Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membangun sistem deteksi tingkat kematangan buah pinang dengan memanfaatkan pengolahan citra digital yang melibatkan fitur-fitur tekstur dan warna. Tahapan awal dalam penelitian adalah melakukan Pre-processing data citra agar dapat disiapkan untuk proses selanjutnya, yaitu ekstraksi fitur. Proses ekstraksi fitur tekstur dilakukan dengan menggunakan Gray Level Co-Occurrence Matrix (GLCM) untuk mengambil nilai Correlation, sementara ekstraksi fitur warna dilakukan dengan metode Color Moments dengan fokus pada nilai Mean. Klasifikasi dengan Support Vector Machine (SVM) dilakukan berdasarkan fitur yang telah diekstraksi sebelumnya, adapun parameter yang diujicobakan adalah jenis kernel yaitu Linear, Gaussian, Polynomial pada algoritma SVM. Dari hasil yang diperoleh menunjukan semua matrik performa dari kernel Polynomial mengungguli kernel yang lain dengan hasil Accuracy yang diperoleh sebesar 90,90%, Precision 90,90%, Recall 92,30% dan F1-Score mecapai 91,60% pada proses deteksi tingkat kematangan buah pinang.

Abstract

This research aims to design and develop a Web-Based Geometry Application Information System as an interactive learning medium. The application is crafted to enhance students' understanding of geometric concepts through the use of interactive and visual web technology. The system development method involves stages such as needs analysis, interface design, application development, and user evaluation. The application provides various learning concepts, including basic geometry, area calculations, and visual simulations to aid students in grasping geometric abstractions. Evaluation is conducted through field trials involving students and teachers, focusing on learning effectiveness, user interface, and user satisfaction. The research outcomes are expected to contribute to the development of innovative mathematics learning technology, facilitating the geometry learning process.

Abstract

A Web-Based New Student Registration Information System is a web application designed to streamline the process of registering new students at an educational institution. This research aims to enhance the efficiency and quality of new student registration services through the use of web technology. The system development method employed is the Waterfall method, which comprises analysis, design, implementation, testing, and maintenance phases. This system allows prospective students and parents/guardians to access information about educational programs, registration requirements, and complete registration forms online. Additional features include data verification, online registration fee payment, and the printing of registration receipts. With a user-friendly interface, this system ensures a faster and more accurate registration process. This research has resulted in a system that can reduce the administrative burden on registration officers, minimize data input errors, and provide easier access for prospective students and parents/guardians. Evaluation results indicate that the system improves the efficiency of new student registration by 30% and has received positive feedback from users. It is expected that the implementation of this information system will make a positive contribution to the management of new student registration at the respective educational institution.

Abstract

Abstract - This research focuses on implementation waterfall method in designing a web-based geographic information system for mapping livestock populations in Malacca Regency using a block diagram (SBD) system. Malacca Regency has dominating livestock potential,This is based on data sourced from (Animal Husbandry Division, Malacca Regency Agricultural Service, 2022), which records the livestock population in 12 sub-districts in Malacca Regency, including 265 horses and 265 cows.71,095 head, 692 buffaloes, as many goats46,337head, 56,078 pigs, 446,072 chickens and 3,299 ducks The aim of this research isto assist Malacca Regency Animal Husbandry Service officers and the community in searching for the location of all livestock spread across Malacca Regency and knowing the percentage data which makes it easier to obtain information.With this information system, it is hoped to make it easier for the public to find the location and number of livestock in Malacca Regency which can be accessed via the website. This research uses the method Waterfall scontains research information in the process of creating the "SIPETER" system. The stages of creating a system using the Waterfall method consist of 5 stages, namely: Requirements Analysis (Analysis of software requirements), System Design (Design), Implementation (Creation of program code), Integration & Testing (Testing), Operation & Maintenance (Support or Maintenance). The test results show that the system successfully fulfills the expected functionality so that makes it easier for the public to find the location and number of livestock in Malacca Regency which can be accessed via the website. Abstrak - Penelitian ini berfokus pada penerapan metode waterfall dalam perancangan sistem informasi geografis pemetaan populasi ternak di kabupaten malaka berbasis web menggunakan system block diagram (sbd). Kabupaten Malaka memiliki potensi peternakan yang mendominasi, Hal itu didasarkan data yang bersumber dari (Bidang Perternakan Dinas Pertanian Kabupaten Malaka, 2022), yang mendata populasi ternak di 12 kecamatan yang ada di Kabupaten Malaka meliputi, kuda sebanyak 265 ekor, sapi sebanyak 71.095 ekor, kerbau sebanyak 692 ekor, kambing sebanyak 46.337 ekor, babi sebanyak 56.078 ekor, ayam sebanyak 446.072 ekor dan itik sebanyak 3.299 ekor. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk membantu petugas Dinas Peternakan Kabupaten Malaka dan masyarakat dalam melakukan pencarian lokasi semua ternak yang tersebar di Kabupaten Malaka dan mengetahui persentase data yang mempermudah mendapatkan informasi. Dengan sistem informasi ini, diharapkan untuk memudahkan masyarakat dalam mencari lokasi dan jumlah ternak yang ada di Kabupaten Malaka yang dapat diakses melalui website. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Waterfall berisi informasi penelitian dalam proses pembuatan sistem “SIPETER”. Adapun tahapan pembuatan sistem menggunakan metode Waterfall ini terdiri atas 5 tahapan yaitu: Requirement Analysis (Analisis kebutuhan perangkat lunak), System Design (Desain), Implementation (Pembuatan kode program), Integration & Testing (Pengujian), Operation & Maintenance (Pendukung atau Pemeliharaan). Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa sistem berhasil memenuhi fungsionalitas yang diharapkan sehingga memudahkan masyarakat dalam mencari lokasi dan jumlah ternak yang ada di Kabupaten Malaka yang dapat diakses melalui website.

Abstract

Aquaponics is a sustainable food production system that combines fish farming (aquaculture) with growing plants without soil (hydroponics) in a symbiotic environment. One of the main challenges in an aquaponics system is ensuring efficient distribution of water and nutrients to the plants. This article discusses the development and implementation of an Internet of Things (IoT)-based automatic drip irrigation system designed to optimize water and nutrient distribution in aquaponic systems. This aquaponics control and monitoring system uses NodeMCU ESP8266, HC-SR04 Ultrasonic sensor, pH meter sensor, water pump, relay, RTC DS3231 module, and LCD + I2C module. The method for making this tool uses design and build engineering methods in making automation systems. The test results show that the system that has been created is able to work according to its respective uses and functions and provides feedback for farmers in increasing the productivity of agricultural products.

Abstract

Jaringan komputer pada SMK N 04 Kota Bengkulu saat ini sudah terhubung ke jaringan internet, pemanfaatan jaringan LAN khusnya internet pada SMK N 04 Kota Bengkulu belummaksimal, karena masih sering terjadinya gangguan pada jaringan seperti jaringan lambat dan masih banyaknya konten yang tidak semestinya diakses. Penelitian ini bertujuan melakukan manajemen jaringan internet berbasis mikrotik di SMK N 04 Kota Bengkulu. Penelitian menggunakan metode eksperimental. Dengan adanya manajemenjaringan berbasis mikrotik diharapkan bisa mempelancarjaringan. Sehingga manfaat jaringan bias dirasakan dalam oleh pengguna SMA N 04 Kota Bengkulu. Manajemen Jaringan berbasis mikrotik pada SMA N 04 Kota Bengkulu dapat dapat digunakan dengan satu user name hanya bias mengkases jaringan pada satu perangkat, pembagian bandwith berdasarkan akun sesuai profil akun tersebut, manajemen bandwith dilakukan menggunakan profil yang terhubung ke simplequeue. Setelah melakukan manajemen jaringan berbasis mikrotik di SMA N 04 Kota Bengkulu jaringan dapat berjalan dengan stabil dan baik yaitu dengan hasil troughtput = 4.06, Rata-rata delay = 0.648, jitter = 0.018 dan PacketLost = 0%.

Abstract

The growing interest in digitization is driving the increasing use of patient identity storage and medical records by healthcare providers. By applying the concept of decentralization and data distribution, blockchain provides a solution to protect highly sensitive health information from the risk of cyberattacks and data manipulation, which is very prevalent. In addition, blockchain also has the key to authenticating patient identity and creating secure medical history tracking. The method used in this research is a literature study to explore literature from various journals and articles related to the role of blockchain technology in improving the security and privacy of health information system data. Therefore, this research can provide an in-depth understanding of the positive impacts and potential challenges in implementing blockchain technology for health information system data security. Blockchain technology can help reduce the occurrence of data loss or fraud, reduce hospital inventory costs, and can quickly integrate disparate systems.

Abstract

Kartu indonesia pintar merupakan upaya pemerintah membantu para siswa berprestasi yang memiliki keterbatasan ekonomi untuk melanjutkan studi ke perguruan tinggi. Ramainya pembahasan kartu indonesia pintar di twitter membuat penulis tertarik untuk mengetahui sentimen masyarakat terhadap penerima beasiswa kartu indonesia pintar kuliah dengan keyword “KIPK”. Sentimen terdiri dari sentimen negatif, positif, dan netral. Metode yang di gunakan menganalisis pendapat masyarakat pada media sosial twitter mengunakan Support Vector Mechine ( SVM ). Term Frequency-inverce document Frequency ( TF-IDF ) kami gunakan untuk melakukan pengukuran seberapa penting kata dalan suatu data. Sedangkan untuk mengukur kinerja klasifikasi SVM menggunakan metode Confusion Matrix. Karnel linear merupakan karnel yang kami gunakan pada analisis data. Hasil evaluasi yang di dapat yaitu 81,82%, precession 80%, recall 82%, dan F1-score 78%, dapat di simpulkan bahwa sentimen masyarakat pada media sosial twitter terhadap penerima beasiswa kartu indonesia pintar kuliah lebih condong ke sentimen netral.

Abstract

Abstract – This  research aims to create an expert system plan to determine the quality of commercial coffee beans using the Forward Chaining method. This method was chosen because it is able to process data from initial facts to reach conclusions based on a sequence of specific steps in evaluating coffee beans. This system is designed to assist farmers in selecting quality commercial coffee beans according to established criteria. The data collection technique was carried out through direct interviews with coffee experts in the Ketep area, Magelang Regency, in order to obtain information about the characteristics of coffee beans that influence their quality.

Abstract

Puskesmas Oesapa memiliki peran penting dalam menyediakan pelayanan kesehatan berkualitas. Untuk meningkatkan kualitas layanan, terutama dalam memberikan pelayanan individu yang optimal, pemilihan tenaga kesehatan terbaik sangat penting. Penelitian ini mengembangkan Sistem Pendukung Keputusan (SPK) dengan metode Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) dan Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) untuk mengatasi masalah pemilihan tenaga kesehatan yang sebelumnya dilakukan secara manual. Metode AHP digunakan untuk menentukan bobot delapan kriteria penilaian, dan metode SAW untuk merangking tenaga kesehatan berdasarkan bobot tersebut. Implementasi sistem ini membantu kepala Puskesmas dalam mengambil keputusan yang lebih akurat dan objektif. Hasilnya, sistem mampu mengidentifikasi tenaga kesehatan terbaik, dengan Roselkrans sebagai penerima nilai tertinggi 0,913. Pengujian User Acceptance Test (UAT) menunjukkan tingkat kepuasan pengguna yang tinggi, dengan nilai fungsionalitas 94,33%, kegunaan 92,5%, keandalan 92%, dan efisiensi 92,5%, serta hasil pengujian blackbox mencapai 100%. Sistem ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan objektivitas dan keadilan dalam penilaian tenaga kesehatan di Puskesmas Oesapa.
