Abstract

PT. Pos Indonesia Persero is required to be able to provide good service and work discipline to consumers or customers, this aims to produce high customer satisfaction so that consumers are interested in using post office services again. The purpose of this study is to determine the Influence of Service Quality and Work Discipline on Customer Satisfaction at PT. Pos Indonesia (Persero) Sumenep.This research was conducted at PT. Pos Indonesia Persero Sumenep. The method used in this study is a quantitative method with a sample of 90 respondents. The sampling analysis technique uses the Non-Probability Sampling method with the data collection technique Accidental Sampling by distributing questionnaires. The data analysis techniques used are data quality tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, and hypothesis tests. From the results of the tests and analyses carried out, it was stated that the quality of service had a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction at PT. Pos Indonesia Persero Sumenep, work discipline has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction at PT. Pos Indonesia Persero Sumenep, simultaneously service quality and work discipline affect customer satisfaction at PT. Pos Indonesia Persero Sumenep

Abstract

Digital platforms offer significant potential for creating value and enhancing customer engagement, which are crucial for SMEs. However, the adoption of digital marketing by SMEs remains limited, hindering their ability to fully leverage these benefits. This article aims to examine the role of online media marketing in increasing SME sales. A qualitative descriptive approach was employed to conduct this study. A thorough review of relevant literature, including books, papers, magazines, news items, websites, and other scholarly works, was a key step in data collection. The research methodology involved a comprehensive examination of existing literature, with a particular focus on gathering data from sources relevant to the current issue. The information presented here has undergone extensive verification and validation from multiple sources over a significant period. The analysis of various literature reveals that digital marketing is effective in boosting SME sales through platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and Shopee. It enables SMEs to adopt flexible marketing strategies, reduce costs, and reach wider markets. Despite challenges like limited internet access and technological skill gaps, the benefits far outweigh the costs. This article acknowledges its limitation in not conducting direct research with SME practitioners. Nevertheless, it is expected to contribute to SMEs by encouraging them to utilize online media to enhance visibility, strengthen customer relationships, and achieve significant growth in competitive markets.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of company image (X1) and product superiority (X2) on customer satisfaction (Y) on gold savings products (PT Pegadaian UPC HBM Study, Sorong City. This research uses a quantitative approach with descriptive methods with a population of 455. Takeaways The sample used non-probability sampling with a purposive sampling technique and sample criteria focused on customers who saved gold savings at PT Pegadaian UPC HBM Sorong City in 2022-2023 so that the number of samples in this study was 215. The results of this research analysis show that the company image ( X1) has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction (Y) with a significant value of 0.000 < 0.05 (X1) and product excellence (X2) simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction (Y) with a significant value of 0.000 < 0.05.

Abstract

This research develops a business strategy for 29 Dimsum in Subang Regency through the evaluation of internal and external elements utilizing SWOT analysis and the IFAS-EFAS matrix. Information was gathered via observations and interviews with the owners. Findings reveal that 29 Dimsum's strengths include high-quality raw materials, strategic locations, and diverse products, while opportunities arise from high consumer demand for fast food and digital transaction convenience. Challenges include intense market competition and the lack of an official business license. Strategic recommendations focus on product development, enhanced digital marketing, and strengthening the reseller network. The study concludes that 29 Dimsum has considerable growth potential through strategies emphasizing product innovation, operational efficiency, and improved human resource quality for sustainable success in a competitive market.

Abstract

The fisheries sector in Indonesia has a strategic role in supporting the national economy while maintaining environmental sustainability. With a sea area of 6.4 million km² and the second longest coastline in the world, Indonesia has abundant fisheries potential. However, the dynamics of political economy involving policies, actors, and structural challenges often affect the effectiveness of the management of this sector. This article analyzes how political economy affects the fisheries sector in Indonesia, focusing on policies, conflicts of interest, and their impact on sustainability. The research method used is qualitative research with a descriptive approach. Qualitative research is a research method that explores and understands meaning in a number of individuals or groups of people that come from social or humanitarian problems. Qualitative research in general can be used for research on people's lives, history, behavior, concepts or phenomena, social problems, and others. The political economy of the fisheries sector in Indonesia reflects the complexity of resource management involving various actors and interests. Despite various challenges, the potential of this sector remains great if managed sustainably and inclusively. With the right policies and synergy between actors, the fisheries sector can become the main pillar in national economic development while preserving the environment

Abstract

This study entitled "Financial Performance Analysis of PT. Matahari Department Store Tbk With PT. Ramayana Lestari Sentosa Tbk (2018-2022 Period)" is motivated by the increasing number of people who start shopping online rather than shopping directly in stores, so the author wants to see what the financial performance is like in conventional companies in this case PT. Matahari Department Store Tbk and PT. Ramayana Lestari Sentosa Tbk. The purpose of this study is to analyze the differences in performance between PT. Matahari Department Store Tbk and PT. Ramayana Lestari Sentosa Tbk using the ratio analysis method and bankruptcy analysis (Altman Z-Score). The sample in this study were companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the non-primary consumer goods sector (E), Retail Trade Sub-sector (E7), Department Store Industry (E73), Department Store Sub-industry (E731), Department store sub-industry in the period 2018-2022. This study uses a descriptive quantitative method, by analyzing the financial statements of PT. Matahari Department Store Tbk and PT. Ramayana Lestari Sentosa Tbk. The results of this study indicate that both companies have good financial performance, with PT. Matahari Department Store Tbk tending to be better seen in the activity ratio and profitability ratio.

Abstract

Human Resources (HR) are a very important asset for a company, because every business activity carried out requires HR to run it. Quality HR can be seen through high performance and productivity. Employee performance is related to the quality of behavior that focuses on tasks and work. One of the factors that influences employee performance is compensation, both financial and non-financial. Financial compensation generally includes salary, wages, incentives, and benefits. Meanwhile, non-financial compensation includes educational and training opportunities, work leave, work environment, transportation facilities, and promotions. This study uses a literature review method with a descriptive analysis approach. The research was conducted through a literature study, by reviewing literature books related to Compensation Management theory, as well as analyzing scientific articles, both reputable and non-reputable. The author selected 10 scientific articles related to financial compensation, non-financial compensation, and employee performance to be analyzed in depth. The selected articles have a publication period from 2019 to 2024. The purpose of writing this literature review is to explain the effect of financial and non-financial compensation on employee performance. Based on this study and previous studies, it can be concluded that financial and non-financial compensation have a joint effect on employee performance.

Abstract

Purpose – The purpose of this study is to find new criteria that influence the intention in and out of private lecturers in Banten Indonesia Methodology – This study used convenience strategies to obtain 102 samples. Online questionnaire dissemination is used to obtain primary data Findings – There are 30 criteria used to predict a lecturer's exit intention. 15 criteria that affect the intention to leave lecturers as a result of factor analysis, from 15 criteria grouped into three factors, namely, total rewards, organizational climate, and employer branding Originality – Originality produces new knowledge without repeating what has already been done by others

Abstract

Wages are a fair and worthy reward for workers for their services in achieving organizational goals. Wages are direct financial rewards paid to employees based on hours worked, the number of goods produced or the number of services provided. The amount of wages can vary. Bintang Emas MSMEs are home industries that produce cassava chip products. The Covid-19 Pandemic in 2020 to mid-2022 has had an impact on Bintang Emas MSMEs, where sales have decreased and resulted in a wage system at Bintang Emas MSMEs. The purpose of this study is to find out how the wage system in Bintang Emas MSMEs is.This type of research is qualitative descriptive. The sample of data sources in this study is the owner of Bintang Emas MSMEs as a key informant. The data collection techniques in this study are observation, interviews and documentation. The data analysis techniques in this study are data reduction, data presentation and verification

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of physical work environment and work discipline on employee performance. This study uses quantitative research object research at UPT Puskesmas Labuan with a population and sample of 75 respondents. Sampling using saturated sampling technique. Data in this study were taken using a questionnaire. The analysis techniques used validity test, reliability test, multiple linear regression analysis, classical assumption test, hypothesis test using SPSS version 27 application. The results of the analysis concluded that the Physical Work Environment Variable (X1) has a significant positive effect on Employee Performance (Y). Work Discipline Variable (X2) has a significant positive effect on Employee Performance (Y). The Physical Work Environment Variable (X1) and Work Discipline (X2) have a significant positive effect on Employee Performance (Y).
