Abstract

This journal reviews the government's program regarding the assistance of the Sekolah Penggerak program for the development of teacher competence through VBSO. The government makes this program for the education unit level from kindergarten (PAUD), primary school (SD), secondary school (SMP), high school (SMA) and the education unit level Schools with Special Needs. The Program of Sekolah Penggerak focuses on the implementation of Kurikulum Merdeka that applies Students Centered Learning and Differentiated Intructions. The aim of this study is to provide assistance to develop teacher competence through Video Based on Self Observation (VBSO) in three schools assisted by the researchers: SDIT. Science Lantern, SDN. Sukasari 5 & SDN. Bojong 2 in Tangerang City. The method used in this research is observation in which we collect data accompanied by recording of the situation. The result of this study indicates that Students Centered Learning and Differentiated Instruction still need to be improved

Abstract

The increasing growth of MSMEs in coffee shops in the city of Jakarta is a challenge for coffee entrepreneurs. The purpose of this training is to provide knowledge about the importance of innovation for MSME actors, especially beginners, to be able to survive the many coffee shop business competitions. Methods of carrying out activities using online classes, offline classes, online exhibitions, and onsite exhibitions. Creating an innovation concept is divided into several stages: paid advertising, social media marketing, influencer marketing, earned media, and inbound marketing. As a result of this training, participants gain general knowledge and an overview of the world of coffeeshops. They also receive references for making innovations in running a coffeeshop to make it more profitable

Abstract

Covid 19 has changed the fabric of social life. People who are essentially social beings are prevented from interacting with each other and consequently in their efforts to fulfill the basic needs of human life. To avoid the possibility of contracting Covid 19, people need to adjust the way they interact with each other. But on the other hand, people have to work to provide for themselves and their families. The community of Sanca Blok Gombangan Village cannot be separated from the impact of Covid 19. This service adopts the ABCD method, which is a service that focuses on improving living standards by utilizing assets owned by the community. Local assets are sometimes neglected and not used optimally due to people's ignorance. Therefore, this method was adopted to reintroduce existing assets to the community so that they can be used to improve the standard of living. Based on our research, we found that various plant resources, including the sappan tree (Caesalpinnia sappan L), have not been used optimally. Various studies have shown that sap fruit can be processed into hot drinks that are delicious and healthy. Based on this, the residents of Sanca Village were taught how to make herbal drinks from turtle trees and how to sell them to improve the health and economy of Sanca Village

Abstract

Fractures in relations between nations have occurred in many countries, the component of the division is between religious communities caused by extremism, radicalism, to utterances of hatred, but Indonesia is lucky to have survived the split because of the strong commitment to nationalism which is manifested through the presence of the state and the role of civil society such as Nahdlatul Ulama and Muhammadiyah with their moderate character. Therefore, Islamic youth organizations are expected to be the spearhead of religious moderation learning for the community through educational literacy on religious, state and cultural relations, to unify and strengthen understanding and vision of the importance of religious moderation for the integrity of the nation and state of Indonesia. Abstract

This technical guidance partners with teachers who live in Bombongan RT.01 sub-district, Makale District, Tana Toraja Regency, as target partners for teachers who do not know how to use student worksheets that are integrated with the use of Conceptual Change Text . The purpose of implementing this technical guidance is to guide teachers in solving a series of pedagogical and technological problems at target partners related to the use of Conceptual Change Text (CCT). The problems that are the focus of this PKM depart from the findings in a preliminary study conducted in early 2022. The problem in question is that teachers who live in the RT.01 bombongan village do not know how to use conceptual change texts in student worksheets, where the use of CCT properly and correctly can minimize misconceptions experienced by students. The implementation method is by conducting socialization, training and evaluation stages. The results of this community service activity involved 8 teachers including (1) teachers were able to design and use student worksheets that were integrated with CCT properly and correctly, (2) teachers could develop their learning tools to be more creative and innovative

Abstract

Pandu Church Sunday School is located at Jalan Pandu No.4, Pamoyanan, Cicendo District, Bandung. This school has creativity programs that aim to improve children's character in working together or having empathy in solving a problem that is being faced. To develop this character requires various efforts related to creativity. The problems faced by partners require strategies for solving them, one of which is assistance in making pictures using the collage technique on drawstring bags that students can use every day. The aim is to improve the skills that are expected to be able to develop their character in the future. The method used is a mentoring method involving students. Participants totaled 27 people. As a result, participants can draw with mixed media, the chosen theme is family and the environment such as flora and fauna. The visualized composition varies from asymmetrical and centered. Abstract

Binong Tourism Urban Village’s assistance is a community service program with the MBKM Village Project scheme managed by the Business Administration Study Program, Faculty of Social and Political Sciences, Parahyangan Catholic University. In line with the Certificate of Confirmation of the Tourism Awareness Group (Pokdarwis) No. 46/SK/BNG/VI/2022 from the Binong Urban Village, as well as the priority issues disclosed by Eka Rahmat Jaya as the Chairperson of the Binong Urban Village Pokdarwis, branding and digital marketing content are the 2 main issues that are followed up in the 2022/2023 Odd Semester MBKM Village Project. As an integrated part of the tourism awareness movement, mentoring is expected to foster the love and pride of the Binong Urban Village community, as well as increase community brand awareness of Binong Tourism Urban Village, both internally and externally. Assistance was carried out with MBKM students using the participatory action research method for Pokdarwis members of the Binong Urban Village, starting from knowing, understanding, planning, action, and reflecting. Through this assistance, Pokdarwis members of the Binong Urban Village will gain increased knowledge and skills related to branding and digital marketing content

Abstract

B2B Creative Agency Digital Marketing strategy,  especially through Instagram media  , is one step to introduce products or services sold to the general public. The application of digital marketing  can help the company's marketing performance more efficiently and effectively. The purpose of writing this practical work is to find out the digital marketing strategy planning  of  one of  Kinaja Indonesia's creative agencies. The data collection method used in practical work activities is to conduct interviews and observations to find out information about activities that take place at Kinaja Indonesia. Kinaja Indonesia is a company engaged in creative industries such as videographics, web design, banner design, targeting large companies and even other government agencies. The digital marketing strategy carried out by Kinaja Indonesia is to implement the creation of social media platforms as a place to market the products / services offered, upload interactive content related to the services provided  by Kinaja Indonesia  , upload the results of products / services that have been created and display customer testimonials on a scheduled basis every week. Abstract

Partner activities in community service are planned as many as 1 group, namely the Mentari women farmer group. The observation results show that the cultivation of horticultural crops has been carried out conventionally. There is a potential waste that has not been utilized, namely coconut water. Research on the application of coconut water POC has been widely applied and applied to the community. It’s necessary to conduct outreach to activity partners in the manufacture and application of coconut water POC. The method used in this Community Partnership Program (PKM) scheme is the extension method. This method involves counseling about the substance of the activity of making liquid organic fertilizer from coconut water waste, accompanied by demonstrations in its realization. This activity starts from the preparation stage, the implementation stage and counseling as well as the evaluation stage. The results of this PKM, the partner group has increased both affective (knowledge) from knowing about POC Coconut Water by 15% to 80%, cognitive (attitude) where partners are interested in trying to apply and skills where partners can make POC Coconut Water and apply it to garden plants

Abstract

Changes in marketing behavior from conventional to digital are not matched by the existence of MSME players who use digital marketing, even though MSMEs are believed to be able to spur the Indonesian economy. The use of digital technology-based marketing concepts is the hope for MSMEs to develop into centers of economic power. Digital marketing promotion media is expected to be an effective choice for MSMEs in developing their business and reaching national and international markets. Conventional promotional media, which require a lot of money and are much more complicated, are no longer a major concern for MSMEs because of digital marketing. The objectives of this activity are: (1) Helping MSME business actors utilize social media as a means for them to carry out promotions and so on.
