The potential for natural wealth, human resources and opportunities as an agricultural country are factors that influence success in the global economy. In its implementation, MSMEs have had mental readiness for the application of digital literacy. However, this will not run synergistically without simultaneous and gradual efforts to guard and improve digitalization technology in agricultural businesses. The fishery sub-sectoral agricultural business for catfish species is a supporting sector for Indonesia's food security. With this urgency, the application of digitization of agricultural businesses must be guarded from the production chain to distribution on a national and international scale.

Abstract

Islamic law only became an authoritative source (a legal source that has legal force) in constitutional law when the Jakarta Charter was placed in the Republic of Indonesia's Presidential Decree dated 5 July 159 as can be seen in the preamble to the Decree as follows: "That we believe that the Jakarta Charter is dated 22 June 1945 animates the 1945 Constitution and constitutes a series of units in the Constitution.” The word "animating" negatively means that it is not permissible to make laws in the Indonesian state that are contrary to Islamic law for its adherents. Even though Islamic law has failed to be obtained by Islamic parties, the opportunity to make laws based on or inspired by Islamic law through the mechanism of representative democracy in Indonesia is still wide open. Challenges faced by Islamic law The toughest challenge at this time does not lie in the constitutional logic of accommodating Islamic law in national law, but in the dialectics between secular currents of Western thought and expressions of the diversity of Muslims which sometimes creates phobias.

This research is based on agency theory and the theory of Good Corporate Governance. The research method used in this study is a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. In this study, the research subject to be used was purposive sampling in determining the informants. The data analysis steps used in this study are the Analysis Interactive Model from Miles and Huberman, which divides the steps in data analysis activities into several parts: data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions or verification. The results of the study stated that the implementation of GCG at PT DKB was quite good even though some had not been implemented as example from SPI before GCG still making reports that were not by the evaluation of the Audit Committee or other divisions, in this case, such as lack of documentation or written reports, then after GCG implementation is an obligation that must be implemented. Likewise, if there are matters related to problems that must be coordinated with the audit committee or other divisions, SPI will make a request letter in terms of coordination related to these problems. While the implementation of GCG at PT DKB still requires improvement and follow-up as a result of the Assessment results report, this requires support from all stakeholders and aspects of the company's organization, but the company still wants to always work hard to make this happen.

Abstract

Background: People with HIV who use injecting drugs besides taking ARVs also use methadone. With these conditions, of course there will be a risk of causing various side effects. Based on this, researchers are interested in exploring the physical side effects experienced by PLWHA IDUs while using ARV therapy and Methadone. Method: This qualitative research uses a phenomenological study approach. Participants were taken based on criteria referring to the purposive sampling technique (snowball sampling). Participants were PLWHA with a history of injecting drug users (IDU) aged 20 years and over and had undergone ARV therapy and Methadone maintenance therapy for at least 6 months. Researchers conducted semi-structured in-depth interviews and used Colaizzi's data analysis stages. Results: HIV AIDS sufferers who inject drug users experience physical side effects on the digestive system, namely tooth decay, constipation, anorexia. Side effects on the musculoskeletal system include muscle pain and weakness and insomnia. Side effects of the covering system are the appearance of itching and rashes. Side effect on the reproductive system is a decrease in sexual function. Recommendation: The results of this study need to be followed up with studies with a larger number of participants so that they can represent other problems experienced by PLWHA while using ARV therapy and methadone together.
