Abstract

The purpose of this activity is to inform participants from representatives of youth and students from various universities in the city of Batam. With the number of participants 210 people. Seeing the importance of improving the quality of human resources, facing competition in the world of work, and what challenges are faced in the world of work in the future, so that participants are more familiar with their potential and know how to defend the Republic of Indonesia. In addition, young people and students must be ready for global competition, and at least fluent in English. The reason is more focused on Human Resources (HR) this is very important because, our nation is very rich, with the potential of its natural resources, but does not have human resources that can develop this potential. So that this is still a question of why this can happen now. Hopefully, in 2024 Indonesia with the golden generation can become a sovereign developed country

Abstract

Prevention of New Stunting start from pregnancy, given the importance of the first 1000 days of life (HPK) by optimizing nutrition. One of the causes of new stunting is anemia. So it needs an innovation product that can increase the hemoglobin of pregnant women. One of them is Aren Concrete Milk. The problem of partners is the high stunting rate, which is 19.7%. That is because the public knowledge is not yet optimal about the importance of 1000 HPK. The transfer of science and technology provided is to provide training for making palm concrete milk. The training was conducted by gathering the mothers of entrepreneurial groups at the Gondang Village Hall, which amounted to 15. The activity was carried out twice, namely October 12, 2022 and November 12, 2022. The solution to this problem aims to make Aren Concrete Milk Innovation products. The form of science and technology transfer begins with the delivery of stunting material and then the demonstration of making palm concrete milk. Participants also practice the making of Aren Concrete Milk at the time of implementation, so that the skills of participants in making Aren concrete milk products can be seen

Abstract

The marketing strategy of developing UMKM Rujak Jambu in the Desa Tani Bhakti as a village tourism which is Lamin Etam Ambors located, it turns out of having some limitation since they less of understanding about product promotion. The problem about it are caused since businessperson have not realized about the importance of marketing in any different social media, making a good photo product, and do a promotion who can make buyer be interested to buy Rujak Jambu Kristal. This kind of article used descriptive-qualitative by observation and interview with Rujak Jambu Kristal businessperson. The results of this article showed us the satisfaction of businessperson UMKM Rujak Jambu Kristal through presentation about marketing strategy on their business. The best marketing strategy of developing UMKM Rujak Jambu Kristal can improve economic of Desa Tani Bhakti, to cut off percentage of unemployment, and give a profitable things to them

Abstract

Community Service with the title "Implementation of Duolingo E-learning as an Effort to Develop a Mandarin Language Learning Model at Taman Siswa Purwokerto Vocational School" aims to: l) provide science and technology-based training by utilizing Duolingo e-learning in Mandarin, the learning process is in accordance with teaching materials and student abilities , 2) implementing Duolingo e-learning in the learning process with student center learning, 3) advanced learning based on Duolingo e-learning to develop a Chinese language learning model at Taman Siswa School Vocational School. As one of the efforts developed by the school is to provide opportunities for teachers and students to participate actively in developing an effective and efficient learning process. The problem faced by SMK Taman Siswa is the limited teaching media owned by Mandarin teachers. Therefore, there is a need for science and technology-based training by utilizing e-learning for teachers and students at SMK Taman Siswa Purwokerto. The method used in this training activity is to provide intensive training on the use of Duolingo e-learning in the process of learning Mandarin. Measurement is done by way of question and answer using guidelines which are carried out at the beginning as a situation analysis and at the end as an evaluation. The outputs generated from this activity were in the form of articles presented at the National Seminar and the results of a basic monograph on tourism in Mandarin as a professional tour guide.

Abstract

This community service aims to develop the local potential of the coastal area for the people of Tamboo village, Bone Pantai sub-district, Bone Bolango Regency through mentoring activities in the form of socialization and workshops on strengthening the capacity of Bumdes and training in the manufacture of processed fish. The method of implementing activities is carried out through a participatory method approach, meaning that the community is placed as a subject in every activity starting from the planning, implementation and monitoring and evaluation stages. The results of implementing the activities are in the form of (1) increasing the understanding of Bumdes managers about the role and management of Bumdes, (2) increasing public knowledge about the diversification of processed fish which have high nutritional value and selling value so that they can increase the community's economic income

Abstract

Tani Bhakti Village, West Samboja District, Kutai Kartanegara Regency, is a village with a large number of people working as farmers and ranchers. Therefore, there are various agriculture and plantations in Bhakti Tani Village. In accordance with the theme of Balikpapan University's Real Work Lecture XIII, which is "Strengthening Food Security" there is an opportunity to further improve agriculture in the village. In addition, with a lot of knowledge from the community in Tani Bhakti Village, it is very helpful to plant long bean seeds because the success rate is very high. Long beans also don't need extra effort to grow them only need precision to make the fertilizer so that seeds that have grown into long beans can creep up. After KKN, the surrounding community also intends to continue planting long beans to increase and increase agriculture in Bhakti Tani Village

Abstract

The social service is a government agency tasked with improving the quality of social welfare for individuals, groups and communities. One of the mandates of the social service is the service of social complaints in the regions, especially in Pringsewu District. Currently the complaint system still uses a manual system. This caused an obstacle, namely the slow service of complaints, so EMAK (Maximum Complaint Electronic Application) was created to speed up and improve the handling of complaints related to the need for social services, especially in the administrative area of the Pringsewu social service. The methods used in the EMAK application are interview methods, observation methods and literature reviews. This application is designed with a simple layout to facilitate the use of social services manager, just enter according to the section, users can directly access the relevant application. The Emak application was developed to make it easier for social services to process information on public complaints

Abstract

Garbage is the most common thing that can be found in crowded places, such as beaches. The beach as a tourist attraction also contributes to the increasing amount of waste. Scattered garbage will affect the beauty, bota and human health. Changes in environmentally conscious attitudes can be done by providing education, outreach and direct examples. One way to make this happen is through the tridharma of community service from lecturers. The purpose of this activity is to provide education to the target audience about coastal pollution. The methods used in this education are lectures and discussions. The results of the service prove that there has been a change in the paradigm of partners before and after providing education. Public service target audiences no longer think that maintaining cleanliness is not their responsibility but a shared responsibility. The survey results after one month from the start of the service show that the beach tends to be cleaner than all. This means that service activities have added experience and an increase in the knowledge of participants/partners

Abstract

The Dinar Amanta Cooperative faces many challenges and problems. The classic problems that are commonly faced by cooperatives are the problem of capital to develop the business, as well as the competence of the management to carry out accountable financial governance in compiling financial reports which is still relatively low. In addition, cooperative management that has not been carried out effectively through computerized processes in its operational activities is also a problem and a challenge for the business continuity of the Dinar Amanta Cooperative. The approach method used to overcome problems from partners is (1) counseling and training related to cooperative financial management so that it is in accordance with applicable accounting standards, (2) making cooperative financial management application programs and holding demonstrations, and (3) training in using the program cooperative financial governance application. The fundamental contribution to the target audience is the increased understanding and competency of the Amanta Dinar Cooperative management regarding cooperative financial management in accordance with applicable accounting standards and can be accounted for, encouraging the Amanta Dinar Cooperative to become an effective savings and loan cooperative in its business activities, and the creation of a Dinar Cooperative financial application program Amanta

Abstract

As the spearhead of the economy, Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) play a very important role in Indonesia. MSMEs employ more than 99% of the workforce and contribute greatly to our country's gross domestic product. The Covid-19 pandemic that occurred at the end of 2020 caused drastic changes in daily habits, including interactions and transactions. For health reasons, people are forced to use IT in interacting and transacting. This is actually in line with the government's plan to utilize IT for economic activities, but the pandemic has accelerated this so that MSMEs must be able to adapt in a very short time. Food Community (Footy) is an MSME community focused on the food sector operating in the Bandung area. Currently, the community requires an IT-based platform to communicate with their SMEs member. This communication includes MSME consulting from legality arrangements to branding, design and marketing, institutional consulting, and management of activities such as workshops and seminars. For this reason, in this community service activity, we proposed an IT-based platform in the form of an MSME clinic website that can be used by MSME members and other parties involved in community operations, such as academic and government institutions. In this activity, we also provide supporting equipment for MSME clinical activities
