Abstract

This research focuses on the impact of public services on the administrative burden at the Regional Revenue Management Agency of Central Java Province. Apart from that, this research also aims to identify the obstacles and innovative solutions faced in this context. The research method applied uses a qualitative and descriptive approach. Data was collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. The findings from this research reveal that the administrative burden on Bapenda can be divided into two, namely internal and external. Bapenda responded to this challenge by implementing innovations, such as the New Sakpole, increasing the level of transparency through PPID, and carrying out tax outreach activities.

Abstract

This article discusses the administrative burden at the Information and Communication Technology Development Center (BPTIK) of the Culture and Education Service (Dikbud) of Central Java Province. BPTIK has broad responsibilities in the development and use of information and communication technology (ICT) in the education sector. The main focus of the article is the dynamics of administration at BPTIK Dikbud Central Java Province, with an emphasis on the challenges, management, and potential for improving the administrative framework in the ICT domain. The aim of this research is to examine, confirm and understand aspects related to the administrative burden faced by BPTIK Dikbud Central Java Province. This article provides highlights on duties, authority, and obstacles in their implementation. Through a normative juridical approach and qualitative data collection, this research includes analysis of organizational characteristics, number of personnel, organizational structure, and ongoing administrative procedures. The research results identified several solutions and steps to increase productivity and optimize the management of administrative burdens at BPTIK Dikbud Central Java Province. These suggestions involve the use of technology, implementation of clear standards and procedures, training and coaching employee performance, as well as regular evaluation and supervision. In evaluating the impact of administrative burden, this article notes both positive and negative impacts. Utilization of ICT as a tool in administration can increase efficiency, quality and collaboration. However, high administrative burdens can also cause stress and hinder ICT development and innovation in institutions. Thus, the author recommends good management, adoption of appropriate technology, implementation of standards, employee training, and strong collaboration with related parties as strategic steps to manage the administrative burden at BPTIK Dikbud Central Java Province.

Abstract

The administrative burden at the Semarang Regency Regional Secretariat office is one of the problems that needs attention, because effective and efficient public services are needed. The duties and functions of the regional secretariat are determined by Regent Regulation (Perbup) number 109 of 2021. Based on this regulation, there are vulnerabilities that will occur in the Semarang Regency Regional Secretariat agency to carry out ineffective and efficient public services. So that in this paper will examine more deeply the administration burden in the Regional Secretariat of Semarang District. The research method is carried out empirically by exploring data in the field and collecting data through interviews with Semarang Regency Regional Secretariat employees. The results of this study indicate the fact that the main problem of administrative burden in the Semarang district secretariat is the low regional budget given and the high responsibility between departments in the regional secretariat, causing employees to be unable to complete the given burden. The solution is done by increasing the regional budget of Semarang Regency and simplifying the bureaucracy in the tasks assigned in Regent regulation number 109 of 2021.

Abstract

Crisis communication management is the process of planning, implementing and evaluating communications carried out in the face of a crisis. Effective crisis communication management can help companies to: maintain the Company's reputation, minimize the impact of the crisis on the company, prevent the spread of incorrect information, and build public trust in the company. This research is qualitative research. This research was conducted online by utilizing various online communication features to obtain information from informants. The informants in this research were the management of PT Semen Baturaja (Persero) and supplier partners and consumers from PT Semen Baturaja (Persero). PT Semen Baturaja has a good commitment to handling the crisis. The company has demonstrated efforts to improve the transparency, speed and effectiveness of crisis communications. However, PT Semen Baturaja still has several opportunities to improve its crisis communication management. These companies can increase the effectiveness of crisis communications on social media by using simple language, images and videos, fast and responsive responses, and various social media features.

Abstract

Prefix basi- functions grammatically and semantically based on the specific instance it is used. The concept of prefixes pertains to how prefixes have varying meanings based on their grammatical function and context. This study aims to analyze the grammatical functions used by Minangkabau speakers through the advanced analysis method. This method involves word class testing through synonym search, testing verb functions in sentences with continuous events, and testing nouns for acceptability as subjects, objects, and complements. The objective of this study is to provide an objective analysis of Minangkabau speakers' grammar, using clear and concise language, and following conventional academic structures while adhering to grammatical correctness and balanced language with the method of qualitative research by observing the speaker. The findings reveal that the prefix basi- possesses grammatical functions such as 1) indicating ongoing events, 2) expressing excessive actions or speech through expressions or phrases, 3) indicating the present condition and health of a person, 4) functioning as a causative and imperative, and 5) functioning as an adverb and 6) functioning as a noun.

Abstract

Marriage is one of the important events in human life. Therefore, marriage readiness is an important thing to pay attention to, especially for teenagers. Premarital guidance is one effort to increase teenagers' marriage readiness. This research aims to analyze the role of premarital guidance in building adolescent marriage readiness in Liunggunung Village, Purwakarta Regency, Indonesia. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study method. The research subjects were 10 teenagers who had attended premarital guidance in Liunggunung Village. Data was collected through in-depth interviews and observations. The research results show that premarital guidance plays an important role in building teenagers' marriage readiness. Premarital guidance provides the knowledge and skills that teenagers need to get married, such as understanding marriage, husband-wife relationships, communication, and financial management. Premarital guidance also helps teenagers to prepare themselves physically and mentally for marriage.

Abstract

Social media is a popular communication medium among the millennial generation. Social media can be used as an educational medium for preconception nutrition education, especially in increasing awareness of the millennial generation regarding the importance of preconception nutrition. This research aims to analyze the role of social media as an educational medium for preconception nutrition education for the millennial generation in Purwakarta Regency, Indonesia. This research uses a qualitative research method with a phenomenological approach. Data collection was carried out through in-depth interviews with 10 millennial generation people in Purwakarta Regency. The research results show that social media plays an important role in increasing the millennial generation's awareness of the importance of preconception nutrition. Social media can be used to provide accurate and up-to-date information about preconception nutrition, and can encourage the millennial generation to be more active in adopting healthy eating patterns before pregnancy.

Abstract

Parenting is one of the important factors that influences children's development. The right parenting style can help children grow and develop into healthy and prosperous individuals. However, not all parents have good parenting skills. Parenting training can be an effort to improve parents' parenting skills. This research aims to determine the effect of parenting training on parents' parenting skills towards children in Ciwareng Village, Purwakarta Regency, Indonesia. This research uses quantitative methods with a pre-posttest control group design. The research sample was 60 parents who had children aged 6-12 years. The experimental group was given parenting training for 6 meetings, while the control group was given no training. The research results show that parenting training has a significant influence on parents' parenting abilities. The experimental group that received parenting training showed greater improvements in parenting abilities compared to the control group.

Abstract

Social media has become a popular means of communication among generation Z. This gives social media the potential to be used in premarital education. This research aims to analyze the effectiveness of the role of social media in premarital education for generation Z in Purwakarta Regency, Indonesia. This research uses a survey method with a sample of 200 respondents taken randomly from university students in Purwakarta Regency. Data was collected using a questionnaire that measures the effectiveness of the role of social media in premarital education. The research results show that social media is effective in premarital education for generation Z in Purwakarta Regency. This is demonstrated by the results of the analysis, which show that social media has a significant influence on respondents' knowledge, attitudes, and behavior regarding marriage. Based on the results of this research, social media can be an effective means of providing premarital education to generation Z. However, it should be noted that premarital education content on social media must be of high quality and in accordance with the needs of generation Z.

Abstract

Anxiety is one of the most common mental health problems experienced by generation Z. Acoustic music therapy is an alternative therapy that can be used to treat anxiety. This study aims to examine the effect of acoustic music therapy in overcoming anxiety in generation Z in Purwakarta Regency, Indonesia. This research uses a quasi-experimental research design with a pretest-posttest control group design. The research sample consisted of 60 people, who were divided into two groups, namely the acoustic music therapy group (30 people) and the control group (30 people). The acoustic music therapy group was given acoustic music therapy for 8 weeks, while the control group was not given any therapy. The results showed that there was a significant difference between the acoustic music therapy group and the control group in terms of anxiety levels. The acoustic music therapy group experienced a greater reduction in anxiety levels than the control group. Based on the results of this research, it can be concluded that acoustic music therapy is effective in overcoming anxiety in generation Z.
