Abstract

Consumer guarantees are getting considerate, considering consumers as services that should be protected. Due to the lack of knowledge and understanding of consumers on their rights as consumers, and business actors who neglect or make mistakes, make the consumer's position lower than the business actor. The laundIn the results of this study found that in the responsibility as a businessman laundry service for losses suffered by consumers is to provide compensation, although not full according to the price of damaged or lost items. The most frequent solution done by the businessman laundry services DI'Wash and consumers is by using the deliberation path because it is more efficient and does not use a lot of funds.

Abstract

Cyberbullying is a new form of bullying behavior that is rampant among adolescents along with the development of digital technology. The purpose of this research is to examine the phenomenon of cyberbullying among adolescents through a literature study. The research method uses a literature review by analyzing various journals and literature related to the topic of cyberbullying. The results of the study show that cyberbullying has unique characteristics such as the anonymity of perpetrators and victims which is much wider than traditional bullying. Some of the main factors causing the rise of cyberbullying include the anonymity of the perpetrators, low digital literacy, weak regulation of social media, and psychological factors of adolescents. The impact is quite serious for victims, ranging from depression, dropping out of school, to suicide. Efforts to prevent and handle cyberbullying need to be carried out comprehensively by involving the roles of parents, schools, government, and adolescents themselves. Further research is needed to find effective solutions in dealing with the problem of cyberbullying so that the risks to adolescents can be minimized.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui dan menjelaskan Kinerja Perusahaan Umum Daerah (PUD) Pembangunan dalam pengembangan pariwisata Kebun Binatang Medan. Penelitian ini menggunakan lima indikator dalam mengukur kinerja. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan wawancara, observasi, dokumentasi dan studi pustaka. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa atraksi satwa masih belum memperhatikan kesejahteraan satwa itu sendiri. Amenitas sarana pendukung sudah terpenuhi seperti lapangan parkir dan rumah ibadah, namun ada beberapa fasilitas yang belum layak seperti kamar mandi dan tempat sampah. Aksesibilitas menuju Kebun Binatang Medan memiliki jalan yang besar namun minimnya angkutan umum yang menuju ke arah kebun binatang medan. Kemudian dalam hal indikator 1) Produktivitas PUD Pembangunan sudah memiliki gagasan baru dan pencapaian target. 2) Kualitas Layanan ditinjau dalam 3 indikator bukti fisik dan empati masih kurang dan dalam segi rehabilitas, PUD Pembangunan memiliki Standar Operasional Prosedur. 3) Responsivitas PUD Pembangunan tidak memiliki program untuk menampung aspirasi masyarakat dan wisatawan. 4) Responsibilitas PUD Pembangunan dinilai masih kurang. 5) Akuntabilitas PUD Pembangunan mempertanggungjawabkan kinerjanya kepada DPRD Kota Medan namun belum melakukan pertanggungjawaban kinerja kepada publik.

Abstract

Messages and meanings are always present in the scope of everyday life, from words, symbols to traditions that are passed down from generation to generation. A wedding tradition also contains meaning conveyed to the bride and groom. The presence of wedding photos in is not just capturing sacred moments, but also perpetuating messages in the traditional procession that surrounds them. Through the EDFAT photography method, the researcher aims to dig deeper into the messages and meanings contained in the Javanese wedding tradition. Through the semiotic method, Pierce succeeded in expressing meaning through icons, indexes and symbols in the Javanese wedding tradition which was immortalized with the EDFAT photography method. The result is that the EDFAT method emphasizes 3 (three) meanings of messages in Javanese wedding traditions, namely: (1) Advice to a bride and groom in carrying out the household in the form of responsibility, affection and sincerity; (2) Parental advice to children, regarding the blessing, sincerity of parents and balanced affection; (3) Advice of the bride as a child, with the meaning of filial piety to parents.

Abstract

The regional election directly has been done since june 2005. In addition, forthe first time also in the election disputes nomination a prolonged and lead to delayelection highest, namely to 11 months in pematangsiantar. Political conflicts theregional election describes two different purposes both in the committee andattendees. The political conflicts in the regional election that is characterized by thepresence of partiality the head elections the area of a city pematangsiantar to one ofthe pairs of candidates mayor and deputy mayor pematangsiantar 2015.Many thenegative effects of political conflict occurred in the town of pematangsiantar duringthe election process the head of the region especially in 2015 to 2016.This research uses the qualitative methodology to analyze the political conflictin Pematang Siantar City. This methodology aims to portray the real situation and findout the pattern of the conflict between the election committees and the candidatessince the election had been delayed for two times.This research concern of the pattern of the conflict of the mayoral election inPematang Siantar City from 2015 to 2016. Abstract

The phenomenon of children facing the law is a social reality that until now cannot be avoided and overcame by the social community, because social life has been greatly influenced by various developments in technology, culture, economy, and other factors. The purpose of this research is to explain the reasons for obtaining the status of children facing the law, the lives of children facing the law at the Class I Special Development Institution for Children in Medan, and the plans of children facing the law to build their future. This research was conducted at the Medan Class I Children's Special Development Institute involving eight informants consisting of three key informants, three main informants, and two additional informants. Using qualitative methods as the data collection techniques, with interviews, observation, and documentation by using phenomenological theory, specifically the theory by Peter L. Berger and Alfred Schutz, to be able to draw the research conclusions. The result of the research show that the cause of children obtaining legal status is linked to parenting patterns and the influence of the social environment. This research has also shown the lives of children in conflict with the law at the Special Children's Development Institution, namely undergoing a coaching program provided by the Medan Class I Special Children's Development Institution, including religious, morality, development of independence, physical/sports, and teaching-learning activities consisting of "sekolah kejar paket" A, B and C. The plan for children in conflict with the law, is to build a future for them, while aiming to eliminate the negative stigma that children in conflict with the law may experience when they return to society. Children in conflict with the law have various plans for the future, namely continuing their education, working as a form of independence in a new social environment, and become a better person.

Abstract

Fisherman identical with poverty. One of the reason of fisherman poverty problem is that they are very dependant to tengkulak in their lives. The relation between tengkulak dan fisherman isn’t just about economic but also socio cultural relation that rooted since long time ago. One of PT Cirebon Electric Power CSR empowerment program that try to solve that fisherman problem is Jelombang Selar Fisherman Group program. The program initiated to increase the welfare of fisherman by helping them out of their relation with middleman (tengkulak). This research used qualitative methods with phenomenology approach. Data collected through interview and observation. Analysis of the research using CSR empowerment approach. The result showed in order to increase people empowerment done by giving alternative income generating activity, giving charitative assistance that help in short time as energy to empower, increasing individual and institutional capacities to optimalize local resources, increasing people self reliability by building kiosk and fish market and collaborate with government for sustainability. Corporate program meant for individual and institution. It was done to create empowerment program that sustainable and grew self reliance for people. Corporate also able to grew awareness of people to contribute voluntarily and minimize punishment as push factor.

Abstract

One of the most significant laws that Indonesian society is currently developing is health law. The development of health law serves as both a formality and a means of addressing the needs and demands of the expanding Indonesian society's legal system. This is why health law is becoming more and more important. The significance of Indonesian health law stems from the fact that the country's society has incorporated both health law and other laws. We can imagine that everything related to health would not function as needed if there were only health and no laws governing it. Health care providers and the general public who receive health services will have complete legal protection and legal certainty thanks to the existence of health law instruments. Malpractice cases have persisted in Indonesia up until this point. This is the area of focus where there is a great need for health law legislation. Case studies and literature reviews are the appropriate methods used in this research. The author will use a case study example to illustrate how health law is developing in Indonesia. While reading books and references, the author's study of literature aids in the composition of this piece. This paper's conclusion is that medical staff members' malpractice frequently harms patients and can have deadly results. Stricter enforcement of the Health Law regarding malpractice activities is required. This indicates that, based on the pertinent articles, it is clear that Malpractice Enforcement needs to be included in the legislation.

Abstract

This article aims to conduct a review of research on authentic leadership. The review covers the dimensions, concepts, antecedents and benefits of authentic leadership. A review was carried out on 20 researchs results that were publish in international journals between 2008-2020. The results on the review showed that studies on leadership are increasingly focusing not only on the authenticity or genuineness of leaders but also the role of followers in them as an important part in providing legitimacy to authentic leadership. Discussion of the results of existing research reviews has implications for recommendations for further research.

Abstract

The numerous cases of land rights transfer with malicious intent indicate a legal loophole exploited by organizations or individuals for personal gain. Dishonest actions can manipulate transactions due to the unclear legal boundaries surrounding the transfer of land rights. The transfer of land rights requires valid evidence in the form of land certificates, obtainable only through the registration of land rights. Unethical practices in land transfer can have negative social and economic impacts. The normative legal research method is an approach in the legal science that examines legal norms. In the study of the Court Decision Number 249/Pid.B/2022/Pn.Jkt.Brt, the normative juridical method is used with a doctrinal legal research or document study approach, divided into legal and case approaches. Land certificates provide legal protection and clarity by identifying the rights holder and subject. Household assistant Nirina Zubir committed land certificate fraud, violating Article 28H of the 1945 Constitution, which prohibits arbitrary seizure of personal property. The validity of agreements depends on lawful cause and good faith. Identity forgery in Decision No. 60/Pdt/2018/PT.Btn indicates the lack of precision by Notaries/PPAT, resulting in unfulfilled objective requirements. The transfer of land rights requires good faith in accordance with regulations; land certificates offer legal certainty, protection, and are crucial in the transfer process. Certificate fraud is a criminal act with dismissal sanctions, and the professional ethics of PPAT are crucial.
