Abstract

The diversity of fish in Kampar regency is quite high and it can be used as information for World education, especially for teachers and students in the school, thus the book of fish diversity in Kampar was developed. This research aimed to analyze the effectiveness of the fish diversity book to see the creative thinking skills. This quasi-experimental study used a pretest-posttest control group design. The independent variable was learning using the book Fish Diversity in Kampar, and the dependent variable was the students’ creative thinking ability. Data were collected using a multiple-choice test with four creative thinking indicators: fluent, flexible, original, and detailed thinking. Hypothesis analysis used an Independent t-test. The result showed that the experiment class performed better than the control class in all indicators. Fluent thinking was 66 (adequate) for control, and 88 for an experimental class or very good; flexible thinking was 74 for control and 88 for the experiment; original thinking in the control class was 74 and scored 93 for the experimental group; detailed thinking in the control class was 71 and scored 91 in the experimental group. The hypothesis test showed that t-count> t-table with a value of -12.883> 2.002. In conclusion, the Book Fish Diversity Kampar Regency effectively improved the creative thinking of students on the topic of biodiversity

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of giving Bawang Dayak extract as a hepatoprotector to CCl4 induced mice. The research design used in this study was experimental research design by using 25 white male mice aged 2-3 months as samples. The ethanol extract of Bawang Dayak was given orally and induce by using intraperitoreal injection, so the treatment was divided into 5 groups; group 1) negative control (without treatment), 2) positive control which was induced CCl4 at a dose 1.3 ml/kg BW ip, 3) given Bawang Dayak extract at a dose 90 mg/kg BW po + CCl4 induced at a dose 1.3 ml/kg BW ip, 4) given Bawang Dayak extract at a dose 100 mg/kg BW po + CCl4 induced at a dose 1.3 ml/kg BW ip, 5) given Bawang Dayak extract at a dose 110 mg/kg BW po + CCl4 induced at a dose 1.3 ml/kg BW ip. The treatment was done for 53 days. On the 54th-57th day, the mice were injected CCl4 intra peritoneal. On the 58th day, the mice were dissected and taken the hepar organ. After that, making the hepar preparat with safranin staining was done. The observation was done by looking at the damaged hepar cells which were classified into piknotik, main karioreksi and kariolisis from 3 fields of view. The data was analyzed by Anova One Way. The result of the study showed the average score of hepar damage of group 1=48, group 2=107.4, group 3=89.2, group 4=61.8, and group 5=45. The analysis showed that giving Bawang Dayak extract at a dose 110 mg/kg BW could improve hepatoprotector CCl4 induced mice. Keywords: Bawang dayak, CCl4, damage histology liver cells.

Abstract

Hasilpenelitianmenunjukkanbahwamasyarakatpetani di wilayahinimenerapkan system penanamantumpangsari, penanamanmenyesuaikandenganmusim, hasilperhitungan INP menunjukkanPhaseolius vulgaris memilikinilai INP tertinggidiantarajenis-jeniskacang-kacangan yang dibudidayakan.Demikianjuganilai UVs tertinggiterdapatpadatanamanPhaseolus vulgaris.Ada yang sangatpentingdarihasilstudiiniadalahbahwapetanimasihmempertahankanmenanambeberapa species kacangkoro( diantaranyaDiclochus lab lab,Phaseoluslunatus, Canavaliaensiformis).

Abstract

ABSTRAK   Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi praktek Pendidikan untuk Pembangunan Berkelanjutan (PPB) di Pondok Pesantren. Setting penelitian: Pondok Pesantren Modern Selamat Kendal yang sudah ada motivasi dalam pengelolaan lingkungan fisik dan biologis. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif naturalistik yang mengedepankan adanya interaksi dan observasi partisipatif dengan subjek yang diteliti, dan melakukan observasi, dan wawancara dengan komunitas pondok pesantren. Pemilihan sampel secara purposive, accidental, dan snow-ball sampling. Kondisi lingkungan dan proses pembelajaran PPB diobservasi secara mendalam. Hasil wawancara ditranskrip, kemudian disajikan secara deskriptif. Data penelitian kualitatif berupa naratif, deskriptif, dokumen pribadi, catatan lapangan, dokumen pondok pesantren, foto, video-tapes, dan hasil rekaman CCTV. Guna memperoleh validitas data, komponen analisis data yang dilakukan adalah pengelompokan data, refleksi, dan triangulasi. Hasil penelitian menemukan 5 dimensi PPB yakni dimensi lingkungan, ekonomi, sosial-budaya, edukasional dan spiritual yang telah diimplementasikan dengan baik dalam kehidupan sehari-hari oleh seluruh komunitas pondok. Implementasi  ini terutama didukung oleh faktor kurukulum, proses pembelajaran pengetahuan umum dan agama, serta aktivitas spiritual komunitas pesantren dan Pendirinya.   Kata Kunci: PPB, pondok pesantren

Abstract

Curriculum 2013 provides the consequences of learning assessment. Assessment claimed is authentic assessment, which includes an assessment of attitudes, knowledge and performance / skills . The purpose of this study was to develop an appropriate assessment 2013 curriculum demands on materials of photosynthesis in junior class 8 . Expansion assessment performed on practical learning method Ingenhouz experiment . Assessment developed include: questions of science process skills (SPS) and the Student Worksheet (SWS) to measure the results of studying the nature of cognitive , attitude assessment for learning to measure the results of studying the nature of affective and observation procedures used to measure the results of studying the nature psychomotor . Developed Assessment tried in undergraduate students of junior high school1 Jatinangor 1 class with a total of 36 students . The results showed that the form of the questions assessment SPS and the questions at SWS may disclose the ability of students in observing , communicating , interpretation , applying the concepts and the ability to use tools and materials .. Whereas assessment developed performance can reveal the ability of students in experiment Ingenhouz and demonstrate the process of photosynthesis to produce starch . Abstract

This article aims to describe the interactive rules of the development of LCDS-based electronic physics learning modules on Circular Motion material.The research method used is the development method with the ADDIE model. In this case, it only covers three stages, namely the Analysis, Design, and Development stage. The data obtained are qualitative data supported by quantitative data.The data source consisted of the results of the validation of 2 expert validators, 3 reviewers of high school physics teachers and the results of the students' assessment during the trial.There are three stages of the trial: one-to-one trials involving 3 students, small-group trials involving 9 students, and field trials involving 89 students. All trials were conducted at 3 different schools: SMA Al Islam 1 Surakarta, SMA N Kebak Kramat Karanganyar dan SMA N Colomadu Karanganyar. The data analysis technique used is descriptive qualitative supported by quantitative data. Based on the results of validation and testing, it shows that the LCDS-based physics electronic module that is developed meets the criteria very well.The interactive rules of developing this module can be observed from the module's storyboard. The storyboard analysis shows that in each sub-program, the content structure of the module consists of an introduction (in the form of video shows, followed by questions to explore students' initial understanding), simulations supported by LKPD (means of learning students), discussion forums, material summaries (reinforcement of discussion results) , practice questions, and evaluation questions (evaluating student understanding).Overall it can be concluded that the results of the development of LCDS-based physics learning modules on Circular Motion material meet the criteria very well, from the results of the storyboard analysis the module shows that the module can support interactive learning.

Abstract

Abstract- Cellulose production in bacteria is influenced by the fermentation method, both quantitatively and qualitatively. Bacterial cellulose produced by different fermentation methods were compared based on the dry weight of the cellulose produced. While the physical properties compared using SEM and XRD technique. Production of cellulose in acetic acid bacteria strain KRE-12 with static fermentation method, shaking 50 rpm, shaking 100 rpm and shaking150 rpm was0,49; 0,12; 0,13 and 0,10 g/100 ml, respectively. The degree of crystallinity by XRD method in static fermentation method was 91 %, shaking fermentation  100 rpm was73 % and shaking fermentation150 rpm was72%. Static fermentation method produces bacterial cellulose in thesheets form, while shaking fermentation produces fragmented cellulose with predominantly spherical shape. The observation of the surface structure of bacterial cellulose by SEM showed that the static fermentation method generates woven densely of cellulose microfibrils. The change from a static method to shaking fermentation causes the surface structure changes. Some changes have been observed in which woven microfibrils become more loose and form a larger gap between the holecellulose woven microfibrils. Keywords : acetic acid bacteria , bacterial cellulose, static fermentation, shaking

Abstract

Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode jelajah  dengan melakukan pendataan jenis pohon  di wilayah  kampus  utama  Universitas  Sebelas  maret.  Selanjutnya  dari berbagai  jenis pohon yang ditemukan, ditentukan kategori manfaat setiap jenis dengan acuan buku Tanaman berguna Indonesia karya K.Heyne. Hasil yang diperoleh pada saat ini meliputi 116 tumbuhan diantaranya 61 jenis pohon yang ditemukan di area kajian. Dari ke 61 jenis pohon yang teridentifikasi, terdapat 7 kategori kegunaan utamanya. Ketuju kategori tersebut secara berturut turut adalah sebagai peneduh (49%) sebagai tanaman obat sebanyak (30%), sebagai bahan indsutri (25%), sebagai penghasil buah yang siap makan (25%), sebagai tanaman hias (25%), sebagai penghasil bahan makanan dan sayuran (13%), dan sebagai pagar (7%). Data ini juga menunjukkan bahwa di UNS tidak ada pohon yang meiliki kegunaan utama sebagai pakan ternak (0%) dan rempah rempah (0%). Dari hasil identifikasi dapat disimpulkan bahwa pohon di lingkup UNS memiliki kategori kegunaan yang bervariasi meliputi peneduh,(paling banyak) bahan obat, bahan industry, penghasil buah, sayur dan bahan makanan,pagar (paling sedikit).
