Abstract

The purpose of perpetuating the Society To increase knowledge for participants, namely students, the importance of the benefits of the mendeley application as reference management of library sources in research.  To improve the ability of the participants, namely students, to be able to operate the mendeley application properly and correctly. As a reference database, reference files such as books or articles from journals in PDF form can be stored and given appropriate information to help facilitate searching.  Saved PDF files can also be opened, read, and annotated with sticky notes or highlights. Writings created with Microsoft Word, Open Office or LaTex can be linked to Mendeley software so that citations and bibliographies can be compiled automatically.Tujuan dari pengabadian Masyarakat Untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan bagi para peserta yakni mahasiswa pentingnya manfaat aplikasi mendeley sebagai manajemen referensi sumber-sumber pustaka dalam penelitian.  Untuk meningkatkan kemampuan para peserta yakni mahasiswa agar dapat mengoperasikan aplikasi mendeley dengan baik dan benar.Sebagai  database  referensi,  file  referensi  seperti buku atau artikel dari jurnal dalam bentuk PDF bisa disimpan dan  diberi keterangan yang tepat untuk membantu mempermudah pencarian.  File-file PDF yang  disimpan  juga  bisa  dibuka,  dibaca,  dan  diberi  catatancatatan dengan sticky notes atau highlight. Tulisan yang dibuat  dengan  Microsoft  Word,  Open  Office  atau  LaTex  bisa  dihubungkan  dengan software Mendeley sehingga sitasi dan daftar referensi (bibliography) bisa disusun secara otomatis

Abstract

The digital era has an impact on people's economic activities which provide convenience, speed and accuracy in financial transactions, one of which is e-money, where the GoPay application is an e-money application that offers convenience and security in various digital payment transactions. The aim of the research is to analyze the influence of security, information quality, and system quality on the trust and satisfaction of users of the GoPay e-money application. Researchers collected 350 samples by distributing questionnaires to GoPay application users. The research results show that security, information quality, and system quality significantly influence trust and satisfaction of users. Abstract

Dewasa ini suatu organisasi menciptakan berbagai strategi bisnis untuk meningkatkan keunggulan kompetitif, dimana untuk mencapai keberhasilan suatu lembaga tergantung pada kualitas pelayanan yang diberikan. Sejumlah penelitian telah membahas mengenai service level agreement tetapi hanya sampai pada pembuatan dokumen dan layanan pengaduan permasalahan sampai pada helpdesk. Dari kedua riset tersebut belum teridentifikasi pengukuran tingkat kinerja pegawai berdasarkan tingkat kepuasan pengguna dan tanpa adanya sistem diketahui secara real time menyulitkan kinerja dalam pelaksanaan dan pengawasan kinerja. Berdasarkan permasalahan yang muncul penulis betujuan untuk membangun sistem pengelolaan service level agreement secara online. Metode pengembangan sistem menggunakan Rapid Application Development dan pemodelan sistem menggunakan Unified Modelling Language. Untuk pengujian aplikasi menggunakan metode pengujian black box testing. Hasil dari pengembangan ini berupa aplikasi sistem pengelolaan service level agreement berbasis online. Pengguna dapat melakukan pengawasan dan permintaan layanan dengan fasilitas tiket dan cek status permintaan dengan mengakses website serta informasi tingkat kinerja berdasarkan tingkat kepuasan pengguna dapat diketahui secara real time dengan melihat statistik dan report.

Abstract

This research examines tax education which influences tax knowledge with the mediation of tax knowledge. Data from a survey of 130 individual taxpayers in Samarinda who had taken taxation courses through formal tertiary level education were analyzed using smartPLS, which produces findings that tax education and tax knowledge have a significant and positive effect on tax compliance, tax education has a significant and positive effect on tax knowledge, and tax education has a significant and positive effect on tax compliance through tax knowledge which is partial mediation. This research results in empirical evidence regarding the importance of tax education in increasing tax compliance. High tax compliance will help the government in terms of funding to carry out work programs that can ultimately improve people’s lives.

Abstract

This research aims to find out how to design and create a Microsoft Excel Macro application in the information system at the Hj Ninik Kustiani Samarinda Clinic. The object of this research is the Hj Clinic. Ninik Kustiani Samarinda. Data collection techniques are field studies and library research. The analysis tool used is the Microsoft Excel Macro (VBA) program command. The research results show that this application can make it easier to input data, save data, edit data, delete data, cancel data input, and print reports according to clinic needs. So the use of an Information System using Macro Microsoft Excel provides great benefits, especially in helping integrated or computerized work processes at the Hj Ninik Kustiani Samarinda Clinic.

Abstract

CV. Nisa Catering Sangatta was established in Sangatta on January 7, 2019 by Notary Redi Allo Padang, S.H., M.Kn. The author wants to research how to improve employee productivity strategies at CV. Nisa Catering Sangatta. The main focus of this study is to identify factors that influence employee productivity at CV. Nisa Catering Sangatta. This study uses a qualitative method. In this study, data collection techniques used observation and interviews. The data obtained were then processed and then developed into certain relationship patterns. In this study, the data sources used were primary data sources and secondary data. The results of the study explain that the strategy used at CV. Nisa Catering Sangatta implements a focus on improving skills through routine training, providing incentives and rewards to motivate employees, encouraging open communication between management and employees to ensure that any problems or obstacles in work can be resolved quickly and adopting a digital management system to manage work schedules, orders, and inventory. This study reveals that the company also creates a conducive work environment with adequate facilities. These steps are designed to provide the motivation and support necessary for employees to work more efficiently and productively

Abstract

This study investigates the determinants of financial management behavior (FMB) among Accounting students at a Polytechnic institution, focusing on lifestyle, financial literacy, love of money, and fintech payment as independent variables. Utilizing multiple linear regression analysis, the research explores the relationships between these variables and students' financial management practices. The findings indicate that financial literacy and fintech payment significantly influence FMB, with financial literacy showing a substantial positive effect (β = 0.387). Conversely, lifestyle and love of money were found to exert no statistically significant impact on financial management behavior. When analyzed collectively, the four independent variables demonstrated a significant simultaneous effect on FMB, as confirmed by the F-test. The study underscores the pivotal role of financial literacy and fintech adoption in shaping sound financial management among students in the digital era. The results suggest that educational institutions should prioritize integrated financial education programs to enhance students' financial competencies. Future research could expand the scope by incorporating additional variables, such as the influence of social media or students' spending patterns in the digital age. This research contributes valuable insights into the factors influencing financial management behavior and the growing relevance of digital financial tools in personal finance management.

Abstract

Penulisan artikel ini merupakan produk dari kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat yang bertujuan untuk membangun sistem informasi surat perjalanann dinas berbasis macro microsoft excel yang diselenggarakan pada pondok pesantren “Al-Mahsyar” Nurul Iman Tenggarong, Kutai Kartanegara, Kalimantan Timur, Indonesia. Diharapkan adanya sistem informasi perjalanann dinas membantu pondok pesantren mengolah administrasi perjalanann dinas lebih efektif, terstruktur dan akuntabel. Metode yang di gunakan untuk menrealisasikan tujuan tersebut adalah tim pengabdian masyarkat membangun sistem informasi perjalanann dinas berbasis macro microsoft excel. Proses ini dimulai dari pengisian formulir pengajuan perjalanann dinas oleh pegawai, lalu verifikasi oleh administratur, lalu validasi persetujuan dan pencetakan surat perjalanann dinas dapat dilakukan dengan cepat dan praktis.  Alhasil memungkinkan pesantren untuk mengelola dokumen perjalanann dinas secara digital, mulai dari pengajuan, proses hingga dokumentasi laporan, sehingga dapat meningkatkan efektivitas pengelolaan administrasi dan meminimalisir kesalahan dalam pencatatan dan pendokumentasian. Kegiatan ini terdiri dari dua bagian utama, yaitu pembuatan aplikasi dan pelatihan penggunaan sistem informasi perjalanann dinas yang telah dikembangkan. Pelatihan untuk memahami cara kerja sistem, mulai dari menginput pengajuan perjalanann dinas, melakukan verifikasi, hingga menghasilkan rekomendasi dan laporan. Melalui bimbingan dari tim pengabdian, para peserta mengapresiasi dengan positip, melalui bimbingan praktis dengan mudah mempraktikkan langsung dalam skenario simulasi.

Abstract

The rapid advancement of information technology, particularly Microsoft Excel, facilitates the management of administrative data in educational institutions. Information systems are crucial for enhancing efficiency and effectiveness. The administration at Pondok Pesantren Darul Musthofa Sangatta is conducted manually, resulting in deficiencies such as inaccurate data, difficulties in information retrieval, limitations in student data management, and inefficient operations. The student administration information system is considered a solution to address these challenges. This system facilitates the management of student administrative data for administrators. The system is developed using the waterfall methodology, encompassing phases of requirement analysis, design, coding with VBA Macro in Microsoft Excel, testing, and maintenance. This study has produced a web-based student administration information system at Pondok Pesantren Darul Musthofa Sangatta. The system streamlines the administration of student data within the institution, conserving time, effort, and resources. Furthermore, it allows students and parents/guardians to access administrative information, including monthly payments, re-registration, and remaining funds. The system has been customized to meet the specific requirements of Pondok Pesantren Darul Musthofa Sangatta

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of the Management Accounting Information System and Performance Measurement System on Managerial Performance at PT Pupuk Kalimantan Timur Tbk. This research uses a quantitative approach, using primary data through questionnaires. The respondents in this research were the Business and Administration Department at PT Pupuk Kalimantan Timur. The independent variable used in this research is Managerial Performance. In this research, the analytical tool used is multiple linear regression. The research results show that the management accounting information system and performance measurement system have a positive and significant effect on managerial performance. So it can be concluded that H1 and H2 are accepted. The research results also show that the management accounting information system and performance measurement system simultaneously have a positive and significant influence on managerial performance at PT Pupuk Kalimantan Timur Tbk
