JUSTIAN: Jurnal Sistem Informasi Akuntansi merupakan jurnal yang berisi hasil pemikiran atau penelitian pada bidang sistem informasi akuntansi. Jurnal yang dikelola Program Studi Sistem Informasi Akuntansi Kampus Kota Pontianak, Fakultas Teknologi Informasi, Universitas Bina Sarana Informatika ini dipublikasikan secara online dengan menggunakan Open Journal System (OJS). Lingkup penelitian pada JUSTIAN: Jurnal Sistem Informasi Akuntansi, antara lain penerapan software akuntansi, rancang bangun sistem informasi akuntansi, dan aplikasi akuntansi berbasis android. Periode penerbitan JUSTIAN: Jurnal Sistem Informasi Akuntansi 2 (dua) kali dalam setahun, yaitu pada bulan Maret dan September. Dengan adanya JUSTIAN: Jurnal Sistem Informasi Akuntansi, maka diharapkan dapat menjadi wadah untuk menampung hasil pemikiran atau penelitian dari para peneliti, serta memberikan manfaat bagi masyarakat luas.

Abstract

Penerapan teknologi informasi dalam dunia pendidikan sangat penting untuk meningkatkan efisiensi dan efektivitas proses administrasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan merancang dan mengembangkan sistem informasi Madrasah Diniyah Takmiliyah Awaliyah Nurul Ikhlas Babakan Tipar Kabupaten Sukabumi untuk sekolah. Sistem ini dirancang untuk menyediakan informasi mengenai profil sekolah, fasilitas, kurikulum, kegiatan ekstrakurikuler, dan prestasi bagi calon siswa dan orang tua. Dengan adanya sistem informasi berbasis website ini, sekolah dapat menyampaikan informasi dengan lebih efektif dan efisien, serta meningkatkan interaksi dan komunikasi dengan masyarakat. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pengembangan sistem yang melibatkan analisis kebutuhan, desain sistem, implementasi, dan pengujian. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa website yang dirancang mampu meningkatkan aksesibilitas informasi sekolah, mempermudah komunikasi antara sekolah dan masyarakat, serta mendukung transparansi informasi. Selain itu, website ini juga diharapkan dapat meningkatkan citra sekolah di mata masyarakat dan menjadi media promosi yang efektif.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the role of human resource accounting information systems (HRIS) in improving employee management efficiency through a systematic review of the literature. Using the modified PRISMA method and Watase Uake tools, this study analyzed 9 selected scientific articles published between 2019-2023. The review results show that HR accounting information systems have a crucial role in improving employee management efficiency through several key aspects: (1) Integration of advanced technologies such as data analytics and blockchain that improve the accuracy and speed of HR information processing; (2) More effective data-driven decision-making related to employee recruitment, development, and retention; (3) More accurate measurement of performance and ROI for HR investments; (4) Increased transparency and accountability in HR management; (5) Optimization of human resource allocation that contributes to increased productivity and profitability. This study also reveals the importance of the integration of HR accounting information systems with the overall business strategy as well as the influence of system quality and user competence on the effectiveness of its implementation. These findings provide valuable insights for practitioners and researchers in the field of HR accounting and human resource management. In conclusion, HR accounting information systems prove to be a very important tool in improving the efficiency of employee management in this digital era. Further research is recommended to explore the integration of artificial intelligence in this system as well as its long-term impact on organizational performance.

Abstract

CV. Damar Abadi transaction data processing and financial reports still use a manual system, namely recording still uses manual writing even for writing reports recorded in the ledger. The purpose of this study is to design a web-based cash receipt and disbursement management information system using the waterfall model for software development. Data collection techniques used are observation, interviews and literature studies. This application can help CV. Damar Abadi in managing inventory data, sales and purchase transactions, to the process of making financial reports automatically. This is very helpful for the company in managing its business.

Abstract

Dinakara Putra is a business engaged in the plastic industry, producing various eco-friendly packaging products such as Oxium additive & Cassava Bag / Starch Bag for bread and medicine pouch packaging, as well as multilayer packaging like lid cups and standing pouches. The company selects the best employees based on their performance, and as an appreciation, bonuses are given to selected employees. However, the current evaluation system is conducted by one person and is subjective, lacking structure and consistency among evaluations. Therefore, there is a need for a decision support system to facilitate the company in accurately determining the best employeesThis research employs the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method for decision-making, which calculates the total weight of performance assessments for each alternative across all relevant attributes. Data collection methods include observation, interviews, and literature review with a waterfall resolution method. There are 4 weighted criteria evaluated: attendance 20%, work quality 30%, cooperation 25%, and responsibility 25%. Abstract

This research aims to find out how to design and create a Microsoft Excel Macro application in the Islamic Center employee rental information system. The object of this research is the Samarinda Islamic Center Mosque. Data collection techniques are field studies and library research. The analysis tool used is the Microsoft Excel Macro (VBA) program command. The research results show that this application can help input data, save data, edit data, Delete data, Cancel data input, and print reports as needed. So, it is hoped that this application can help the work process at the Samarinda Islamic Center Mosque

Abstract

The rapid advancement of information technology, particularly Microsoft Excel, facilitates the management of administrative data in educational institutions. Information systems are crucial for enhancing efficiency and effectiveness. The administration at Pondok Pesantren Darul Musthofa Sangatta is conducted manually, resulting in deficiencies such as inaccurate data, difficulties in information retrieval, limitations in student data management, and inefficient operations. The student administration information system is considered a solution to address these challenges. This system facilitates the management of student administrative data for administrators. The system is developed using the waterfall methodology, encompassing phases of requirement analysis, design, coding with VBA Macro in Microsoft Excel, testing, and maintenance. This study has produced a web-based student administration information system at Pondok Pesantren Darul Musthofa Sangatta. The system streamlines the administration of student data within the institution, conserving time, effort, and resources. Furthermore, it allows students and parents/guardians to access administrative information, including monthly payments, re-registration, and remaining funds. The system has been customized to meet the specific requirements of Pondok Pesantren Darul Musthofa Sangatta

Abstract

The rapid advancement of information and communication technology (ICT) has transformed transaction methods across sectors, including product sales. ICT supports information systems that help businesses achieve their objectives. The contraption industry, in particular, has adopted digital platforms to meet market demands, with e-commerce rapidly growing in Indonesia. E-commerce is replacing conventional shopping due to its convenience, comfort, and variety. It relies on WWW technology, databases, email, delivery systems, and payment tools. However, many contraption businesses face challenges in reaching customers effectively due to marketing limitations, disorganized product management, and subpar shopping experiences. To address this, an innovative solution is needed: a web-based online sales platform that simplifies transactions and offers a secure, enjoyable shopping experience. The Gadget-Sale platform aims to meet these needs with a user-friendly interface, comprehensive product catalogs, secure payment systems, and responsive customer service. This platform helps businesses manage inventory, monitor sales trends, and design targeted marketing strategies. Abstract

Information systems are here to provide various supports and conveniences in various aspects of life, including in the economic sector. One example is a photo studio, which is a business in the economic sector that utilizes information systems. This business offers photography services with a wide target market. However, the process of promoting and managing photo studios is still mostly done manually and has not utilized the information system optimally, so it is prone to errors, such as in delivering service package information, ordering, and making reports. The use of information systems aims to minimize these errors while optimizing the promotion of services offered by service providers such as photo studios, photographers, and freelance videographers. This system is designed to display detailed information, including portfolios and galleries of work, making it easier for consumers to place orders. In addition, this information system can also generate periodic order reports for service providers. System development is carried out using the Waterfall method, PHP programming language, Laravel framework, and MySQL database.

Abstract

Production is a process in which goods or services called inputs are converted into goods or services called outputs. Where the production function shows how much maximum output can be produced if a certain amount of input is used in the production process. The object of research at PD. Daya Jaya, the author examines the production section where the process of calculating production costs used is still less effective. The system created applies the Order Costing Method, where the order costing method is a method that produces based on each order, collecting the cost of production using the order costing method. The methodology used to build this system uses the waterfall method. The programming language used in creating web-based applications consists of hypertext preprocessor (PHP), hypertext markup language (HTML), cascading style sheet (CSS). The results of this study are web-based applications where there are several features in the admin section, there are accounts, raw materials, auxiliary materials, factory overhead, employees, orders, incoming raw materials, incoming auxiliary materials and order history. Then in the production section there is production and in the owner section there is a report feature where the owner can view and print reports

Abstract

PT. Tri Alfa Sinar Mandiri is a company engaged in the field of parking system services which is a leading smart parking system provider in Indonesia by utilizing advanced technology to create an efficient, safe, and comfortable parking experience for all users. The parking system offered uses the latest technology and processes used to manage, organize, and facilitate the use of parking spaces in an efficient and structured manner. This application aims to improve comfort, security, and efficiency in finding, using, and paying for parking spaces. Some of the features include parking sensors using ultrasonic and infrared sensors to detect the presence of vehicles in each parking slot, CCTV cameras as a surveillance system to improve security in the parking area, Barrier Gate and Ticket Dispenser used as automatic access control for vehicles entering and exiting.
