Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of electronic word of mouth on brand image, the influence of endorsers on brand image, the influence of brand image on purchase intentions, the influence of e-WoM on purchase intentions, the influence of endorsers on intentions, the influence of e-WoM on purchase intentions through brand image, the influence of endorsers on purchase intention through brand image, on gaming gadgets. The data collection method used was a survey method with a questionnaire as an instrument. The collected research sample was 293 respondents who knew about gaming gadgets. Products in Jabodetabek aged 17 years and over, had seen endorser activity from gaming gadgets for the last six months. Software used in data analysis is SPSS and SEM (Structural Equation Model) from LISREL. The results of this study's hypothesis testing are all accepted hypotheses

Abstract

The Influence of Financial Distress, Debt Default, and Company Growth on Receiving Going Concern Audit Opinions in Transportation, Infrastructure, and Utilities Companies Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2019-2021. Thesis. Jakarta. Economic Education Study Program Concentration in Accounting Education. Faculty of Economics. State University of Jakarta. 2023. This study aims to determine the effect of financial distress, debt default, and company growth on acceptance of going concern audit opinions in transportation, infrastructure, and utility companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2019 - 2021. The research method used is a quantitative method with secondary data obtained from financial reports available on the Indonesia Stock Exchange with a total sample of 64 companies using purposive sampling technique. The data analysis technique used is descriptive statistical analysis, multicollinearity classic assumption test, whole model test, regression model feasibility test, logistic regression analysis, and hypothesis testing. The results showed that financial distress and debt default had a significant negative effect on acceptance of going-concern audit opinions while company growth had no effect on acceptance of going-concern audit opinions. The coefficient of determination in this study is 31% which indicates the ability of financial distress, debt default, and company growth to explain acceptance of going concern audit opinions while the remaining 69% is explained by other variables

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out whether brand image, e-service quality, has an effect on customer loyalty with customer satisfaction as an intervening variable for online food users in Jakarta. This study used a sample of 200 respondents. Data collection was carried out by distributing a questionnaire survey to 200 customer respondents who had used online food ordering services Grab Food, Go-Food, or Shopee Food at least 3 times, with sampling locations in Jakarta. Data processing was carried out using the SEM method. The results of this study indicate that brand image and e-service quality have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. Brand image and electronic service quality have a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty. Customer satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty. Brand image affects customer loyalty indirectly which is the influence of customer satisfaction as an intervening variable. Electronic service quality affects customer loyalty indirectly which is the influence of customer satisfaction as an intervening variable

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of Strategic Supplier Partnership and Green Innovation on Competitive Advantage in XYZ cosmetics in DKI Jakarta. This study was conducted using quantitative approach with a sample of 57 respondents. The instrument used by researchers is a questionnaire. Instrument testing includes validity tests and reliability tests using SPSS analysis tool version 23. Data analysis uses descriptive analysis, while hypothesis testing uses multiple linear regression analysis. The results show that Strategic Supplier Partnership and Green Innovation have a significant effect on Competitive Advantage and Strategic Supplier Partnership and Green Innovation (together) have a significant effect on Competitive Advantage

Abstract

This study aims to explore and understand how business owners in Pd. Subur Makmur in Serang City, Banten, optimizes the use of financial reports in an effort to manage company finances. In a dynamic business context, effective financial management is the key to maintaining business stability and continuity. Qualitative research methods with a descriptive approach are used to collect data from business owners, perform financial report analysis, and understand the views and actions of owners in utilizing financial information. The results of the research revealed that Pd. Subur Makmur has adopted prudent financial management practices. The use of financial reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets and cash flows, are used by business owners as a guide in making decisions. Information from financial reports helps in understanding a company's financial performance, identifying trends, as well as areas that need improvement. Business owners also make careful budget arrangements to plan expenses and avoid waste

Abstract

Entrepreneurship education is implemented as an elective subject in various tertiary faculties with the aim of producing graduates who become job creators. The rapid growth of entrepreneurship education has been fueled by declining employment and a desire to self-manage. The aims of this research are 1) To find out how to make an entrepreneur education model that is effectively applied. 2) Describe how to measure the success of entrepreneur-based universities in forming young entrepreneurs. 3) Analyze student behavior when implementing the entrepreneurship education model through existing programs. This research includes qualitative research. Data collection resulted from in-depth interviews with 5 batch 2017-2021 entrepreneurship study program students, some of whom are already alumni, 6 teaching lecturers, Head of the Laboratory & Business Incubation Center, Head of the Entrepreneurship Study Program, Dean of the Faculty of Economics & Business and Chancellor of Muhammadiyah University of Gresik. The results of this study are an effective entrepreneur education model that includes building an entrepreneur mentality, design workshops and seminars, project-based learning, and sustainable business/entrepreneur project courses. The success of forming young entrepreneurs is measured through the stages of the Entrepreneur Project, including the creation of new product/service prototypes with the principle of entrepreneur decision-making (Effectuation), validation of business models and product/service prototypes through customer testing, product launches with at least two repairs, and innovation. with 10 types of structured innovation. Student behavior shows enthusiasm for innovation, but the effectiveness of understanding in making business decisions still needs development

Abstract

This study aims to find out empirical evidence of the effect of price, service quality and promotion on purchasing decisions for make over cosmetic products in the Cengkareng community. The population in this study is the Cengkareng community who use cosmetic brand make over products. The research used google form and the type of research used in this study was quantitative and used the slovin formula to obtain a total sample of 100 people. The data analysis technique used is validity and reliability. Data were analyzed using classical assumption test techniques, multiple linear regression analysis, F test, t test, and coefficient of determination using SPSS 22 software. The results of this study indicate that the variables of price, service quality and promotion have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions for make over cosmetic products in the Cengkareng community, which means that the implications of the variables above indicate the level of purchasing decisions in the Cengkareng area community, indicating that price, service quality and promotion have a very important role. influence and give a positive view to the Cengkareng community in determining the purchase of cosmetic brands circulating in the market

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of Sustainability Report on firm value and profitability as a moderating variable in agricultural sector companies for the period 2020-2022. The data used in this study is secondary data. The sample selection in this study uses the purposive sampling method with a total of 10 companies. This study employs Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA) and is processed using SPSS 26 software. The results of this study indicate that Sustainability Report disclosure has a negative impact on company value, and the profitability variable is capable of moderating or strengthening the relationship between Sustainability Report disclosure and company value

Abstract

This research discusses the application of financial technology as an innovation to increase the financial literacy of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) with a focus on finance in Indonesia. Innovation and financial literacy are considered crucial in supporting the development of MSMEs. The research method uses a qualitative approach with phenomenology which aims to detail and understand the subjective meaning of the experiences of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME) owners. The research results identified three key aspects in the development of financial innovation and literacy in Indonesia, namely the growth of financial markets, increasing public understanding of finance, and advances in financial technology. Positive increases in innovation and financial literacy are expected to create significant business opportunities for MSME players, while also encouraging overall financial market growth in Indonesia. The application of financial technology is identified as a potential innovative strategy to strengthen the financial literacy of MSMEs, which in turn is expected to make a positive contribution to national economic growth

Abstract

The aim of this study is to find out how the Education Budget, Health Budget and Poverty level influence the Human Development Index (HDI) in Indonesia. The analytical method applied is the use of panel data regression analysis with a fixed effect model approach using Eviews 9 software. From the analysis carried out, it can be concluded that partially, the Education Budget has a positive influence on HDI in Indonesia, while the Health Budget has a positive influence that is not has sufficient statistical significance. Simultaneously, the Education Budget, Health Budget and Poverty have a significant effect on HDI in Indonesia. Overall, the Education Budget, Health Budget and Poverty together contribute 84.7697% to the HDI in Indonesia, while the remainder is influenced by other variables not included in the regression model
