence’s wells by using the parameters of pH, TSS, TDS and turbidity. Based on the research which has been conducted, the optimum effectiveness that could be used to increase pH value with dose of 0.1 grams was the coagulants from kepok banana peels of 7.08, while the activated carbon results were close to alkaline. Meanwhile, for other parameters, the optimum effectiveness for improving the water is the dose of 0.5 grams of rubber seed shell activated carbon, it could reduce TSS up to 90.66%, TDS 91.04% and turbidity 97.37%. Meanwhile, by using coagulant from kepok banana peels the effectiveness was only TSS 73.33%, TDS 40.29% and turbidity 68.86%.

Abstract

The chain problem that really stuck up during the Corona 19 pandemic was the limited knowledge/skills and techniques that could be accessed in terms of technology. This aspect is still a fundamental problem for community groups regarding product development technology. Fundamental changes through innovation will bring new markets. These developments eventually create differentiated products and services. This research places Higher Education in community empowerment as an object of basic study in carrying out steps to empower rural communities, with the aim of reviving the community's economy based on the power of technology and information, namely through an online marketing system. This research uses a qualitative descriptive approach with a study of online seller communities that have the concept of empowerment. Methods of data collection through observation, interviews, and documentation as well as the participation of the author, using the data triangulation analysis method, namely grouping the data that has been obtained, then reduced, drawn conclusions, presented with a description systematically so that it can comprehensively describe the steps of empowerment. In this study, it was found that the strategy of Higher Education in community empowerment is through the stages of socialization, the introduction of tools, operations, and segmentation analysis. Economic impacts can be identified through members' contributions to operational empowerment. With this, the concept of collaborative synergies through the dropship system is a new strategy in empowerment, because it can be done from any angle, and can be integrated into various other media marketplaces

Abstract

Life and human life are in the natural environment. In nature can not be separated from natural disasters. Risks so as not to be overwritten by natural disasters require preventive measures. This paper discusses about the ergonomic environment as a measure to prevent accidents due to living and doing activities in nature on sloped land. This scientific writing design uses descriptive by presenting several opinions or research results. Methods of data collection using literature study. The inference method is done using deductive. Conclusion: a). The slope of the slope has a very significant effect on soil damage, including causing landslides, so that a slope of 0 -7 degrees is flat and very sloping land, the best for settlements and a slope of 7 - 15 degrees is sloping land, not dangerous for humans to build settlements, only requires soil hardening/accompaniment treatment. b). Ergonomic natural environment is a deep ecosystem shaping the terrestrial and aquatic environments to create within human and natural boundaries so that the natural work environment makes human activities safe, secure, comfortable, and healthy in life. Suggestion: It is hoped that the community will pay attention to ergonomic conditions, harden or provide hard assistance on sloped land, and avoid living on steep and steep slopes, so as to avoid the risk of landslides
