Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out how the management of early childhood learning for pious children Aswaja Rejang Lebong, this study used a qualitative approach with descriptive analysis methods, collecting data through interviews, observation and documentation techniques. Research results: the teacher explains the RPPM, arranges research findings into opening, core and closing activities in RPPH, and prepares materials. Coordinating assignments, summarizing children according to age, educators distributing learning materials. Opening activities such as prayer and gross motor activities such as Dhuha prayer, core activities according to the RPPH, and closing activities such as material conversations that are less varied are better managed positively.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the role of teachers in improving children's independence (descriptive quality in TK Jasa Mekar Mandiri Seluma Regency). This research is a qualitative descriptive research. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. The main subjects in this study were teachers and students at Jasa Mekar Mandiri Kindergarten, Seluma Regency. The results showed that: The role of teachers in increasing early childhood self-confidence in TK Jasa Mekar Mandiri Seluma Regency is First, the role of educating is carried out by means of teachers being able to arouse children's interest, encourage and teachers must try to motivate children to try children to be more courageous and confident in themselves. Second, the role of teaching is carried out by the way the teacher applies the concept of learning so that children are more excited, and there are also things that need to be considered and prepared before learning so that learning objectives are achieved properly. Third, the role as a guide is carried out in a way, the teacher must always accompany, direct the children. The teacher guides the child to be able to solve the problems that the child faces. Teachers help children so that children can recognize their strengths and weaknesses by providing activities to children. To increase children's self-confidence, teachers guide children by providing help explaining what children should do. Fourth, the role of assessing is carried out by assessing the attitudes displayed by children using a daily assessment format accompanied by certain criteria that are in accordance with assessment standards for early childhood.

Abstract

This study also aims to determine the constraints of teachers in increasing independence in children. This research is a qualitative descriptive research. Data d i ku m pu l k a n mel a lui ob s erv a s i, w a w a ncar a, d a n do k umn ta s i. The main subjects in this study are teachers and students at Jasa Mekar Mandiri Kindergarten, Seluma Regency. The results showed that 1) The role of teachers in improving children's independence in Jasa Mekar Mandiri Kindergarten Seluma Regency is: First the role as an educator is carried out by providing opportunities to children, and apply existing learning in schools. Second, the role as a teacher is carried out by the way the teacher chooses the right learning method, The teacher gives praise and motivation to the child. Third, the role as a guide is carried out in a way, teachers who habituate and repeat to children, teachers who have extensive knowledge, and teachers who instill neatness in children. Fourth, the role as a teacher assessor menggun akan daily records and report card . Teacher obstacles in increasing independence in early childhood in schools include: The surrounding environment, and Parenting. It can be concluded that the role of teachers in increasing children's independence is the role of teachers as educators, teachers, guides, and assessors.

Abstract

Problems of this thesis do with fantasy gymnastic can uplift skill harsh motorik at group child of B1 TK Negeri Pembina Selupu Rejang?. As for intention of this research that is to increase skill of harsh motorik through fantasy gymnastic at group child of B1 TK Negeri Pembina Selupu Rejang. With this research subjek group of B TK Negeri Pembina Selupu Rejang amounting to 20 one who consist of 10 daughter and 10 boy. This research consist of two cycle. Analysis technique the used by using simple statistical in the form of percentage. From result of obtained to research happened the make-up of result of ability of this matter fantasy gymnastic seen at cycle 1 I ability of child fantasy gymnastic only 7 child people from 20 child people with average value 64,75%, while cycle of II this researcher add technique that is with fantasy gymnastic according to story to be child become more motivated again, its result ability of child fantasy mount that is 17 child people with average value 81.5%. From result of this research can be concluded that with activity of fantasy gymnastic can improve domination of harsh motorik of child.

Abstract

Naturalist intelligence is the ability to love the beauty of nature which can be stimulated through observing the environment, farming, raising animals, and sensitivity to natural phenomena. Through the stimuli provided, it is hoped that children will become the next generation who have environmentally friendly characters and have the awareness to protect and preserve the existing environment. Through farming activities, it can create a feeling of love for the natural surroundings and can develop children's naturalist intelligence. This article aims to find out the benefits obtained from farming activities in the local wisdom outing class at Eduwisata Ndalem Kerto. This article uses a qualitative descriptive research method. For data collection techniques, this article uses observation and literature study techniques. Based on the results of this research, it can be concluded that the local wisdom outing class activities at Eduwisata Ndalem Kerto have many benefits. The benefits of this activity can improve aspects of children's development, such as aspects of naturalist intelligence, language aspects, motor aspects and social-emotional aspects of children.

Abstract

The role of father and mother in the family is very vital in a child's growth. They are tasked with caring for children, being children's friends, providing teaching about values and norms, especially those related to gender roles, acting as role models for children, and also as breadwinners to meet the family's economic needs. This research uses a qualitative descriptive method to explain how parents contribute to shaping the gender identity of young children (5-6 years). The research informants were parents with young children, and data was collected through observation, in-depth interviews and related documentation. The results of this research provide in-depth insight into the development of children's gender identity in the family context, as well as how the role of parents can influence this development. By the age of five, gender stereotypes begin to emerge. The results of this research provide guidance for parents in helping children achieve a healthy gender identity, by understanding the values, norms and gender roles associated with their gender.Â
