Abstract

This article discusses Ibn Sina's thoughts on children's education. Ibn Sina was a brilliant Islamic thinker who almost mastered all science. Ibn Sina had thoughts on philosophy, medicine, psychology, logic and education. This paper will call on Ibn Sina's thought about the education of children. Ibn Sina has a large capacity to study children's education with a variety of sciences. Ibn Sina's thoughts on the education of children to solve the problems that arise in the midst of Muslims by the base of the Qur'an and Sunnah. Then sense to explore further to explain and strengthen the scientific values that exist in the Qur'an and the Sunnah was used as a guideline. The education of children according to Ibn Sina must pay attention to uniqueness, talents, interests and potential of the child. In addition, it pays attention to aspects of sexual development, reason and child's soul. In other words, Ibn Sina's thoughts felt original because of the science of doctors and mental sciences that he had so that the physical and psychic aspects of the child was more concerned in addition to the importance of religious lessons and poetry.  Ibn Sina did not merely argue (theoretically) but he participated in the educational world because it was once a student and teacher. Some aspects of the educational thinking of Ibn Sina's children can be applied in Islamic education in Indonesia.

Abstract

This study aimed to determine the Early Childhood Learning Strategy in the Development of Children's Independence in Edelweis Kindergarten, Jambi City. This research is based on the presence of children who are not yet independent in terms of the bathroom, children are still accompanied by parents in institutions until they return from school, children have not mingled with their peers. This research uses qualitative research techniques. The subjects of this study were children of group B Edelweis Kindergarten Jambi City. As for the research subjects, all stakeholders of Edelweis Kindergarten Jambi City include the principal, teachers, and students. And the informant is the Edelweis Kindergarten Teacher in Jambi City. Data collection techniques using observation, documentation, and interviews. The instrument used in the observation was in the form of research sheets, for documentation using photos to document all children's activities during activities and interviews using interview guidelines with Group B teachers to find out the conditions and problems faced. The results of this study are 1. Early childhood learning strategies in the development of children's independence in Edelweis Kindergarten Jambi City using three steps, namely a). Planning b). Implementation and c) Evaluation. 2. Constraints faced in the application of PAUD learning in the development of children's independence in Edelweis Kindergarten, Jambi City are a) Lack of supporting infrastructure in online learning activities, b), lack of parental knowledge in caring for children's growth and development, and c) Lack of parental support for children's independence so that they will not feel confident in carrying out activities. 3. The results obtained from the implementation of the Strategy, PAUD learning in the development of children's independence is the application of early childhood learning strategies in developing children's independence in Edelweis Kindergarten, Jambi City, running well in accordance with the learning objectives that have been compiled together with the parents of students, even in the middle. In the middle of a semester the learning activities turned into an online system because during the pandemic, there was Covid 19.

Abstract

This research is entitled "The Effect of Number Block Game on Counting Ability of Children 5-6 Years Old at Marqisah PAUD, Segamit Village, Semende Darat Ulu, Muara Enim". As for the problem of this research, is there any influence of the number block game on the numeracy ability of children aged 5-6 years at PAUD Marqisah, Segamit Village, Semende Darat Ulu, Muara Enim. 5-6 years in PAUD Marqisah, Segamit Village, Semende Darat Ulu, Muara Enim. This type of research is pre-experimental with one group pre-test-post-test design (one group of objects). The number of samples of children is 10 children consisting of 1 girl and 9 boys. Data collection techniques in the study used initial observation before being treated with learning using number block games, observation was used to collect data during treatment, tests in the form of scores were carried out to determine test results were given treatment and documentation in the form of photos. The data analysis technique used in this study used normality test, homogeneity test and hypothesis testing. The results of the hypothesis in this study obtained tcount = 6, 2616487343 while dk = 10 + 10-2 = 18 with a 5% significance level so that ttable = 1,734 is obtained because tcount = 6, 2616487343 > ttable = it can be concluded that Ho is rejected, meaning that there is an influence the number block game on the numeracy skills of children aged 5-6 years at PAUD Marqisah, Segamit Village, Semende Datar Ulu, Muara Enim.

Abstract

The purpose of the study is to find out whether in positive legal rules such as child protection laws and child welfare discuss about psychic developments that are part of the child's spiritual survival guarantee. If there is any whether it has become a guarantee for the smooth development of early childhood psychically is not just in material fulfillment. This study is a study that uses qualitative methods that refer to earlier sources of libraries and researches that support library data. With the normative description approach of positf hocumes relating to child rights and obligations. The results of the study showed that in the rule of the positive Law in Indonesia still only generally redaction of the guaranteed needs of child psychic development. What’s more, regarding the child who was a victim of divorce, but at least in article 156 The Islamic Law Compilation of point C could already be a solution in the event of a problem. So that the guarantee of child psychic survival cannot yet be normatively measured even more so in its application. So far what is seen in the positive hokum rules is simply a guarantee for the fulfillment of the living of material for the child.

Abstract

Parents play an important role in helping the growth and development of children. During the pandemic, children are learning from home or distance learning. In this study, what strategies were used by parents during the Covid-19 pandemic at RT 06 Pasar Ujung Kepahiang Village, what were the results obtained and what were the obstacles faced by parents while their children were studying at home. The purpose of this study is to find out what strategies parents use and what obstacles and what are the results of studying at home during the pandemic. This research is descriptive qualitative. the main data sources are parents, children and teachers. Data collection techniques conducted interviews, observations and documentation. From the research it was concluded that as follows: First, the learning strategies of parents during the pandemic are, 1) Time management, 2) Place management, 3) Rewards, 4) Punishment, 5) Technology utilization. Second, parents' obstacles are, 1) Children's concentration is difficult to focus on, 2) Running out of fun ways to learn, 3) Internet access, and 4) Uncertain study time. Third, the results of the children's achievement are, 1) the achievement of religious and moral values, 2) the physical-motor achievement, 3) the cognitive achievement, 4) the socio-emotional achievement, 5) the language achievement, and 6) the artistic achievement

Abstract

Early childhood is an individual figure that is in the age range of 0-7 years where at this time is often referred to as the Golden Age. At this time adults play a very important role that provides stimulation in developing aspects of development. Therefore, the right start-up is needed so that children feel happy so that they can receive good learning. The research approach used in this research is a qualitative approach. The type of research is Library Research research. And this study uses descriptive qualitative analysis. There are several strategies that can be used, including by applying the TPR (Total physical response) learning model, which focuses on introducing them to Arabic vocabulary through speech and action. Furthermore, there is a method of singing that is very liked by all children so that they do not feel bored in doing an activity. And lastly by applying educational game methods that students hope to no longer feel bored with Learning Arabic. The purpose of this research is to find the right and relevant strategies in learning Arabic. The Results of the implementation of this strategy are able to stimulate early childhood in acquiring a second language, namely Arabic.

Abstract

Parenting patterns are very important and affect the independence of children, person's childhood experiences greatly affect the development of a child's personality in the future, including his character or emotional intelligence. In Group B, Shandy Putra Telkom Kindergarten students in Bengkulu City come from different family backgrounds, some from civil servants, doctors, private workers, TNI, farmers, traders, and many more, from families with different backgrounds. Each family has a unique upbringing, has a different parenting pattern in each family. The main problem in this study is the relationship between Democratic Parenting Patterns on Children's Independence in Group B TK Shandy Putra Telkom Bengkulu City. Is there a relationship between democratic parenting and the independence of early childhood in Group B TK Shandy Putra Telkom Bengkulu City. This research is a quantitative research type of correlational research, namely research conducted to determine the relationship between two or more variables. Data collection procedures or techniques in this study are used to collect data by using tools/instruments to obtain data and information expected from respondents. in this study is a questionnaire. From the research, it can be concluded that there is a positive and significant relationship between democratic parenting and the independence of children in group B of Shandy Putra Telkom Kindergarten, Bengkulu City

Abstract

This article is motivated by the importance of the role of parents in developing creativity in children in the currently developing digital era, the times in the global era which is marked by the rapid development of products and the use of information technology. The role of parents is very important to prepare the media optimally so that learning processes can run smoothly and can make children more active. The purpose of this research is to increase the competence of parents in developing the creativity of early childhood in this digital age so that it is more  optimal in its implementation. The method used in this study is a qualitative research method, which describes the urgency of the role of parents in developing early childhood creativity in this digital era. The results of this study indicate that the role of parents is very important in developing a child's creativity. Children's creativity can be determined in several factors, including heredity / heredity, where if the parents have certain talents, it is likely that their children will have the same talents.

Abstract

Language ability in early childhood is a vital ability needed to support the development of life. This is so that children are able to develop optimally according to their developmental age. The purpose of this study was to describe and improve the language skills of children aged 5-6 years through digital media fairy tales at PAUD Bina Bhakti Wanita Wanacala Cirebon City. The method used in this research is classroom action research. The place and time of the research was carried out at PAUD Bhina Bakti Wanita Wanacala Cirebon City and carried out in October-December 2020. Data collection techniques used in this study were observation, documentation study, and interviews. The subjects of the study were children in group B of the Bina Bhakti Wanita Wanacala Playgroup, Cirebon City, which amounted to 20 children. The results of this study indicate that the acquisition of language skills of children aged 5-6 years with details of each Pre-cycle 4.5%, Cycle I 69.5% and Cycle II 89.3%. This shows that there is an increase in aspects of children's language skills through digital media fairy tales with an achievement of 89.3%.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the role of TPA teachers to reduce addiction to mobile phones for early childhood in Kelurahan Curup. This type of research is a qualitative study, using interview techniques, observation and documentation analysis. The results of this study are the role of TPA teachers to reduce mobile addiction for early childhood in the village of Curup First Village TPA teachers as role models ie TPA teachers teach with examples applied directly from the TPA teacher itself, Second TPA teachers as supervisors namely TPA teachers not only transferring knowledge but more than that is by guiding students guiding about morals and guiding in achieving learning goals in order to be achieved as it should, the three TPA teachers as Motivators namely TPA teachers must be motivators so that students are motivated to apply the materials described in daily life, the four TPA teachers as managers namely TPA teachers must be able to manage the learning atmosphere that is reviewed from various aspects such as models, strategies and learning methods so that the material delivered by the teacher can be understood by students, the models, strategies and methods applied are also must be seen da ri various aspects such as the age of students, culture and various other aspects.
