Juremi: Jurnal Riset Ekonomi is a research base journal published by Bajang Institute. The journal published six times per year. This journal started publishes since 2021 In the following year of publication, the journal is going to publish trianually. Any interested author could submit the manuscript following the submission guidelines. Please read these guidelines carefully. Authors who want to submit their manuscript to the editorial office of Jurnal Amal should obey the writing guidelines. If the manuscript submitted is not appropriate with the guidelines or written in a different format, it will be REJECTED by the editors before further reviewed. The editors will only accept the manuscripts which meet the assigned format. Every article that goes to the editorial staff will be selected through Desk Review and Initial Manuscript Evaluation processes by Editorial Board. Then, the articles will be sent to the Mitra Bebestari/peer reviewer and will go to the next selection by Double-Blind Peer-Review Process. Further details on reviewing policy and processes are available on submission guidelines. The aim of this journal publication is to disseminate the conceptual thoughts or ideas and research results that have been achieved in the area of community services. All manuscripts submitted to the journal recommended being written in good English or Bahasa Indonesia. The scope and focus is related to research in economics, accounting, management and also economic education studies such as microeconomics, macroeconomics, development studies, behavioral economics, human resource management, finance, leadership management, marketing, accounting and research on education in economical. This journal also publishes articles related to the study of banking, small and medium enterprises, stock market, Islamic economics, Islamic banking, Islamic accounting and other sharia-related economic fields. And also publishes development policy studies. In accordance with its scope, the Juremi: Jurnal Riset Ekonomi welcomes multidisciplinary articles related to economic research, management, accounting, and economic education both conventional and sharia. This journal accepts qualitative research and quantitative research. The journal aims to publish a scientific article from researchers from Indonesia and other countries.

Abstract

This research aims to summarize the results of previous research and provide a reference for future researchers to expand the independent variables by adding relevant moderating variables to be used in assessing their influence on the Going concern Audit Opinion (GCOA). An audit opinion is an important and useful thing for a company that can be used as a consideration for creditors or investors when lending a sum of money or making an investment. Researchers used a systematic literature review (SLR) methodology approach with a selected sample of 20 journals published for the period 2020 to 2023. The results of the research show that the factors that have a significant influence on going concern audit opinion are profitability, previous year's audit opinion, liquidity, debt default, solvency , financial distress, audit delay, Risk litigation

Abstract

This research aims to determine the strategy for using digital media in promoting tour packages at CV. Coren Lombok Travel. The method used is a qualitative method by conducting observations, interviews and documentation with several staff on the trip. Based on the results of research conducted through interviews with the owner of Cv. Coren Lombok Travel highlights the strategy of using digital media in promoting their tour packages. CV. Coren Lombok utilizes various digital media such as websites, social media (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok) to promote their tourism products. The use of digital media is considered more economical, practical and targeted for delivering tourism product services

Abstract

The aim of this research is to develop a tour package for the Blue Lake, Karang Sidemen, Central Lombok Regency, West Nusa Tenggara. This research uses descriptive qualitative research methods, namely techniques for collecting data and in-depth understanding, with the data collection process through observation, interviews, documentation. Data was obtained through interviews from several informants, namely the Village Head, Bumdes, and Pokdarwis to find out the development of tour packages at Lake Biru. Abstract

This research aims to illustrate the development of ecotourism packages in Bale Mangrove, East Lombok. This research is classified as descriptive qualitative research using data collection techniques such as observations, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis techniques used in this study are qualitative data analysis, which includes data reduction, data presentation, and inference drawing. The conclusion is taken from the source, namely the Bale Mangrove tourism manager. The results of this research show that the provision of adequate facilities and infrastructure, the potential of various tourist attractions, detailed pricing of tourist attractions, and the clear target market support the development of mangrove ecotourism packages in Bale Mangrove through stages in accordance with the theory used by the researchers. Bale Mangrove is located in Poton Bako Hamlet, Jerowaru Village, East Lombok, and has various potential tourist attractions, stages of tourism package development, target market, and mangrove ecotourism package development for the use of managers.

Abstract

This research discusses the role of the community and local guides in improving the existence of Sasak Ende Tourism Village in Lombok. Although the village has an interesting cultural uniqueness, it is less well known than other destinations on the island, due to the lack of community participation in developing and promoting this village. This study used a descriptive qualitative approach with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results show that local communities and guides have an important role in preserving local customs and culture, welcoming tourists with hospitality, and providing quality information and services to promote the village through various platforms, including social media. In conclusion, the active involvement of the community and local guides contributed significantly to the increasing popularity and attractiveness of Sasak Ende Tourism Village, with suggestions for future research exploring

Abstract

This research aims to determine and analyze the influence of brand image, service quality and word of mouth on product repurchase intentions at the Febshop019 store in the Shopee application. The population in this study are customers/consumers from the Febshop019 store on the Shopee application. The sampling technique used purposive sampling and those who met the criteria for sampling were 100 respondents. The data used in this research is secondary data in the form of questionnaire results distributed to 100 respondents. Data collection techniques using observation and questionnaires. Researchers used the SPPS version 25 tool in testing the data. Data analysis techniques use descriptive statistical analysis, classical assumption testing, multiple linear analysis and hypothesis testing. The research results show that partially the brand image variable does not have a significant influence on repurchase intention, while the service quality and word of mouth variables have a significant influence on repurchase intention. Simultaneously, the three variables, namely brand image, service quality and word of mouth, together have a significant influence on product repurchase intentions at the Febshop019 store on the Shopee Application

Abstract

Program de novo mengubah fungsi kendala menjadi satu kendala dalam bentuk anggaran. Kondisi ini memungkinkan hanya ada satu variabel keputusan yang bernilai, sementara variabel lainnya bernilai nol. Ketika dihadapkan pada permasalahan multitujuan, keadaan seperti itu dapat menimbulkan ketidakseimbangan jika sasaran untuk masing-masing tujuan tidak dibatasi atau ditentukan dengan mempertimbangkan tujuan-tujuan lain yang hendak dicapai. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menetapkan atau membatasi sasaran tujuan dengan memperhatikan tujuan-tujuan lain yang ingin dicapai, guna memastikan hasil yang lebih seimbang dan optimal. Penelitian ini mengembangkan sebuah model baru dalam pendekatan program de novo untuk memecahkan permasalahan multitujuan secara efektif dan optimal dengan menggunakan pendekatan rata-rata aritmatika dalam menentukan sasaran tiap tujuan. Penggunaan metode rata-rata aritmatika dalam menentukan sasaran tujuan memberikan hasil seimbang dan proporsional untuk setiap tujuan yang dicapai. Dengan pendekatan ini, hasil yang diperoleh tidak hanya memenuhi sasaran tujuan dengan baik, tetapi juga menghasilkan variabel keputusan yang optimal, menjadikan solusi yang seimbang dan efisien untuk masalah multitujuan program de novo

Abstract

Managing finances within the manufacturing industry is crucial to a company's success. Without adequate control, companies may face the risk of inflated production costs and financial losses. Budget analysis, through the periodic creation, monitoring, and evaluation of budgets, is an essential tool for financial planning and control. This research reviews the literature on the implementation and impact of budget analysis in financial control within the manufacturing industry. The scope encompasses the implementation process, the use of technology, constraints, challenges, and their impact on the effectiveness of financial control, operational efficiency, accountability, transparency, and financial performance. The methodology employed is a literature review from sources such as Google Scholar, JSTOR, ScienceDirect, and IEEE Xplore, using keywords such as 'budget analysis' and 'financial control.' The data collection procedure involves searching, evaluating abstracts, selecting articles, and conducting an in-depth analysis. The findings indicate that budget analysis can enhance operational efficiency, reduce costs, and improve accountability and transparency, collectively enhancing the company's financial performance. The challenges encountered include resistance from organizational culture and the need for technological adaptation. The recommendations include investing in staff training, adopting appropriate technology, and enhancing transparency

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui : 1. Dampak pembangunan ekonomi pariwisata, 2. bagaimana pembangunan ekonomi sisi sektor pariwisata yang ada di Desa Kuta 3. mengetahui faktor – faktor pendukung dan penghambat pembangunan ekonomi dan sektor pariwisata, 4. mengetahui peran pemerintah daerah dalam meningkatkan pembangunan ekonomi dan sektor pariwisata, 5. Mengetahui peran masyarakat dalam meningkatkan pembangunan ekonomi dan sektor pariwisata, 6. Serta mengetahui dampak pembangunan obyek wisata Pantai Kuta dalam pembangunan ekonomi di desa Kuta, Lombok Tengah. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan jenis deskriptif untuk menganalisis pembangunan ekonomi dan sektor pariwisata. Sumber data penelitian diperoleh melalui data primer dan data sekunder. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan berupa pedoman wawancara dan observasi. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan studi Pustaka dan studi lapangan. Teknik analisis data menggunakan data reduction (reduksi data), data display (penyajian data) dan verivication. Penelitian menggunakan prosedur penelitian atau langkah – langkah berupa membangun kerangka konseptual, merumuskan permasalahan penelitian, pemilihan subjek, pengembangan instrument, pengumpulan data, analisis data dan matrik serta pengujian simpulan. Hasil atau temuan menunjukkan, pembangunan ekonomi dan sektor pariwisata di Desa Kuta terlaksana dengan baik. Peran pemerintah desa dan masyarakat sangat berpengaruh dalam meningkatkan pembagunan ekonomi dan sektor pariwisata di Desa Kuta. Pengembangan pariwisata sangat membawa dampak positif bagi masyarakat khususnya dari segi perekonomian

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran manajemen sumber daya manusia (MSDM) dalam meningkatkan kepuasan kerja dan retensi staf di Dinas Komunikasi dan Informatika (Kominfo) Kota Bima. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif pendekatan survei. Pengumpulan kuisioner dengan cara disebarkan kepada 35 staf tetap yang bekerja di Dinas Kominfo Kota Bima. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan regresi linear untuk menguji hubungan antara variabel MSDM, kepuasan kerja, dan retensi staf. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa praktik-praktik MSDM, seperti pelatihan dan pengembangan, evaluasi kinerja, serta program kesejahteraan staf, pengaruh antara variabel MSDM dengan kepuasan kerja positif dan signifikan. Selain itu, kepuasan kerja staf terbukti berperan sebagai mediator yang signifikan dalam hubungan antara praktik-praktik MSDM dan retensi staf. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa untuk meningkatkan retensi staf, Dinas Kominfo perlu fokus pada peningkatan kepuasan kerja melalui penerapan praktik-praktik MSDM yang efektif. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi penting dalam bidang manajemen sumber daya manusia, khususnya dalam konteks organisasi pemerintahan di Indonesia. Rekomendasi praktis yang dihasilkan dapat menjadi acuan bagi pengelola Dinas Kominfo dalam merancang dan mengimplementasikan strategi MSDM yang dapat meningkatkan kepuasan dan retensi staf.
