<![CDATA[Bali island, as a relatively small island, but it has quite a big name which has been able to contribute not only to Balinese life but also to life in Indonesia and even internationally. Therefore, all religious activities cannot be separated from Desa, Kala, and Patra. The Ngusabha Dalem Ceremony is held once a year, precisely at Sasih Kapitu. The Nyawen Tradition is carried out by Daha Truna or boys by working together to prepare and carry out the Nyawen Tradition. in the Ngusabha Dalem Ceremony series. The type of research carried out is qualitative research with an ex post facto approach. In collecting interview data, literature and documentation. Based on the analysis of the data results, the research results that can be obtained are as follows: (1) The Nyawen Tradition Procession is part of the implementation of the Ngusabha Dalem Ceremony in Sukawana Village. (2) The implementation of the Nyawen Tradition has several functions, namely the function of social life, religious function, cultural preservation function, (3) The value of Hindu religious education contained in the Nyawen Tradition, namely the value of Tattwa, the teachings of Karma Marga and the teachings of Sraddha. The value of ethical education in the application of the Tri Kaya Parisudha are Manacika, Wacika, and Kayika. Meanwhile, the classification of Yajña which is based on the means and method of carrying it out is Tapa Yajña, Dravya Yajña, Jnana Yajña, and Yoga Yajña.]]>

<![CDATA[The existence of the temple and the characteristics contained therein have Hindu religious educational values. One of them is Langgar Temple in the Bunutin Traditional Village, Bangli Regency. Pura Langgar is a type of Pura Dadia which is only held by Semeton Puri Agung Bunutin. Langgar Temple is unique in its strong values of tolerance between Hinduism and Islam which can be seen from the religious activities carried out. This research was carried out to determine the existence, form of implementing religious tolerance at Langgar Temple, and the value of Hindu religious education contained in implementing religious tolerance at Langgar Temple. So this research uses a qualitative descriptive research method using existential theory, multicultural theory, and value theory. Langgar Temple can be seen in terms of structure, form, function, meaning, worshipers and people who pray at Langgar Temple. Forms of implementing religious tolerance at Langgar Temple include: providing facilities for worship, greetings, worship of religious symbols, use of pujawali ceremonial facilities, freedom of worship according to beliefs, factors encouraging and inhibiting the implementation of religious tolerance. In implementing religious tolerance at Langgar Temple, the values of Hindu religious education contained in it are strong, such as: Tattwa Education Values are realized with the value of sraddha, Moral Education Values are realized with the value of love (Tat Twam Asi, Tri Kaya Parisudha, Wasudhaiva Kutumbhakam, Tri Hita Karana), the value of mutual cooperation (paras-paros sarpanaya, salunglung sabayantaka, sagilik-saguluk, briuk sepanggul), Ceremonial Educational Value, Aesthetic Value, and Atmanastuti Value.]]>

<![CDATA[Humans as individual, social and religious creatures must be balanced in order to create a harmonious life. Hindus in Bali know Tri Hita Karana as a teaching to create a harmonious life. Tri Hita Karana is introduced in formal education. Due to the endless pandemic, face-to-face learning has been canceled. However, learning is still carried out using an e-learning system. SMA Negeri 3 Denpasar applies e-learning to support the learning process. E-learning is applied to one of the subjects of Hindu Religious Education by adopting the school's vision and mission as a reference. In this study, we will discuss the process of implementing Tri Hita Karana through e-learning media in class X at SMA Negeri 3 Denpasar, obstacles to implementing Tri Hita Karana through e-learning media in class X at SMA Negeri 3 Denpasar, efforts made to overcome obstacles implementation of Tri Hita Karana through e-learning media in class X at SMA Negeri 3 Denpasar. The process of implementing Tri Hita Karana through e-learning media can be seen through the learning strategies used, the implementation process, and the evaluation of learning. In addition, there are also obstacles arising from the implementation of Tri Hita Karana through e-learning media including obstacles based on the implementation of Tri Hita Karana, constraints based on the use of e-learning media, and constraints based on students' backgrounds. Thus, of course there must be an effort to overcome the implementation of Tri Hita Karana through e-learning media including internal and external factors. ]]>

<![CDATA[Education is an activity that is consciously carried out and designed to achieve some set of goals. Education has a very noble goal; that is, to improve the quality of human resources, and one effort to improve human resources, in this case students, is through a learning process in which the formation of reasoning is carried out. Reasoning ability is one of the thinking skills that is very important for students. The ability to reason is closely related to solve a problem (problem solving). This ability is very important for students to have as a provision to solve everyday problems well. Learning must be adapted to the demands of the times so that students have the abilities and skills in the era when they grow and develop. The era of artificial intelligence requires the Alpha generation to be accustomed to high-level thinking. They are expected to be used to answering questions why, how, and being able to create or invent. The learning model for them is also chosen so that it can familiarize them with activities, namely experiencing, interacting, communicating and collaborating. In this way, students will get used to asking questions, expressing opinions, presenting results without fear or awkwardness. However, character building must still be considered to shape the Alpha generation's personalities into brilliant, polite, wise and self-confident individuals.]]>

<![CDATA[Garbage is one of problem that often arises at the moment. It is not only in our country, however it has also become a world problem. Considering that there is still a lack of public awareness regarding concern for the surrounding environment which results in environmental damage and natural disasters. The various natural phenomena that occur in Indonesia certainly underlie the importance of character education for all Indonesian society. This research reveals the importance of instilling character education in students at every level through a plastic waste processing program. The plastic waste processing program is a form of character development for the Profil Pelajar Pancasila to be able to strengthen the character of the Profil Pelajar Pancasila, especially for the dimensions of religious, devotion to God and good character, mutual cooperation, independence and creativity, which is related to an attitude of caring for the environment. This research was carried out with the aim of finding out that innovation programs carried out by schools can act as effective media to strengthen the expected character of the Profil Pelajar Pancasila. This research was qualitative approach with descriptive research type. Data was obtained through literature study which was collected by browsing articles, reading literature books, and analyzing research results. The research results show that the plastic waste processing program carried out routinely in schools is able to provide a breath of fresh air in the world of education, especially in instilling environmentally caring character education in students. It is hoped that all school will participate in efforts for students' independence in managing waste in their community. Instilling the character of caring for the environment from an early age is very important, it makes students have awareness and concern for their environment.]]>

<![CDATA[This research reveals the importance of instilling character education to every learner at every level through the Waste Bank. Waste Bank is one of the media in instilling two of the eighteen character education values of the Ministry of Education and Culture, namely creative and environmental care. This research uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive research type. Data were obtained through literature studies collected by tracing articles, reading literature, and analyzing research results. The results showed that the presence of Waste Bank in schools is expected to provide fresh air in the world of education, especially in instilling environmental and entrepreneurial character education in students. It is hoped that the Waste Bank will contribute to the independence of students to manage waste in their community environment.Planting entrepreneurial character from an early age is also very important so that students have a mentality of job creators instead of job seekers. Therefore, the main challenge is for authorities and stakeholders to coordinate and facilitate educational institutions to create a sustainability-based education system to create creative and environmentally-conscious outputs of prospective entrepreneurs given the mountains of waste in various parts of Indonesia.]]>

<![CDATA[A number of previous studies by education experts have discussed character education and developmental assessment at the primary school level. However, studies that explicitly examine the integration of these two aspects in the Merdeka Curriculum are limited. Most previous research has focused more on the pre-existing curriculum, with different approaches to assessment and character education. This study aims to evaluate methods of assessing student growth and character education in the implementation of Merdeka Curriculum at the elementary school level. This research uses a qualitative method, with a literature review approach. The results show an emphasis on students' individual development and potential in the context of education. This approach also includes aspects of character education both in the teaching and learning process and in assessment, where character education is integrated not only in certain subjects but also through daily activities and school interactions. Merdeka Curriculum adopts a holistic approach to assessment that supports students' personal growth. Character education is an essential component in this curriculum to foster positive values and student behavior in everyday life. However, there are challenges such as the need for teacher training for effective and consistent integration of character education in the learning and assessment process.]]>

<![CDATA[The tradition of weighing the Tumpeng in the Usaba Emping ceremony is a community activity that fundamentally equalizes rights, duties, and responsibilities as residents of the Karangsari Customary Village, as a form of respect for their ancestors and Ida Sang Hyang Widi Wasa along with all its manifestations based on devotion, sincere and pure intentions as a silent communication medium to God. However, in implementing this tradition, there is concern and emphasis on the community, both in terms of physical/material and spiritual aspects, which already have rules or standards in the process of presenting offerings. Despite the concerns, the tradition of weighing Tumpeng continues to be practiced and preserved until now in the customs of the Karangsari Customary Village. However, it is essential to present an offering with sincere intentions and align it with one's abilities without any coercion from any party, so that the offering can yield sattwika results. This research aims to explore the process, function, meaning, and sanctions of the tradition of weighing Tumpeng, explaining why this tradition is still steadfastly followed by the community to this day. The study utilizes a qualitative descriptive research method. The findings of this research are as follows: (A) Procession of Menimbang Tumpeng in the Usabha Emping Ceremony, contains: 1). The preparation before process of creating “Tumpeng”, 2). The process of creating “Tumpeng”, 3.) The process of hand over the “Tumpeng”, 4). The process of Menimbang Tumpeng. (B). Functions and meanings in Manimbang Tumpeng Tradition in the Usabha Emping Ceremony, including: 1). The function of Manimbang Tumpeng Tradition is as a measurement of obedience to the rules that have been adopted by the community since the beginning of the Karangsari Traditional Village and serves as a medium for the formation and strengthening of character values. The character value that is formed and strengthened in this case is "responsibility". 2). The meaning Manimbang Tumpeng Tradition as a medium for the formation of human values, in this case the value of honesty, mutual cooperation, chastity, loyalty, and dedication. (C). Sanctions on Manimbang Tumpeng Tradition in the Usaba Emping Ceremony, contains: Sanctions given to Jero Desa 43 who not fulfilling their obligations to collect tumpeng, emping, and uli, during the Usabha Emping ceremony, would be subjec to a fine in the form of 5 (five) supplies of rice or the equivalent of IDR 50.000.- (fifty thousand rupiah). This research is expected to be developed again, so that it may be a guide for human life to achieve safety and peace.]]>

<![CDATA[The crucial role of Hindu religious education in the school context is manifested in the formation of students character, including moral, ethical, and spiritual dimensions. The aimed at investigating the contribution of Hindu religious education in strengthening students character at SMP N 1 Bangli. The research method applied is a qualitative approach using data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and document analysis. The results stated that Hindu religious education at SMP N 1 Bangli makes a significant contribution to the development of students character. This learning material provides a deep understanding of spiritual, ethical, and moral values in Hinduism. The role of Hinduism teachers is very important as the main mentor who help students understand and internalise these teachings in everyday life. Hindu religious education at SMP N 1 Bangli is not only provides theoretical knowledge about religious teachings, but also encourages students to apply these values in their daily activities. Therefore, continuous efforts to improve the quality of Hindu religious education need to be made in order to provide a broader positive impact on the development of students' character in the school environment.]]>

<![CDATA[Character education has become a major focus in helping students to develop strong moral principles and ethical values. This research examines the strategies and methods used in character education to build students' strong character. The study covers important concepts such as the concept of character education, its purpose, the teacher's role in the classroom, and how to make the relationship between teachers and students as transparent as possible. A deep review of the positive lessons in character education was also conducted to ensure that character education can be implemented successfully. The development of an integrated curriculum, schools' and teachers' roles in implementing the characteristics of education, as well as character building in a learning activity, are examined. In addition, this research focuses on some aspects that are required for implementing character education in the school, such as fostering a positive school culture. The purpose of this study is to examine how the character education can significantly improve students' moral development through the experience of a positive school environment. This research is part of a qualitative research type. The method used in this research is literature review. This paper focuses on the positive outcomes, growth and achievements of character-based education by analyzing empirical data and new research findings. The role of teachers as mentors and guides is crucial in developing students' character. Through a better understanding of effective strategies and potential barriers, this research offers valuable contributions to the development of more effective teaching methods in the future. The main focus of this research is the importance of the teacher's role in implementing character education.]]>
