Transformasi Manageria: Journal of Islamic Education Management is a journal published in the Study Program of Department of Islamic Education Management, Faculty of Tarbiyah, Islamic Institute of Laa Roiba Bogor. This journal is published twice a year in June and December. Furthermore, this journal is published in two versions, namely print and online. The Journal focuses on issues found in the field of Islamic Education Management, both as material objects and or as formal objects. Abstract

Budaya patriarki yang berkembang di Barat sangat bertentang dengan ajaran Islam dimana penghormatan terhadap kaum wanita itu setara dalam tatanan sosial untuk berkontribusi dalam berbagai bidang. Feminisme dalam Islam sebagi diskusi tentang pentyetaraan kaum wanita dan pria dalam tatanan sosial. Urgensi dalam kajian ini untuk meninjau isu tersebut dalam pandangan Islam kontemporer dari pemikiran Al-Jabiri. Penelitian ini merupakan studi pustaka dengan jenis kualitatif. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengkaji epistemologi Al-Jabiri dalam kaitannya dengan fenomena feminisme. Temuan penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa feminisme jika dilihat dari sudut pandang epistemologi Al-Jabiri, khususnya bayani, feminis dalam arti mengungguli laki-laki sebagaimana feminisme barat, tidak sesuai dengan konsep hakikat manusia yang ada dalam nash baik al-Qur’an maupun hadis. Sedangkan feminisme Islam berusaha merekonstruksi hasil dan produk ulama klasik dengan mengkaji tafsir Alquran atau Hadits yang dianggap sudah tidak relevan lagi dengan dunia kontemporer. Dalam epistemologi Irfani feminisme dipandang sebagai nilai-nilai kemanusiaan berdasarkan hati nurani. Selain itu, nilai-nilai etika dan moral diimplementasikan dalam konteks konsep spiritual yang terdiri dari kebaikan yang disepakati semua orang (ma'ruf), kebaikan yang hanya bisa dirasakan oleh individu (khair), kebahagiaan (sa'adah) dan tindakan kebaikan mereka (Fadhilah). Terakhir, dalam epistemologi Burhani dapat dikatakan bahwa feminisme merepresentasikan perubahan sosial dan dalam praktik kehidupan sosial yang terjadi di masa nabi Muhammad Saw serta diakui untuk menempatkan perempuan pada kedudukan yang setara dengan laki-laki.

Abstract

Education is one important aspect in the development of a country. The teacher as a teacher has a very vital role in creating an effective and enjoyable learning environment for students. One of the factors that can increase the effectiveness of learning is the use of appropriate learning media. Good learning media can help teachers convey learning material more clearly, interestingly, and easily understood by students. Abstract

This research is based on the demands of the community's needs for quality and higher-quality education. Supervision is an important thing that needs to be done in an effort to improve the quality of education. This supervision is in the form of encouragement, guidance, and opportunities to grow teacher expertise in carrying out their professional duties. This study aims to identify and describe the implementation of school principal supervision in improving teacher performance. This research was conducted at MI Sirojul Athfal Pondok Rajeg Cibinong Bogor. This research is based on the boardman's theory of supervision. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method supported by data collection through interviews, observation, and documentation. The sources of informants in this research were the principal and two teachers. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of the supervision of the principal at MI Sirojul Athfal goes well every semester on a regular and scheduled basis. In stimulating teacher performance, the principal provides support, facilities, and appreciation for teachers. In coordinating teacher performance, the principal holds related coordination meetings, evaluates learning, conducts peer tutoring, and involves teachers in community activities. The school principal provides input, suggestions, and solutions related to difficulties faced by teachers, and in an effort to improve teacher performance, the principal provides motivation and optimizes facilities. Abstract

student discipline is a rule that always exists in the educational environment, disciplinary attitude is a mandatory attitude and must be possessed by every individual, especially schools. School is one of the educational environments after family education that must pay attention to student discipline in participating in the learning process, because it needs cooperation between parents, principals and teachers in improving student discipline. By increasing the attitude of discipline, management is also needed, the management needed is student management which regulates student activities at school and also plays a role in increasing student discipline. The implementation of management in schools certainly plays a very important role in an activity that is carried out effectively and efficiently to improve school performance in achieving educational goals. in this research conducted at MTs Al Falah, Tapos District, Depok City, which is an institution that supports students to live a disciplined life. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative research. Data collection techniques are interviews, observation, and documentation. In this study, the subject were school princhipals, class VIII teachers, vice principals and guidance and counseling teachers.The results of the study show that the implementation of student management in improving student discipline has been carried out well. However, the attitude of discipline must be further enhanced by imposing penalties or sanctions for those who violate it, and student management must be able to manage students more effectively Keywords: discipline, student management

Abstract

This study aims to find or describe the enthusiasm of students for memorizing the Koran at the 'Ulumul Qur'an Mardhatillah Subulussalam Islamic Boarding School, teachers use several methods in teaching students to memorize the Koran easily so they can increase their enthusiasm for memorizing the Koran. The methods taught by the teacher when teaching them to memorize the Koran include: reading carefully verses from the verses of the Koran that will be memorized by looking at the manuscript repeatedly, memorizing verses from verses repeatedly so that they are finally memorized, depositing or listening to memorization. that a student has just memorized to a teacher (talaqqi), repeats the memorization of the Koran bit by bit which has been deposited with the teacher (tikrar), and listens to the memorization that has been memorized to other people, either to friends or other congregations (tasmi'). Abstract

Management is a science and art to take action to achieve goals. Management of students is one of the management that must be managed properly in educational institutions. Students are people who have the choice to take knowledge in accordance with their aspirations and future hopes. Seeing how important it is for student planning to be carried out in an educational institution, researchers are interested in conducting research to identify and analyze student planning carried out at SMP IT Al Afkari. SMP IT is one of the formal educational institutions that implements the concept of Islamic education based on the Qur'an and Sunnah. Based on the educational concept offered by the IT Middle School, it is not surprising that the IT Middle School is a school that is in great demand because the school is based on religion. The purpose of the research is to analyze the planning of students who are carried out at SMP IT Al Afkari. The type of research used by the author is qualitative research, with descriptive research methods. Student planning carried out at Al Afkari IT Middle School is: an analysis of the needs of students at Al-Afkari IT Middle School is carried out by looking at the number of study rooms in Al-Afkari IT Middle School by adjusting the existing facilities and infrastructure. Student recruitment is carried out in an open system for any student who has graduated from elementary school to continue their education at Al-Afkari IT Middle School, there is no selection of new students. Management can be applied to educational institutions. Educational institutions that want quality in their output, need good management. This research tries to compare education management with Islamic education management. The method used is a qualitative method, with data collection techniques in the form of documentation. Abstract

The world of education has many goals to be achieved, one of which is to foster disciplined behavior in students. With the habit of praying dhuha at school, students should be able to understand and develop disciplined behavior in each of them. This study aims to determine the level of habituation of the Dhuha prayer in congregation for class VIII students at MTs Al-Ahsan Bogor City, to determine the level of discipline in class VIII students at MTs Al-Ahsan Bogor City and to analyze the influence of the habituation of Dhuha prayer in congregation on the learning discipline of class VIII students at MTs Al-Ahsan Bogor City. The research method used in this research is quantitative research. This study used a population of all VIII grade students at MTs Al-Ahsan with a total sample of 114 people taken at random. The instruments used in this research are questionnaires and documentation. The data analysis technique in this study used simple linear regression analysis with the help of the SPSS 26 application. The results showed that: First, the habit of praying dhuha in congregation for class VIII students at MTs Al-Ahsan obtained a score in the "good" category with an average value (mean) of 46.94. Second, the learning discipline of class VIII students at MTs Al-Ahsan obtained a score in the "very good" category with an average score (mean) of 46.91. And third, the results of the simple regression test obtained a calculated t value of 14.909 > t table of 1.661, a Sig value of 0.000 <0.05 and a coefficient of determination of 0.665 so that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, which means that there is a significant influence between the habit of praying dhuha in congregation on the learning discipline of class VIII students at MTs Al-Ahsan Bogor is 66.5% while the remaining 33.5% is influenced by other factors.

Abstract

Islamic education in the family, as reflected in QS. Luqman verses 12-19, describe Luqman's specialty as a figure who is wise and full of wisdom in the task of educating children. This concept provides a valuable foundation for parents in directing and educating their children, with the hope of success and safety, both in this world and the hereafter. This writing aims to analyze the concepts of Islamic education contained in QS. Luqman verses 12-19. The discussion point of this research focuses on the concept of Islamic Parenting education, by examining how Luqman as a father educated his child until his name was immortalized in the QS. Luqman verses 12-19. In this context, the research will review in depth the educational practices implemented by Luqman, as well as their relevance in the context of Islamic education in the family. This research uses a qualitative approach with a library research method. The results of this research found that the education contained in QS. Luqman according to Tafsir Ibnu Katsir includes: (1) an attitude of gratitude towards Allah SWT who has given him privileges in the form of wisdom, (2) monotheistic education, (3) devotion to his parents, (4), good deeds, (5) worship, and (6) have noble character towards others.

Abstract

The challenge for an educator in keeping up with the times is that they must be able to provide and utilize ICT (Information and Communication Technology) which is expected to be able to direct and guide students to understand it. ICT-based learning processes or those involving technology are usually called E-Learning or Electronic Learning. One example is E-Learning Madrasah which is an application produced and issued by the Ministry of Religion. This research aims to analyze the perceptions of students using the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) towards Madrasah E-Learning. The research method used is a quantitative approach by carrying out statistical-based testing on the data that has been collected. Researchers want to know students' perceptions of the acceptance and use of information technology in the form of Madrasah E-Learning. The research results prove that there is an influence between perception and use or acceptance of Madrasah E-Learning. It is known that for students, the variables Perceived Ease of Use and Perceived Usefulness have a positive effect on Acceptance of IT and have a dominant influence on acceptance of the E-Learning system.
