Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic has an impact on all aspects of life, such as in the economic, health, education and socio-cultural sectors. In the economic sector, the most affected are the lower middle class. While a stabilization package is needed to minimize the impact of Covid 19. Here Waqf acts as a useful stabilizing tool to minimize the impact of Covid 19. Waqf is one of the solutions offered by the Islamic social finance sector in the face of a crisis. in an effort to generate strong demand. in parallel, it will generate a demand (offer) that will gradually restore the balance of economic transactions in society.

Abstract

Law No. 1 of 2013 concerning Microfinance Institutions was born, LKMS in Indonesia are known as Baitul Mal wa Tamwil (BMT) or Sharia Savings and Loans and Financing Cooperatives (KSPPS) which are generally incorporated as cooperatives. Based on sharia principles, cooperatives are legally incorporated under the supervision of the ministry of cooperatives and small and medium enterprises. The existence of this dualism of legal regulations has led to overlapping regulations, supervision and guidance by related agencies, as well as contradictions in the regulations between one another. This legal problem requires a solution through the reformulation of legal regulations relating to Islamic MFIs. Microfinance institutions (MFIs) in Indonesia are currently growing rapidly and have an important role in improving the people's economy. The rapid development of this MFI is because almost 51.2 million units or 99.9% of business actors in the Indonesian economy are dominated by micro and small business units (Ali sakti: 2013). MFIs can be said to be one of the important pillars in the financial intermediation process needed by small and medium-sized communities for consumption and production as well as storing their business results. In Indonesia, MFIs are regulated in Law no. 1 of 2013 concerning Microfinance Institutions. According to Article 1 (1) of Law no. 1 of 2013 concerning Microfinance Institutions, what is meant by MFIs are: financial institutions specifically established to provide business development services and community empowerment, either through loans or financing in micro-scale businesses to members and the public, managing deposits, as well as providing development consulting services business that is not solely for profit. Based on the definition above, it can be understood that an MFI is a financial institution that functions as an intermediary institution that aims not only to seek profit (profit motive), but also has other goals, namely social motives whose activities are more in the nature of community development.

Abstract

Salah satu tujuan pensyariatan Islam terhadap perkawinan adalah melanjutkan dan mengembangbiakan keturunan serta melestarikan generasi penerus sebagai penyumbang cita-cita bangsa, negara, dan agama. Seperti halnya hak reproduksi, semua manusia khususnya wanita tentu menginginkan untuk hamil dan bisa memiliki keturunan, salah satunya yaitu orang yang terkena atau pengidap penyakit HIV/AIDS. Penyakit ini menurut orang awam adalah penyakit yang sangat berbahaya, karena dapat berpotensi menular kepada anak keturunannya. Bila ditelisik hukum reproduksi bagi wanita pengidap HIV/AIDS ialah diperbolehkan. Dalam kaidah fiqh : Sesuatu yang diharamkan dengan tujuan sadduz zarî‘ah menjadi boleh bila terdapat maslahat yang kuat. Mengingat dewasa ini dalam dunia medis pun saat ini sudah ada cara untuk mengobati dan menekan virus HIV/AIDS tersebut sehingganya reproduksi dapat aman bagi wanita (ibu) dan keturunannya. Abstract

In the marketing strategy, Endorsement is one of the strategies of business actors to introduce goods or service products to consumers through the intermediary of actresses, youtubers, or selebrgram, especially on Instagram or youtube social media. And celebrities have accounts on social media, especially Instagram and their youtobe accounts have many followers, and make an impact on many parties seeing the uploads of these actresses, youtobers and selebgrams. In this transaction using a service rental system that is paid and has a grace period. The freedom of business actors in using endorsement services has many impacts, both positive and negative impacts. This shows that the endorsement strategy is an ijarah contract that uses a written contract in terms of freedom, the endorsement strategy has several negatve impacts. And this endorsement strategy includes 3 parties, namely business actors who use endorsement services, actresses, youtubers and celebrities who receive endorsement services, and finally consumers who buy the products after seeing products that have been introduced through endorsement services. But there are also many endorsements of goods or services that are not in accordance with the shari’a which can damage the ijarah contract, and cause the contract to be invalid or defective because it does not meet the requirements and pillars of ijarah conract. Then, discrepancies were found regarding buying and selling between business actors and consumers, resulting in fraud gue to online transaction that cannot meet face to face and it is difficult to know whether these business actors are truly trustworthy or can harm consumers. Then regarding Islamic business ethics between actresses, youtobers, and celebrities against brand account followers who become consumers for business actors on social media, several discrepancies were also found regarding the concept of Islamic business ethics and the principles of Islamic business ethics

Abstract

Recession turmoil is increasingly being felt in several countries in the world, even Indonesia is not spared from being affected. The thing that will be most affected is economic problems, both macro and micro. This includes the sustainability of online businesses which are increasingly prevalent in Indonesia. This study aims to find out whether online business in Indonesia is still being used effectively amidst the looming recession issue? What are the tips that must be done by online business entrepreneurs so as not to lose money in the future? From the results of the research it is known that even though it is in the shadow of a recession, the e-commerce business will continue to grow because Indonesia is dominated by domestic consumption, so that online business actors need to have tips to be able to survive including: managing cash flow, business actors must be able to choosing fast moving products and cutting costs that don't make a real contribution, apart from that business actors must be very careful in choosing a marketplace that provides many benefits and conveniences for both sellers and buyers.

Abstract

The cooperative annually distributes the remaining operating results to its members. The distribution of the remaining operating income can also reflect the success or success of the cooperative. The purpose of this study is to find out the distribution system of the remaining operating income (SHU) in the Giri Jaya Mete Multipurpose Cooperative. Islamic law review. The research method used to discuss the profit sharing system in the perspective of Islamic law (Case Study in the Giri Jaya Mete Multipurpose Cooperative, Jatisrono District, Wonogiri Regency) is using field research methods and qualitative descriptive. Field research is research conducted by collecting data and information obtained directly from informants and observing directly related tasks. The SHU distribution system at KSU Giri Jaya Mete is in accordance with the AD/ART that has been determined during the RAT. The distribution of SHU between cooperatives and members in the form of a percentage of SHU is distributed at the end of the year, and is put into the savings of each member, the SHU obtained depends on how much the member's contribution to KSU Giri Jaya Mete In Islam the distribution of SHU is included in the mudharabah contract. KSU Giri Jaya Mete in the distribution of the remainder of its business results is in accordance with the mudharabah principles, namely the principle of sharing profits between the parties making the contract, then the principle of sharing losses between the contracting parties, the principle of clarity which is in distributing SHU, KSU Giri Jaya Mete always prioritizes being open and clear, so that all members can know the financial circulation of KSU Giri Jaya Mete.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pelayanan peradilan, faktor-faktor yang berperan dalam memenuhi hak-hak pelayanan penyandang disabilitas dan dampak implementasi undang-undang nomor 8 tahun 2016 di Pengadilan Agama Samarinda dan Pengadilan Negeri Samarinda. Tujuan ini diupayakan untuk dicapai melalui penggunaan metode penelitian kualitatif yuridis empiris, dengan pendekatan sosiolegal, teknik pengumpulan data ialah wawancara dan dokmentasi. Data yang dikumpulkan kemudian diolah dengan teknik edit, klasifikasi, dan verifikasi, hasil pengolahan dianalisis terhadap efektifitas hukum. Hasil pada penelitin ini pada aspek pelayanan ditemukan dua hal, yakni terkait standar prosedur pelayanan dan aksesibiltas sarana prasarana fisik serta non fisik. Kedua temuan tersebut, terhadap lokasi penelitian ini memiliki kesamaan implementasi layanan, sepertinya adanya layanan alat bantu dengar, asisten pembaca surat untuk tunanetra dan lainnya. Sedangkan faktor-faktor yang berperan dalam pelayanan tersebut diantaranya ialah pengidap itu sendiri, orang tua dan masyarakat. Kemudian dampak dari implementasi pelayanan terhadap penyandang disabilitas ialah berupa kesadaran dalam meningkatkan fasilitas dalam layanan tersebut.

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to determine the forms of digital marketing transformation and Islamic economic kaffahism and the implementation of digital marketing transformation towards Islamic economic kaffahism. the analytical method used in this research is descriptive analysis. Types of secondary data and data collection techniques used are literature studies or library research. Data analysis used is deductive, then conclusions are drawn from fact data or expert opinions on a particular problem. The results of the data findings are that there are three forms of digital marketing transformation in Islamic economic kaffahism, namely; Kafalah with collateral model; syamsirah with a profit-sharing model and mudharabah with a replica web model and the implementation of digital marketing transformation towards Islamic economic kaffahism can conclude that digital marketing transformation can be carried out if four conditions are met including: 1) endeavor; 2) benefits; 3) trust and 4) advice on digital marketing transformation values ​​(between business managers and business actors Market segmentation; Market positioning; Market entry strategy; Market mix strategy; and Timing strategy so that products are guaranteed, product benefits are guaranteed and product targets for people other. Keywords: Digital Marketing Transformation, Kaffahism, Islamic Economic Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bentuk-bentuk transformasi pemasaran digital dan kaffahisme ekonomi Islam serta implementasi transformasi pemasaran digital menuju kaffahisme ekonomi Islam. Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis deskriptif. Jenis data sekunder dan teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah studi literatur atau studi kepustakaan. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah deduktif, kemudian ditarik kesimpulan dari data fakta atau pendapat ahli terhadap suatu masalah tertentu. Hasil temuan data terdapat tiga bentuk transformasi digital marketing dalam kaffahisme ekonomi Islam, yaitu; Kafalah dengan model agunan; syamsirah dengan model bagi hasil dan mudharabah dengan model web replika serta penerapan transformasi digital marketing menuju kaffahisme ekonomi syariah dapat disimpulkan bahwa transformasi digital marketing dapat dilakukan jika terpenuhi empat syarat antara lain: 1) ikhtiar; 2) manfaat; 3) kepercayaan dan 4) saran nilai-nilai transformasi pemasaran digital (antara pengelola bisnis dan pelaku usaha Segmentasi pasar; Posisi pasar; Strategi masuk pasar; Strategi bauran pasar; dan Strategi pengaturan waktu agar produk terjamin, manfaat produk terjamin dan target produk untuk orang lain. Abstract

tujuan artikel ini adalah mengkaji mengenai batasan keuntungan dalam jual-beli dalam pandangan islam dan para tokoh islam. Artikel ini menggunakan penelitian kualitatif dengan menggunakan metode kepustakaan. Hasil penelitian ini yaitu bahwa batasan keuntungan dalam islam tidak ada kepastiannya namun pengambilan keuntungan harus tetap sewajarnya tanpa merugikan orang lain. Pengambilan keuntungan dalam jual-beli dapat di dasarkan pada beberapa hal yang berkaitan seperti penawaran dan permintaan yang berkaitan dengan kelangkaan barang dan tinggi rendahnya permintaan barang tersebu sesuai pemikiran Ibnu Taimiyah. Pengambilan keuntungan menurut salah satu tokoh islam yaitu imam Ghozali bahwa pengambilan keuntungan sebesar 5% sampai 10% dan pengambilan keuntungan barang dagang makanan pokok tidak bolehberlebihan.Kata kunci: pandangan islam, tokoh agama, keuntungan.

Abstract

This type of research is a qualitative research (field research) with a normative and sociological approach. The subjects and objects of this research are employees and consumers of the Somoroto Branch Post Office, for data collection instruments using interviews, documentation, and literature study. Apart from primary data, data is also obtained from secondary data which is then processed using editing, organizing, and analyzing techniques and analyzed using data reduction techniques (data reduction), data exposure (data display), and conclusion drawing or verification (conclusion drawing/verifying). ). The results of this study explain that: 1). The rounding mechanism between the Post Office and the Consumer is included in the Muamalah Madiyah category so that the agreement between the two parties uses a wage approach. The Post Office uses a PER-kg scale which is intended to make it easier to determine prices with a progressive and volumetric rounding system, this system is determined according to the type of goods to be sent by consumers and of course will affect the price to be paid. 2). A review of Islamic Economic Law on the rounding of the scales of goods delivery services at the Post Office is in accordance with Islamic Law due to a mutual agreement between the owner and the consumer. However, in technical terms, the implementation seems to be more in favor of the owner because it takes advantage of the rounding process and tends to harm consumers and the transaction contains Gharar because it is not transparent in providing information on the weight of the goods. So that the mechanism is not in accordance with the principle of muamalah because there is dissatisfaction from consumers.
