Juremi: Jurnal Riset Ekonomi is a research base journal published by Bajang Institute. The journal published six times per year. This journal started publishes since 2021 In the following year of publication, the journal is going to publish trianually. Any interested author could submit the manuscript following the submission guidelines. Please read these guidelines carefully. Authors who want to submit their manuscript to the editorial office of Jurnal Amal should obey the writing guidelines. If the manuscript submitted is not appropriate with the guidelines or written in a different format, it will be REJECTED by the editors before further reviewed. The editors will only accept the manuscripts which meet the assigned format. Every article that goes to the editorial staff will be selected through Desk Review and Initial Manuscript Evaluation processes by Editorial Board. Then, the articles will be sent to the Mitra Bebestari/peer reviewer and will go to the next selection by Double-Blind Peer-Review Process. Further details on reviewing policy and processes are available on submission guidelines. The aim of this journal publication is to disseminate the conceptual thoughts or ideas and research results that have been achieved in the area of community services. All manuscripts submitted to the journal recommended being written in good English or Bahasa Indonesia. The scope and focus is related to research in economics, accounting, management and also economic education studies such as microeconomics, macroeconomics, development studies, behavioral economics, human resource management, finance, leadership management, marketing, accounting and research on education in economical. This journal also publishes articles related to the study of banking, small and medium enterprises, stock market, Islamic economics, Islamic banking, Islamic accounting and other sharia-related economic fields. And also publishes development policy studies. In accordance with its scope, the Juremi: Jurnal Riset Ekonomi welcomes multidisciplinary articles related to economic research, management, accounting, and economic education both conventional and sharia. This journal accepts qualitative research and quantitative research. The journal aims to publish a scientific article from researchers from Indonesia and other countries.

Abstract

This study aims to identify and analyze the driving and pulling factors that influence tourists' decisions in choosing lantan tourism villages as tourist destinations. The research used a qualitative approach. Data was collected through observation, interviews and documentation. The results of this study were obtained six factors that attract tourists to visit Lantan Tourism Village, namely, its natural beauty, enchanting waterfalls, adequate access, supporting facilities such as toilets, prayer rooms, trash cans and gazebos are available, there are products sold such as cascara tea, handicrafts from plastic waste, banana chips, taro chips and tourists can do activities other than enjoying the scenery such as cycling, soft tracking and participating in farming and gardening community activities. The strategies obtained are promotion, information, hospitality and service and cooperation with stakeholders

Abstract

This research aims to find out the role of Generation Z in implementing responsible traveling for sustainable tourism. Generation Z is defined as individuals born between 1995 and 2012. This generation is environmentally conscious and has a high concern for social issues. This research uses a qualitative approach. Data collection was done by observation, interview, and documentation. Secondary data was obtained from various sources such as digital literacy and research journal reference sources. Primary data was obtained by semi-structured interviews with generation Z tourists and local communities who often conduct travel activities to explore the opinions and knowledge of informants about how generation Z's role in the application of responsible traveling for sustainable tourism. The result of the research is that generation Z have an important role in the application of responsible traveling for sustainable tourism. Generation Z has high knowledge and awareness of the importance of sustainable tourism. Generation Z is also active in various sustainable tourism activities, such as nature tourism, educational tourism, and cultural tourism. This research shows that Generation Z has an important influence on others in terms of the implementation of responsible traveling. Generation Z often promotes sustainable tourism to their friends, family and followers on social media. The results concluded that generation Z has an important role in the application of responsible traveling for sustainable tourism. Generation Z have important knowledge, awareness and influence to encourage more environmentally friendly and sustainable tourism

Abstract

Outbound Tour Packages are packages that provide tourist facilities for tourists to visit a destination and carry out all kindsof fun activitiesin the form of outbound activities. This research was motivated by the author’s desire to see innovation in outbound tourism packages in the Bilebante Green Tourism Village, Pringgarata District, Central Lombok Regency. The aim of this research is to find out how to develop outbound tourism packages in the Bilebante Green Tourism Village. The empowerment of women and high solidarity from the community was the beginning of the development of the Bilebante Green Tourism Village. The research method used in this research is a desciptive qualitative method. The data collection stages were carried out throught observation, interviews and documentation stages and the result of this research were the discovery of the advantages and disadvantages of the Outbound Tour Package in the Bilebante Green Tourism Village which the researchers innovated into an Outbound Tour Package in the form of a Flyer Tour Packages

Abstract

This research aims to test the application of government accounting standards and the effectiveness of Hajj fund management on the quality of Hajj financial reports at BPKH Bekasi City for the 2020 - 2022 period. This study uses a quantitative approach. The research population used Hajj and Umrah (PHU) employees at BPKH Bekasi city. Sampling in this study used purposive sampling, namely taking samples from a population of 31 respondents. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression test analysis. The data processing tool is SPSS 26. Based on this research, it shows that: 1). Partially, the variable role of government accounting standards has a significant effect on the quality variable of Hajj financial reports 2). The variable effectiveness of Hajj fund management has a significant effect on the quality of Hajj financial reports at BPKH Bekasi City. Originality/Value this article with the title Implementation of Government Accounting Standards and Effectiveness of Financial Management of Hajj Funds on the Quality of Hajj Financial Reports at BPKH Bekasi City (Period 2020 – 2022). Abstract

Permasalahan pada penelitian ini adalah apakah ada pengararuh secara parsial terhadap faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kepatuhan wajib pajak bumi dan bangunan perdesaan dan perkotaan di kabupaten manggarai. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji variabel-variabel pengetahuan wajib pajak, kualitas pelayanan, kesadaran wajib pajak, sanksi wajib pajak yang dilakukan di kabupaten manggarai.Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif deskriptif. Pengambilan sampel pada penelitian ini menggunakan teknik random sampling. Data wajib pajak yang digunakan pada penelitian ini sebanyak 53 responden dari pengumpulan data yang dilakukan dengan metode kuesioner dan diolah dengan menggunakan SPSS 16 statistick. Hasil penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa pengetahuan wajib pajak berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepatuhan wajib pajak, Kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh positef dan signifikan terhadap kepatuhan wajib pajak, kesadaran wajib pajak berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepatuhan wajib pajak, sedangkan sanksi wajib pajak berpengaruh negative terhadap kepatuhan wajib pajak

Abstract

This research aims to identify the Potential of Sintung Village as a Tourism Village in Central Lombok, using a SWOT analysis approach. This research uses a qualitative descriptive method, coupled with a data collection process carried out by observation, interviews, and documentation. The data used were primary data and secondary data. Data obtained from interviews with the management of Taman Sintung Tourism Village and supported by data from research journal references. The result of this research is that Taman Sintung Tourism Village has potential as a Tourism Village supported by completed development, adequate amenity and accessibility, and a strategic area, but still has many shortcomings that have not been resolved until now

Abstract

This research aims to explore the perceptions and challenges in the development of local tour guide performance through training in Ende Tourism Village, Central Lombok. This case study provides an overview of the success of West Nusa Tenggara Province in managing tourism as a cultural heritage beneficial to the community. Ende Village, with its cultural richness and natural beauty, holds significant tourism potential. However, local tour guides in Ende still face complex challenges, particularly in enhancing foreign language skills after initial training. Despite this, significant opportunities arise with the frequency of visits by foreign tourists, yet the threat of increasing competition underscores the need for innovative and proactive marketing strategies. Therefore, this study proposes to delve into the perceptions of local tour guides regarding the training they receive and identify key obstacles to be addressed, focusing on SWOT analysis to understand strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats in the development of local tourism in Ende Village

Abstract

This study aims to determine the communication techniques used by local tour guides in the Bilebante Green Tourism Village in the process of interpretation or storytelling to tourists. The method used is a qualitative method by conducting observations, interviews and documentation to several local tour guides in the Bilebante Green Tourism Village. The results of this study are that some tour guides communicate according to standards by self-taught and some have applied Onong Uchjana Effendy's communication techniques which include informative, persuasive, interaction / coercive and human relations communication techniques. Which in doing a communication is also very related to the elements of communication techniques, from Harold Laswell including; who (who / source), says what (what / message), in which channel (media), to whom (who / recipient), with what effect (impact / effect). Abstract

Tourism destinations today increasingly the influence of travel influencers in promoting their attractions. This research aims to explore the role that travel influencers play in destination marketing, focusing on the case of Mandalika Destination in Lombok. Through literature analysis, this article presents an in-depth understanding of how travel influencers influence tourists' perception and interest in the destination, as well as the strategies used to increase Mandalika's visibility and appeal through social media platforms. The findings of this study highlight the importance of cooperation between tourism destinations and travel influencers, as well as its practical implications in developing effective marketing strategies to increase tourist visits and boost local economic revenue. This research makes an important contribution in the context of modern tourism marketing, by providing insights into how the utilization of travel influencers can be an effective tool in promoting and marketing tourism destinations

Abstract

The Business Model Canvas is one of the managerial tools used to analyze a business model within the company which can also be used to evaluate the business model if there are changes that occur both internally and externally. This research was conducted to find out the business model currently being run by the CV. Coren Lombok company using primary data types with observation, documentation, and interview methods. This research is adescriptive qualitative research with an analysis method of 9 building blocks of the Canvas Business Model. The result is that CV. Coren Lombok has implemented its business model with the guidelines of the 9-block Business Model Canvas even though it does not yet have a physical form of the managerial tool
