Abstract

Divorce cases that occurred in Bruno District were ranked first in Purworejo Regency directly proportional to cases of early marriage. Data from the Office of Religious Affairs (KUA) of Bruno Sub-district, there were 15 cases of early marriage from 30 couples who got married in 2019. As a result of mental unpreparedness in building a household, it affects the way young couples solve a problem. This research is a qualitative research with a phenomenological approach. The phenomenon of young marriage by teenagers in Bruno Subdistrict, Purworejo Regency is influenced by several factors, namely economic factors, educational factors, parental factors, mass media and internet factors, biological factors, and pregnancy factors out of wedlock. Teenagers get married early because in Bruno District there are many cases of pregnancy outside marriage and promiscuity. Many young women and men who do early divorce are influenced by several factors, namely economic factors, maturity factors, communication factors, infidelity factors, heredity factors, educational factors, and environmental factors. The self-concept of the perpetrators of early marriage and early divorce in Bruno District, Purworejo Regency consists of a positive self-concept and a negative self-concept. Adolescents who have a positive self-concept are teenagers who try to be responsible according to their roles in the household both as husband and wife. Teenagers tend to have negative self-concepts about early marriage, where teenagers have the view that after marriage there is a physical change to become thinner.

Abstract

Online and conventional-based public transportation rates can be adjusted to possible fairest calculation by taking into account mileage, gasoline, and spare parts maintenance, this is as well as by primarily paying attention to and considering the driver partners who are members of it. Those circumstances will create effectivity and efficiency in order to have stable economy for Indonesia and the people. This study uses a normative juridical approach with the specification of the research is descriptive analytic. The results of the study show that the conformity policy concept of economic income in transportation businesses of both online-based public transportation and conventional public that integrates the principles of legal certainty and justice must carry out a reconstruction of the provisions of Article 183 paragraph 1 of Law no. 22 of 2009 concerning Road Traffic and Transportation.

Abstract

A leader is a frontrunner who will bring an organization to sail to its desires. In wearing out its functions a leader will normally use the management style/version this is believed to be the most perfect to support his achievement. Transformational leadership is leadership that gives freedom to the enterprise to offer thoughts for the progress of the employer, lets in subordinates to see troubles from special views, enables adapt to the converting environment, and improves the effectiveness of Human aid control in numerous sectors of the business enterprise. The influence of transformational management on organizational overall performance through expertise control has been studied in various research. This journal is the end result of systematic opinions from several journals on the influence of transformational management and information control on organizational overall performance. From the consequences of the literature search, five journals related to transformational leadership and know-how management effect on organizational overall performance had been determined. The consequences of the systematic evaluation show that the transformational management fashion and information management has a positive influence on enterprise performance, both at once and in a roundabout way.

Abstract

One of the problems that sometimes arises in the law enforcement process in the eradication of corruption crimes is the problem related to determining the status as a witness for cooperating perpetrators or justice collaborators in solving a corruption case. The existence of several problems stemming from the inequality of understanding or not having unification of policies in determining the status of the perpetrator as a cooperating perpetrator witness or justice collaborator along with the benefits arising from the determination of the cooperating perpetrator witness or justice collaborator certainly creates legal uncertainty and also does not provide benefits or utility for the party who is determined as a cooperating perpetrator witness or justice collaborator. The reconstruction of the policy of establishing appropriate legal norms aims to regulate the recognition or recognition and understanding or perception of the same legally regarding the determination of the status of cooperating perpetrator witnesses or justice collaborators that apply from the examination stage at the investigation level to the examination stage at the court level even up to the implementation of its execution in order to create the principle of legal certainty for the Defendant who is designated as cooperating perpetrator witnesses or justice collaborators.

Abstract

Online learning (e-learning) and conventional or classical learning tend to have the same effectiveness, but online learning has advantages in terms of flexibility. In carrying out their duties and functions, the researcher found that the evaluation system for student learning outcomes at the Jember State Polytechnic Health Department was not optimal. Thus, the study aims to describe the evaluation system for student learning outcomes based on WhatsApp Chatbot. Optimizing the evaluation of student learning outcomes has 8 stages, namely identifying problems through student respondent surveys, studying literature and supporting data for the manufacture of whatsapp robots, planning the process of making an evaluation system for student learning outcomes based on whatsapp robots, conducting a needs analysis of the whatsapp-based student learning outcomes evaluation system. Robots, designing systems, making media for evaluating student learning outcomes based on whatsapp robots, validating the system made by conducting trials and holding a Forum Group Discussion (FGD) for its use. In general, the optimization of the media for evaluating student learning outcomes with the WhatsApp robot-based application went well. However, this can continue to be developed, especially during the current covid-19 pandemic, some suggestions for the perfection of this application can hopefully be followed up as learning media innovations and evaluating student learning outcomes.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the launch of a new innovation from BKN, namely E-Kinerja which is used as a monitoring of the performance of ASN employees, in accordance with Government Circular number 16/SE/VII/20205/SE/V/ 2020. Apart from the E-Kinerja system, other things that can be done are: influencing performance improvement is competence, both of which become important variables with the addition of an intervening variable, namely motivation which is still interesting to study. The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of E-Kinerja and Competence on Performance. In addition, to analyze the effect of implementing E-Kinerja and Competence on Performance through Motivation. This study uses quantitative research methods with 31 employees as respondents. The data analysis method uses validity and reliability tests, while the classical assumption test uses heteroscedasticity test, multicollinearity test and normality test and is equipped with path analysis using trimming theory. The results of this study are E-Kinerja has no significant effect on motivation, competence has a significant effect on motivation, E-Kinerja has no significant effect on performance, competence has no effect on performance, motivation has a positive effect on performance. E-Kinerja through motivation has an effect on performance, competence through motivation has an effect on performance.

Abstract

Terrorism is a global issue for countries in the world, both in Indonesia itself. Since the existence of the Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia, the country has always faced incidents and threats of terror. This study aims to determine the security system and prevention of terrorist attacks in one of the offices of law enforcement agencies in Indonesia in order to anticipate potential threats of crime that may occur. This study used a qualitative approach, followed by an analysis of the location security system based on three ring security in the surveillance detection program and CPTED (Crime Prevention Through Environmental Design). Furthermore, conclusions and anticipation of problems can be made. This study concludes that in order to create comfort and security from the threat of various criminal acts, it is deemed necessary to have an integrated security plan as a preventive measure in securing and preventing terrorist attacks at the offices of law enforcement agencies in Indonesia.

Abstract

Prior to learning, pre-tests and questionnaires were given to determine students' abilities and interests in learning decimal. Based on the results of the initial test, it was found that students' initial abilities were very low with an average grade of 15.50, and from the results of the questionnaire, all students said they did not like decimal learning. After active learning to find the concept of algorithms in decimal material, the class average value was 86.27, meaning that the level of classical student mastery was 86.27. This indicated that the student mastery level was relatively high. Of the 20 students, there were 19 people or 95.0% who had finished studying, thus that classically learning decimal material had been completed. Judging from the specific learning objectives, all of them achieved above 65%. The results of the student questionnaire after the decimal material learning outcomes test was completed, obtained data that students felt happy with the learning they had just participated in. Students argue, the way is easy to understand and understand. With simple but interesting teaching aids, it can increase students' enthusiasm and interest in learning Mathematics. The classical learning outcomes have been completed based on the learning completeness criteria specified in the curriculum, specific learning objectives have been achieved based on the learning objectives achievement criteria, the student's response to learning is positive, the student's mastery of the material is high. It can be concluded that learning on decimal material in class V SD. already effective.

Abstract

This journal entitled Implications of the Rights of Workers Who Experiencing Termination of Employment (PHK) According to Law Number 13 of 2003 concerning Manpower discusses legal remedies that can be taken by workers who experience Termination of Employment (PHK) as a result of not fulfilling their rights by employers and legal sanctions against employers who violate workers' rights based on Law Number 13 of 2003 concerning Manpower. The results of this study indicate that workers can submit legal remedies to employers not giving rights due to layoffs mentioned in Article 171 of Law no. 13 of 2003 concerning Manpower, namely workers/laborers who experience termination of employment without the establishment of an industrial relations dispute resolution institution and administrative (bipartid)/civil measures and legal sanctions against employers who violate workers' rights as a result of layoffs, namely criminal and administrative sanctions. Article 189 Criminal sanctions of imprisonment, confinement and/or fines do not eliminate the obligation of employers to pay rights and/or compensation to workers or workers/laborers and Article 190 paragraph (2) namely administrative sanctions, namely warnings, written warnings, restrictions on activities business, freezing of business activities, cancellation of approval, cancellation of registration, temporary suspension of part or all of the means of production, up to revocation of permits.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze and describe the influence of the principal's managerial abilities, teacher performance, school culture and parental involvement on school effectiveness. This research is classified as a quantitative study where the data collected is in the form of numerical data from the results of the distribution of questionnaires, four free variables, namely the managerial ability of the principal (X1), teacher performance (X2), School Culture (X3) and parental involvement (X4) for bound variables, namely school effectiveness (Y). This study used 101 teacher respondents at Adventist Junior High School in North Sulawesi Province and a total of 202 populations were randomly sampled so that each respondent had an equal chance of being sampled. The data were then analyzed using multiple regression analysis to answer five research hypotheses. The results showed that the results that these four variables together have a positive and significant effect on school effectiveness.
