Abstract

Microsoft Word application assistance for SMP Negeri 4 Lubuklinggau students is an initiative for the efficiency and effectiveness of learning in schools. Microsoft Word application assistance aims to facilitate student assignments, as well as facilitate teaching and learning methods through the use of information and communication technology. Students are given time to directly practice the use of Microsoft Word applications in a comfortable environment and supported by adequate facilities. An assistant or tutor was assigned to assist students in overcoming difficulties and provide guidance in the application of Microsoft Word. An assessment of the students' ability to use office software was conducted. The results of this assessment are used to provide constructive feedback to students and provide encouragement for them to continue to improve their skills, Through PKM activities planned by the TEAM from PGRI Silampari University, SPM 4 Negeri Lubuklinggau students, especially students will be taught how to train and mentor who have skills in operating Microsoft Word.

Abstract

This Community Service (PKM) aims to improve the graphic design and multimedia skills of SMP Negeri 04 Lubuklinggau City students through the application of Canva application as a companion tool. The Community Service method used is a step that has been planned with the following steps which include: planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. The results of the community service showed a significant improvement in students' graphic design and multimedia skills after the application of assistance using the Canva application. Students showed improved understanding of graphic design concepts, ability to integrate multimedia elements, and creativity in presenting information. In addition, student participation and interest in learning also increased during the learning process. Assistance using the Canva application proved effective as an innovative method in improving students' skills in graphic design and multimedia. The implications of this community service show that the utilization of technology in learning can have a positive impact on the development of students' skills in the digital era. This community service contributes to the literature of innovative learning and provides recommendations for schools and teachers to integrate technology in the learning process of graphic design and multimedia at the junior high school level.

Abstract

Community service can be done through various ways, such as providing services to the community, community empowerment, developing community skills and abilities, and disseminating science and technology to the community. This activity can involve lecturers, students, and other related parties. Assistance in processing data on social assistance recipients in Taba Koji Village, Lubuklinggau City aims to assist the community in managing and processing data related to the receipt of social assistance. In this assistance, lecturers have the duty to assist the community in data processing, provide training, supervise and provide input, assist in data analysis, and assist in the preparation of reports. Through this assistance, it is hoped that the community can have a better understanding of data processing and the results can be used to perencanaan program bantuan sosial di Kelurahan Taba Koji, bersifat manual sehingga proses pengambilan keputusan menjadi tidak akurat, lama, dan bersifat objektif. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan solusi berupa sistem pendukung pengambilan keputusan agar dapat memproses bantuan data masyarakat lebih cepat dan akurat menggunakan kriteria yang ada.

Abstract

The sub-district office as government at the local level has an important role in city or district administration. Focusing on local needs, this Subdistrict Office provides important services managing vital documents such as KTPs, Family Cards, birth certificates, and death certificates, as well as providing important services to the community. In this digital era, technology is crucial in helping Subdistrict Offices manage administrative data, including population death data which is the basis for evaluating public health. This community service activity was carried out at the Taba Koji Subdistrict Office, Lubuklinggau City, which aims to develop a system for processing population death data that is structured, accurate, and up to date. Community Service uses information technology to collect data on population deaths which can improve the understanding, knowledge, and skills of Subdistrict staff and RT Heads. Data collection, data security, and the use of information technology are the topics of training and workshops provided to staff and RT heads in the mentoring process. This website-based information system was chosen because it helps the data processing process and increases the effectiveness, efficiency, and accuracy of the data collection program. This community service activity that has an impact on society shows an increase in recording and the use of an integrated system to facilitate reporting and data analysis. Collaboration between the Subdistrict Office, the Head of the RT, and the community is key in the administration of population mortality rates which is an important basis for developing effective health policies.

Abstract

The term Family Medicinal Plants (TOGA) has become more popular in the last decade or so. Before this, family medicinal plants were better known as Living Pharmacy. Family medicinal plants have long been utilized in an effort to overcome health problems. Therefore, the utilization of TOGA needs to be developed and disseminated in the community, especially for housewives. Among the many family medicinal plants used by the community to maintain health is bay leaf. The utilization of bay leaves is processed as a healthy drink innovation, herbal tea in the form of tea bags because it is more practical and easy to make. Bay leaf herbal tea can be used to prevent cancer, lower cholesterol, increase the body's immune system, reduce the risk of kidney stones, maintain blood sugar levels and overcome stomach pain. The main target of this service is one of the PKK women's groups in Karangnanas Village, Banyumas Regency. who work as housewives. The purpose of this activity is to increase community understanding about traditional drinks from bay leaves that can reduce cholesterol. The results of this herbal tea making training activity increase good information to the community and can manage traditional beverage products made from bay leaves. With bay leaves being one of the alternative natural ingredients that can be utilized as traditional medicine to help treat diseases such as cholesterol, hypertension, gout, diabetes mellitus.

The main task of our activity is to explain with delves the benefits of data visualization for small businesses, exploring the transformative potential it holds for enterprises operating on a smaller scale. The essence of data visualization lies in its ability to convert complex data sets into accessible and comprehensible visual representations. Small businesses, often faced with resource constraints, can leverage these visualizations to extract meaningful insights, identify trends, and make strategic decisions that align with their objectives. This exploration encompasses the significance of data visualization tools and techniques tailored for small business contexts. As small businesses navigate the intricacies of their operational environment, this program community services underscores the practical applications of data visualization. It sheds light on how visual representations of financial data, market trends, and customer behaviors can empower small business owners to make timely and well-informed decisions. The aim of this community service activity is to explain data visualization to SMEs who work as migrant workers (TKI) on Penang Island, Malaysia.

Abstract

The use of the KAHOOT application in learning at state elementary school 2 aims to introduce and train elementary school teachers in the use of the KAHOOT application. This activity is carried out as part of community service to improve the quality of learning in schools. In this socialization, elementary school teachers were given introductory and evaluation materials for the use of the KAHOOT application as an online-based measuring tool. The materials provided include an introduction to games, quizzes, discussions, and surveys that can be done through the KAHOOT application. In addition, teachers were also given training in creating online-based evaluation questions using the KAHOOT software. Discussions were also held with teachers to discuss the problems faced in using the KAHOOT application. In this socialization, lecture, practice, and question and answer methods were used to ensure a good understanding and application of the KAHOOT application in learning at state elementary school 2, aiming to improve the quality of learning and provide an interactive learning experience for students through the use of technology. , such as increasing student engagement, enriching learning experiences, and facilitating evaluation. However, it is important to ensure that the use of this application is in accordance with the context and needs of students and gets support and supervision from the school.

Abstract

In this community service, the aim is to explore the role of the Notion application in increasing productivity. Notion is an all-in-one workspace application used for taking notes, managing knowledge and data, and managing projects and tasks. Initially, this application was intended to create notes or notes with a simple appearance of Karang Taruna in managing the system. Karang Taruna is a social organization as a forum and means of developing every member of society that grows and develops on the basis of social awareness and responsibility from and for the community, especially the younger generation in the region, especially engaged in social welfare efforts. While the membership of the DKI Jakarta Mosque Youth and Teenagers Network (JPRMI), hereinafter referred to as the DKI Jakarta Mosque Youth and Teenagers Network (JPRMI) is every member of society. The problem of limited understanding of social media management that has not been carried out in optimization in the UMKM management environment. The use of social media used is still manual for sales information. Therefore Therefore Nusa Mandiri University carries out Community Service in the form of training and utilization of Canva application technology in developing product sales. With this training, it can help Cooperative Mothers in managing and providing information data with training in implementing digital product sales. The output that will be achieved from the Socialization in the form of Community Service is publication in local print or electronic mass media.

Artificial intelligence has become the main focus in the development of computer systems that have the ability to resemble the function of the human brain. One of them is the development and utilization of Chatbot Ecosystem Virtual Assistant (EVA) as a tool to help work in various fields and in Kopwan Atsiri, One of which is through further training activities on the use of information technology, online marketing, business management, and other relevant aspects. So that the training and socialization carried out do not stop only in the scope of meetings, but can also be applied by the community in their daily business activities. In this context, the training aims to evaluate the effectiveness of the type of Chatbot Ecosystem Virtual Assistant (EVA), in providing customer service at Kopwan Atsiri. Through the implementation of direct implementation of practicing Chatbot Ecosystem Virtual Assistant (EVA), which is the most efficient in the context of customer service. These results are expected to provide valuable insights for the development and implementation of Chatbot Ecosystem Virtual Assistant (EVA) in improving the effectiveness of customer service, as well as one solution in increasing knowledge, and making it easier to get fast information and provide a more accurate and strong understanding of efficiency.
