The situation after being hit by the pandemic in the previous year resulted in many MSME players deciding to close their businesses as a result of decreasing business income. Apart from the pandemic, there is another problem that often becomes an obstacle for MSMEs to develop, namely capital. MSMEs are a type of micro and small business where most of the capital comes from individual business owners so of course they have a limited amount. On the other hand, problems such as low knowledge of Human Resources are related to the world of business and technology. The aim of this research is to determine the effect of utilizing credit facilities on business development in Jakpreuner MSMEs in Kramat Jati District. The research results show that the variables Utilization of Credit Facilities, Use of E-Commerce partially influence the development of Jakpreuner MSMEs. Utilization of credit facilities and use of E-Commerce have had a substantial impact on the development of Jakpreuner MSMEs. Apart from that, the coefficient of determination shows that the use of credit facilities and the use of E-Commerce all contribute to the development of Jakpreuner MSMEs in Kramat Jati District by 69.5%, while the remaining 30.5% is influenced by other variables

The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of Work Life Balance on Happiness mediated by Self Esteem of Private SMK Teachers in Mampang Prapatan District. Data collection in this study used an instrument in the form of an online questionnaire. Using random sampling technique. The sample used in this study were 76 respondents with the criteria of teachers who teach at private vocational schools in Mampang Prapatan District, South Jakarta. This research uses Smart PLS 3.2.9 with Outer Model and Inner Model analysis techniques. The results of this study indicate that Work Life Balance has a significant and positive effect on Self Esteem directly, Work Life Balance has a significant effect on Happiness directly, Self Esteem has a significant and positive effect on Happiness directly, and Work Life Balance has an indirect significant effect on Happiness with Self Esteem as a mediator

This study aims 1) to determine the effect of product quality on customer satisfaction, 2) to determine the effect of Service Quality on customer satisfaction, 3) to determine the effect of customer satisfaction on repurchase intention, 4) to determine the effect of Product Quality on repurchase intention, 5) to determine the effect of Service Quality on repurchase intention, 6) to determine the effect of Product Quality of repurchase intention through customer satisfaction as intervening, 7) to determine the effect of Service Quality on repurchase intention through customer satisfaction as intervening, at the Miniso Store in Jakarta. The survey method with the instrument in the form of a questionnaire is a method of collecting data that researchers use. The sample of this study was 200 respondents who had bought Miniso products twice in the last six months at the Miniso store in Jakarta. Data were analyzed using SPSS version 22 and SEM (Structural Equation Model) from lisrel software version 8.80 to process and analyze research data. The test results of the results of the hypothesis test showed that all hypotheses were accepted.

This research aims to measure the level of understanding and implementation of Financial Accounting Standards for Micro, Small and Medium Entities (SAK EMKM) in micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs), with a focus on case studies at the Rizky Collection. The research method used is qualitative with a descriptive approach. The research results highlight that the recording system at Rizky Collection is still simple, limited to recording product sales. Understanding of preparing financial reports in accordance with SAK EMKM also appears to be minimal among business managers. This limitation affects Rizky Collection's ability to prepare financial reports that reflect applicable standards. Research findings show that the preparation of financial reports based on SAK EMKM needs to be improved, considering that financial reports have an important role as indicators of the financial performance of a business entity. This condition shows the need for efforts to improve understanding and implementation of SAK EMKM among MSMEs, by paying special attention to the preparation of financial reports that are accurate and comply with standards

Human resources are a crucial element that every company must have. To support the smooth operation of the company, management efforts are needed so that the existing system can be well organized in accordance with the company's goals. This research aims to analyze improving human resource performance through the application of risk management analysis at Cafe Kopi Jelita, Serang City. This research adopts a qualitative approach method with a descriptive research type, utilizing direct interview techniques with managers and direct observation at the location. A qualitative approach and descriptive research were chosen to describe and understand more deeply the context and practices of risk management. Through direct interviews, researchers can interact directly with managers, obtaining contextual information about risk management strategies. Direct on-site observation provides an additional advantage, allowing researchers to dive into the realities of risk management practices directly, providing clearer insight into the implementation of theoretical concepts in real contexts. Using this approach, the research integrates risk management principles to develop strategies that can increase the effectiveness and efficiency of human resource management in the cafe. It is hoped that the results of this research will provide an in-depth view of how risk management analysis can be a valuable tool in improving human resource performance in the context of the cafe industry. The implications of these findings can provide practical guidance for business owners, managers and researchers who are interested in improving human resource management practices amidst the dynamics of the coffee industry

The study was done to analyze the effect of the well-being and mutations to employee of the Youth Education and Sports Service of Boalemo District.The method of research used is a survey method with a quantitative approach.A sample of 50 responders determined by using saturated samples.Research variables are a gift of well-being ( X1 ), mutation ( x2 ) and work spirit (Y ).Data analyzed used Path Analysis. Result shown that a well - being variable (X1 ) and mutation ( X2 ) affect the simultaneous working spirit of employees. F test at 95th trust level % statistically has a significant effect on employee labor (Y) with the value of sig propability = 0.05. T-test result shown partially well-being variables ( X1 ) affect the size of 0.705 or 70.5 %, While mutation variables (X2) amount of 0.286 or 28.6%

This research discusses how the use of social media in marketing UMKM products in Luksagu Village, Tinangkung Utara District, Banggai Kepulauan Regency. The research objective is to introduce UMKM products to the wider community in order to get a bigger market potential. This research method is qualitative by using phenomenological approach. The aim of this research is to find out whether the Village Fund Allocation has a positive and significant effect on the welfare of the people of Balombong Village, Peling Tengah District, Banggai Islands Regency. The sample in this research is the community of Balombong Village, Peling District, Banggai Islands Regency using purpose sampling technique with a total of 102 people. . Data collection methods use interviews and questionnaires. Data were analyzed descriptively quantitatively using frequency tables and simple linear regression. Results of data processing carried out using the SPSS version 25.0 program. From the results of the t test, it was found that the Village Fund Allocation variable (X) had a partial influence on the Welfare of the Village Community (Y) in Balombong Village, Peling District, Banggai Islands Regency. From the results of the coefficient test or t test, it was found that the t-count was 69.038 and the t-table was 1.663. This comparison means that it can be seen that the t-count = 69.038 > t-table = 1.663, which means it has a positive and significant effect on community welfare (Y) in Community of Balombong Village, Peling Tengah District, Banggai Islands Regency

The aim of this research is to find out whether Work Facilities, Supervision and Compensation partially and simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance at the Banggai Regency Ministry of Religion Office. The research sample is all ASN employees at the Banggai Regency Ministry of Religion Office using purpose sampling techniques with total of 30 people. Data collection methods use interviews and questionnaires. Data were analyzed descriptively quantitatively using frequency tables and multiple linear regression with 3 predictors. Results of data processing carried out using the SPSS version 25.0 program. From the results of the t test, it was found that all independent variables, namely Work Facilities (X1), Supervision (X2) and Compensation, had a partial influence on Employee Performance (Y) at the Banggai Regency Ministry of Religion Office. From the results of the ANOVA (analysis of variance) test or F test, it was found that the F-count was 1568,386 and the F-table was 3.39. With this comparison, it means that it can be seen that the F-count = 1568,386 > F-table = 3.39, which means simultaneously positive and significant effect. The partial research results show that Supervision is the variable that has the most dominant and significant influence with a coefficient value of 3.257, which means that supervision has a dominant influence on Employee Performance (Y)

This research aims to explore the impact of financial innovation on the efficiency of corporate financial management. The main focus of this research is to understand how the application of financial innovation can make a significant contribution to improving company performance and value in the long term. Qualitative research methods are used to explore the perceptions, experiences and views of financial managers, company leaders and other key stakeholders. Through in-depth interviews and content analysis, this research tries to answer key questions related to the implementation of financial innovation in the context of corporate financial management. The research results show that financial innovation substantially increases the efficiency of corporate financial management through the application of the latest technology, intelligent financial algorithms and innovative strategies. Significant benefits are found in cost management, tax planning, and investment decision making. Financial innovation also plays an important role in strengthening company relationships with stakeholders, creating transparency and increasing trust. Research emphasizes the importance of a deep understanding of innovative techniques and strategies in financial management, with the hope that managers and company leaders can utilize financial innovation to achieve financial goals, improve performance and company value. The conclusions of this research provide a basis for companies to continue to develop and adopt financial innovation as an integral part of their financial management strategy
