Abstract

Law No. 14 of 2005 concerning Teachers and Lecturers states that "teachers are required to have academic qualifications, competencies, teacher certificates, are physically and mentally healthy, and have the ability to realize the goals of national education, the competencies referred to include pedagogical competence, personality competence, social competence, professional competence.The four aspects cannot stand alone, but are interrelated and influence one another. It is not easy to master and apply it to learning. Therefore, teachers must always learn and try new things that support their own development, besides that individual abilities can develop through training, practice, group work, and independent learning The research focus in this thesis is: How are the teachers' efforts in improving pedagogical, personality, social and professional competence. This study aims to: describe the teacher's efforts to improve pedagogical, personality, social and professional competence a To obtain data, a qualitative research approach was used which was described descriptively by the method of observation, interview and documentation which would be analyzed using a qualitative descriptive reflective method. Teachers have carried ot teaching tasks which include teaching preparation, teaching process and carrying out duties as administrator properly, this can be seen in the making of lesson plans, implementing process learn and teach and carrying out evaluations effectively. Teacher personality competence . Efforts made to improve the social competence of teachers are following education and training in social fields, training themselves by participating in social activities both at school and in the community. Another social aspect can also be seen from the good relationship between teachers and teachers, employees, and the principal. Efforts made to improve professional competence include attending education and training, attending subject teacher meetings (MGMP), workshops, updating information related to subject matter and other activities that have contributed to increasing professional competence.

Abstract

Sekolah sebagai lembaga pendidikan bertugas untuk menyelenggarakan proses pendidikan dan proses belajar mengajar dalam usaha untuk mencerdaskan kehidupan bangsa. Dalam hal ini kepala sekolah yang diberi tugas untuk memimpin sekolah dan bertanggung jawab atas tercapainya tujuan sekolah tersebut. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui bagaimana strategi kepimpinan kepala sekolah dalam mewujudkan mutu madrasah dengan meningkatkan motivasi belajar para siswanya. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif deskriptif dengan pendekatan fenomenalogi yang terjadi di lapangan. Pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara mendalam dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan tiga alur analisis yaitu reduksi data, penyajian data dan verifikasi. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa : strategi yang dilakukan kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan motivasi siswanya adalah dengan 3 cara: pertama, meningkatkan sarana dan prasarana atau fasilitas sekolah selama pembelajaran masa pandemi, seperti menambah jaringan wifi dan menambah jumlah komputer. Kedua, meningkatkan sumber daya guru dengan menfasilitasi dan memberikan pelatihan yang berkaitan dengan pembelajaran jarak jauh serta memberikan suntikan dana untuk pembelajaran jarak jauh yang dilakukan secara mandiri oleh guru di rumah. Ketiga, mengembangkan potensi siswa di bidang IPTEK sebagai motivasi siswa untuk terus semangat belajar dan mengikuti proses pembelajaran.

Abstract

The Role of PAI Teachers in Improving the Discipline of Learning PAI subjects during the Covid-19 Pandemic at SMP Plus Al-Ishlah in the 2020/2021 academic year. This study uses a qualitative descriptive approach to describe the role of PAI Teachers as Motivators and facilitators in improving the learning discipline of PAI subjects during the Covid-19 pandemic at SMP Plus Al-Ishlah Bondowoso in the 2020/2021 academic year. Data collection techniques using in-depth interview techniques and observation. Then analyzed by reducing data, presenting and concluding the data. (Rahayu, 2011). And it can be concluded that from this research to improve student learning discipline, the important role is the teacher as an educator who provides learning resources and parents who participate in controlling from home.

Abstract

Family education is very important, as it enables families to establish and maintain proper relationships between family members, friends and others. Family education also provides knowledge, values and skills that are important for children's lives. Islamic religious education is an effort in the form of teaching, guidance and care for children so that when they finish their education they can understand, appreciate and practice the teachings of Islam and make it a way of life, both personal and community life. This writing aims to know and discuss the role of Islamic religious education in the formation of families and civil society. This writing method uses a literature study with a descriptive approach. It can be concluded that the role of Islamic religious education is: (1) the foundation in the family to shape the behavior and morals of children and know the limits of good and bad, (2) serves to form a human being who believes and is devoted to Allah SWT, (3) the main foundation and plays a role in moral education for the development of Indonesian society as a whole. Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out how the concept of equal education is applied through the Banuh, Basa, Taba program by Pondok Pesantren Al-Ishlah Bondowoso. We use a qualitative research approach with a case study design as a method in this research, the research site is the Al-Ishlah Dadapan Bondowoso Islamic Boarding School, the kyai and asatidz and students we determine as the subject of this research, the data collected in the form of words and writings and images, the researcher acts as an instrument, to collect data we conduct in-depth interviews accompanied by observation, after the raw data is collected, it will be reduced, presented, and then drawn conclusions. From the results of this study, it can be concluded that for equal distribution of education to all economic statuses of society, an independent program is needed from each educational institution. Such as the concept of cross-marrying education costs through the Banuh, Basa, and Taba programs. In addition, additional business units are also needed to support existing education financing. Abstract

The role of leadership in an educational environment, including boarding schools, is very important in achieving educational goals. Leadership in the world of education, including the boarding school environment, has the aim of utilizing various resources (human, infrastructure, and other educational media) effectively and efficiently. The environment is the whole that surrounds, including the one that is surrounded, namely the human being in question. The International Encyclopedia of the Social Science defines the environment as "The aggregate of all the external conditions and influences affecting the life and development of an organism". The pesantren environment is a place that consists of the kiyai's house, a place of worship that functions as a place of education. Darunnajah Islamic Boarding School implements a healthy culture (healty culture) in the Islamic boarding school environment by familiarizing five educational patterns, namely 1) Education through role model (Tarbiyatu Bil Uswah) 2. Education through advice (Tarbiyatu Bil-nasihat) 3. Education through punishment (Tarbiyatu Bil 'Uqubat) 4. Through stories (Tarbiyatu Bil Qishah) 5. Education through habits (Tarbiyatu Bil 'Adat). Abstract

Maintaining the purity of the faith of the younger generation of Muslims is a shared responsibility, especially parents and teachers. In this modern era, the exchange of information is so easy to find without any restrictions. So re-teaching the holy Qur'an to the younger generation of Muslims is a solution. Where one third of the Qur'an conveys about faith. Among the verses of the Qur'an that talk about faith is the story of Lukman Al-Hakim's advice to his son in Surah Lukman. So this research is a qualitative study of literature on the book of tafsir As-Sa'di. In order to explore the meaning contained in Lukman's advice to his son. With the hope that it can be an inspiration for parents and teachers to concentrate more in instilling the values of true faith to the younger generation of Muslims. Abstract

Islamic educational institutions have always developed in line with the needs and changes of society. The development of society is characterized by the progress of science and the need to preach Islam. The 5th century Hijriyah, at the time of the establishment of madrassas, the scientific development of the community, especially Muslims, can be said to have reached a perfect stage, because almost all sciences both al-ulum an-naqliyah and al-ulum al-aqliyah have been compiled and systematized. Such conditions should be reflected in the education efforts of the people. However, due to the political interests of the government which makes education a means to achieve its goals, the subject matter in madrasas is very loaded with political content or sectarian goals. The ideologization of subject matter in madrassas also impacts on learning methods that tend to be closed and indoctrinating, thus not providing space for the development of a critical and free way of thinking. Using a socio-political approach, this study tries to trace the birth of the Nizhamiyah madrasa which was based on multiple motivations. With its Shafi'i-minded board of teachers, the Nizhamiyah madrasa is seen as a manifestation of the triumph of the theological-dogmatic movement that joins the Sunni madrasa to counterbalance the dominance of the Mu'tazilah-Hambali and the dominance of Shi'ah. So that the subjects of study pursued are characterized by Asy'ariyah and fiqh-oriented understanding. The realm of "intellectualism" was lost in the educational process of this madrasa. However, Nizhamiyah is still understood as the most important Islamic educational institution and a model in the study of the social history of Islamic education. Abstract

Ta'limul Muta'allim is a book that is widely studied by knowledge seekers. In the book, Az-Zarnuji also included the Prophet's hadith as an amplification of his explanation. So this research was conducted to mentakhrij the traditions in chapters 1-3 in the book of Ta'limul Muta'allim by using the Takhrij bil Lafdzi method. After doing takhrij, it can be found that the hadith in chapter 1 is in Sunan Ibn Majah, the second chapter is in Sahih Bukhari and Shu'abul Iman, the third chapter hadith is in Sahih Bukhari. Abstract

Education in Indonesia embraces the concept of lifelong education. Therefore, education is the responsibility of the government, family and community. In order for the goals of national education to be realized, education itself requires good management. Management of education both by the government and the private sector for school and out-of-school education pathways at every type and level of education is needed in order to achieve national education goals. Education units established by the government are organized by the Minister of Education and Culture or other ministers, while education units established by the community are organized by foundations or social bodies. Principals at the primary and secondary education levels, rectors at the university / institute level, chairpersons at the academy / school level are responsible for organizing educational activities, school administration, fostering other education personnel and utilizing and maintaining facilities and infrastructure.
