Abstract

This research aims to empirically test how big the influence of labor, work force and investment is on economic growth in North Maluku Province. This research uses quantitative data, namely data in the form of numbers or can be calculated, statistical analysis is more appropriate to use on this data. This method must also use computer software quantitative tools. Regression Analysis Statistical Test is a procedure used to test whether there is an error or truth in the null hypothesis results from the sample. There are 3 types of criteria in testing, including the coefficient of determination test (R2), statistical t test, and statistical f test. Based on partial research results, the labor variable has a positive but not significant effect on economic growth, the labor force variable has a positive and significant effect on growth, then the investment variable has a positive but not significant effect on economic growth in North Maluku Province. And simultaneously or simultaneously, it can be seen that the three variables of labor, labor force, and investment have an influence on economic growth in North Maluku Province

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of service innovation (X1), viral marketing (X2), halal certification (X3), Purchasing Decisions (Y), and Purchase Interest (Z) on Consumers of Kedai Pinara in Semarang City. The type of research used is quantitative. The data collection method was carried out by distributing questionnaires to Consumers of Kedai Pinara in Semarang City. The sample used was 100 respondents with a non-probability sampling technique. The results of the data analysis that have been carried out show that: (1) Service innovation has a significant positive influence on purchasing decisions. (2) Viral marketing has a positive but insignificant influence on purchasing decisions. (3) Halal certification has a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions. (4) Purchase interest has a positive but insignificant influence on purchasing decisions. (5) Service innovation has a negative and insignificant effect on purchase intention (6) Viral marketing has a significant positive effect on purchase intention (7) Halal certification has a positive and significant effect on purchase intention (8) Purchase intention is unable to mediate the effect of service innovation on purchase decisions (9) Purchase intention is unable to mediate the effect of viral marketing on purchase decisions (10) Purchase intention is unable to mediate the effect of halal certification on purchase decisions.

Abstract

This research aims to: 1. To describe the cultivation techniques of paddy rice in Tebing Village, Kelapa Sub-district, West Bangka Regency. 2. To describe the factors that influence farmers to cultivate paddy rice in Tebing Village, Kelapa Sub-district, West Bangka Regency. This research was conducted from May to June 2024 in Tebing Village, Kelapa Sub-district, West Bangka Regency. The research method used was survey method. The sampling method used was the purpose sampling method. The data collection methods used were observation, interview and questionnaire. Data analysis method in this research is using qualitative descriptive analysis. The results showed that the techniques in the cultivation of paddy rice in Tebing Village, Kelapa Sub-district are land preparation and nursery land processing, seed preparation, nursery, planting and irrigation of paddy rice, fertilization and weeding, as well as pest and disease control, to harvest and post-harvest stages. Based on the results of the study, the factors that influence farmers to plant paddy rice in Tebing Village, Kelapa Sub-district are farmer experience, land area, social environment, self-consumption or tradition (habit).

Abstract

Customer satisfaction is an important target for every company that realizes the importance of service as the key to the company's operation as long as possible. From this customer satisfaction will arise customer loyalty that has been expected by all companies. BRI Unit Palmerah Jakarta is aware that promotion and service quality have an important role in creating customer satisfaction. BRI Unit Palmerah Jakarta must be more sensitive to see all customer needs, in order to meet customer needs according to customer expectations, because each customer certainly has different expectations regarding a quality of service. This study aims to find out how much influence promotion and service quality have on customer satisfaction of PT BRI Unit Palmerah. The method used is using a quantitative approach, namely analysis using statistical formulas to test the proposed hypothesis. Sugiyono (2013) explains that quantitative analysis is an analysis that is calculated in the form of numbers by determining statistical formulas to test the truth of theoretical data and hypotheses.

Abstract

Writing quality scientific articles requires a deep understanding of theory as a basis for analysis and argument. This research aims to examine the influence of theoretical deepening on the quality of writing scientific articles among Economic Education students at Medan State University (UNIMED) Stambuk 2023. Through a quantitative approach, data was collected using a questionnaire that measures understanding of theory, as well as the quality of students' writing of scientific articles. The results of the research show that deepening theory has a significant influence on the quality of writing scientific articles, where students who have a deeper understanding of theory tend to produce articles that are more structured, argumentative and can be scientifically justified. This research provides guidance for researchers and academics in improving the quality of scientific articles through deepening theory.

Abstract

This research is in the background of numerous cases of losing the balance of DANA users and placing DANA goals features that are not located on the main page of the DANA application so that the users do not know the advantages of the feature. This research aims to investigate how the influence of electronic word of mouth and security on user decisions in using DANA goals on DANA applications and to test the hypothesis whether free variables are electronic word of mouth and safety influence on bound variables that use DANA goals features. n this study, sampling techniques are purposive samplings with criteria that respondents are users of the DANA goals feature. This research uses primary data through the distribution of questionnaires to 100 respondents. Double linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS version 26 is the method of analysis used. The results of this study show that partly electronic word of mouth and security have a positive and significant influence on decisions using the DANA goals feature. In addition, simultaneous tests also show that electronic word of mouth and safety jointly positively and significantly influence decisions using DANA goals feature.

Abstract

The high interest in stock investment among investors in Indonesia is dominated by Generation Z. This is due to many factors such as capital market literacy, capital market inclusion, and risk perception. This can occur due to many factors such as capital market literacy, capital market inclusion, and risk perception. However, the 2022 National Survey of Financial Literacy and Inclusion data shows a decrease in the level of capital market literacy and an increase in the level of capital market inclusion. The existence of this imbalance can lead to inappropriate stock investment decision making. Then, there are differences in the results of previous studies regarding the risk perception variable on generation Z stock investment decisions. Therefore, this study aims to examine the effect of capital market literacy, capital market inclusion, and risk perception on generation z stock investment decisions in the capital market. This research is quantitative research and uses multiple linear regression tests with the help of the IBM SPSS 2.5 program. The data used is primary data distributed online and obtained 100 generation Z respondents aged 20-26 years. The results of this study are capital market literacy has no effect on generation Z's stock investment decisions in the capital market. While capital market inclusion, and risk perception have a significant influence on generation Z's stock investment decisions in the capital market.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the issue that, despite Tokopedia becoming the second largest e-commerce platform in 2023, public interest in using the e-money top-up feature provided by Tokopedia does not align with the number of Tokopedia app users. This is evidenced by a pre survey showing that the feature still has relatively low interest. The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of ease of use, security, and trust on the interest in using the e-money top-up feature through Tokopedia. The study utilizes a questionnaire with a sample size of 100 respondents who are users of the e-money top-up feature on the Tokopedia app. The analysis method used in this research is multiple linear regression, employing the SPSS 26.0 program. The results of this study indicate that the variables of ease of use, security, and trust partial and simultaneous, have a positive and significant impact, on the interest in using the e-money top-up feature through Tokopedia. The findings of this research are expected to be beneficial for Tokopedia, providing additional information, input, and suggestions to help increase public interest in using the e-money top-up feature through Tokopedia.

Abstract

Competition in the digital banking market is getting tighter, encouraging digital banking companies to formulate appropriate strategies to be able to compete. This research aims to investigate the influence of brand image and product design on the decision to use a digital bank with a case study of Blu by BCA Digital in Indonesia. Brand image and product design were chosen as the main variables because both have an important role in influencing consumer perceptions and preferences for digital banking services. The research method used was a survey of active Blu by BCA Digital users with a questionnaire as a data collection tool. A total of 100 responses from Blu by BCA Digital users belonging to generation z and millennials in Jabodetabek have been collected using a purposive sampling technique and then analyzed using the multiple regression analysis method with data processing tools, namely SPSS version 26.0. The findings in this research are that brand image and product design partially and simultaneously have a significant positive influence on the decision to use a digital bank with a case study on Blu by BCA Digital. It is hoped that further research can develop by adding other factors to deepen understanding in this context.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine whether the Influence of Raw Material Inventory Control has a positive and significant effect on the Production Process of Wahyu Chips Business Products in Luwuk City. The research sample was employees at Wahyu Chips Business in Luwuk City. using purpose sampling technique with a total of 30 people. Data collection methods used interviews and questionnaires. Data were analyzed descriptively quantitatively using frequency tables and simple linear regression. The results of data processing were carried out through the SPSS version 25.0 program. From the results of the t-test, it was found that the independent variable, namely Raw Material Inventory Control (X), had an influence on the Production Process of Wahyu Chips Business Products (Y) in Luwuk City. The results of the study showed that Raw Material Inventory Control (X) had a dominant and significant influence with a coefficient value of 1.080, which means that Raw Material Inventory Control has an influence on the Production Process of Wahyu Chips Business Products in Luwuk City
