<![CDATA[Corporate social responsibility changes the focus of a business from internal responsibility to environmental and social issues. This research examines how profitability, liquidity, leverage, independent board of commissioners, managerial ownership, and audit committee impact Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) in agricultural and mining companies traded on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) from 2018 to 2022. A total of eight out of a total of 75 companies as observation units, the companies have met the criteria in the purposive sampling method. This analysis uses multiple linear regression. Classic assumption tests such as normality, heteroscedasticity, multicollinearity and autocorrelation were used to process this research data. The research results show empirical evidence that leverage (DER), manager ownership, and audit committee have an effect, while profitability (ROE), liquidity (CR), and board of commissioners do not influence corporate social responsibility. Kolmogorov-Smirnov normality test results with Asymp. Sig. (2-tailed) shows that the data is normally distributed, with a significance value of 0.104 > 0.05. The research results also do not show symptoms of multicollinearity because the tolerance value is above 0.10 and the VIF is below 10. There is no heteroscedasticity problem because the significance value of each independent variable is greater than α (0.05). The research results also show that there is no autocorrelation problem between each regression variable with the Asmpy sig (2-tailed) value being 0.104 more than 0.05. Apart from that, the F test results of the five independent variables influence CSR simultaneously. The results of calculating the coefficient of determination (R2), which shows an R2 value of 0.910. This shows that ROE, CR, DER, board of commissioners, manager ownership and audit committee influence CSR by 91%. Additional factors not discussed in this study had an impact of 9%.]]>

<![CDATA[Various media outlets have reported about children's bad behavior lately. Some of the violence committed by against their own friends, lack of respect for parents and teachers, show the bad character of children. teachers, show the bad character of children. This inspired the author to explore the cultures that were used as a medium for shaping children's character by their parents. children's character by their parents. Balinese society has a variety of cultures that can be used as a medium for character education, such as the culture of storytelling for children. Character education throught the Pedande Baka story for early childhood is a religious character. The religious character is belief in Ida Sang Hyang Widhi Wasa. In Hinduism, the religious character is explained in the Panca Sradha, including belief in Karma Phala or belief in the result of every human action. Breath, hearbeat and dreams are karma. If we do good, we will get good result, and vice versa. The religious character that can be found in the Pedande Baka story by the crab is a result of Pedande Baka bad behavior. Pedande Baka lied and killed all the fish in the lake. This shows that Pedande Baka receives Prarabdha Karma Phala, which means that actions in this life will also be accepted in this life. Parents can teach religious character by telling them that Pedande Baka bad behavior was paid for by being killed by a crab. Throught this story parents can teach children to do good things such as: being honest, not killing, beleiving in god and Karma Phala. for children, stories are believed to contain character education values for children from an early age. children from an early age. <![CDATA[Research discusses the implementation of anchor anchor management policies in the Kepulauan Riau Province which involves various actors with different interests. Research objectives are to implement anchor anchor management policies in the Kepulauan Riau Province. Research method used is a post-positivism approach by analyzing the types of benefits obtained, the scale of change desired, the decision-making framework, institutional and regime characteristics, as well as policy implementation and responsiveness. Results and discussion show that implementing this policy has significant economic, social, environmental and security benefits but still requires improvements to infrastructure and supporting facilities. There is also a need for good cooperation and coordination, increasing institutional capacity, increasing the capabilities of relevant officials, as well as developing technology and innovation to support more effective policy implementation. In conclusion, the anchor anchor management policy in the Kepulauan Riau Province must be improved so that it can have a positive impact on the community and the surrounding environment and improve the welfare of the local community. Apart from that, this research also highlights the importance of involving various actors in decision making regarding anchor anchor management policies. In this way, the resulting policies can be more effective and efficient, and can meet the needs and interests of all parties involved. Implication of this research is the need for synergy and collaboration between various actors regarding anchor anchor management policies. Apart from that, it is also important to pay attention to the decision-making framework, characteristics of institutions and regimes, as well as policy implementation.]]>

<![CDATA[Anemia occurs due to a condition of lack of red blood cells or hemoglobin. Factors that can affect a person affected by Anemia such as an unhealthy and unbalanced diet to the lack of knowledge of women about Anemia. Prevention can be done by holding an Anemia prevention campaign for women aged 16-19 years who live in Surabaya. The campaign is carried out in a fun and cheerful way that suits the interests of young women aged 16-19 years old today, especially through social media. The media designed uses main media and various supporting media. The design was carried out using qualitative and quantitative research methods. Data acquisition is done through primary and secondary data. Primary data is done by interview and observation. Secondary data is obtained from literature studies and literature studies. The results of the data that have been collected are then analyzed using fishbone analysis. The results of the fishbone analysis are continued to obtain keywords or big ideas that are used as the initial design concept. Keywords are developed to become visual concepts, character concepts, and media concepts. The design concept features design colors that combine the color concepts of health and cheerfulness. The character concepts used are women aged 16-19 years and nutritionists. Visuals are presented with a combination of vectors and illustrations as well as sans serif typography and layouts. The campaign aims to change the behavior and lifestyle patterns of adolescent girls to be healthy and balanced and increase awareness of the importance of preventing Anemia. The overall design of the campaign is an effective strategy in increasing awareness and knowledge about Anemia through the delivery of interesting information and appropriate learning so as to change behavior related to health. ]]>

<![CDATA[Mental health is one of the most highlighted health issues by many people around the world. During this time, many adolescents experience mental health problems. The most common mental health problem in adolescents is depression or anxiety. Deviant behavior to harm oneself, as a result of a lack of understanding in the management of adolescent emotions, is one of the reasons why the phenomenon of suicide itself comes from the individual concerned who is experiencing social problems. The purpose of making this video concept is to educate adolescents in understanding emotional management, how to develop themselves in the environment, and provide information and raise awareness of adolescents about the importance of maintaining mental health. In designing this video concept, primary and secondary data were collected from interviews and observations. In analyzing the data, using fishbone analysis and 5W + 1H. In designing the concept of this content video, it pays attention to aspects of its function to educate teenagers that are not boring and easy to understand. For an emotional attachment by providing a color mood according to the background of the situation. There is an explanation of emotional management and self-development in the environment in teenagers which aims to educate teenagers about the importance of mental health for themselves and others. Self-development is needed to explore and increase the potential that exists within teenagers. It is hopefully that the design of mental health educational content videos can provide new insights for adolescents and the messages conveyed can be well received.]]>

<![CDATA[Fulfilment of the needs of a decent life and the desire to change their fate are the main highlights in the choice of Indonesian citizens to decide to work abroad. In line with this, there is a positive response from the employer country regarding the demand for Indonesian labour. The research method used is narrative qualitative by conducting a data collection process carried out twice when prospective Indonesian migrant workers (CPMI) carry out OPP (Pre-departure Orientation) activities before heading to South Korea. The first data collection was conducted on 27 January-1 February 2023 which took place in Surabaya which was a mixture of new CPMIs and CPMIs who had previously left. The research findings are that there are stages that must be passed by CPMI before leaving for South Korea, one of these stages is OPP. During the implementation, 89 participants were interviewed with questions about the underlying motivation to work abroad. The answer was 73% answering money as the main reason as well as motivation to be able to live decently. Another impact apart from a decent living felt by CPMI is the contribution to the country. In the second quarter of 2023, the contribution to the country reached IDR 77.35 trillion. This is certainly a positive achievement whose impact can be felt both by citizens and the Indonesian state. Migrant workers make investments from the income saved to build businesses, renovate houses, pay debts, buy assets in the form of land, to the education of migrant workers' families. Some also actively empower the surrounding community in running their business, so that it automatically has a major contribution to poverty reduction in Indonesia by encouraging economic growth.]]>

<![CDATA[Digitalization is the key to the growth of a civilization that cannot be ignored. This is because the demands for mastery and use of technology for individuals and organizations are becoming increasingly real due to digital-based market changes. The emergence of digital communication media which is closely related to the internet, has become an active space for people to convey information, receive aspirations and ideas, and be able to offer new, more professional ways. One form of activity that utilizes digital communication media as the main media is social philanthropy activities initiated by the Ngawi Street Savings community. Since 2020, Nabung Jalanan Ngawi has been in existence carrying out social philanthropy actions for street people in the Ngawi Regency area. The aim of this research is to find out what digital communication strategies are carried out by Nabung Jalanan Ngawi and what the implementation process is in social philanthropy programs. This research also uses qualitative methods with a case study approach. The research results show that the key to the success of the digital communication strategy carried out by Nabung Jalanan Ngawi is consistency in posting every donation and activity pamphlet as well as strength in maximizing content management. The use of digital media can make branding Nabung Jalanan Ngawi easier for the wider community. This can support the process of implementing social philanthropy activities to be more systematically planned. The social philanthropy activities that have been carried out by the Nabung Jalanan Ngawi community include sharing free food, distributing suitable clothing to orphanages, distributing free takjil in the month of Ramadhan, and raising funds when a disaster occurs in an area. Nabung Jalanan Ngawi Community utilizes digital media to support the goals of social philanthropy programs to run optimally and evenly.]]>

<![CDATA[Legio Maria is a Catholic lay organization that is devoted to the Virgin Mary. As devotees of Our Lady, members of the Legion of Mary should have an adequate understanding of Our Lady who is believed in and accepted as the Supreme Commander of the Legion of Mary. However, in reality, there are still many members of the Legion of Mary who do not have adequate knowledge and understanding of Mary in the holy scriptures. This research aims to determine the extent of understanding of the members of the Legio Maria Parish of Saint Simon Peter Tarus about the Virgin Mary and provide an understanding of Mary in the holy scriptures. The method used is field research combined with library research. The results of the research state that most members of the Legion of Mary in this parish do not understand the Virgin Mary according to the information in the holy books, especially the four Gospels. As a solution to this lack of understanding, the author offers the importance of scriptural training for legionaries by explaining the description of Mary in the four Gospels based on selected texts. The results of this research became a starting point for further activities, namely community service in the form of basic holy book training courses for members of the Legio Maria Parish of Saint Simon Peter Tarus.]]>

This article discusses various management theories and approaches, including basic functions such as planning, organizing, directing, and controlling. This research uses literature studies or literature reviews. The information used in this study comes from previous research written in national and international online publications. The data collection procedure makes use of the standards set by the authors of each magazine. Finding problems for research, gathering relevant data about them, and examining some fundamental hypotheses related to them are the broad goals of literary studies. The results of this study highlight the evolution of management thinking from the classical era to the modern era, including the contributions of important figures and recent advances in management practice. The research also explores the application of management concepts in various industries and organizations, as well as the challenges managers face in a dynamic business environment. In addition, this study emphasizes the importance of adaptation and innovation in management practices to improve organizational performance. Thus, this research provides an in-depth insight into the fundamental concepts of management and their influence on management practices. Modern management is based on principles such as discipline, division of labor, authority and responsibility, unity of command, unity of direction, subordination of personal interests, fair wages, centralization, authority, order, justice, stability of positions, initiative, and the spirit of solidarity. <![CDATA[The two key ideas in the evolution of Islamic thought in Indonesia are modernization and secularization. Modernization is an effort to keep Islamic teachings up-to-date and relevant to the changing times, while secularization is the division of religion and state affairs. The purpose of this study is to analyze how modernization and secularization have influenced Islamic thought in Indonesia. The research method used is qualitative with literature study. Primary data sources used are books (especially recommended for scientific work), recognized scientific publications, and student research findings in various formats, including theses, dissertations, practicum reports, and so on. Meanwhile, secondary data sources are obtained through previous research that has been carried out by previous research. The data analysis technique used is by data reduction which aims to conclude the results of the entire study. The results of the study show: First, if modernization and secularization have brought significant changes in Islamic thought in Indonesia, it shows that modernization encourages Muslims to adopt a rational mindset and be able to adapt to the progress of the times. Meanwhile, secularization helps Muslims in Indonesia to separate religious affairs from politics, thus allowing them to contribute more effectively to the development of the country. Second, modernization brings significant social changes, including changes in social structures, behavior patterns, and social interactions. Social change can occur suddenly or gradually, involving the active participation of community members. Globalization accelerates the modernization process by spreading ideas and cultures from Western countries to the rest of the world. Third, the relationship between Islam, modernization, and secularization is a complex and ever-evolving phenomenon, with diverse views and interpretations from various figures and thinkers.]]>
