Abstract

The rapid development of technology is currently starting to influence aspects of life, especially in the world of marketing. Marketing is currently starting to use digital media, one of which is content marketing. Content marketing can provide an attraction that can encourage consumers' buying interest to buy the products being marketed. Content marketing is currently widely used in social media applications, namely TikTok. The presence of TikTok with the TikTok affiliate feature can make it easier for companies to market their products. This feature is quite easy, just use content or videos that can attract consumers' attention, then in the content a link is included that can directly connect to the product being marketed. This research aims to determine and analyze the influence of TikTok affiliate content marketing on purchasing interest among Islamic economics students in 2020 IAIN Metro. This research uses a quantitative method which is a calculation based on statistical data in the form of amounts or figures. The technique used in sampling in this research was a probability sampling techque using proportional random sampling. Meanwhile, the sample in this research was 65 students. The data analysis tools in this research are validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, simple linear regression test, t test and coefficient of determination test. The results of this research show that TikTok affiliate content marketing has a significant effect on the buying interest of Islamic economics students in 2020 IAIN Metro. This is because the value of sig.0.00 < 0.05 or the value of t_count > t_table (9.415 > 1.669). Then through the R square test it was 0.585 (58.5%) while the remaining 41.5% was influenced by other things outside the scope of this research

Abstract

It's no surprise to hear the word Mixue again, many people flock to feel the pleasure of Mixue ice cream, people are willing to queue long to get the ice cream. This research aims to influence how much influence the Marketing Mix and service quality have on the decision to purchase ice cream products. mixue. The researcher used two variables, namely the independent variable which includes Marketing Mix (X1), and Service Quality (X2), as well as Purchase Decision (Y) as the dependent variable. The research was conducted on mixue customers at the Pabuaran branch in Bogor Regency with 100 respondents using the Nonprobability Sampling method, by selecting Purposive Sampling with quantitative methods. The data collection method uses observation and questionnaires with data processing using SPSS version 25. Based on the results of the Partial Marketing Mix Test on Purchasing Decisions, the value is 0.781 > 0.05 and the calculated t value is 0.279 < t table 1.98472 so that H1 is rejected, meaning it does not exist. The influence of Marketing Mix on Purchasing Decisions, testing H2 shows that the significance value for the influence of Service Quality on Purchasing Decisions is 0.000 < 0.05 and the t value is 7.715 > t table 1.98472 so it can be said that H2 is accepted. However, simultaneously the influence of Marketing Mix and Service Quality on Purchasing Decisions gets a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05 and a calculated f value of 30.141 > f table 2.043 so that H3 can be accepted

Abstract

Al Fath Kendari Islamic Boarding School has an entrepreneurial processing program that aims to improve the skills and entrepreneurial spirit of students. This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of the program in achieving its goals. The research method used is qualitative with a descriptive approach. Data was collected through interviews, observations, and documentation. Interviews were conducted with related parties, such as Islamic boarding school caregivers, entrepreneurial program administrators, and students participating in the program. Observations were carried out at the location of entrepreneurial programs and student entrepreneurial activities. The documentation collected is in the form of entrepreneurial program materials, program activity reports, and student entrepreneurial products. The results of the study show that the entrepreneurial processing program of the Al Fath Kendari Islamic Boarding School is quite effective in improving the skills and entrepreneurial spirit of students. This is evidenced by the increase in knowledge, attitudes, and skills of students in entrepreneurship. Students' knowledge about entrepreneurship has increased significantly after participating in the program. Students become more aware of the concept of entrepreneurship, types of businesses, and strategies for starting and running a business. The attitude of students towards entrepreneurship has also undergone positive changes. Students become braver to take risks, creative in looking for business opportunities, and never give up in facing challenges. The skills of students in entrepreneurship have also improved. Students are able to make business plans, conduct market analysis, and manage their business finances. The entrepreneurial processing program of the Al Fath Kendari Islamic Boarding School is quite effective in improving the skills and entrepreneurial spirit of students. This program can be a model for other Islamic boarding schools in developing entrepreneurial programs for students

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the impact of lifestyle (x1) and reference group (x2) variables on purchase decisions (y), both individually and collectively. Utilizing a quantitative approach, the research involves 100 visitors to Warkop Ontajawa in Gresik, and analysis is performed using SEM-PLS with SmartPLS 3.0 software. The results indicate that both lifestyle (x1) and reference group (x2) variables have a significant impact on purchase decisions, with p-values < 0.05 for both variables. The F-test shows an F-value of 78.132, exceeding the F-table value of 3.090, indicating a significant simultaneous effect of both independent variables on the dependent variable, purchase decisions (y). In conclusion, both lifestyle and reference group significantly influence the purchase decisions of Warkop Ontajawa visitors

Abstract

Basically, rewards and punishments are both needed to improve employee work results, including motivating employees to achieve agency goals. Both are reactions from a leader to the performance and productivity shown by his subordinates, punishment for bad deeds and rewards for good deeds. Looking at their functions, it seems that both are opposites, but in essence they both aim to make someone better, including motivating employees to work. Rewards have a significant effect on employee work motivation at the Steak Kiloan Japanese Study Center, meaning that the provision of rewards in the company is appropriate and considered sufficient so that it can improve the welfare of its employees that with rewards it triggers employees to be enthusiastic about working or motivates employees to complete their work. In this study, the author used a survey method, namely research that collects information to represent the entire population. The results of the partial test of the positive t-count value of 4,633 and a significance value of 0.002 so that it can be concluded that the reward variable has a positive and significant effect on work motivation (Y). Significant work motivation. The partial test results of the positive tvalue of 4.633 and the significance value of 0.000 can be concluded that Punishment has a positive and significant effect on Work Motivation. Based on the simultaneous f-test table, the f-table value is 3.245, which means that Fcount> F-table where 63.219> 3.245 so it can be concluded that F-count> F-table where 63.219> 3.245. It can be concluded that simultaneously all independent variables (Reward and Punishment) have a positive and significant effect on the dependent variable (Work Motivation).

Abstract

This research is motivated by the existence of the cigarette industry in Indonesia which has given rise to a dilemma in society. This study aims to analyze the comparative financial performance of cigarette sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2021-2023 period. To find out for sure how the company is performing, a proper analysis is needed through financial reports. The data collection method in compiling this thesis is the documentation method and literature study with the analysis method in the form of non-statistical analysis, namely the data analysis method without using statistical analysis. This study uses data samples from the financial reports of cigarette sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2021-2023 period. There are 4 cigarette issuers whose shares are listed on the IDX, namely Gudang Garam Tbk (GGRM), Handjaya Mandala Sampoerna Tbk (HMSP), Tobacco Indonesia Tbk (ITIC), and Wismilak Inti Makmur (WIIM). The results of the study show that 1) The WIIM Liquidity Ratio Value is the best compared to the industry average value, 2) The HMSP Solvency Ratio Value is the best compared to the industry average value, 3) The HMSP & WIIM Profitability Ratio Value is the best compared to the industry average value.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine whether Financial Literacy and Financial Attitudes have an effect on financial management behavior partially or simultaneously on MSME actors in Suradadi District, Tegal Regency. It is hoped that this study can be a reference and benefit to improve MSME financial management. This study uses a quantitative method, the population in this study are MSME actors in Tegal Regency in Suradadi District with a total of 137 MSME actors, while the sample in this study was 102 MSME actors. Data collection techniques used are observation, interview, questionnaire and documentation methods. The analysis technique used is multiple linear analysis. The results of the study prove that there is an influence between financial literacy variables on financial management behavior, financial attitude variables do not affect financial management behavior, and financial literacy and financial attitudes have a simultaneous effect on financial management behavior on culinary MSME actors in Suradadi District, Tegal Regency.

Abstract

Information Technology Based Library Services at the UIN Raden Intan Lampung Library include circulation services, reading rooms, references, information browsing and internet access. The aim is to improve the quality of service to users. The UIN library has implemented IT-based services with the Simpus automation program, so that services are faster and more accurate. This has a positive impact on users and librarians, and makes the librarian's task easier in serving users. Library reference services continue to develop thanks to technology. This research evaluates the impact of information technology on library reference services in Asia and identifies features that are currently in use. This research method is a qualitative approach through literature study by collecting data from the library website at UIN Raden Intan Lampung which uses the Ask Librarian service.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to explore the influence of artificial intelligence (AI) competencies on the dynamic capabilities and Sustainability of companies in a competitive and digital business landscape. This research identifies three main factors that influence the development of AI competencies—proactive attitude, collaboration across business functions (business spanning), and technology infrastructure. Empirical analysis shows that the third factor plays a significant role in strengthening AI competencies, which in turn enhances a company's dynamic capabilities. Dynamic capabilities, which include the ability to adapt to environmental changes, are identified as a key element in ensuring a company's long-term desirability. This research also reveals that companies that have strong AI competencies can leverage technology to optimize data-based decision making, accelerate innovation, and increase operational efficiency. Additionally, dynamic capabilities powered by AI are proven to support digestion through more efficient resource management and reduced environmental impact. This research provides theoretical contributions by strengthening the literature on dynamic capabilities and artificial intelligence, as well as practical contributions through guidance for companies to integrate AI technologies in their business strategies. The lender's research results include top management support, synergy between departments, and investment in modern technology infrastructure as the foundation for maximizing the benefits of AI.

Abstract

In this research article, the approach used is a historical approach, which examines various aspects related to history, such as place, time, background, and historical figures. Additionally, this study explores the phenomena that occurred in the past. To strengthen the existing historical theory, an economic approach is also applied in the analysis. The data analysis technique used is descriptive-analytic, where the issues are presented through in-depth analysis, providing an explanation of the role of Sultan Ageng Tirtayasa in the development of the Sultanate of Banten during the period of 1651–1682 CE. The research findings show that the economic condition during Sultan Ageng Tirtayasa's reign was stable and prosperous. The economic policies implemented by Sultan Ageng Tirtayasa made significant contributions to the stability of the economy and the advancement of development in the Sultanate of Banten. These beneficial policies had a positive impact on the development of infrastructure and the economy in the region.
