Abstract

This Community Service is an activity carried out to build children's character from an early age through learning techniques using storytelling. The partner for this activity is the children at the Cahaya Indonesia Learning Center in Kedaung Wetan neighborhood, Neglasari District, Tangerang City, Banten Province, whose students are children aged 6 to 11 years old. There are 30 children involved in this activity, which was held on December 18, 2022. The aim of this community service is to support formal education in shaping children's characters from an early age so can express themselves, tell stories, communicate, and contribute well to the progress of the nation. The learning technique used include showing animation videos, storytelling techniques, discussion methods, and simulation methods. The success rate is measured through observation by looking at the enthusiasm of the children in participating in the community service program and the number of children present. The achieved results of the community service are that the use of storytelling techniques in the learning process is quite effective in facilitating children's learning in shaping their characters with good habits and helping children to think creatively, adaptively, and competitively

Abstract

Basically, the implementation of education in kindergarten must be able to create a safe and comfortable playing environment as a vehicle for children's growth and development. Specifically, the purpose of this research is to find out about the application of colorful puzzle media educational games to train fine motor skills in TK IT Fathiyyah in Palembang City. The methods used, namely: observation, interviews, preparation, implementation, evaluation. The results of this educational activity the author discusses a problem and provides a solution, namely training students' fine motor skills with educational game tools. Abstract

This community service aims to provide skills and knowledge about business opportunities  through entrepreneurial activities  and calculating the cost of goods produced and selling prices  of traditional medicine beverage products. The target group in this service activity is mothers and young women of home industry players in the community of Sri Kuncoro Village, Pondok Kelapa District, Central Bengkulu Regency. Service activities are carried out by providing practices on how to calculate the cost of goods produced and selling prices for traditional ginger medicine drinks. Abstract

The purpose of this activity is to carry out community service at MI Ziyadatul Ulum, West Kambingan Village, which is one of the villages included in the Lenteng District of Sumenep Regency. Some of the findings in the school are: a) there are still few teaching aids or learning media in teaching and learning activities and b) teaching and learning activities are still applied conventionally. Therefore, researchers chose the program and offered training as a new science to add insight and provide new understanding to educators about learning media in the training process on the use of SDGs-based educatin games. The service carried out consists of training, especially for educators at MI Ziyadatul Ulum. The stages of this training are: the initial stage, by preparing for the training, the core of the training is the implementation, and the completion of the training implementation. The results of the activities are; a) training carried out for the community in West Kambingan Village on SDGs-based educational games in an effort to form a character for strengthening the pancasila student profile project has been carried out with good results; b) training activities in West Kambingan Village carried out at MI Ziyadatul Ulum received enthusiasm and a very satisfactory response from the teachers; and c) the community, especially teachers who participated in the training, understand the material well about how to use learning media packaged in the form of SDGs educational games using the Icando, Quizizz and Kahoot applications in making learning media through educational games while still instilling a character education in accordance with the strengthening of the pancasila student profile project.

Abstract

HKBP Nommensen University Medan sends students to do community service by helping schools according to existing needs. The schools that are partners in this PkM are Elementary Schools, namely SD Negeri 173659 Lumban Lobu. This activity aims to provide tutoring to help improve literacy and numeracy of students at SD Negeri 173659 Lumban Lobu. This activity is carried out every Monday-Thursday outside of school hours. The results of this PKM activity showed an increase in students' abilities in literacy and numeracy

Village potential needs to be developed for village development and determined by Village Regulations (Perdes). Abstract

Nagori Sait Buttu is one of the tourist villages in Simalungun Regency, which offers natural beauty and agro-tourism. The problem faced in developing tourism in Sait buttu is waste management. The Simpatik Project Garbage Bank has been established for a long time, but its activities are only collecting waste and selling it. Through this community service, the community is trained to process the collected waste, namely organic waste and inorganic waste. Organic waste is processed into several products such as food and compost, while inorganic waste is processed into various crafts. Products are marketed online and offline. Communities are trained to market their products online by opening a shop on the Shopee application. Financial bookkeeping training was also carried out with the Android cashbook application. Currently, the Sympathetic Project Waste Bank already has various processed waste products that are marketed through Shopee and is able to record finances with the Android cashbook application. Through this service, the community through a sympathetic waste bank benefits by increasing income. Through the activities of the Sympathetic Waste Bank project, the environment is getting cleaner

Abstract

This devotion aims to observe the motor skills of children at the Tunas Cindo KB PAUD Upang Ceria Village through jumping rope and puzzle games. This devotion is a qualitative service where the servant makes observations to observe the way teachers teach PAUD children to develop children's motor systems through jumping rope and puzzle games. This observation activity was carried out from February 1 2023 to February 28 2023, counting the 4 weeks this activity has been running. The first thing to do is to give an example to the child how to play jump rope and put together a puzzle and then ask the child to repeat as exemplified. Based on the results of the analysis of observations carried out over 4 weeks, it was found that teacher activity had an increasing tendency to carry out motor activity learning by carrying out regular physical games with explicit learning models and role playing models in jumping rope. game. Always increasing at every meeting from Meeting I, Meeting II, Meeting III to Meeting IV. Meeting I begins with the author observing how the teacher teaches the children, Meeting II with the writer giving examples to children of the rules in jumping rope and puzzle games, Meeting III with developing categories where children already understand and only 1 or two children who are still too active and violate the rules of the game, and Meeting IV the development is very good

Abstract

Every year in Indonesia at least 10,000 new D-III nurse graduates compete for job vacancies in hospitals, with an absorption of less than 50%. The problem was found that graduates of the Masohi Nursing Study Program at the Maluku Health Polytechnic, most of them had not worked in hospitals or health centers on the grounds that the monthly salary they received did not match their daily expenses, waiting for the selection to open for Candidates for State Civil Apparatus (ASN). The absorption capacity of graduates until 2020 only reaches 40%. Complementary therapy is known as traditional therapy which is combined in modern medicine which is also known as holistic medicine. The method of implementing the activity is training and assistance in therapeutic practice. The procedure for carrying out activities starts from surveys and participant observations, surveys of community needs for acupressure and cupping therapy, training preparation, training implementation, application and participant assistance as well as activity evaluation. Through this program, graduates or trainees are expected to be able to become independent entrepreneurs in the field of nursing
