Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of compensation and morale on employee performance at Ninja Express Banggai. The analytical method used in this study is a qualitative analysis method, the analytical tool used to analyze data using SPSS 25. While the data source in this study uses primary data and secondary data. Based on the results of data analysis using SPSS 25, it shows that from the results of the t test it was found that all independent variables, namely Compensation (X1), and Work Morale (X2), have a partial effect on Employee Performance (Y) at Ninja Express Banggai, From the test results ANOVA (analysis of variant) or F test obtained an F-count of 164.954 and an F-table of 3.32. With this comparison, it means that it can be seen that the F-count = 164.954 > F-table = 3.32 which means that it simultaneously has a positive effect and significant, and the results of the research partially show that the variable Morale (X2) is the variable that has the most dominant and significant influence with a coefficient value of 0.891 and a Sig value of 0.000 which means that Morale has an influence on Employee Performance (Y) at Ninja Express Banggai

Abstract

This study aims to find out how the application of accounting information systems in improving the quality of accounting information at the Batui Health Center. This research is important for providing advice to the Batui Health Center. Suggestions for accounting information systems for cash receipts at the Batui Health Center will be considered in planning a good accounting information system. The system can meet the information needs of the Community Health Center in accordance with the quality characteristics of an adequate accounting information system. The type of research data is descriptive qualitative. Sources of data used are primary data and secondary data. Data collection techniques used are3 observation, interviews and documentation. The results of this study indicate that the system applied to the puskesmas is good enough. This can be seen from the related sections starting from patient registration until patient discharge which is equipped with several documents such as medical record documents, proof of payment, and letters of deposit. As well as the separation of functions, namely operational functions, receiving functions and recording and deviation functions. Likewise with the procedures that have been carried out in accordance with the authority, but it is necessary to add employees to the cashier. The quality of accounting information seen from the characteristics of the cash receipts system, usefulness, reliability, simplicity, flexibility and capacity is sufficient

Abstract

The purpose of writing this research is to examine the effect of electronic word of mouth (e-WOM) on perceived value, destination image, and destination trust. Then the influence of perceived value, destination image, and destination trust on revisit intention for Taman Sari Yogyakarta tourists. The data collection method uses a survey, with instruments in the form of questionnaires distributed online. Respondents in this study were aged 17-45 years, domiciled in DKI Jakarta and Yogyakarta. As many as 227 respondents were involved, data were analyzed using SPSS version 25 and SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) with AMOS software version 24. The results of this study indicate that e-WOM has a positive and significant effect on perceived value, e-WOM has a positive and significant effect on destination image, e-WOM has a positive and significant effect on destination trust, perceived value has a positive and significant effect on revisit intention, destination image has a positive and significant effect on revisit intention, and destination trust has no effect on revisit intention

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine whether work discipline and have an effect on job satisfaction at CV X’s employee. This study used a sample of 64 employees of CV X. This study uses quantitative approach with descriptive and explanatory analysis method. Data was collected by distributing survey questionnaires to 64 employees of CV X. The data analysis method used for hypothesis test in this study is using the SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) Method. The results of this study shows that work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction at CV X and the compensation has a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction at CV X

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of Entrepreneurship Education and Entrepreneurial Motivation on Entrepreneurial Interests of students of the Faculty of Economics, Jakarta State University. The population used in this study were students of the Faculty of Economics, State University of Jakarta with an affordable population, namely students of the Office Administration Education study program class of 2018 – 2020 with a total population of 257 students. Using the slovin method, a sample size of 157 students was determined. The sampling technique uses simple random sampling. Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire with a Likert scale. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression test which is operated using SPSS 26.0 software to calculate hypothesis testing. The results of the study show that (1) there is a positive and significant influence between entrepreneurship education and interest in entrepreneurship, (2) there is a positive and significant influence between entrepreneurship motivation and entrepreneurship interest and (3) there is a positive and significant influence between entrepreneurship education and entrepreneurial motivation simultaneously with an interest in entrepreneurship with the results of F count 131.873 > F table which is 3.05

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Capital Adequacy Ratio, Financing Risk and Operational Efficiency on Profitability in Islamic People's Financing Banks in Indonesia. The research method used is a quantitative method. Data collection was carried out using documentation techniques and secondary data collection from the BPRS financial reports at website Financial Services Authority (OJK) for the 2019-2021 period. The sample in this study uses purposive sampling technique with a total sample of 64 BPRS. This study used several data analysis techniques, namely descriptive statistical analysis, panel data regression analysis, classical assumption test and hypothesis testing. Based on the partial results of the study, the level of capital adequacy and operational efficiency has a significant negative effect on profitability. Meanwhile, financing risk has no effect on profitability. The coefficient of determination in this study is 72.79% which indicates the ability of the level of capital adequacy, financing risk and operational efficiency in explaining the effect to profitability

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to ascertain how the Price Earning Ratio (PER), Total Asset Turnover (TATO), Return on Assets (ROA), and dividend policy affect stock prices. The Price Earning Ratio (PER), Total Assets Turnover (TATO), Return on Assets (ROA), and Dividend Payout Ratio were utilized as the study's independent variables to represent stock performance, firm performance, profitability, and dividend policy, respectively (DPR). The stock price was the study's dependent variable. The study's secondary data source consisted of yearly financial reports from companies. Manufacturing businesses registered on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) between 2016 and 2019 make up the study's population. 44 firms were employed as samples in this study, and 176 observational items were chosen during the course of 4 years of observations. Purposive sampling approach was employed as the sample strategy in this study. The panel data with the random effect model approach model was employed in this study. The study's findings show that the stock prices are unaffected by the following factors: PER, TATO, profitability (ROA), dividend policy, and stock prices are unaffected by any of these factors

Abstract

Financing is a fund provided by Islamic banking to assist customers in financing what they need under certain conditions and benefit both parties. Financing in Islamic banking consists of sale and purchase financing, profit sharing financing and lease financing. This research was conducted at the Sharia Rural Bank in Indonesia. The purpose of this study is to find out how financing at Islamic people's financing banks in Indonesia affects their profitability. The data used are financial statements obtained from the website of the Islamic people's credit bank or the website of the Financial Services Authority in Indonesia. The method used in this study is a quantitative descriptive method, which discusses problems by collecting data, deciphering, calculating, and explaining the effect of various financing on Sharia Rural Bank in Indonesia. Based on the results of the study, profitability in Islamic people's financing banks in Indonesia in 2021-2022 is insignificantlysignificantly influenced by various financings

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of product quality and reputation on customer decisions to use the services of Bank Syariah Indonesia located in DKI Jakarta. The research method used is a survey method with a quantitative approach. The population in this study is customers of Bank Syariah Indonesia in DKI Jakarta. The sample of this study amounted to 272 respondents determined by the formula of the Isaac and Michael table because the population number is unknown. Data collection techniques using questionnaires. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study show that, partially, product quality and reputation have a positive and significant influence on customer decisions

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of green product on purchase intention, the effect of green price on purchase intention, the effect of green place on purchase intention, the effect of green promotion on purchase intention, the effect of green product on purchase intention with environmental knowledge as a moderator variable, the influence of green price on purchase intention with environmental knowledge as a moderator variable, the effect of green places on purchase intention with environmental knowledge as a moderator variable, the effect of green promotion on purchase intention with environmental knowledge as a moderator variable. The data collection method used is a survey method with an instrument in the form of a questionnaire. The research sample at least 200 respondents who live in greater Jabodetabek, aged 17 years and over and know the IKEA brand. Software used in data analysis is SPSS and SEM (Structural Equation Model) from AMOS version 26
