Abstract

The purpose of writing this article is to describe the implementation of education in elementary schools during the Covid-19 pandemic, educational problems in elementary schools during the Covid-19 pandemic, and efforts to solve educational problems in elementary schools during the Covid-19 pandemic. The method implemented is a qualitative research method with the type of literature study (Library Research). The result is that the implementation of education in elementary schools during the Covid-19 pandemic is generally carried out by utilizing various applications, namely using the Whatsapp application combined with the zoom application in learning and can also be done with a combination of the Whatsapp application and google classroom in terms of assignments. The problems of education in elementary schools during the Covid-19 pandemic include: the material delivered is not yet accessible to students, the lack of teacher ability to apply technology in learning, the lack of teacher ability to control, problems with students and digital literacy. Furthermore, efforts to solve educational problems in elementary schools during the Covid-19 pandemic are by developing two-way communication, making teachers facilitators, informants, motivators, organizers, and developing digital literacy and learning objectives.

Abstract

Mosques and Islamic education are two components that cannot be separated. The two always go hand in hand in the long journey of the dynamics of Islamic education. The purpose of this study is to describe the concept of empowering mosques as centres of Islamic education and optimizing the empowerment of mosques as centres of Islamic education. By answering the various questions above through in-depth analysis and interpretation, it is hoped that this article can be a reference for the development of mosque empowerment and Islamic education in general. The method used is a qualitative research method with a literature study. The analysis used is the Miles & Huberman interaction model. As a result, the concept of empowering mosques as centres of Islamic education is a reflection of the function of mosques other than as a means of praying together five times a day. This is where the need to mobilize ta'lim assemblies, empower youth, organize various pieces of training and seminars, make mosques a centre of knowledge, increase cooperation, empower the poor, and foster mosque independence. Optimizing the empowerment of mosques as centres of Islamic education must continue to be pursued by improving mosque management, optimizing the religious field, youth sector, social community field, cultural field, and economic field. Thus, the empowerment of mosques as centres of Islamic education, with various concepts that have been explained, good mosque management, and optimization of various fields in mosques is not only discourse but is already at the level of real action for the welfare of the mosque. and implementation of the empowerment of mosques as centres of Islamic education.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the use of the Qt-Media application in improving the ability to understand the rule of tajweed and makharij al-huruf in PAI subjects in QS. Yunus [10]: 40-41 and QS. al-Maidah [5]: 32. The results of the action in this study indicate that the treatment of learning in Cycle I by using the Qt-Media application as the learning implementation plan, then the ability of students to understand the tajweed and makharij al-huruf in QS. Yunus [10]: 40-41 and QS. al-Maidah [5]: 32 through the Qt-Media application, the average value is 79.17, with a completeness rate of 79%. Meanwhile, in the second cycle, with the improvement of learning and the learning implementation plan due to the reflection of Cycle I, the average ability of students to understand the rules of tajweed and makharij al-huruf in QS. Yunus [10]: 40-41 and QS. al-Maidah [5]: 32 through the Qt-Media application, the average value is 95.83, with a completeness rate of 95.83%.

Abstract

Az-Zarnuji's thoughts in the book of Ta'limul Muta'allim contain adab-adab in education about student learning morals and teacher character. The focus of this research is How does Az-Zarnuji think about education in the book of  Ta'limul Muta'allim? The research method is qualitative research in the form of library research (library research) In order to get valid research results, it is necessary to select sources, both primary data sources and secondary data sources. The primary data source of this research is the book "Ta'limul Muta'alim" by Imam Az-Zarnuji, and the secondary source is the translation of Ta'limul Muta'alim, as well as other relevant and relevant books. The results of the research findings of this study show that the Educational Thought of the Book of Ta'limul Muta'alim according to Az-Zarnuji is needed in the world of education Characteristics of his thinking can be classified in practice patterns that stick to the Qur'an and hadith. Another tendency in his thinking is to present ethical values that breathe Sufistics. The moral education that he emphasized can be clarified into three, namely: First, morals to God, teachers, and disciples in the process of teaching and learning are intended only for God, Secondly, morals to fellow human beings, especially between students and teachers but at least to fellow friends must respect and respect each other. Third, morals to science itself, that science is light to us and the highest position is a knowledgeable person.

Abstract

In the management of educational institutions, of course, the quality of educational institutions that meet the standards that have been set is needed. Measuring the quality of the course required evaluation. School self-evaluation is one of the evaluations that can be done independently by educational institutions. Based on this, the purpose of writing this article is to determine the implementation of school self-evaluation. The writing in this article uses a qualitative approach with the type of library research. Based on the results of the analysis, it was concluded that school self-evaluation is a process of implementing a self-assessment of educational institutions in order to see the strengths and weaknesses of the institution so that it can improve or improve quality. In essence, school self-evaluation is used to identify school achievements, find priority needs and improvements, as data for decision making, and improve the quality of education. Based on the results of the implementation of the School Self Evaluation, schools are able to produce complete and accurate data and evidence to make school work plans that are better, more competitive, and more progressive. After schools are able to formulate programs from their best work plans, they are implemented as much as possible so that the quality of education can be achieved in accordance with the eight national education standards, namely content standards, process standards, educators, and education personnel standards, financing standards, facilities and infrastructure standards, graduate competency standards, management standards, and assessment standards.

Abstract

Islamic education is currently experiencing a decline, this can be seen in terms of the decline in human morals, both in educational institutions and in society. Intelligence has connectivity with the educational process as a concrete step in fostering human character as caliph fil ardh to think about all of Allah's creations. With this, the concept of prophetic intelligence provides a constructive and systematic space for delivering a good and comprehensive personality. Becoming a human being with good morals cannot be done instantly, through prophetic intelligence quoted from the Quran and al-Hadith, it is a must for the sustainability of conceptual Islamic education. According to this background, the problem that can be formulated is how is the relevance of prophetic intelligence to Islamic education today. While the aim is to find out the concept of prophetic intelligence, the relevance of prophetic intelligence to Islamic education today. The research method used is library research. The nature of the research is descriptive-analytic and the method of analysis is content analysis. The results of this study show that there are three concepts of prophetic intelligence, namely spiritual health that is free from nifaq, wickedness, and kufr as the basis for prophetic intelligence, Islamic principles by saying the creed, prayer, fasting, zakat, and hajj. The principles of faith, bermakrifat to Allah, the Angels, the Qur'an, the Prophet / Apostles, Doomsday, Qada, and Qadar. Prophetic Intelligence (Prophetic Intelligence) is very relevant in restoring existence and strengthening the foundation of the resilience of Islamic Education. With the concept of prophetic intelligence developed through spiritual health methods and planting aspects of humanization, liberation, and transcendence in Islamic education, it will help humans to have better personalities in accordance with the purpose of the Prophet Muhammad SAW revealed, namely to perfect human morals.

Abstract

This research is an evaluation study of education in schools with the aim of improving teacher performance through the discrepancy evaluation model in carrying out supervision at SMP Negeri 2 Sangatta Utara. This research was conducted at SMP Negeri 2 Sangatta Utara with 32 teacher research subjects and the object of this research is the implementation of classroom supervision with a gap model. Research findings related to the implementation of the supervision program at SMP Negeri 2 Sangatta Utara are well done. The components that are evaluated in this component are as follows: (1) the design of the supervision program at SMP Negeri 2 Sangatta Utara has been running well, and (2) the installation of the teacher supervision program has been running well, it is necessary to improve the competence of the supervision team in participating in In House Training periodically,(3) the process of the teacher supervision program has been going well, but it is necessary to provide follow-up so that the teacher will know the shortcomings in implementing the learning process, (4) the results of the teacher supervision program are running well, the teacher is motivated to teach better, is motivated to follow various the development of the teacher's profession, namely making scientific papers for teachers to increase. The conclusion of this study is that the evaluation of the implementation of supervision with a discrepancy evaluation model can improve teacher performance at SMP Negeri 2 Sangatta Utara and develop the sustainable professional activity.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how much influence the Academic Information System Service (SIAKAD) has on the level of student satisfaction of the Tarbiyah Department of STAI Sangatta East Kutai. The population in this study were all students majoring in Tarbiyah STAI Sangatta East Kutai, totaling 414 students. Researchers took random sampling so that a sample of 80 students was obtained. This study uses quantitative methods. In collecting data, a questionnaire was used to find out data about academic information system services (Siakad) and satisfaction. Furthermore, the researcher's data analysis technique used a simple Linear Regression formula. The results of the simple linear regression test in this study obtained a constant value (a) of 40,833 which contained that the consistent value of the SIAKAD service variable was 40,833, while the value of student satisfaction (b/regression coefficient) was 0.361, so the simple linear regression equation could be written Y= 40,833+ 0.361X which means that the effect of variable X on variable Y is positive. In the ANOVA table results of simple regression analysis, a significance value of 0.000 <0.05 is obtained and it is known that the count value in the coefficient table of the simple linear regression analysis test is 5.902 > the table value of 1.66, which means that the SIAKAD service variable (X) has an effect on student satisfaction variables ( Y). In the summary table of the simple linear regression analysis test model, it is obtained that a value (R) of 0.556 has a significant effect and an R Square value of 0.309 which means that this study has a positive effect of 30.9% or rounded up to 31%.

Abstract

A pluralistic society where people can live side by side peacefully in culture requires a curriculum that can guide teachers, schools, and parents in teaching and learning activities at school and at home. This study analyzes instructions on approaching and modeling the multicultural Islamic education curriculum implemented at a private elementary school in Sangatta. Research using qualitative and the researcher is part of the key instrument. Respondents in this study were principals, vice-principal, and teachers of Islamic education. They are collecting data using observation, interview, and documentation techniques. The results show that: (1) The multicultural-based Islamic religious education curriculum approach used in Sangatta private elementary school contributes an additive contribution. (2) The model for developing the multicultural Islamic Islamic education curriculum at private elementary school Sangatta uses administrative and grass-root models.

Abstract

The quality of Islamic education is an interesting issue to study along with its problems, while madrasa management is a tool to improve its quality. The purpose of this study is to analyze and interpret madrasa discourse, efforts to improve the quality of Islamic education through madrasa management, and the problem of improving the quality of education through madrasa management. The method used is library research by examining library materials both in the form of digital libraries and collections of books, and other documents stored in the library. The result is that madrasa management discourse is madrasa management is a process of managing, regulating, managing, and implementing planning, organizing, implementing, and evaluating madrasa education institutions. Efforts to improve the quality of Islamic education can be carried out with extensive teamwork and networks, academic and non-academic development, availability of funds and learning facilities, and teacher empowerment. The problem is that it is caused byweak madrasa management, curriculum implementation, resources, facilities and infrastructure. The hope is that madrasa managers can use the results of this study as a reference to improve the quality of Islamic education and theproblems encountered to anticipate and find solutions.
