Abstract

The Lohjinawi Garbage Bank is a waste management institution in Indonesia that aims to reduce the amount of waste that ends up in landfills. The Lohjinawi Garbage Bank has been operating for several years, but still needs the strengthening of its management capacity. One way to strengthen the management capacity of the Lohjinawi Garbage Bank is through training and making paving blocks from plastic waste. Training will be conducted for the management and members of the Lohjinawi Garbage Bank in terms of sorting and processing plastic waste into raw materials for paving blocks. This training will provide an understanding of techniques and processes for processing plastic waste, as well as techniques for making quality paving blocks. In addition, the training will also provide an understanding of the marketing and management of the paving block business. After the training, paving blocks were made from processed plastic waste. The resulting paving blocks will be used to build parking areas and roads around the Lohjinawi Garbage Bank environment. Apart from that, paving blocks can also be sold to increase the income of the Lohjinawi Garbage Bank. With training and making paving blocks from plastic waste, it is hoped that the Lohjinawi Garbage Bank can strengthen its management capacity and increase its business income. In addition, using paving blocks made from plastic waste can also reduce the amount of plastic waste that ends up in landfills and reduce the use of conventional building materials that are not environmentally friendly

Abstract

The people of the Cireundeu-Cimahi traditional village are Sundanese indigenous people who have preserved traditions from generation to generation. Cireundeu is famous for its natural potential in the form of Sampeu which has not been fully exploited. The problem is, the government is trying to improve the skills of citizens. One of them is providing batik training by utilizing natural potential to become batik motifs. The goal is to improve skills so that economic conditions can also develop. The method used is the SL (Service Learning) method which involves students. Participants totaled 20 people. The results of this training participants can make batik motifs that were initiated from natural potential. The objects are dominated by shapes made of cassava leaves, which is interesting that almost all of his works are marked with his name written in Sundanese script. The visualized composition varies from asymmetrical and centered. The colors combined are also very interesting, such as a combination of color gradations from red to yellow, dark blue to light blue gradations

Abstract

Families caring for people with mental disabilities (ODGJ) face a lot of psychological, economic and social pressure. Therefore, they are not optimal for treating and curing ODGJ. Support for the surrounding community and the health worker's family is very important. This non-profit activity aims to provide counseling to families with ODGJ in the work room of the Cahya Maju Health Center. philanthropy uses the method. Psychoeducation through several action steps including family mental health assessment, counseling, planning, implementation and evaluation of family interventions to care for ODGJ at home. The results of the 16 weeks of community service show that families understand mental disorders and have the skills to manage ODGJ at home. In addition, family members feel cared for and supported by the people around them. The recommendation from this activity is that continuous support is needed from the community and Puskesmas health workers to help ODGJ families reintegrate into community life

Abstract

In adapting to both age and maturity, the family is the first environment that demands. In the family, parents have a big role in the social development of children. Every parent certainly has different parenting styles, including: authoritarian parenting, democratic parenting, permissive parenting. Parenting styles in early childhood include physical, mental, emotional, moral, and social stimulation that will encourage optimal child growth and development. The parenting style of their children will affect the social development and personality of the child. Bad parenting styles will reduce the good social development of children. Parenting style means the norms of parents, fathers and mothers in leading, nurturing, guiding children. Nurturing means taking care of using ways of caring for and educating them. Guiding using how to shape, train, and so on. The quality and intensity of parenting varies in influencing behavior and directing children. Abstract

Postpartum blues is characterized by symptoms such as depression/sadness, crying, rapid mood swings, anxiety, headaches, unsteadiness, self-blame, feelings of inadequacy, difficulty sleeping and poor appetite. This activity uses Emotional Freedom Technique Therapy (EFT) to Prevent Postpartum Blues. Methods of observation and discussion/question and answer. Before starting counseling on how to use Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) therapy to prevent postpartum blues, it turns out that many pregnant women do not know anything about postpartum blues and how to prevent postpartum blues during menstruation. after birth Meanwhile, after discussing how to prevent postpartum blues during childbirth with the help of emotional freedom therapy for pregnant women, it turned out that many pregnant women received information about postpartum blues and how to prevent postpartum blues during childbirth. Abstract

The institutional entrepreneurship strategy to optimize community-based tourism in Kampung Kelembak Tourism Village is divided into ideas and discourse. Strategic ideas are needed in managing Kampung Kelembak Tourism Village. By relying on community-based entrepreneurship. Of course, it is hoped that the development of Kampung Kelembak Tourism Village will have a direct influence on the community's economy. Collaboration with universities will accelerate this goal. Entrepreneurship will create product innovation as well as environmental preservation and cultural preservation programs with the community can be implemented. These strategic ideas must be implemented through discourses. There are two discourses to convey ideas, namely coordinative discourse and communicative discourse. communicative. Strategic ideas must be conveyed, communicated, negotiated elaborated, and sharpened in coordinative discourse. This research also shows that synchronization actions are required in the deliberation forum for the management of tourist villages on a regular basis. The deliberation forum is conducted at the beginning and on an ongoing basis to ensure the effectiveness of tourism village management. Abstract

Oketani Massage is a complementary therapy with breast care methods to increase breast milk production. The solution offered for this problem is by providing health cadre training on Oketani massage as a companion of exclusive breastfeeding. The method of implementing this service was carried out by providing training through discussion and QnA to the participants using lectures method with the help of powerpoint media, mannequins, and videos. The place for the dedication program was carried out in Kalikudi Village, Maos District, Cilacap Regency with a total of 51 health cadre participants with an allocation time from December 2022 to February 2023. Oketani massage is a solution/alternative for breastfeeding mothers to expedite the process of breastfeeding the baby. Through an increase in the knowledge of Posyandu cadres about this Oketani massage, it is expected that the cadres can spread it to the community.
