Transformasi Manageria: Journal of Islamic Education Management is a journal published in the Study Program of Department of Islamic Education Management, Faculty of Tarbiyah, Islamic Institute of Laa Roiba Bogor. This journal is published twice a year in June and December. Furthermore, this journal is published in two versions, namely print and online. The Journal focuses on issues found in the field of Islamic Education Management, both as material objects and or as formal objects. Abstract

Environmental protection is very necessary because the population of the earth is increasing every year. The Village Government is absolutely responsible for what has been done to the community to fulfill its duties, authorities and obligations as regulated in laws and regulations, including in terms of providing a good living environment. This study focuses on finding out how the role of the village government in controlling and managing the environment in Ulumahuam Village is. This study used qualitative research methods. The data collection process was carried out by observing and asking questions. The results show that the Ulumahuam Village government controls and manages the environment by strengthening community harmony through mutual cooperation activities. In addition, the village government also utilizes existing natural resources to be managed into tourist attractions so that it can move the economy of local residents. Abstract

This research is based on the views of the life of the Ulumahuam Village community, Silangkitang District who are able to adjust the economic conditions for the transformation of the methods of most of the livelihoods towards modernization, digitalization and tactics. However, behind the ability of the local community to deal with this, there is an important role for the Ulumahuam Village Government which previously provided education in various ways such as holding training/workshops, seminars, community outreach, environmental empowerment, distribution of community economic power to local MSME development. This research uses descriptive qualitative analysis research by making several information providers from internal & external Ulumahuam Village Government. The role of the Ulumahuam Village Government is very helpful for the growth and development of the community's economy as it is currently felt, this is frontal because the community can adjust the conditions of the economic cycle after changes in domestic/domestic economic patterns. The government is also sensitive to the attitude of public concern in many ways, including infrastructure that also supports the wheels of the economy and facilitates the needs of arts and sports, especially for local youth. However, there is still homework that needs to be improved and completed, namely rebuilding religious activities for local youths such as the Youth Mosque, one of which has long stopped. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the role of parents' companions in supervising their children's use of gadgets in early childhood in Ulumahum Village, which is located in Silangkitang sub-district, South Labuhan Batu Regency. The literature review method was used to write this article (Literatur Research). At the moment, one of the goals of KKN is to promote religious knowledge and assist the government in hastening the development of religion and education. The goal is to improve the quality of religion and education in the community through training, counseling, and other means. Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of Brand Awareness, Brand Association, and Perceived Quality on increasing purchasing decisions. This research is a quantitative research. The sample for this study was collected using a method called purposive sampling. Based on the purposive sampling technique, data collection was carried out through an online survey using the Google Forms platform, with a total sample of 100 people from the population of Yogyakarta City. Multiple linear regression using SPSS version 25 is the data analysis technique used. The findings of this study indicate that the Brand Awareness factor (X 1) has no effect on purchasing decisions (Y). Variable social brand associations (X 2) have an impact on purchasing decisions (Y). Then the Perceived Quality (X3) variable has a beneficial and significant influence on buying choices. Abstract

“The Fundamental Influence of Bank Finance Companies on Stock Returns during the Covid-19 Pandemic (study of T-shirts at National Private Banks for the period 2018-2022) listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Aims to answer problems regarding the Effect of Current Ratio, Debt to Equity and Return on Assets on Stock Return of Bank Financial Companies during the Covid-19 pandemic. In this study, the method used was a quantitative approach. The population in this study were 30 National Private Bank Companies. Sampling was carried out using a non-probability method and the sampling technique was purposive sampling. The data were analyzed using the IBM SPSS application. The results of the study show that the Current Ratio (X1) variable has a significant effect on Stock Return (Y), as evidenced by the results of the t test, which is obtained from the t arithmetic value of 2,566 > t table 1.729 and Significant 0,013 < from 0,05. Then the variable Debt To Equity Ratio (X2) has no significant effect on Stock Return (Y) as evidenced by the results of the t test, which is obtained from the t-count value of -809 < 1.729 and significant 0.422 > 0,05. And the Return on Assets (X3) variable has no effect on Stock Return (Y), as evidenced by the results of the t test, which is obtained from the t value of 1,270 < 1,729 and significant 0,209 > 0,05. And from the results of the F test, it is proven that the Curent Ratio (CR,) Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), and Return on Assets (ROA) have a simultaneous effect on Stock Return (Y). Abstract

Human Resources is the most important asset in a business organization or company, because it is the main body that implements the company's policies and operational activities. Job satisfaction is the response given by employees to their work, both in the form of positive responses and negative responses. Job satisfaction can be achieved by 3 factors, including (i) Compensation, which is in the form of remuneration or work that has been done, (ii) Motivation, namely providing a driving force so that employees are able to work optimally, (iii) Work Discipline, namely employees are able to obey rules that have been made. The purpose of this study is to determine partially and simultaneously the variables of compensation, motivation, and work discipline on employee job satisfaction at PT. Kala Prana Consultant. This study uses a quantitative approach method. The population in this research is 43 employees. Sampling is done by non-probability method and the sampling technique is purposive sampling. The data were analyzed using the IBM SPSS application. The results showed that the compensation variable (X1) had no significant effect on job satisfaction (Y), as evidenced by the results of the t test, namely the t-count value was 1.447 < t table 1.684 and significant 0.156> 0.05. Then the Motivation variable (X2) has a significant effect on Job Satisfaction (Y) as evidenced by the results of the t test, namely the t-count value is 1.753 > t table 1.684 and significant is 0.087 <0.05. And the Work Discipline variable (X3) has a significant effect on job satisfaction (Y), as evidenced by the results of the t-test, namely the t-count value of 3.094 > t-table 1.684 and significant 0.004 <0.05. Abstract

Indonesia is a country with a large population, which will result in a fairly large level of energy demand and one of them is the need for oil and gas. In conditions of global instability and limited supplies of oil and gas resources, this will also have an impact on the condition of companies in this sector in Indonesia. This study aims to examine, identify, and analyze the effect of the ROE and DER ratios on stock prices in oil and gas mining companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2016-2020 period. The research method used is descriptive verification, and the number of samples taken from the population is 6 out of 13 companies. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling and uses multiple linear regression analysis tools and uses SPSS analysis tools with the results of DER not having an effect on stock prices and ROE having an effect on stock prices and DER and ROE simultaneously having an effect on stock prices. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of leadership style on job satisfaction of employees in the Population and Civil Registration Office of Ogan Ilir Regency.The variable used in this research are job satisfaction as the independent variable and leadership Style as the dependent variable. The populations in this study were all employees of the Population and Civil Registration Office of Ogan Ilir Regency using a sample of 58 respondents. The research used a saturation sampling technique, collected primary data via questionnaires method. The analysis technique used was simple linear regression analysis. To validate the data, the validity test, reliability test, simple linear regression analysis, correlation coefficient analysis (r), coefficient of determination (R2) and t test were used in the research. The statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS) version 21 Program assistance tool was used to analyze the data. Based on the results of the analysis, it was concluded that leadership style had a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction of employees of the Population and Civil Registration Office of Ogan Ilir Regency. Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of work stress on the performance of employees in the processing division at Ikan Giling Karyani Sungsang MSME. The variables used in this research are work stress as the independent variable and employee performance as the dependent variable. The population in this research were all 40 employees of the Processing Division at Ikan Giling Karyani Sungsang MSME, as well as 1 MSMEs head who assessed employee performance. This research used a saturation sampling technique, collected primary data via questionnaires, and used simple linear regression analysis as a data analysis technique. To validate the data, the validity test, reliability test, simple linear regression analysis, correlation coefficient analysis (r), coefficient of determination (R2), and t test were used in this research. The Statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS) version 21 program assistance tool was used to analyze the data. The findings of this research show that work stress has a significant negative impact on the performance of employees in the processing division at Ikan Giling Karyani Sungsang MSME. Abstract

This reseacrh aims to determine the effect of job descriptions on the performance of PT Satria Sriwijaya Sejahtera security guards. This study used quantitative methods with a questionnaire as a research instrument. The population in this study amounted to 35 people with 35 respondents. The sampling technique used is the census technique or total sampling. The data analysis technique used is simple linear regression. The findings of this research showed that there was a positive and significant effect between job descriptions on the performance of PT Satria Sriwijaya Sejahtera security guards. From the aspects that have been researched, it is better for the management of PT Satria Sriwijaya Sejahtera to explain more about SOPs and job descriptions of security guards to members of their security guards and pay more attention to aspects that can affect the performance of security guards so that the performance of security guards can increase.
