Transformasi Manageria: Journal of Islamic Education Management is a journal published in the Study Program of Department of Islamic Education Management, Faculty of Tarbiyah, Islamic Institute of Laa Roiba Bogor. This journal is published twice a year in June and December. Furthermore, this journal is published in two versions, namely print and online. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of job placement on job satisfaction of employees of PT Waskita Sriwijaya Tol. The independent variable in this study is job placement and the dependent variable is job satisfaction. The method used in this research is quantitative. The population in this study were employees at PT Waskita Sriwijaya Tol, totaling 61 employees. As well as the sample of this study using a saturated sample so that the sample is the entire population of 61 employees. The data collection method used in this study is primary data obtained from questionnaires. The analysis technique used is simple linear regression analysis. The data obtained were tested using validity test, reliability test, simple linear regression test, analysis of correlation coefficient (r) and coefficient of determination (R2), as well as hypothesis testing or t test. The test was carried out using the statistical package for social science (SPSS) version 21. Based on the results of the analysis, it was concluded that work placement had a significant effect on job satisfaction of PT Waskita Sriwijaya Tol employees. Abstract

PT Caturadiluhur Sentosa Palembang is a company engaged in the distribution, logistics, and retail of building materials. PT Caturadiluhur Sentosa Palembang has several obstacles, namely the criteria for determining the best current sales by determining the largest turnover only. So that the current best sales appraisal system is considered less effective and unfair. The system built aims to build the best sales decision support system that can manage sales data and assessment parameters properly. The system built can manage sales data, criteria data, store sales appraisal data, and calculate sales value using the SAW method. The system is built using the iteration method. The result of this research is a decision support system that gives the best sales ranking based on the results of the assessment calculated using the SAW method. Abstract

The health of the skin and face is a matter of great concern to all women, because the skin and face are very visible parts of the body in terms of appearance so that the skin and face must be maintained and cared for. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to determine the effect of service quality, product quality, and product innovation on customer loyalty through customer satisfaction. This research is quantitative by taking 125 samples on consumers of Scarlett Whitening products in the city of Yogyakarta. Sampling was carried out using a non-probability method and the sampling technique was purposive sampling. Data was collected through sending a questionnaire link that was sent online to respondents. The data were analyzed using the IBM SPSS application. The results showed that the customer quality variable () had a significant positive effect on customer satisfaction (Z) with a value of < 0.001. Then the product quality variable () has no significant effect on customer satisfaction (Z) with a value of 0.103. Product innovation variable () has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction (Z) with a value of < 0.001. The customer satisfaction variable (Z) has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty (Y) with a value of < 0.001. Furthermore, the service quality variable () has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty (Y) with a value of 0.013. Product quality variable () has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty (Y) with a value of < 0.001. Product quality variable () has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty (Y) with a value of 0.002. In addition, the results of the study also show that customer satisfaction is able to act as an intervening variable for the effect of service quality, product quality and product innovation on customer loyalty for Scarlett Whitening products in the city of Yogyakarta. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the application of social fund accounting at the accountability village meeting (MDPT) in the BUMDes of Lancang Kuning, Rumbai Jaya Village. The technique is carried out using descriptive qualitative data obtained by case studies obtained by researchers. In general, the accounting applied by BUMDes is very good, for statements of financial position, activity reports, cash flow reports, and notes on financial statements in PSAK 45, there is already a separator in BUMDes. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of sales promotion, perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use of interest in using shopeepay e-wallet in Singaperbangsa Karawang University students. This study uses a descriptive verification approach with quantitative methods, with the help of Microsoft Excel and SPSS software. Data collection in this study was carried out by distributing questionnaires via google form. The population in this study were all students of the University of Singaperbangsa Karawang 2021. The sample was taken using the probability sampling with the proportionate stratified random sampling technique, with a sample of 392 respondents. The test stages used are: validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression, hypothesis testing and coefficient of determination. The results of this study indicate that the variables of sales promotion, perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use partially have a positive effect on the interest in using shopeepay e-wallet in Singaperbangsa Karawang University students with 23.4%, 19% and 27.2% respectively. Meanwhile, simultaneously, sales promotion variables, perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use, affect the interest in using shopeepay e-wallet among Singaperbangsa Karawang University students. Together, they have an effect of 54.3% on interest in using shopeepay e-wallet and the remaining 45.7% is influenced by other variables which is not examined. This research aims to determine the effect of career development on teacher work achievement at SMP Negeri 47 Palembang. The population in this study were all teachers at SMP Negeri 47 Palembang using a sample of 41 respondents. The data collection method used in the study was obtained from a questionnaire. The analysis technique used is simple linear regression analysis. The data obtained were tested using validity test, reliability test, simple linear regression test, analysis of correlation coefficient (r) and coefficient of determination (R2), as well as hypothesis testing or t test. The test was carried out using the statistical package for social science (SPSS) version 21. Based on the results of the analysis, it was concluded that career development had a positive and significant effect on teacher work achievement at SMP Negeri 47 Palembang. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work stress on employee performance at PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia Branch Office A. Rivai Palembang. The population in this study were all employees at PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia Branch Office A. Rivai Palembang using a sample of 60 respondents. The data collection method used in the study was obtained from a questionnaire. The analysis technique used is simple linear regression analysis. Data processing in this study using the SPSS software program (version 24.00). Based on the results of the analysis, it was concluded that work stress had a negative and significant effect on employee performance at PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia Branch Office A. Rivai Palembang. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Electronic Word Of Mouth and Consumer Trust on Online at e-commerce during the Covid-19 Pandemic. Purchasing decision is a process by which consumers recognize the problem, seek information about a particular product or brand and evaluate how well each alternative can solve the problem, which then leads to a purchase decision. Purchase decisions can also be influenced by Electronic Word Of Mouth and Consumer Trust. In this study using descriptive and verification methods with a quantitative approach, with the help of Microsoft Excel and SPSS 16 software. The data analysis method used in this research is Path Analysis, coefficient of determination test, t test, and F test. Sampling uses nonprobability sampling with purposive sampling technique, namely the number of samples is 384 respondents from a population of 8.7 million. The results of this study can be concluded that the Electronic Word Of Mouth with Consumer Confidence has a positive and quite strong correlation of 0.514, Electronic Word Of Mouth and Consumer Confidence partially have a positive effect on Purchase Decisions with each variable of 32.3% and 49, 1%. While the variables simultaneously Electronic Word Of Mouth and Consumer Confidence have a positive effect on Purchase Decisions together giving an effect of 0.509 or 50.9% and the remaining 0.491 or 49.1% influenced by other variables that are not examined. Abstract

Quality is something that is operationally fulfilled by the customer. There are many factors that affect service quality. The level of commitment, leadership style, and involvement of all employees also has a significant impact. Quality costs can also be divided into two categories based on measurement: observable quality costs and hidden costs. Research method This serves as a layout to be able to understand the research context broadly and deeply. Because basically every research is scientific in nature, then by conducting a literature review. Efforts to initiate Puskesmas quality can be started by strengthening top management commitment and stakeholder support. It is suggested that health care facilities improve recording of cost information. system, which must include quality costs, so that an annual analysis can be performed to evaluate changes in each quality cost category. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of investment decisions, debt policy and profitability partially and simultaneously on the value of companies in the Food and Beverages sector listed on the IDX for the 2019-2021 period. This research uses a quantitative approach with sampling technique using purposive sampling method, in order to obtain 25 companies from 72 companies. The data analysis technique used in this research is panel data regression analysis at a significance level of 5%. The program used in analyzing the data uses Eviews 9.0. The results of this study indicate that partially investment decisions and profitability have a significant effect on firm value while debt policy has no significant effect on firm value. The results of this research simultaneously show that investment decisions, debt policies and profitability have a significant effect on firm value.
