Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui proses peningkatkan  kemampuan motorik halus pada anak usia dini dengan lipatan bertahap menggunakan media origami di RA PSM Krowe. Serta untuk mengetahui perubahan apa yang telah terjadi setelah penelitian  itu terjadi. RA PSM Krowe ini ditargetkan sebagai objek penelitian dan origami sebagai media untuk meningkatkan kemampuan motorik halusnya. Metode penelitian yang digunakan ialah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK), ada beberapa tahapan yang dilalui; 1) Tahap perencanaan, 2) Tahap pelaksanaan, 3) Tahap pengamatan, 4) Tahap Refeksi. Penelitian menggunakan media origami ini membuahkan hasil yang cukup sesuai dengan apa yang diharapkan peneliti, tentunya dengan proses yang tidak instan. Dengan lipatan bertahap menggunakan origami membantu proses pengembangan motorik halus pada anak

Abstract

Naturalist intelligence is the ability to love the beauty of nature which can be stimulated through observing the environment, farming, raising animals, and sensitivity to natural phenomena. Through the stimuli provided, it is hoped that children will become the next generation who have environmentally friendly characters and have the awareness to protect and preserve the existing environment. Through farming activities, it can create a feeling of love for the natural surroundings and can develop children's naturalist intelligence. This article aims to find out the benefits obtained from farming activities in the local wisdom outing class at Eduwisata Ndalem Kerto. This article uses a qualitative descriptive research method. For data collection techniques, this article uses observation and literature study techniques. Based on the results of this research, it can be concluded that the local wisdom outing class activities at Eduwisata Ndalem Kerto have many benefits. The benefits of this activity can improve aspects of children's development, such as aspects of naturalist intelligence, language aspects, motor aspects and social-emotional aspects of children.

Abstract

This study investigates the impact of the Hubbul ilmii Book on the reading abilities of children aged 5-6 years at SB Al-Ikhlas Kampung Sungai Penchala, Malaysia. Utilising a quantitative, experimental one-group pretest-posttest design, 35 participants underwent an eight-week reading program: Pretest and posttest assessments measured reading proficiency in vocabulary, sentence comprehension, and fluency. Data collection included observations and interviews, analysed using paired sample t-tests. Results demonstrated a significant positive effect, with a p-value of 0.000 and a t-value of 8.276, confirming improved reading skills post-intervention. Specifically, children showed marked improvements in letter recognition, memorisation, distinguishing letters, and reading fluency. The mean difference between pre-test and post-test scores was -4.400, with a standard deviation of 3.145 and a standard error mean of 0.531. These findings align with existing literature, underscoring the book's efficacy in enhancing early literacy. Implications suggest integrating multimedia resources in curricula to bolster language development. However, the study's limitations include its short duration and small sample size, which may affect the generalizability of the results. Further research with larger samples and longer durations is needed to validate these findings and explore long-term impacts. Implications suggest that integrating multimedia resources and age-appropriate books in curricula can significantly enhance language development and reading skills in young children. In conclusion, the Hubbul Ilmii Book effectively improves young children's reading abilities, supporting comprehensive language development and fostering learning confidence. This study advocates for the inclusion of such resources in early childhood education programs to bolster literacy and overall academic achievement.

Abstract

Early childhood need to receive stimulation to be sensitive to the environment. If children have developed a sense of caring for the environment, they will understand their responsibility in maintaining the environment around them. This research describes the material used to preserve the natural environment in the Merdeka curriculum. The type of research used is descriptive qualitative. This research approach uses a literature study method or literature study that uses journals or scientific articles, books, and references related to environmental conservation materials. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that Environmental resistance materials in the Early Childhood Education of Merdeka curriculum, which can be applied are 1) Cleanliness of the Natural Environment Applied, for example, children throw rubbish in the right place 2) Recycle rubbish; Applied example; children make crafts from used bottles, 3) Reforestation; Applied example; children plant trees in the school environment, 4) Mitigation Applied examples children are given examples of how to save themselves during an earthquake. 5) Go Green: Applied examples; children bring drinking bottles that can be used repeatedly (not plastic).

Abstract

Pendidikan Anak Usia Dini (PAUD) merupakan lembaga pendidikan yang membutuhkan banyak inovasi pembelajaran. Inovasi pembelajaran ini bertujuan untuk membentuk suasana belajar yang menyenangkan sesuai dengan karakter belajar anak. Pembelajaran yang dilaksanakan digunakan untuk mengembangkan enam aspek kemampuan anak meliputi kognitif, bahasa, nilai agama dan moral, fisik motorik, sosial emosional, dan seni. Salah satu pembelajaran yang sering menjenukan anak adalah baca tulis hitung atau dikenal dengan calistung. Proses pembelajaran konvensional tradisional sering digunakan pendidik tanpa melihat karakter belajar anak melalui kegiatan bermain. Sehingga muncul kalimat di PAUD tidak boleh diberikan calistung. Padahal yang tidak boleh bukan calistungnya melainkan bagaimana metode pembelajaranya seharusnya melalui bermain. Dari permasalahan ini maka kemudian peneliti mengembangkan English Math For Young Learner Based On Natute (EMYLBON). EMYLBON adalah materi pengenalan kosakata Bahasa Inggris dalam pembelajaran matematika untuk pendidikan anak usia dini menggunakan bahan berbasis alam. Pengembagan EMYLBON ini diharapkan dapat memberikan inovasi pembelajaran anak usia dini dalam meningkatkan kemampuan kognitif meliputi hafalan kosakata, angka, dan kepedulian terhadap alam dalam bentuk kegiatan yang menyenangkan. Luaran penelitian ini adalah Buku ISBN: EMYLBON, artikel jurnal nasional Silogisme Sinta 3. TKT yang diusulkan dalam penleitian ini masuk dalam TKT 4 yaitu validasi komponen dan elemen Riset

Abstract

Project-Based Learning (PjBL) has been recognized for its potential to enhance various skills, including creativity, among learners. However, its impact on early childhood creativity, particularly within specific cultural contexts, remains underexplored. The aim of this research is to evaluate how culturally relevant PjBL activities, incorporating Indonesian traditions, can enhance creativity in early childhood learners at the Indonesian Consulate General (Konsulat Jenderal Republik Indonesia/KJRI) Penang. A mixed-methods approach was employed, combining both qualitative and quantitative data collection. The study involved designing and implementing PjBL activities based on Indonesian traditions over three months. Creativity was assessed using the Torrance Tests of Creative Thinking (TTCT) before and after the intervention. Additionally, qualitative data were collected through classroom observations and semi-structured interviews with teachers and parents. The quantitative analysis of TTCT scores indicated a significant improvement in various aspects of creativity, including fluency, originality, and elaboration, among the children who participated in the culturally enriched PjBL activities. Qualitative data supported these findings, revealing high levels of engagement, creativity, and enthusiasm among the children. Teachers and parents also observed noticeable improvements in the children’s creative thinking and problem-solving abilities. The integration of Indonesian traditions into PjBL activities effectively enhances creativity in early childhood learners. The findings suggest that culturally relevant educational approaches can significantly contribute to the creative development of young children. This study provides valuable insights for educators and policymakers on the implementation of culturally tailored PjBL to foster creativity in diverse educational.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between pedagogic competence and social competence of teachers in using the Disability Friendly School Model on the Learning Quality of the Inclusion Early Childhood SKB Kota Pekanbaru. The method used is a quantitative method. The data collection technique was carried out using a questionnaire. The results of the questionnaire were then analyzed using correlation nonparametric analysis to determine the positive and significant relationship between variables. The main finding of this study (1) Pedagogic Competence does not have a positive and significant relationship to the Quality of Learning, (2) Social Competence has a positive and significant relationship to the Learning Quality, (3) Pedagogic Competence and Social Competence have a positive and significant relationship to the Learning Quality of The Inclusive Early Childhood of SKB Kota Pekanbaru. Novelty of this study This is the first study used to test the DFS Model teachers at SKB Pekanbaru City. DFS is an alternative model of child-friendly schools for children with disabilities that have been developed since 2022.

Abstract

Self-confidence is essential for a child's development and should be fostered from an early age. It is an attitude of certainty in one's abilities and pride in one's accomplishments. Nurturing self-confidence in early childhood is crucial for their future development. This study explores how wall climbing activities can promote self-confidence in young children. Wall climbing is a physical activity, sometimes considered an extreme sport, that involves scaling an artificial wall with artificial rock formations serving as handholds and footholds. Participating in wall climbing offers numerous benefits for young children, including building self-confidence. This qualitative study employed observation, interviews, and documentation to collect data. The research aims to investigate the role of wall climbing in fostering self-confidence in early childhood, identify factors that support children's self-confidence, and describe the challenges teachers face when implementing wall climbing activities at PAUD Sabila Ponorogo. The findings indicate that wall climbing can instill self-confidence in young children by fostering self-assurance, optimism, courage, a positive attitude, and initiative. Verbal encouragement from teachers and facilitators plays a vital role in supporting children's self-confidence, especially when they experience doubt or fear. A key challenge identified was the climbing wall's design, which was deemed unappealing and unsuitable for young children. Therefore, a redesign is recommended to make the wall more engaging and challenging for this age group

Abstract

Hasil dari penelitian ini menjelasakan bahwa proses pembelajaran Outing Class yang dilakukan di Ndalem Kerto dilakukan dengan permainan yang menyenangkan. Peserta diarahkan untuk melihat keindahan alam yang disiapkan didalam berbagai wahana yang ada. Adapun seperti peternakan merak dan peternakan kambing. Selain itu, kegiatan selanjutnya adalah menyirami tanaman dan bermain dikebun jambu. Pembelajaran matematika dilakukan dengan melakukan integrasi dengan tema materi yang ada. Adapaun metode yang dilakukan adalah dengan berinteraksi dengan alam, belajar dengan pengalaman, dan bermain di alam terbuka. Adapun bentuknya dengan permainan berhitung, menjawab pertanyaan, berhitung dengan objek benda maupun tanaman, permainan berhitung, dan praktek berhitung di tengah-tengah materi yang dilakukan. Bentuk perkembangan kognitif yang ada dapat diidentifikasi sebagai berikut, (1) mengembangkan konsep angka pada anak, (2) mengembangkan pola konsep dan hubungan, (3) mengembangkan konsep hubungan dengan geometri, (4) mengembangkan konsep pengumpulan, pengaturan dan tampilan data. Metode pada penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif artinya penelitian yang menggunakan kata-kata tanpa adanya angka-angka.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini mengenai pembelajaran yang dilakukan pada anak usia dini di Eduwisata Ndalem Kerto. Adapun dalam penelitian yang dilakukan akan melihat bagaiaman pengintegrasian materi pembelajaran dengan nilai agama dan moral bagi anak dalam upaya menyayangi dan mencintai ciptaan Allah Swt. Adapun metode penelitian yang dilakukan adlah dilakukan dengan pendekatan kualitatif yaitu, penelitian yang berbentuk deskriptif yang menghasilkan kata-kata dan bukan angka-angka. Adapun hasil penelitian ini bahwa, peserta yang terdiri dari anak usia dini pada kegiatan pembelajaran luar ruangan di Ndalem Kerto dilakukan dengan mempelajari kehidupan di alam terbuka. Adapun dilakukan dengan menyusuri aneka wahana seperti, peternakan kambing, peternakan merak, dan juga perkebunan jambu. Anak-anak akan diajak untuk bermain sambil belajar dengan fasilitator. Hal tersebut dilakukan agar materi yang diberikan dapat terserap dengan maksimal. Anak-anak dalam pemberian materi akan diintegrasikan dengan nilai agama dan moral untuk mewujudkan perilaku saling mencintai dan menyayangi ciptaan Allah Swt. Adapun konten yang terintegrasikan diajarkan melalui tiga metode yaitu, konsep keimanan, konsep ibadah, dan konsep akhlak. Lebih lanjut hasil pembelajaran yang didapatkan oleh anak akibat adanya integrasi pembelajaran dengan nilai moral dan agama untuk mewujudkan rasa cinta dan kasih anak pada cipataan Allah Swt. adalah religiusitas, sosialitas, kejujuran, dan penghargaan terhadap alam sekitar.
